I was here in December 2022. A huge territory, it's a pity I couldn't walk - it was very cold. Gorgeous rooms, polite staff. The room is warm. They cleaned very efficiently every day. Excellent dental kits. Delicious coffee is free at the reception in the bar - at least drink it. I always remember this hotel with gratitude.

Overall, the hotel is not bad. Probably not worth a five. The staff is trying, but there is narnia. My colleague was almost late for the meeting due to the fact that the suit arrived at 10 a.m. instead of the designated time - 8 o'clock. My phone and kettle didn't work. It took at least an hour. To completely solve this simple question. There was only one coffee machine working at the restaurant for breakfast, there is no water in the tanks. You have to ask.

The most favorite place in Almaty when you want to swim👍🏻 The entrance fee is not cheap, but the quality is definitely worth it: a magnificent renovation of the hotel, a relaxing atmosphere, three large pools under the roof and several on the street, a financial sauna, steam and hammam, friendly and customer-oriented staff, delicious food.

Breakfast is super. The staff impressed with their attention and responsiveness.
One minus of all the advantages is the shower ...
the floor in the shower room is so not thought out that no matter how you take a shower, the water goes anywhere but not into the drain hole! But I think it is possible to survive this test...

It's a great place, far from the center, but it's the best place to relax. Beautiful grounds, pond, golf course, park, tennis and soccer fields and mountain views. Nice spa with outdoor pool. A decent breakfast.

This is the second time I've stayed here. After the first time, I did not write a review, I thought it was an accident, but during my last stay I realized that this was a pattern.
I waited 3 (!) days for a repeated request at the reception to bring a kettle to the room, until I found the maid myself and asked directly. The furniture in the rooms is old, I fell off a chair that had been glued together before, I waited for a chair replacement all day.
The day before, I ordered lunchboxes (instead of breakfast), knowing that it was bad with requests at the reception, I duplicated the order. As a result, the children left hungry, either the reception did not hand over to the restaurant, or the restaurant…
Restaurant service-2.
On the last day, the reception decided that I had checked out and did not want to feed breakfast... although I did not check out.
If you are ready to turn a blind eye to the service, you are welcome.
These are 5 stars.

Hello everyone Sorry, if you don't want to read a negative review, just scroll through. In advance, the only good thing here is the SPA, the rest ... well, I'll describe it now
Let's start with the pros:
1. The hotel grounds and the view are cool
2. The hotel itself is Soviet and surprisingly good, even very beautiful after restoration!
3. SPA - it's beautiful, cozy, comfortable - it's just cool here
From the standard:
1. Everyone is smiling and in general all the staff and the school correspond to the group of hotels
2. The rooms are normal, not super-duper, but very good
Now the rest:
1. The service (not people, but service for people) is disgusting! I rarely write strongly negative words, but it's just g*, especially the food! There is nothing to eat, and the fact that it is open during the day is a bar. After eating there with abdominal pain, they will fall off all day 🤢 Even more killed by the fact that the price for a salad is 7000-10000 😅 well, OK, I thought it was probably delicious, it's called "crab", but it's made of low-quality fish sticks with a bunch of flavorings (as they do, look at YouTube or another service), myself salad in general 🤮 we also took chicken, salad with shrimp and other dishes - I don't even want to go into details, everything is sad 😭
2. More than one restaurant is closed in the evening, in the afternoon too. You check-in: everything is already closed, you are at the SPA until 10:everything is closed again. Which 5*? What is the level of the Swisotel, maximum 3* if the SPA is not considered in conjunction with the hotel.
3. Orders are only in the room and then you ask for "sushi Philadelphia" and of course not, there is nothing at all.
4. There are presentations in the hotel and some kind of stink in the corridors 😭
... I would like to point out more about the snow falling on my head ... and many more things ... but there is no desire to continue.
The verdict:
If you want to go to the SPA, it's a great place! 👍🏻
Do you want a place for presentations - a great hall 👍🏻
If you want to go to a Hotel and relax, you will get disgusting food or even indigestion /poisoning or you will not be able to eat at all, an uncomfortable bed, poor sound insulation and the sound of the road all night, service is bad from speakers of both English and German and even Russian, long corridors with an incomprehensible smell and so on 🫣😰

An ideal hotel for a family holiday, we flew from Russia for a week, the service in the hotel, the cleanliness of the rooms, the food, the service and the spa are super. We had a great time😍 the territory of the hotel deserves special praise , what a beauty and fresh air there. The only thing that surprised me was that we were in a kids' club and they didn't check a gram from which room we were from, how many children, etc. It turns out that anyone from the street can also visit so easily?

Nice hotel.

And a huge green area.
Very quiet, no sounds of the city!!!. When the hotel is 100% full, people can not be met often. It's good to walk, lake, paths, squirrels and fans. We worked well for 5 days and rested.

The food is delicious, the breakfasts are good.
Spa... Well, so-so. The steam sauna was not working. It was relatively cool in the pool area (12/24/12).
The staff is polite. They work well.
The double room was clean, everything you need in the room is available.
The territory is gorgeous. But in winter everything is dull. In summer, of course, beauty.
The price for the room is 175 000 tenge. Not everyone is ready to pay such a sum for one night in a hotel.
