I recently stayed at the Ramada Hotel and was quite disappointed with my experience. The room was not properly cleaned, with visible dust and uncleaned surfaces. The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful when issues were raised. Additionally, the amenities advertised were either unavailable or not functioning properly. The overall service did not meet my expectations for a hotel of this caliber.

I visited this hotel in October 2025. The hotel is very good. Very close to the sea, towels and an umbrella are provided on the beach. Everything is clean and tidy, the rooms are cleaned for a solid 5. There is a small swimming pool, where there are always sun beds. Nutrition is a different story! Very tasty and very diverse! Moreover, even for breakfast there is a huge selection of dishes. The coffee is delicious. There is a currency exchange right next to the hotel. By the way, do not believe that old dollars are not accepted. They accept it easily, just the exchange rate is slightly lower, but by a penny. The new ones are 3.65 derham, and the old ones are 3.5. It's a 20-minute walk from the hotel to the subway, and there's the Dubai Marina shopping center. There is a boardwalk nearby. And the beach is right opposite the Eye of Dubai, there is also a walking area on the island across the bridge. In general, I definitely recommend the hotel. I would definitely come back here!

We were traveling with a friend and 2 children (2 years old) Choosing this hotel is also based on reviews and I can say we hit the bull's-eye! Positive: - spotlessly clean, everything is thought out, the staff is polite - first line of Dubai Marina, all within walking distance - the rooms are huge, we have 150 square meters (2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, kitchen, hallway) - the food is simply gorgeous (there is always something to eat, the Swedish line itself is small, but very tasty - there is seafood, beef, chicken for breakfast / lunch/ dinner) - towels and umbrellas are provided - clean, warm pool - cool courtyard with playgrounds I am not a fussy tourist, I have been to many places and different services, but the price-quality-service ratio and cleanliness exceeded expectations! It was cold for us at sea.In May, the water was like fresh milk, and after that it is already difficult to swim in the water, which is the same temperature as the Caspian Sea in August.Therefore, we splashed a little in the sea on the first day, and on the second day in the heated pool, but when we left it, it was incredibly cold without the sun and with the wind. We liked the location of the hotel: 30 minutes to Burj Khalifa, 30 minutes to the airport, no more than 5 minutes to JBR beach on foot, and we didn't go anywhere else, the main thing was that the sea was nearby. Leaving the hotel immediately, there are cafes / restaurants - McDuck and some others, I don't remember already, a souvenir pavilion, a pavilion with perfumes, a money exchanger, bars, luxury shops.Several caryfood and carrefour shops (like our intersection) are also within walking distance, we went several times. They meet you at the hotel, take your luggage to your room, escort you, smile, and give you towels with a bag to the beach. The room is clean, quiet, cozy, the view is awesome on the sea with a Ferris wheel.Cleaning every day.2 bottles of water were given out every day.The room had a kettle, refrigerator, washing machine.washing machine,tea/coffee maker,microwave,dishes,televisions,bathrobes,slippers,shampoo,gel,sewing kit,hygiene.set,hair dryer,tual.paper,shower,bathtub,2 toilets,blackout curtains in the rooms, air conditioning (even, probably, it's a split system sewn into the ceiling) is not very cold from it, then stuffy if you turn it down.Wi-Fi in the room and throughout the hotel. The food is excellent - there are simple meals for children - potatoes, rice, chicken, meat, fish, nuggets, juices/coffee (breakfast, lunch, dinner), various desserts, fruits (watermelons, melons), soups, porridges, salads, vegetables.All this is without any extra spices, not spicy, for the Russian taste. There is a Russian-speaking staff. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. The on-site swimming pool is heated, the second pool was closed (apparently out of season). We stayed at this hotel from 02.01.26 to 10.01.26. Upon arrival, for our family of 4 people, we upgraded to a two-room room with a balcony and a huge terrace at no extra charge. Breakfast, of course, arrives by the end of the rest, but I can't say that I stayed hungry, I could always find the right food for myself.
