I recently stayed at the Ramada Hotel and was quite disappointed with my experience. The room was not properly cleaned, with visible dust and uncleaned surfaces. The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful when issues were raised. Additionally, the amenities advertised were either unavailable or not functioning properly. The overall service did not meet my expectations for a hotel of this caliber.

We returned from vacation and I would like to share my impressions) We are very satisfied with everything - clean room, delicious food and excellent service! The room was checked in early, for which special thanks! We cleaned and changed towels every day. Sun beds on the beach are paid, but beach umbrellas and towels are provided free of charge from the hotel. The sea is clear, the beach is sandy, across the street from the hotel. We celebrated our son's birthday, and at breakfast in the dining room, the staff organized congratulations - they brought out a compliment cake with a candle, and the whole team sang a song! Very unexpected and pleasant. Many thanks to the managers of Ankita, Bisma, Neha, Rove, Raheem, Angelo, Sunil, Nomen and everyone else. The hotel and staff left an exceptionally positive impression of our vacation. 👍

I visited this hotel in October 2025. The hotel is very good. Very close to the sea, towels and an umbrella are provided on the beach. Everything is clean and tidy, the rooms are cleaned for a solid 5. There is a small swimming pool, where there are always sun beds. Nutrition is a different story! Very tasty and very diverse! Moreover, even for breakfast there is a huge selection of dishes. The coffee is delicious. There is a currency exchange right next to the hotel. By the way, do not believe that old dollars are not accepted. They accept it easily, just the exchange rate is slightly lower, but by a penny. The new ones are 3.65 derham, and the old ones are 3.5. It's a 20-minute walk from the hotel to the subway, and there's the Dubai Marina shopping center. There is a boardwalk nearby. And the beach is right opposite the Eye of Dubai, there is also a walking area on the island across the bridge. In general, I definitely recommend the hotel. I would definitely come back here!

We had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms are cleaned every day, towels are also changed daily. The location of the hotel is super - a couple of minutes from the sea. Nearby there are shops, McDonald's and other cafes. I also liked the buffet: there is a wide range of dishes, there is Indian cuisine. The pool is wonderful! There are many sun beds, towels are provided, both for the pool and for the beach. One of the Russian-speaking employees is a beautiful girl named Nargiz. We had a rest in late August and early September. Close location to the beach. 5 minutes walk, umbrella, towels are provided. Free Wi-Fi with good speed. Everything is clean and cozy. New furniture, snow-white towels and linen. Cleaning every day. We lived in an apartment on the 12th floor. We even had a washing machine. There is a balcony with a cool view. The food is great. There has always been a variety of dishes. Everything is very tasty.Fruits all the time. The hotel is priced lower than others, and the level is higher. Even though it's a 4*, it's better than the Egyptian 5* I would like to thank the hotel staff. I would like to note that everyone is very friendly and polite. I will recommend it to my friends.

Great hotel. The location couldn't be better! Everything is nearby, within walking distance: the beach, shops, cafes, bluewaters, promenades, Dubai Marina Mall is 26 minutes on foot, transport is also nearby. The hotel itself is clean, pleasant, and understandable. There are Russian-speaking staff. We lived on the 15th floor. The room is clean, huge, living room + bedroom, 2 bathrooms, balcony, kitchenette (refrigerator, stove, dishes, pots - everything is there). 2 bottles of water and a tea set are replenished every day. There are treats and drinks for an additional fee. Bathrobe, slippers and dental kit on request. Soap accessories in large dispensers. The sound insulation is excellent. The room was cleaned every day. The air conditioner worked silently and none of us caught a cold. We took meals for breakfast + dinner (can be changed). The food is delicious, at any meal. If something ends, they immediately bring fresh food. Drinks are included with meals. Everything is very tasty! Many thanks to the chefs and staff of the hall! The beach is close, towels and an umbrella can be taken near the reception. WiFi throughout the territory is free, good. There is a swimming pool, it's small, but it's nice to spend time there. Music is playing, there are balloons, balls, etc., there is a lifeguard and a bar with drinks. The hotel has a gift shop with very pleasant prices. There is a spa, but I did not use their services. The hotel is nice, the staff is excellent! I highly recommend it if you want to have a beach holiday during the day and be in the center of Dubai nightlife by the evening! Oh, and buses to parks about. Yas is a 2-minute walk from the hotel. Thank you for your work and my vacation, it's your merit too!

It seems to be the best choice of universal hotel in Dubai! On the one hand, it's five minutes to Marina Beach, on the other hand, you live in the city center surrounded by skyscrapers. In the afternoon, you can go down to the inner square and hang out with your child on the playground, and in the evening, go to the Marina promenade, or take a selfie against the backdrop of the Eye of Dubai. The tram and metro are also nearby, and you can also get to neighboring areas by sea tram! On the beach, be sure to meet Hussein, who will offer you tours of the UAE at a bargain price. The hotel has a small gift shop, which is also very cool. Car rental is also provided. We were traveling with a friend and 2 children (2 years old) Choosing this hotel is also based on reviews and I can say we hit the bull's-eye! Positive: - spotlessly clean, everything is thought out, the staff is polite - first line of Dubai Marina, all within walking distance - the rooms are huge, we have 150 square meters (2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, kitchen, hallway) - the food is simply gorgeous (there is always something to eat, the Swedish line itself is small, but very tasty - there is seafood, beef, chicken for breakfast / lunch/ dinner) - towels and umbrellas are provided - clean, warm pool - cool courtyard with playgrounds I am not a fussy tourist, I have been to many places and different services, but the price-quality-service ratio and cleanliness exceeded expectations! The main thing is to go to the right of the inflatable town - there are fewer people by an order of magnitude, Hindus are not allowed there.

