I liked everything 1.The location is good, it takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the beach, there are inexpensive good cafes and supermarkets nearby, to Dubai marina mall ~25 minutes 2. The rooms are not new, but everything looks good enough, it didn't matter to us, we liked everything too. All the appliances are working, the beds are soft and comfortable, the cleaning is super, but you will have to buy dishwashing detergents, sponges, washing machine powder, everything for cooking. Apartments are suitable for long-term stays. 3. Good price, it is unlikely that you will find something cheaper in the area. 4. A swimming pool with a beautiful view of the Dubai Marina, a friendly staff member who gives you clean towels for sun beds every day, the water is cool and good, the pool is small, but it's enough. 5. All the staff were polite, helpful, and showed me everything I needed. 6. We only took breakfasts, the breakfasts change every day, but still the food is similar. If you're an all-inclusive fan, then it probably won't work for you. The food is normal, you overeat. No disadvantages were found.

We decided to stay in the Marina area in Dubai this time. There are no questions about the location of the hotel specifically (there are many shops nearby, there is a cafe with our usual food) Also, upon check-in, the staff of the Pann / Ismoili / Nihan hotel promptly registered and placed us in the room, as well as Ismoili (speaks Russian) Because we were in a car, they told us where the free parking is (underground, immediately with access to their floor) The daily breakfasts were good, but not a great choice, but they were always well-fed and there was always a place to stay in the cafe (there are also Russian-speaking staff who will politely prompt and advise everything) Beautiful view from the pool to the Marina, the pool is open from 9 to 8 pm There are questions about the room stock, it is clear that the rooms have already seen life and have not been updated, but at the same time everything was functioning. And considering the price and quality, I consider this hotel worthy to stay in. Thank you for your hospitality!!!☺️

Hello everyone I had a rest at this hotel, the Pann manager is very pleasant and will always explain and help everything! In general, the hotel is not new, but it is conveniently located 15 minutes to Mertaux, 20 minutes. walk slowly to the sea along the Marina. I took very satisfying breakfasts) and dinner can always be changed to lunch without any problems. The food is not spicy. You won't stay hungry ) Russian-speaking staff is also available. There are many shops nearby. There is a small swimming pool. A quiet and peaceful hotel. There is no noisy club or bar in it where the music is always blaring until 03.00. It is very good. If someone needs to go somewhere, there are many bars and clubs nearby within walking distance. It's good that the hotels are quiet!

Excellent value for money hotel in Dubai Marina. After reading the comments, I was worried that I had already booked in vain. About the check-in, I do not understand the negative reviews that do not check in ahead of the time that is agreed in advance. Guys, we're taking tickets based on check-in or waiting quietly. Rules are rules. The hotel does not refuse to wait on the sofas, leave your things and go for a walk before you check in. By the way, I took the tickets for check-in and at 16:00 the Pan manager checked in right away. The deposit is 200 dirhams, it is returned upon eviction, the room is checked for the availability and safety of things and 20 dirhams tax per night. I asked the Pan manager for a room with a view of the Marina, although it was not specified in the booking, she kindly provided it. I don't know about the rest of the rooms, but room 702 is great for me. The only negative is that there is no balcony and the window did not open, but I repeat, I had such a reservation, if you want it better, pay. Absolutely fine. There are no complaints about the number, everything worked, it was in a normal condition. There is enough for a stay, all amenities, including a washing machine, microwave, stove and a large refrigerator. For breakfast, from 06:30 to 10:30 (on weekends until 11:00), a buffet, the most ordinary breakfasts, without frills, but you eat them tightly, not Michelin, of course, but enough to eat. If you want to do better, there are hotels in Marina for a higher budget, or take a hotel without breakfast. The pool is gorgeous, there is a view, there is a shower outside, in case you decide to take a dip from the sea right away. There are also equipped changing rooms and a smoking area. The sun beds are soft, and towels are provided at the entrance. You can order food by the pool. There is also a cooler with free water. In general, it's a great hotel, I advise you to go. But if you are used to the Turkish top five, it is better to consider another hotel than to write dissatisfied comments. I am attaching a photo of the view from 702 rooms, breakfasts and the pool. There is an Abooz restaurant next door, I highly recommend it, it is not on the maps on Yandex, but the price / quality and quantity of dishes are pleasantly pleasing. You can eat cheaper than in a mac. But Uzbekim, which is so praised that I do not recommend cheap and tasty, is too overrated. For hookah only in Hookah Place Marina, the rest is so-so. If you want cheap Dubai chocolate for souvenirs, I recommend the Day to day store, a local discounter, for 10 dirhams a bar of Dubai chocolate.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 10—minute walk from the sea and close to the metro station. The rooms are spacious, with a kitchen and a private bathroom with a bathtub, but they require cosmetic repairs and do not yet meet the 5-star level. Breakfasts and dinners are not very diverse, but cleaning is carried out daily. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The pool is small, but there is enough space for relaxation, which creates a comfortable atmosphere.

