A wonderful hotel with a huge, beautiful territory. Nice Spa area. View from the window to the mountains and the territory - fire❤ The bed was gorgeous, I didn't want to get out of it and I slept great)
The staff is friendly.
The breakfasts are great!! For every taste.
For me, the disadvantage is that there is no coffee machine in the room, only instant coffee. And the food is expensive at the hotel itself.
But nearby, outside the hotel, there are cafes and restaurants with local cuisine👍🏻 Both the prices and the cooking are great.

After the repair, of course, another level....prices) Yes, everything is beautiful and modern, but the hotel has neither a beauty salon nor a pharmacy, the territory itself is difficult to assess in winter, only walks around the lake are provided for pedestrians. This hotel makes a very, very strong impression. During the entire stay, not a single flaw was found, except that there is no horizontal bar in the gym!!!!!
The location of the hotel is very convenient, 20 minutes by car to the center in the afternoon and 40 in the morning traffic jams. The road is not difficult. So I don't think it's long or uncomfortable.
The territory of the hotel is just a forest! It is a forest with pheasants, squirrels, gorgeous trees, everything is very well maintained. There is a fountain on the rotunda in front of the entrance!!!! Perfectly!!! Convenient entry group. Convenient entrance. A large beautiful hall. High ceilings. The staff is friendly and helpful!!!! We are always ready to advise you. The restaurants are very comfortable. Tables, chairs, menus! I liked everything. In the evening, you can also dine in the restaurant with a terrace. The caring staff will offer a blanket. The rooms are large and comfortable! The beds are comfortable. Great balconies overlooking the forest!!!! Also plumbing that works flawlessly.
I recommend this hotel to everyone! This is a real vacation!!! The spa area, the pools of which are just a lot. Let alone one or two, they can't be counted here. Saunas are different. Everything is at the highest level. Lockers.

The restaurant has a 3-hour service, the waiters can't cope, you have to wait a long time.

Stayed at Swiss Resort for 1 night.
Among the advantages: a gorgeous territory, beautiful views, freshly renovated rooms, a balcony with a sofa and a table - ideal for summer, large capacity (it was not difficult to book a room from Saturday to Sunday the day before). Excellent spa: I really liked the Finnish sauna, swimming pools, steam room was very cold during my visit + I could not figure out what principle the hydro-massage in the indoor pool work on (I could not turn it on myself, they run somehow chaotically and very selectively).
Among the disadvantages: there is no electric kettle in the room (every time I had to call room service and wait for a kettle with boiling water, which is completely inconvenient), when asked to provide an electric kettle, they said that there were not enough kettles for all rooms. There is no door in the shower, so when taking a shower, the entire space where the toilet and sink are located is filled with water.
Well, the most significant disadvantage, which is completely unacceptable for a 5* chain hotel with such a cost, is that the front office works disgustingly. I have never encountered such chaos and stubbornness even in the most unpretentious hotels. I successfully passed the online check-in on the eve of arrival, because I received an email from ACCOR in advance that my reservation is suitable for making a quick check-out. On the day of arrival, we arrived at about 14.10 (I did not pay attention that check-in instead of the standard 14.00 at this hotel is only at 15.00); after going to the reception desk, they told me that they were ready to check me in now so that at 15.00 I just got the key. To the argument that I had passed the check-in the day before, I was told that they still needed to scan my documents. As a result, the administrators constantly had something hanging / did not work / they were distracted by calls and other tasks / could not understand how it was possible to take a tour fee from one guest and not take it from another (because the second guest is a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan). As a result, the whole process took 30 (!!!) minutes, (considering I have already passed the check-in and spent my time on it). When it was already 14.40 on the clock, I asked if there was an opportunity to settle us already, because it was almost 15 - to which I was refused. We went for a walk, I returned to the reception at 15.10 for the key; there was already a queue of people checking in at the reception. Because I have already passed the check twice and paid for everything - I approached the administrator with a request to simply give me the key, to which I received an answer that everything would be given to me now. After standing for another 10 minutes waiting and approaching the same employee twice more (who actually checked me out), she sent me to another employee, who also ignored me for 10 minutes until the entire queue ended, and as it ended, decided that I needed to be checked out for the third time and taken back with I received the payment (from the third time he was still able to find in the system that everything was paid for me). As a result, I received the keys after waiting another 25 minutes and explaining the same thing to several employees. After giving the baggage tag to the receptionist, he managed to lose it and failed to hand it over to the desk clerk, so the desk clerk had to explain on his own what my luggage was and where to take it.
At the checkout, the same change of administrators could not let me go for another 5-10 minutes, because they again did not see the payment of the tour fee for a guest from Kazakhstan, continuing to be distracted by their own affairs :) in general, your front office is a nightmare and cost my nerves and an hour of rest, which, please note, no one compensated me (at exactly 12.00 they started calling the room and asking me to move out urgently).

A chic hotel and location, incredibly clean air. We had a room with a mountain view, beauty) we got enough sleep in 3-4 hours, a very high bed! Delicious cuisine, especially breakfast. And the cherry on the cake is a SPA! we had a great rest and recovered.
The only advice for the hotel is to train the staff. Raise customer focus.
There is a separate story about the reception and the sales manager. I rate the staff at 3.

A great place to relax body and soul. Pheasants and squirrels live on the territory. Even the frosts did not stop me, we went for a walk around the territory when it was minus 20 outside. I liked the spa very much. The rooms are clean, for me they are standard for this kind of hotel, but there is one disadvantage: the shower does not close (the door is not provided), and therefore the water gets into the bathroom itself and has to be cleaned. Very tasty and varied breakfast dishes (buffet). The conference rooms are equipped with all necessary equipment. We were pleased with the visit.

Nice hotel, with a large territory. Located almost outside the city. But because of the territory, it's quiet there. You can get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is a golf club on site. Not a big lake near which it is fashionable to walk. The service there is excellent. But everything connected with the city is also a pleasure.

I planned to celebrate my birthday in a beautiful country hotel in a comfortable and quiet atmosphere, in fact I received drunken screams and songs from neighboring rooms, which lasted until 3 a.m.
They called the reception three times, but the security staff could not find these numbers for an hour😅
In short, my husband and I did not get enough sleep at all, and part of the trip to the lakes and canyon had to be greatly shortened.
I don't set foot in this hotel anymore, the hotel administration is not customer-oriented at all.
And if you want to sleep with the windows open, then there is some kind of noisy installation on the territory and besides the drunken crowd you will also listen to it.
Among the advantages: delicious breakfasts, new beautiful interiors. But honestly, they are not worth their money, the standard rooms are small.

The hotel left a great impression with a large territory with ponds, birds and squirrels, clean air, delicious (but not cheap) food, nice rooms with balconies overlooking the mountains, an excellent spa with 3 pools for adults including an outdoor heated one, sauna and hammam and everything modern. Plus medicine - mud and mineral water. The breakfasts are excellent. One of the disadvantages is the lack or inexperience of staff. In the restaurant, the waiter girl did not serve dinner very well. They also asked to bring water to the room at night, since there are no coolers, I had to call 3 times and wait more than half an hour. If you drink a lot of water and tea, it's better to have a small supply. New bottles of water are brought in the morning.
