A great hotel, varied and delicious food, everyone will find something to their liking. Beef, turkey, chicken, fish, seafood. Sweet tooth paradise, a very large selection. The staff is polite, the main thing is to smile more often and they always reciprocate. The territory is well maintained, you can use the slides for free. The most important advantage of this hotel is a great beach, no tides and a lot of different fish. One of the disadvantages is the old room stock, but there are also updated rooms, evening animation is not very boring, although the animators try. I definitely recommend the hotel!

Indeed, the best beach of this bay! The sea is wonderful here! The entry into the sea is perfect, it's great with children! There is a place to swim, watch and feed the fish, there is a place to walk near the hotel. I'm shooting a star for the guys at the reception and the tired fund. The food for Egypt is excellent, the drinks are local as everywhere, the cups are disposable everywhere. A nice but tired hotel. Advantages: smooth entry into the sea, sand. There is a coral reef with fish where there are artificial columns in the sea. The beach is big and there are a lot of sunbeds, but sometimes I had to find a place for myself. Now the cons: Room cleaning is the worst, and the rooms themselves pull a C (we had 2209) the furniture is shabby, the drawers open crookedly, there are not even glasses for toothbrushes. The food is almost the same day after day, but there are all kinds of meat/vegetables/fish, but seafood is not the specialty of this hotel (maybe in Egypt it is everywhere) At 18.00, everyone is kicked out of the sea and pools. The music on the beach is the same all day and consists of several tracks, so from the place closest to the bar you will listen to the newly released record. The animation is uninteresting and the same thing. The animation team is annoying with its obsession. Coffee, if you drink it without milk, is quite tolerable. Milk is poured into the coffee machine dry. The SIM card was bought at the airport, and 170GB was enough for 8 days

We arrived on 10/15/2024, The rest is wonderful! The sea is gorgeous, the sunset is excellent, they placed it on the ground floor and did not regret it at all, it is very convenient! The pyramid is an excellent hotel, food for 5+, for every taste, whatever you want, the rooms are clean, the furniture is old, of course, but in fairly good condition, the room was cleaned daily, the linen was changed, the TV was working, the air conditioner was working. We lived on the 3rd floor. The weather is hot, but it is easy for us to transfer. 37/40 degrees. We went on excursions, went sailing, and had a lot of impressions. The sea is nearby, the entrance to the sea is sandy, comfortable. It was windy, but it was even good. It was quiet for a couple of days.Many thanks to the guys from Chiptrip. We wanted to buy a Zirtek, it costs $ 7, at a pharmacy, which you need to walk along the coast, we bought it for $ 1. The beach is a fairy tale, the entrance to the sea is gentle, coral reefs with fish and sea urchins are a miracle of the underwater kingdom! A stingray was seen several times at depth. With a mask, consider everything. There are no questions about maintenance either. Tatiana V. writes nonsense about the fact that the drawers open crookedly, the furniture is shabby, there is no cup for brushes, they are kicked out of the pool after 18 - This is a disaster!!! The restaurant is large, there were always free seats. All this time we were either sitting in the lobby or walking around the hotel. + The room was just great!! Sea view. To the right and left, 10 steps away (literally), there were swimming pools (large with different depths and 120 cm with hydro massage, waterfall and heating), we walked about 3 minutes to the sea. Renovated room, large double bed, comfortable mattress, there is also a sofa. All rooms are the same, the only difference is the view from the balcony. + I had excellent Internet connection in the room, in order to call my family and hang out on social networks - quite. + Towels were changed regularly, cleaned every day, the bed is also made every day, floors, mirrors, shower, toilet are washed. We tried to leave tips every day, but because of the early excursions we did not always have time, so we did not notice much difference between cleaning for $ 1 and free) The only time we saw an Arab come out of the room sad) + The food is sooo delicious!!! I've never tasted anything tastier in Russia. + Every dinner they make an installation of fruits, vegetables, make fountains) + There are always places in the restaurant, they are removed from the tables immediately. Even what was not touched is removed - a separate plus) + The staff is very responsive, sociable, smiling and speaks Russian very well. The staff always greeted us when we even just ran by. I have never noticed a bad attitude towards Russians at all, as they wrote here) + The hotel is mainly occupied by foreigners (Serbs, Poles, Bulgarians, Germans, Arabs). When choosing a hotel, this point was one of the most important to avoid a fight over shrimp with compatriots) + The sea is just magical! It is very warm, especially in the evenings. At a depth of 2 meters, the bottom is perfectly visible, the water is clean. There are live corals with fish all along the shore, you can dive with a mask and take a closer look at them. Those who complained that they were kicked out of the sea and pools at 18:00, do you really want to swim in the Red Sea after sunset or swim in the dirty pool in the morning?) + Booking of sun loungers is prohibited until 8:00 in the morning. + There is a bar on the beach where you can have a snack (fruits, burgers, lasagna, meat, sausages, French fries) and drink. Because of this, sometimes I had to walk all over the beach to find a place for myself. - The bathroom is old, no repairs have been done there. - There is no cup for toothbrushes, there are no toothbrushes and toothpaste themselves. - No repairs have been done in the corridors of the hotel either, it is shabby in places. - On the tour, we were picked up the very first and brought the very last) Of course, this is logical, because first there are 5* hotels at a great distance from the airport, but still a couple of times because of this we missed breakfasts and dinners - Early breakfast is something) Of all the things offered, I ate a cucumber and coffee) As my boyfriend said, it was just like we were given leftovers from dinner) Most likely I missed something, but despite all the disadvantages, the hotel is just wonderful, especially by Egyptian standards. Overall, the hotel is not bad by local standards. The best thing is the territory + snorkeling in the "lost city" + an excellent prominade 8 km long. along which you can drive an electric car. The food is quite decent, especially the pastries and desserts. The room stock is tired, but you can negotiate with the staff. I give 3 stars for the unbearable noise on the beach (animation exceeding all possible decibels). And woe to those vacationers who got rooms with a view of the neighboring hotel (V luxury resort). For a reason unknown to me and many other guests, evening animation in this hotel is held from 21.00 to 22.40. The stage is located right between the buildings, you can hear everything!!! And quite loudly. There's no way to go to bed early!