I stayed at this hotel in October 2025. The advantages of the hotel are location, swimming pool, breakfast. The cons are the dead numbers, the photo is attached. The staff is trying very hard, they say, but the room stock is very outdated. For some reason, there are two plates and two bowls, two glasses in the kitchen, there were three of us))), there is no detergent, sponges, I bought it in the store. The beds and mattresses are good, the linen was stained, changed to clean))). All the furniture is shabby, old, and stained. The location is very good, to the JBR beach, 15 minutes on foot, to the subway 10 minutes. The breakfasts are very good. The staff is great. The pool is not large, but with a very beautiful view, they give out a tent in the pool.

Excellent location of the hotel, metro/supermarket/pharmacy, restaurants - all within walking distance! Excellent service, lots of Russian-speaking staff, rooms are great, but these are small things because the view from the balcony is simply incredible! The breakfasts are good, we didn't stay hungry.

Good afternoon, travelers! We stayed at this hotel from November 12 to November 15, 2025 after a cruise in the Persian Gulf on the MSC EURIBIA cruise ship. The best location in Dubai Marina. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel staff. Very friendly, helpful, always ready to help and give practical advice. We settled in the room (photo on Anya's review below) This particular number. Comfortable, cozy, though not new. Everything is working. The bed is great, the linen is new and of high quality. The food is delicious. The discontent of those who want to eat like in RIXOS, but pay like for the Turkish troika, is striking. People...Have a conscience! The menu matches. I was particularly impressed with the a la carte service. The portions are large, with good food. Special respect to the waiter! I recommend the hotel and wish prosperity to both the hotel owner and the friendly staff!

The location of the hotel is good, there is a separate descent to the Dubai Marina. The staff is polite and helpful, there are Russian speakers. The rooms themselves are already in need of repair, there is some kind of unpleasant smell in the rooms. The breakfast food is monotonous and the choice of dishes is small, crows on the street constantly want to steal a piece of food from your plate as soon as you lose your vigilance. There is a change at the hotel, but not a profitable course, there is also a change across the street, but there the course to the dollar in November 2025 was not very profitable 3.5 (in normal exchange 3.6). It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach from the hotel, but the sea is not very good there, to put it mildly. A lot of garbage and a lot of boats, we didn't enjoy it there. An umbrella, towels and bedding for the beach can be rented at the hotel, it costs 50 dirhams per day.

We liked everything! First of all, these are the people who work at this hotel! The service staff is excellent! They asked us to put us up on the 1st floor, for certain reasons. We approached with understanding and went to the meeting, although another room was prepared. Thank them so much for that!! How important it is to be heard..! The food is also high-quality and delicious. Well, the location is in the heart of Dubai Marina! Among such expensive hotels... I think it's just a godsend, such a hotel. Anyone who is considering budget options can't think of a better one!! If you want to go to Dubai again, then only to you!!!!!

Excellent location, rented a relatively inexpensive room for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children), 15 minutes walk to the beach +/-. The room has a big size bed for three + a small sofa in the room - it was given a separate bed. There is a kitchen with an electric stove, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine for capsules. In general, everything is for an economy option, if you want to cook something for children, etc.

The hotel is super! Yes, maybe the furniture inside is tired, as they wrote here, but this does not interfere with life here at all. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, the Marina Pod restaurant was very pleasant-the portions are huge, one for 2 is enough. To the beach 15min, to the subway 15min. There are shops within walking distance that sell everything from toothpaste to electronic cigarettes. Yesterday we bought Dubai chocolate at the hotel's store for a 45dirh special offer. The views from the window are gorgeous, the food for breakfast is fine, you won't stay hungry. Slippers are provided in the room, water is quickly brought if necessary, towels are free by the pool (if you need a towel for the beach, 2 pcs are included and an umbrella costs 60dirh). Everything is great, I recommend it to everyone!