At the reception, the guests moved to another room because of the ants. Food. We had breakfast and dinner. The choice of dishes is small, but you won't stay hungry, the food is delicious. The breakfasts are the same. The dinners were more varied, there was always beef, chicken and fish or seafood. Desserts for an amateur are not so tasty and the same for me. The hotel has a small pool, but there is enough space for everyone and you can swim for up to 20 hours, a beautiful view of the wheel and the water is at least a little refreshing, although it is also warm, but not hot like in the sea. The hotel is located in a great location near the embankment, an island with a Ferris wheel, gorgeous sunsets, 12 minutes to the metro, 5 minutes to the tram. Great location.

The hotel is very decent, we rested here for 2 weeks, and we are satisfied with everything😊 The deluxe room is very spacious, there is a bathtub and a shower at the same time, which is very comfortable, a sofa, a TV with a couple of Russian channels, a free safe, a hairdryer and slippers. There was even an iron and ironing board in the room right away. Cleaning is daily, a bottle of drinking water is also changed every day (you can also get free drinking water on the way to the beach from the Talabat vending machine). The air conditioner is working properly. We didn't have a sunny side, so we only turned it on for a couple of hours a day, because the ventilation was perfectly configured and the room was not hot. Only the lazy one didn't mention the hotel's posh location) 5 minutes to the nearest tram stop (you can walk through the parking lot without roasting in the sun), 15 minutes to the DMCC metro (you can take the tram). The Blue waters bulk island can be reached on foot, and it is especially beautiful there in the evening. The hotel does not have its own beach, but the JBR public beach is 5 minutes away (I advise you to walk a little further along the beach, there are almost no people there). Beach towels and umbrellas are provided free of charge in the lobby of the hotel, in the evening you take dirty ones, on the way to the beach you take clean ones. There is also a private pool, small but cooled, which is very important in the summer heat. We always found empty sun beds. Pool towels are provided right there. The food is delicious and varied. You can always find something to eat. In the morning, the cook fries scrambled eggs/omelets to order. Potatoes, mushroom soup and fried fish are very tasty, there are always fresh fruits and vegetables. The staff is very friendly, they will always help and prompt. Sometimes there is a Russian-speaking employee at the reception, you can communicate with the rest in English or through a translator, everyone is treated appropriately and will help. There is a McDonald's and Starbucks at the exit of the hotel, as well as shops and pharmacies in the neighboring houses. Along the beach on the embankment there is an alcohol store, cafes, bars and other shops. The hotel is optimal in terms of price / quality, we will recommend it to our friends.

I chose this hotel based on its location and the fact that it is part of the Ramada hotel chain (I really liked the hotel in Antalya). The food is excellent, the sea is a couple of minutes away, my son really liked the presence of a Makdaka on the ground floor. We were in early June and it was hot, we went to the beach only in the morning and until 9 o'clock, then it was impossible to stay, the sea was 35 degrees - it seemed like water in a hot tub. There are Russian channels on TV. They constantly replenish the supply of drinking water in the room by 2 bottles. There is a mini fridge. Service. Excellent. We looked at this hotel long before the trip. As a result, we purchased a tour with accommodation in Ramada and went on vacation in early December. In general, you have never regretted choosing this hotel. As many people write, the rooms are spacious with normal furniture, everything is clean, cleaning every day. The food, in our opinion, is excellent and varied - both breakfasts, lunches, and dinners (sometimes dinner was changed for lunch). A variety of meat and fish dishes - lamb, beef, chicken, salmon in orange juice (a masterpiece!), seafood every day. I would like to say separately about the location of the hotel - it is 100% excellent! The beach is 400 m away along the boardwalk, the nearest DMCC metro station is 800 m away, and the tram is 400 m away (we rode it to the central part of Dubai Marina, to the monorail to Palm Jumeirah). In general, the impressions are only positive, I would like to come back again! The only disadvantages, if I may say so, are that all the staff are English-speaking. Of the Russian speakers, only the hostess of the souvenir shop is Nargiz. Special thanks to her, she helped with questions, she is very sociable and friendly. And the hotel does not have its own separate entrance like most hotels, the entrance is through the underground parking (through the G floor). Great hotel, close to the beach. The second line, but the view from the windows is great, we lived on the 16th floor. The staff is friendly, showed 2 rooms to choose from, upgraded the class for free. The breakfasts are hearty and varied. The restaurant is not big, so if you arrive at 9:30-10:00 you will have to stand in a small queue, but it moves quickly. There was one disadvantage - the hotel is undergoing renovation. And once, when we returned from the beach, we found a terrible smell of either paint or chemicals for mold treatment. If the windows don't open, you can't ventilate them. But we were given another room for 1 night until our room is ventilated. There are many restaurants near the hotel, clothing stores and supermarkets. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach, and they give you a free umbrella, towels, and beach bag. A great hotel for reasonable money.

Convenient transport accessibility, metro is close to the hotel. Delicious restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast costs 65 AED, dinner costs 109 AED per person. The food is varied. For dinner, there are lamb ribs, seafood, fish, beef, and several types of chicken; soup; various Arabic cold appetizers. Fruits in the assortment) are also delicious. Arabic sweets are generally fire. There is a gym equipped with a Techno gym, fitness equipment in adequate condition; and a cozy and clean spa complex: hammam, Finnish sauna and Jacuzzi.
