A very large, spacious and pleasant hotel. Good repair and appliances. There are many meeting rooms, spas and event halls. Everyone will find what they need for themselves. From individuals to legal entities. A vast area around. A wonderful view. And being on the border of the city is only a plus for this hotel. At the same time, the proximity to Almaty and the possibility of privacy from the hustle and bustle. I want to come again.

The service is a bit tight. We held a meeting there. Either the projector is not working, or the TV that was brought in. At lunch, they sorted out all the meat. The waiters are not watching. For the money that was paid - a completely inadequate return.

— I came with my wife. We were given two room keys at the reception and none of the keys opened the room. A call to the counter, 15 minutes of waiting at the door and the door is opened to us.
— The spa area has outdoor pools and a Jacuzzi, the pool water is 25 degrees, the Jacuzzi is the same, it is cool for -5 outside. And this is not counting the fact that repairs are underway and construction debris is lying right in front of the door.
— The room service has a division by time of day in the menu. By the way, the menu is electronic and it's just a link to Google drive. Here she is:

got hungry in the evening, asked for "cold cuts" and "various types of cheese" from the menu. Each dish costs 1900T. Half an hour later, the waiter came, rolled the cart without question and handed over the bill for 27000 rubles.

When we arrived, they asked us if you would use the minibar? We're like, come on, just in case, we come to the room and the minibar is empty! Everything is new to the hotel for only a year, but repairs are not particularly expensive, they will quickly run out of steam. The pool is great!
The kitchen room service is normal, the bar sucks, the level of a provincial Cafe if not worse! PS. Upon arriving home, they contact us and say that we owe for a mini bar, allegedly we took vodka and nuts from there, etc. Although we didn't take anything at all, we just didn't have time. 03.01.23 I called in advance to find out and arrange a time for 04.01 to show the rooms for the bride's morning. To which they replied, "come at any time." We arrived at 13:10 and were told to wait 10 minutes. As a result, we waited more than an hour for her! 1.15 am later, she got a call again and was reminded about us. After that, we saw the manager walking down the corridor! When she came up to us, she offered just one room to watch! And after that, she turned around and went to other clients! When we said that we were waiting for you for more than an hour, and these customers for a couple of minutes, to which she rudely said, "Well, wait a little longer, you don't have to check in now!". I will try my best to get your manager punished! I have already written a letter to the official mail of the hotel chain!

Terrible service. The hotel, its location and the grounds are beautiful. However, these advantages are completely discredited by poor service from the very moment of check-in until departure. Absolutely not professional staff at the reception, in the call center, poor and slow service in restaurants, incompetent and not friendly employees. The guards and ordinary porters tried and liked it the most.
If you want privacy, then you definitely won't go to this hotel. The room will be knocked on in the morning, afternoon and night by mistake, ignoring the do not disturb sign.

A good hotel for Kazakhstan with its nuances! The standard rooms are just that - standard, nothing unusual, something is broken, something does not work, showers without doors, in some rooms the toilet doors are even broken, mini-bars are filled only in some rooms, room cleaning takes place until you call the reception. The cuisine is at the level of our country, it is very far from Turkish abundance. The staff is polite, but this does not apply to the service staff. In Soviet times, and this building was exactly from there, everything was perfect here, now there is more pathos, more devastation and dust in the eyes. The only thing that didn't kill much was the nature around this room. Really beautiful! There is nothing more to add.