The 4-star hotel, someone writes that he is very tired, yes, there is an impression that the renovation needs to be updated, time has passed. But the mattresses are very good, the linen is clean, not worn, and the towels are too. When checking in, it's a little euro and I have a room with a great view. Cleaning every day or every other day. But the biggest plus is the place, there are a lot of cafes, shops, and most importantly, the embankment, which is cool to walk along. The beach is about 15 minutes. The cafe is the best for me Marina pot (across the street) Almaya store (also across the street) Metro - DMSS is also nearby I liked everything, if you don't look at the flaws with a magnifying glass. The staff is polite.

It's just luck that there is such an apartment hotel in such a place for such a price. Yes, it's not chic and shiny inside, but it's quite decent. We had the necessary set of dishes in our apartment to make breakfast, supermarkets are nearby, the beach or metro can be reached in 15 minutes. Right in front of the hotel there is a marina from where floating restaurants sail. The pool offers a fascinating view of the harbor and high-rise buildings. Of the minuses, I can note the wildly loud air conditioner, but if you cool it all day, then you don't have time to get very hot overnight, so we turned it off

February 2025: I REALLY liked the hotel! I took a 2-room (kitchen-living room and bedroom), 58 sq.m. to guarantee a view of the Marina, they gave me the 2nd floor, at first I was upset that it was low, but the view was very good. The neighbors all have panoramic windows, and I have a small window in my bedroom, but okay. The room itself is normal, I don't understand why people go to rest and look at scratches on furniture and so on. One of the disadvantages: there was dust in the closet on the top shelf, I put things there, it fits my height, I had to grind, there was no dust on the lower ones. The bathroom looks dirty, but it's just scratches. The big minus is knives! They were inserted into a wooden stand, when I took them out, 2 knives were in butter or cheese, 1 in something else. That is, the previous pigs put them there dirty (( A wooden cutting board that absorbed fish and onions at once (There are no sponges, rags, liquid. Once I didn't have time to wash my plate, the cleaner washed it (thanks a lot), but it's not clear how or how, if nothing is provided for this. Therefore, my advice is to take a sponge, a small plastic cutting board, a rag, a towel for the kitchen and a couple of drops for dishes, immediately wash what you will use. It was cool in the room, the air conditioner was warm, but it wasn't warming, it was blowing cool air, so I turned it off. The slippers are given out on request, I asked for them, they were already brought on the 3rd day, but they are cool! On the plus side: it's the staff, of course! Everything, absolutely everything from the cleaners, to the waiters, the doorman and the receptionist were very kind and smiling, and not as standard and exaggerated as in Russia, but they come from the heart! There are plenty of soap dishes in the bathroom, in addition to the layout, there are also dispensers. By the way, the blue liquid soap at the sink doesn't dry your hands at all. The gym is small, but everything is there, an average simulator for both the back and chest, 1.5 hours of activity for the entire top was enough and very good! The washing machine is silent, I took the capsules with me. Meals: there was never an end to breakfast, they always brought something, there was plenty of choice: 6 types of hot, omelet/fried eggs are always on the street, VERY tasty soft pastries (5-6 types of mini buns), 2 types of yogurt, sliced cheese (3 types), sausage (2 types), fruit salad and separately watermelon, apples, melon, vegetables, olives, Jams, porridge, juices, coffee, tea, cereals - these are That's what it's always been. Attention! A big plus is the discount on the restaurant, the lunch cost was discounted - 50 dirhams, this is the cheapest lunch I had in Dubai! The mattress on the bed is generally my love, I did not get up from it, but almost jumped off, it is VERY high! Pool - the water is warm, 28 degrees, a towel is given out on the spot, at 11 the sun is already shining on the sun beds, it is no longer cold to lie down. All the shortcomings that I have listed are just nuances that do not affect the rest in any way, only positive emotions from the hotel, from the staff and from Dubai!! If I return, it will be only to this hotel, the price/quality ratio is excellent! I bought the adapter at the Al-Maya supermarket, more precisely, it is plastic plugs, in a set of 6 pieces, it cost about 5 dirhams. There is an Uzbek cuisine cafe on the left side of the embankment about 30 meters away, lunch is 56 dirhams, the portions are good, the guys speak Russian, there are a lot of people there, that is, this is an indicator! DAY TO DAY - our Fixprice store + ridiculous prices. I advise everyone, ONPASSIVE metro station has a two-story store, the first floor is full of souvenirs, household chemicals, hygiene, groceries, vegetables, cheeses, fruits, etc., the second part is children's toys, everything for the garden and a lot of everything else, the second floor is clothes. Everything is 2-3 times lower in price than in Dubai as a whole, so don't be squeamish, it's worth it. I bought T-shirts and a sweatshirt (the first night was freezing). The original Dubai chocolate (fix) was found in the Dubai Mall, the exit from the subway and already right at the entrance to the pier on the right among the souvenirs, the Egyptians sell chocolate, speak Russian, pl 130 dirhams, but it was necessary to bargain, it is more expensive on the wb, but anyway. An exchange office near the hotel: unfavorable exchange rate and service + 5 dirhams, better at the Marina at kfc.

