From individuals to legal entities. A vast area around. A wonderful view. And being on the border of the city is only a plus for this hotel. — I came with my wife. We were given two room keys at the reception and none of the keys opened the room. A call to the counter, 15 minutes of waiting at the door and the door is opened to us.
— The spa area has outdoor pools and a Jacuzzi, the pool water is 25 degrees, the Jacuzzi is the same, it is cool for -5 outside. And this is not counting the fact that repairs are underway and construction debris is lying right in front of the door.
— The room service has a division by time of day in the menu. By the way, the menu is electronic and it's just a link to Google drive. Here she is:

got hungry in the evening, asked for "cold cuts" and "various types of cheese" from the menu. Each dish costs 1900T. Half an hour later, the waiter came, rolled the cart without question and handed over the bill for 27000 rubles.
