Disappointment.
1. The problem with breakfast.
Incompetent staff at the reception informed upon arrival that breakfast is until 11:00, and in fact until 10:30. Arriving at 10:32 - they were not allowed to have breakfast and the Administrator suggested contacting the room service (paid breakfast). That's solved the question! This is the "level".
2. The room is tired, lived, somewhere something all falls off and broken hangs. The room is clearly not of the 5-star level.
3. Sauna until 22:00.
4. Far from the center. To get there only by taxi, which is not convenient.
In fact, this is not a 5-star hotel, but a maximum 2-star hotel. There are much better 3-star hotels in the center.
I don't recommend it. With such a "service" and "level" personally, I will not stop here anymore.
By the way, rooms in this hotel are three times more expensive than an analogue with the best service in the center of 3 stars.

I would like to mention the SPA separately, well, I will say this is the best SPA in all of Almaty. I also want to mention the master Svetlana, an amazing massage, the muscles were all clogged after physical exertion, after the massage it was like new! I recommend

Perhaps the best hotel for two destinations right now: conferences and family vacations- spa. fresh repairs are underway in some places. The conference room is large and cozy. the restaurant is delicious, the spa is good. the rooms are comfortable. the view from the window is a separate bonus. The park is gorgeous.

The repair is no longer the same in the rooms, the sockets hang crookedly, the shower head turns off the light, for some reason there is no door in the shower cabin. One thing pleases - clean air, trees, territory, that is all that remains of the Soviet sanatorium.
The prices are still a bit expensive.

We had a rest with our family on the weekend. The pool is normal, cool hydro massage solutions, only very slippery floors between the pools and on the way to the sauna (right very). There was a kettle in the room , but there were no tea pairs).

Tennis court: it feels like the net is not tennis but volleyball, and the hard surface is good. In general, you can only walk in the park (but a lot of space is reserved for golf, and you can't walk there), and it's hard to stay in the SPA all day. The food is normal in the restaurant, but this feeling is not available to everyone for financial reasons, since I noticed the delivery of Glovo and so on at the hotel (by the smell of food)).. The air is relatively clean, in general, the hotel is well suited for young couples with toddlers in a stroller and older people. Well, either for long-term business meetings between large organizations, or for team building.

Thanks to her and Alibek, from the very beginning, you feel at home! As a suggestion, extend the opening hours of the pool and baths until 23.00 and do not close the outdoor pool at 20.00.

The hotel is located within the city limits, in fact it is an updated sanatorium Alatau, which used to be an elite recreation area, but gradually declined in the post-Soviet years. The building inside has been completely renovated, with new finishes and design in the format of the European network. There is a spa, a large swimming pool, and a restaurant. Unfortunately, I did not reach the pool, but my colleagues really liked it, the service is pleasant, unobtrusive, but prompt. The spa had a very pleasant relaxing massage, everything was very cool and cozy. We ate a la carte in the restaurant, everything was very tasty, I would just come here to have dinner for such delicious food (we ate quinoa salad, lentil soup, grilled salmon, honey cake). I would like to come for a few days and relax, because there is a very large green area around the hotel, although I do not know what kind of entertainment there is here.

A great hotel with a good SPA area. Perhaps the best hotel in Almaty, no Rixos can be compared. The only drawback is the remoteness from "civilization", but this is more than compensated by a beautiful park and a magnificent view of the mountains.

A great hotel, the name speaks for itself. A large area for walking and recreation. Lots of greenery. Friendly staff. The rooms are quiet, there is a comfortable loggia with mountain views. The room has one feature, a refrigerator with a bar with a locked key. If you need a refrigerator, then in order for you to have access to the refrigerator, you will have to call or go to the reception. A wide selection of breakfast dishes. Nice pool.