We are flying from Intourist tour operator, Fly dubai airline. The meeting party in the UAE is Anextour (I don't know why). We spend a lot of time at the airport, about an hour, maybe an hour and a half. This is because the police detained some tourists who were supposed to ride with us on the same bus and we were waiting for them. According to representatives of Anextour, they are obliged to wait for tourists for 2 hours from the moment the flight lands. Then we load up on the bus and go, our hotel is the last one. We chose this hotel because of its good location and price. 2 years ago we were at a nearby hotel called the Jannah Marina Hotel apartments, it was better, but first things first. So, we got to the hotel at 14:20, check-in at 15:00. They didn't move in ahead of time, but that's okay, it's good not to wait long. We went to a nearby store, bought water, tea and ice cream. Upon check-in, the tax was paid 100 dirhams (20 dirhams per day). Keep in mind that you will be asked for a deposit upon check-in. It is 200 dirhams or 100 dollars. The deposit is refunded on the day of eviction. If you left a deposit in dollars, it will be returned in dollars, if in dirhams, then in dirhams. Number We got a room on the 2nd floor with a partial view of the pool and marina. The room is large and consists of 2 rooms. At the entrance you enter a small corridor, on the left there is a kitchen, then the room itself with a sofa, an armchair and a coffee table. From it there is an exit to the bedroom with a large and comfortable bed, and from the bedroom there is an exit to the bathroom.node. There is also a balcony. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances: hob, oven, microwave, kettle, washing machine. Dishes are also present. An ironing board and an iron are included. It is important to take into account that the hotel is not new and everything is already quite shabby and shabby. Nearby is the Jannah hotel, it is newer, the furniture is fresh, but the price for it this time was almost 2 times more, so the choice fell on SIGNATURE. The novelty of the room was not important to us, because we only slept in the room, and the rest of the time we were on the beach and wandering around the city. But for some it may be critical. Please note that in the bathroom, hot water is supplied from a water heater, its volume is enough for 2 people to wash, then you have to wait for the water to heat up. Territory This is an ordinary city hotel, there is no territory as such. Outside there is a small swimming pool with a view of the Dubai Marina. We have never been in the pool, mostly Indians splashed there all the time. Sport There is a small gym on the ground floor. But it's purely to keep yourself in good shape. The equipment is very tight. If 3 people are engaged, it will already be crowded. By the way, there is no cooler in the hall, so take water with you. Food We only had breakfast. If you take half board (breakfast + dinner), then 15,000 rubles had to be added to the cost for 6 days of stay. Whether it's worth it or not is up to you to decide, but remember that you live in an expensive area where food prices are not the lowest. There are several cafes with an acceptable price tag where we had dinner, I will write about them below. You can also cook yourself, because you have a kitchen). The food for breakfast is ordinary (scrambled eggs, porridges, pasta, sausages, sliced, etc.), but delicious. Desserts and pastries are also great. The diet does not change much, every day everything is the same, plus or minus. If you want to eat more or less on a budget, then there is an Uzbek restaurant within a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The waiters speak Russian there, Uzbek and Russian cuisines are presented. There is shish kebab, pilaf, shurpa, etc. We had 150 dirhams for two. At the rate of 26, this is 3900 rubles. You can also eat at the Grill & Chill cafe price tag +/- as in Uzbekim, but this cafe is not very conveniently located, right next to the road. We only went to this place because of the great cocktails. Purchase of products There is a large Choithrams supermarket opposite the hotel. You can buy any products there, but the price tag for everything there is relatively high. There is also a pharmacy there. There is another supermarket 400 meters away called VIVA. They sell products only under their own brand, but the price tag is significantly lower than in Choithrams. We bought water, ice cream, tea there, and so on for small things. Location The hotel has a very good location. The road to the sea takes 15 minutes. You can walk along the embankment or along an ordinary street. In general, in my opinion, it is very important that you have the opportunity to get to the sea on foot, because waiting for shuttles, taking the subway and buses is so much fun. In this regard, the hotel is very conveniently located. Marina Mall is a 15-minute walk from the hotel. This is certainly not the Dubai Mall, but it has everything you need. There is a metro station next to the mall, which opens up opportunities for you to travel all over Dubai on your own and see many attractions on your own. Souvenirs Go to the Day tot Day shops for souvenirs. There is a very large selection of all sorts of things at affordable prices. In addition to souvenirs, you can buy chocolate-covered dates there, which will be 30-40% cheaper than in a regular store. Weather We were at the hotel in early June, when the daytime temperature rose to 40 degrees. The main question that is often asked online is: is it worth going to Dubai in this heat? I will say this, if you tolerate the heat in Moscow normally, then you will cope with it normally there. The main thing is to plan the day. Let's say you are at sea from 8-11. Then you return to the hotel (have lunch, sleep) or go to the mall. From 16-19 back to the sea. In the evening you have dinner and go to explore the sights). The only thing is that I would not take children under the age of 7 in such heat, but this is only my opinion. There were a lot of people with children from 1 year old on the beach, and they all swam, played and were happy. So, take a lot of sunscreen with you, have a good mood and go to this beautiful country called the UAE!