The view from the windows is beautiful, the purest sea. Not far from our beach there is a sunken building, there are corals and many beautiful fish. Of the unpleasant ones: they were settled in a dirty room, it was dusty on the surfaces, the floor was dirty, water flowed from the toilet barrel onto the floor and a puddle gathered. There were not enough beds, I was with my husband and two children, but everything was resolved after contacting the reception, the next day. Thanks for that! In general, we had a great rest and we liked it!

I've loved this hotel since I was a kid! So I decided to go back to it, but with my husband (who has never left the city). The impressions are great! My husband really liked the hotel, even offers to go here again! The beach is sandy, but there may be sharp corals in the water, be careful, or just take your swimming slippers with you. The rooms are cozy, you can even sit and drink tea right in the room (when I went earlier this was not the case) there is a swimming pool on site. There are also wonderful excursions, which you can check with your guide.

Bartenders serve beer and cocktails, pastries. which wasn't there before. For dinner, shrimp on the grill every evening. There were even crabs 2 times. In general, we were satisfied with the trip. I liked the hotel as a whole. The beautiful gated resort of Sahl Hasheesh is located in a bay, and this has the advantage of relatively cold and strong winds in winter. A long promenade along the sea and other hotels, you can ride an electric car. The hotel has a large beach, lots of sun loungers, a good entrance to the sea. There is no natural reef, but corals are slowly growing on flooded concrete and steel structures and many different fish are swimming. According to the diet, you can choose what comes in, but not the Turkish buffet, of course. In terms of animation, the guys did well, but we did not participate, we were on our own wave. The room stock is probably the only negative - we had a damaged room... but the red sea is beautiful, and it covered all the disadvantages.

We left our things, changed our clothes and went to the beach, well, had breakfast, of course. Things are guarded - everything is fine. We were checked in at 14 o'clock, we lived in rooms 2114, 2118. The rooms are good, in my opinion, the plumbing works. They cleaned and changed the linen when we say. Nice view and comfortable beds. Everything was fine with us. I really didn't like the fact that only some strange channel 8 is shown in Russian. It's not even a channel. And some kind of recording or something like that: a film about Roland Bykov was shown for 3 days, then some strange fortune tellers who offer to cure everything and it all turns in a circle for 3 days, then there was a film about Gundareva for 3 days, in general, a very strange channel. The food is normal, in my opinion, they fed us king prawns in the evening, ice cream with sprinkles (coconut nuts). What I didn't like: absolutely no animation!!!! That is, she is just at 0. A lot of guys are running, smiling, having fun themselves, changing into some costumes, dancing on the beach. But it doesn't do any good. The hotel is big, I think there are more than seven hundred people there. Nothing has been done for people there, there is no place for evening rest and entertainment. Then they arrange a party on the beach, where you need to stand, well, there are 30-40 young people standing there, the dust rises terribly, terribly loud music!!! They also arrange parties around the pool, where everyone is standing too. There was also a party inside at the reception - the noise is such that it is impossible to be there physically. In general, there are no concerts, no entertainments, these guys are funny on the beach, they entertain girls there, giggle with them, arrange dances for children, shout something in English. Children do not understand what they are shouting about, someone is coming, someone is not coming! In the evening, there is absolutely nothing to do there for 90% of vacationers. I have never seen such a disgusting animation!!! There is no place where you can gather a large number of people in order to entertain them, there is no amphitheater, no chairs in the fresh air, nothing where people can sit, drink, watch some kind of concert at least or have some other fun, there is nothing like that!!! This is a big hotel!!! What's good? The waiters in the restaurant work well. Tables are cleared instantly. There is a manager who seats people, if you don't know where to sit, they will take you and show you. They are very friendly and attentive! Well done! On the beach, beachboys are looking for sunbeds, dragging, helping people!Well done, beach fights on the beach work great! The snack bar was repaired and the entrance was allowed in front of us. Parted - nothing to say . They didn't change our room, they said there were no rooms available. then we met the family, it turns out that for $ 50 it was possible to move. There was simply no sofa in the room. Walking on the floor only in shoes. There is nowhere to dry things, there is a small dryer for swimsuits, in the photo in all its excellent condition.