The hotel is nice, albeit a little old renovation. The staff is very kind, Khalid helped with many issues, a very nice guy, there are also Russian girls on the staff, everything is clean, cleaned every day, the washing machine is new, nothing is beaten or stained, the bed is gorgeous, the bed linen is very nice and the mattress. The location is excellent if you arrive and depart from al Maktoum, without traffic jams for 20 minutes, with 40 traffic jams. It's close to the metro, to the beach, everything is nearby, all entertainment and restaurants, a 24-hour shop, in general, everything you need is there. And you can take a walk closer to night, and the shopping center is also close, the location is good. There is a mosque next to the hotel, we did not wake up from it, she quietly turned on the prayer, during the day, of course, you can hear her all over the marina, not at 5 in the morning) The breakfasts are normal, there are vegetables and fruits, eggs, potatoes, cheeses, sausages, sausages, for every taste, you will not stay hungry. The pool area is small, and everything is constantly occupied, so they didn't have time to use it. Beautiful view of the marina.

I liked everything. Yes, the rooms were not new, but they had everything you needed. I took my own towels, rags, sponges and dishwashing liquid with me, it will come in handy. Take the powder for the washing machine, or you can buy it across the street at the supermarket. To the beach slowly 20 min. Dubai Mall is 25 minutes away The breakfasts are the same about every day, but you definitely won't stay hungry. The deposit is 200 dirhams, then returned. And the 9-day tour fee for two is 180 dirhams. The exchange office is two minutes from the hotel across the street. Water was given every day. We cleaned every day. The air conditioner was noisy, we were used to it. The clothes dryer was given a minute after the request to give it. The Internet was not connected in the room, the master came in a couple of minutes and set everything up. The TV did not turn on, the master also came very quickly and set everything up. We are very satisfied. Last year I lived across the street at the Wyndham Hotel, the breakfasts there are more varied, but the rooms are very small, tiny, so next time we'll choose Signature again.

A room with two rooms and a view of the Marina. Actually, the view of the Marina solves everything))) the rest is so-so, check-in at 15.00, they don't check in earlier, you wait on the couch, the rooms are tired, everything is stale in the lobby, too, that is, they don't do a full repair, they greased it up there, they greased it up here. The hotel has two exits, to the street and to the Marina. The beach is 2 km away, and there are many mini markets along the way where you can buy groceries. The metro is about 15 minutes away, there is an alcohol market on the way. Breakfast is a disappointment, croissant, watermelon, coffee, cheese, sausage, omelet on request, pasta, sausages, one set every day. Take a rate without breakfast, there are excellent mini markets nearby, and the rooms have a full kitchen with dishes, you can cook such a breakfast yourself, there is a Marina mall nearby, there is plenty of ready-made food. The Wi-Fi is also very weak. Cleaning is weak, but there is, towels were changed. The bottom line is, if you don't depend on the Internet and cook by yourself, you can go to the hotel, if breakfast and proper food are important, you will be disappointed.

We returned from Dubai over the weekend. We lived in this hotel. One-bedroom room. We traveled together, with a 12-year-old child. We saw the sofa in the photo of the room and were glad there was a place for the child to sleep. In fact, the sofa is small, maybe 1.6m at most, and it does not fold out. And it's not cheap to take an extra bed, in my opinion 150 dirhams per night. Keep this in mind. Cleaning on request seems to be every day, but formal, there is dust everywhere, the floor is dirty. The floor was probably wiped only in front of the front door. If you walk barefoot across the floor and lie down on a bed with a white sheet, you will see dirty unimaginable footprints. Towels were changed without any problems. By the way, the sofa was covered in sand when we checked in, we ourselves shook the sand off it with a sponge. There is liquid soap in the bathroom, a couple of discs and 5 cotton swabs. There are 2 hair and body wash products above the bathroom, both dispensers were broken. We arrived at the hotel early at 6 a.m., asked to check in early, got tired on the road, and offered $100. It didn't work out at all. We checked in at 14:30. the child had a birthday on the day of arrival. I read that they bring a cake to the room. They didn't bring us anything, although I saw their staff in the elevator a couple of times with a birthday cake. The impressions are spoiled, the child waited, but did not wait. We took breakfasts and dinners. Not very diverse, but you can eat. A couple of times there was a feeling that the food was not fresh- in taste and smell, often sluggish sliced fresh cucumbers, watermelons, apples, fruit salad (in my opinion, there are watermelons, apples and oranges). We changed dinner for lunch once (I don't recommend it, lunch is on the menu only, there were 3 people at lunch, there wasn't much choice. And even after that lunch, I had an intestinal disorder). Our windows overlooked the neighboring hotel and mosque. Very loud prayers, it's still okay during the day, but at night, even with the doors closed, I woke up. There are 2 Russian-speaking staff in the kitchen, but they are not really needed there, the dishes are buffet and you will figure it out for yourself. But we were unlucky at the reception on the first and second day of arrival (just check-in and basic questions) there were no Russian-speaking staff and it was very difficult. They gave me 2 pairs of slippers, but there are three of us. I had to ask several times before they brought it. There is a kitchen in the room, but apart from tea, nothing was done there. There is a washing machine, it washes well. The dryer was provided upon request. They gave 4 bottles of water to the room, you can get free water from the vending machine near the kitchen. The pool is small, I don't know, but moms and kids used to hang out there. It's not close to the sea, especially in the heat, but you can walk for 20-25 minutes. Beach towels, umbrellas were provided at the reception, 50 dirhams per day. Wi-Fi is free at the hotel, sometimes it slows down. There is a supermarket with a large selection across the street, there is also an exchange with an unfavorable exchange rate, it's better to change immediately at the airport, there is a normal exchange rate. In general, we can live, but we won't go there anymore.

I liked the hotel...we checked into the room and it turned out that there were no adapters for Russian equipment...after the call at the reception, it was delivered in five minutes. The staff is respectful... Direct view of DUBAI MARINA...but not from all rooms...for example, 502...4...6...8 overlooking the Marina....starting from the 10th, there is a view of the city. Breakfasts are normal...there are shops nearby... cafes...restaurants...It's a long way to the sea. 20...25 min walk....A big plus...private pool with a magnificent view of the Marina

The location is quite good. Not right by the subway, not right by the highway, but with access to the canal. DMCC is 20 minutes away at a leisurely pace, a little longer to the sea. The beach, to be honest, is so-so, I went to Kite beach for the whole day. But here the water is warmer and there are no waves. The path to Blue waters starts from the beach. The room was struck by the presence of 2 rooms (a living room and a bedroom), and at the entrance there was a full-fledged kitchen with appliances (stove, microwave, refrigerator, kettle), dishes (plates, pans, saucepans, but not 1 piece each!). However, the spoons and forks were found only on the final day, when they were needed. Renovation, furniture is worn out, but it's pretty good. Agricultural equipment is not without comments, but it provides functionality. There are problems with cleaning and changing towels, but not so critical that you can go straight and arrange a showdown. The food (half board) does not shine with variety, but the assortment is present. On January 7, they had a festive buffet, and then the chefs went wild. There was even a baked turkey, sliced by the chef himself. Dinner can be changed to lunch, but you need to notify the day before. Upon check-in, you will need to make a deposit ($100 or 200 AED), refunded at check-out. There is a Russian-speaking staff, all issues were resolved promptly. I recommend it!

Very good hotel, good location, helpful staff, varied food, but the cleaning is so-so (towels may not be changed) Beach towels are paid for and they make sure that they are not taken by the pool. A room with a view must be paid in advance

We stayed at this hotel. The hotel itself is already old, the rooms are poorly cleaned. Towels were constantly not reported, I had to go and ask. One TV in the room wasn't working at all! There are practically no channels in Russian. There was no safe in the room, of course.Considering that almost all people from the CIS countries stay at the hotel, the staff can't even connect two words in Russian. It's okay when you're young, but it's going to be very difficult for older people. The main advantage of this hotel is its location!! 15 minutes walk to the metro (DMCC station), 15-20 minutes to the beach. Nearby there are supermarkets for every budget. There are many restaurants and cafes. A 20-minute walk to Marina Mall. The hotel does not pull for 4 *, a maximum of 2 * and that's a stretch.

We returned from this hotel 2 days ago and were satisfied with our stay. They were fed delicious breakfasts, cleaned up every day, changed towels and put bottles of water. The main advantage of the hotel is its location! The beach is a 15-minute walk away, and the metro is also nearby. There is water transport near the Marina Mall and there is a tram on the way to the beach, which takes you to Palma.

A great hotel for your money, the location is fantastic, if you're lucky, they'll give you a room with a view of the embankment, the rooms are large, well-equipped, everything is solved quickly, the renovation is not fresh, but clean and everything is there!

Nice hotel with apartments. The 2-room apartments have 2 toilets, a hall, a kitchen fully equipped for living (dishes, stove, refrigerator, washing machine) Pretty clean. They make a discount on breakfast for guests if they did not take it in advance. There is a heated swimming pool. We were satisfied. We booked in advance, without prepayment, and kept the reservation for a couple of months, which surprised us.

The location is excellent, the verandas overlooking the city are very beautiful. Breakfasts will do, but not for long.... It is better not to take full board, but to eat in neighboring restaurants. It is convenient that there is its own underground parking.

Hello..The hotel is located in the Dubai Marina area..the rooms are generally normal, but the hotel is old and tired, we rested there for 7 days, there are a lot of Russians, if you order breakfast and dinner in the restaurant, you will overeat, the portions are very large..plus a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner menu..in general, we were satisfied, thanks to the staff, Sofia, Salim, all good..English language skills are required at the reception!

A good hotel. I liked the breakfasts, they were delicious, in large quantities. The staff is friendly. It is located in a good area, not far from the beach. There is a small swimming pool. The only thing is that toothpaste was not brought without a request and a towel was put in the room for the last two days. Overall, it is wonderful.

The hotel is in a great location, the view of the yachts is very fascinating. The hotel staff is very friendly and performs their duties well. The food is good, we had a very rich breakfast, the assortment is excellent. Everything is fine, but there is a slight disadvantage of this hotel. It needs to be repaired. If you close your eyes to this, then everything is Super!!!

The hotel is small, the furniture is old. But I liked the staff service, the kitchen is good. The beach can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. There are many places nearby where you can have lunch or dinner.

Good location, price and a pool overlooking the Marina. There are plenty of shops and cafes nearby. Everything else is bad: the service, the cleaning is disgusting, the travel agency at the hotel is cheating for money, do not use it! In general, 4 stars does not pull together. The refrigerator in the room is buzzing terribly. In general, if you are willing to pay more than 20 thousand per night, definitely take another hotel, and if you pay 17-18 thousand per day, then this option is quite acceptable, for this money I have not found any alternatives by location.

We stayed at this hotel in September 2024. Upon arrival, we decided to leave a review immediately. Previously, I read in reviews about the distances to the subway, the beach, the mall - they wrote that it was close enough. I've been timing it, and it's not really close. From the hotel itself to the jbr beach - 25 minutes in one direction at a calm, brisk pace (I mean to the sand with water, and still walk over the bridge, crossing roads with traffic lights and active traffic). It's uncomfortable. To Dubai marina mall - 20 minutes at a medium-fast pace in one direction (the road is convenient, along the pleasant marina embankment), to the metro - 15 minutes at a medium-fast pace (the way to the metro is not very comfortable). The climate was very humid and stuffy, scorching sun and stuffiness, only after 21:00 and from 6:00 to 11:00 fresher, without sun. The locals said that even in the season when the temperature is lower and there is less sun, humidity and stuffiness are present all year round. There are a lot of grocery stores, cafes, restaurants around, close by. Marina embankment was very pleasant, clean, cozy, there is no unpleasant smell from the water. JBR beach is wide, light yellow sand, but it is unclean. There are a lot of very small shells, you can injure your leg, you saw cigarette butts, cans, that is, imperfectly clean, the entrance to the water is also pebbles, shells, broken shells and something else. The water is clean, good, the entrance is gentle. The beach area with a promenade-dedicated road and many cafes, hookah bars, changing rooms, sun beds - did not impress, everything is chaotically located, dirty, very noisy in the evenings, crowded plus cars. About the hotel: located at a distance from the above is not very convenient. To get to all the sights only by metro (like Burj Khalifa, etc.). Would you come here again? Probably not. About the hotel: there is practically no territory, there are 3 palm trees at the entrance to the reception, a children's slide, a swimming pool. And to the side there are tables on the street, in the form of a terrace overlooking the marina embankment. You can sit and eat at them. Tables and chairs are very dirty, do not wash at all. The lobby, where the reception is small. The guys at the reception are not bad, no one spoke Russian, it's difficult to speak, but you can. The hotel room was bought back in May 2024 with accommodation in September. I was surprised that the room was not prepared. They categorically said that they would be allowed in no earlier than 15:00, the check-in time is indicated on the website. The room was provided in a dirty condition. The room is good, we liked the area, layout, 5th floor, partial view of the marina and the pool, partially - on the road with a grocery store. The side was not scorching- sunny, quiet, we liked it. Balcony. Clothes dryer. There are 2 tables in the baokon zone. There is a corridor in the room, a kitchen area + a living room, a separate bedroom and a shared bathroom. There was a full bath, not a shower cabin. Cleaning upon check-in lasted for 2 hours, because the hotel staff tuned the TV (there are 2 of them in the room), brought dishes, towels, funds, etc. We liked the room, the furniture was everything for a comfortable stay. During the 13 days of our stay, water (as many bottles as you want) tea sets, coffee with cream were constantly brought, towels, perfumes, cosmetics and hygiene products were changed, wet cleaning was carried out - we also liked it. There were shampoo, liquid soap, body gel, body cream, toothbrushes, pastes, slippers, ironed safe. an iron board. I washed all the appliances.the car worked perfectly in perfect condition. The bed linen and towels were clean, white, without stains and holes. Sometimes we came across towels with stains, but we immediately opened them, looked at them and asked them to replace them, they immediately changed them for good ones. I didn't mind drying off. Breakfast. We bought a room with BB, we liked the breakfasts at first, not salty, not spicy, not sour, as they are mainly cooked in the UAE - there is an experience of staying in other emirates. Then the extremely monotonous menu and not very suitable for the term buffet began to disappoint. In 13 days, only pasta was changed to dry rice or noodles with vegetables. The rest is the same thing from day to day and very simple. There have never been any salads, the pastries are semi-dry, the choice is very small. From fruits - watermelon, melon, orange - not sweet, green. Once they took apples, they were terribly sour. Milk porridge is oatmeal every day, in the form of thick porridge it was only 2 times in 13 days, the rest of the days - they diluted a glass of oatmeal with water and milk, served in the form of liquid soup, without butter and sugar, it is not possible to eat. We made a remark to the cooks. 2 3 types of cheese 2 types of olives 2 types of sausage are edible. Hot dishes: egg and potatoes or zucchini stewed with sausages, other nonsense. There was no meat or fish. Boring breakfasts. There are only 2 types of juice . Tea and coffee are bitter and not tasty. The waiters were great, they worked very actively, politely and in a timely manner. The hall itself, where breakfasts are held, is clean, cozy, comfortable, you can buy lunches and dinners. There are no additional restaurants in the hotel. But there is a gym (a small room, a room of 10 meters), there are only 6 simulators, they are tightly packed, it is difficult to pass one. Massage and spa are open around the clock, the prices are staggering, not used. We lived in 5* in another emirate, the prices for spa and massage were even lower. An area with booklets of excursions without an employee. The place was always empty, excursions are not offered at the hotel. Corridors, elevator, clean, good. But the reception area is dusty and dirty. About visiting the pool: towels are good, 1 in hand per person, sun beds with mattresses, but there are only 4 umbrellas for 20 sun beds. I liked that the pool was covered with skyscrapers around, there was little sun. The water is comfortable and clean. The pool is small, everything was placed. Mini-pool for children. Of the minuses, the step down to the pool was skewed, swayed and creaked, turned to the workers, no measures were taken. You have to understand that people with different weights and use them in different ways. One worker at the pool distributes towels for both the lifeguard and the cleaner. The pool staff is unfriendly. Beach towels are not provided. Towels are provided in the room for 3 pcs per person. To sum up, our impression is mixed, the hotel itself made a positive impression. For those who go for a beach holiday and want to enjoy the sea, going to the beach is not an option, especially in this climate. Those who are going to see the city and just stay in a city hotel, probably need to pick up closer to the subway. In general, everyone has their own. But we concluded that it is more comfortable when there is a swimming pool and its own beach area at the hotel.

Excellent and not expensive apartments, for your money from the metro about a 12-minute walk, also about to the beach - a cool option, especially the view of the pier, there are the most necessary things for living, the food is ordinary, but we only had breakfast. The staff is friendly, I want to mention the Russian girl Sophia is very hospitable, responsive, and will help with advice-in general I recommend it!!!
