A very, very decent hotel for your money. Anyone who is dissatisfied with the variety of food, go to Turkey and eat there until you drop. The Emirates is not a place where people go to gorge themselves. Breakfast buffet: freshly squeezed juice, coffee, several types of sausage, cheese, sausages. Eggs, pastries, several types of fruits. Muesli, cereals, vegetables, yoghurts. This is for MORE than three stars. Everything is fresh, everything is delicious. Dinner/lunch is sometimes ala carte, sometimes a la carte, depending on the number of people. A separate huge plus for the pool. I remind you of a three-star hotel. The pool is gorgeous, or rather there are two of them: an adult and a child. It is located on the roof overlooking the business district of the city. The water is clean, warm, and there are always free sun beds. They clean, clean and check the pH regularly. Room cleaning is OK, bed linen and towels are changed every day. The beach is nearby, clean, pleasant. It was about an hour's walk to Burj Khalifa, and we walked periodically. There is a bus station very close by, in principle, you can go directly to any area of the city. It's better to take the subway to Marina, otherwise you'll be on the bus for 2 hours. The subway is half an hour on foot, quite convenient. There are McDonalds and all kinds of eateries nearby to eat, be guided by the number of people in them, where it is worth eating, where it is not.

Good afternoon to the reader of this review! We just left the hotel and so far everything is fresh, I'll share an honest review. I must say right away that at every step, having completed their work, everyone asks to write a good review about their institution or something else! So half of the reviews are not always the perfect truth. We drove, realizing that there would be no super duper. That's exactly what we got. The food is as prescribed for a triple. Lunch and dinner are the same menu. It's sad! What I didn't want to eat at lunch and repeat for dinner. We had fish and rice twice, and it was delicious. Once I got a chicken with vegetables (not with rice, it's heavily peppered and so-so) - that was delicious! There are desserts, ice cream, or fruit salad. In November, there was watermelon and melon. Breakfast is generally sad. Omelet, vegetables, sausages, porridge, potatoes, and something else from porridge. Yes, we took everything a little bit at a time and ended up overeating. There is no meat, except sausages in general. As I don't eat them, I took vegetables. They don't taste like anything. I liked them. There are fruits, cheese, and small pastries. In general, they just filled their stomachs with everything in order not to starve and not to buy something on the side. I'm a cheapskate, I was carrying the money for excursions, not to buy food. That's why I took 3p meals a day. The beach is at a normal level of 35 minutes, including the bus. We traveled a lot. We bought a Nol card. Check-in is already at 16.30, and then after swearing. We arrived at a little over 12. We were almost late for the tour. I had to spend money on a taxi, although I had already bought a bus card. It was very sad! And they didn't give me two beds, I was with my son. And one. And we slept under the same blanket! It's not convenient at all! After much discussion, they have already given us 2 beds for tomorrow. You need to ask for an iron and then give it back. It was very inconvenient to run back and forth, they often arrived late and had no strength to follow him around the floors, there was no hair dryer in the room. Soap is only liquid. There are towels, a kettle, 2 mugs, coffee, tea in 2 sachets, a bottle of water. That's it! We have even more 3-star service in RB! By the way, you can't take food from the canteen. There is a tour girl at the reception, immediately to the right at the entrance - she helped us a lot, 99% more than a separate guide! Respect and respect for her! We were given a room with a view of the neighboring building. So she wasn't even weighed in. Because we were almost not in the room, we didn't care and didn't bother to torture ourselves and ask for something else. Others were swearing!

A very good budget hotel. Good breakfasts. The deposit is 100 dirhams, the tax for 7 days is 35 dirhams. There is a Green Lemon eatery near the hotel, where you can eat, as well as visit the Zam Zam restaurant. La Mer beach is within walking distance, but it's abandoned, you can't eat there, and you can swim in the clear sea without crowds. There is a Balinese-style Concept cafe near it, and the coffee is delicious. The metro can be reached in 30 minutes on foot.

I highly recommend it. For a 3-star hotel, it is very good for its price. The location is excellent, La Mer beach is 20 minutes away at the usual pace, the breakfasts are excellent, I advise you to take them. I haven't had lunch or dinner at the hotel, I can't say. There is a lot of Filipino, Malay and Pakistani cuisine nearby, everything is fresh and affordable, plus supermarkets are within walking distance. The room is clean, towels are changed every day, the staff is helpful and friendly. I'll be happy to come back again. The water in the rooftop pool is warm and heated in early February. Nice.

Hello everyone Now I will tell you about my experience of visiting Dubai. When choosing a hotel, I was based on what I wanted.: 1) be able to go to the beach at any time without having to adjust to shuttles. 2) Located in an area with good transport links. 3) have dinner and lunch somewhere nearby. The hotel only took breakfast. Three conditions were fulfilled, albeit with nuances. 1) The beach is 20 minutes away. We went out at 11 and walked calmly, we didn't ache from the heat in early December. When we left the beach (~13:00), it was tolerably hot. La mayor city beach. If you are used to the Turkish ol en kluziv with its gentrified beaches, showers and sun beds, be prepared to blow your mind. The beach is literally abandoned. (It says reconstruction) It's like I'm in a movie about the apocalypse. There is a shower, changing rooms and a huge "pavilion" with establishments and shops - everything is abandoned. Everything looks cultured, not broken, just amazing. The road to the beach is just along the streets and along this very pavilion. The water is super clean, no one swims. There are a lot of girls in burkinis who will look disapprovingly at mini bikinis, but nothing) and in general there are a huge number of local people on the beach-mostly Hindus. They swim like tourists on city beaches. There is also security. They don't let you swim behind the buoys, and they chase you as it gets dark. And they didn't let me in at dawn until it was 8:00:(( 2) 35 minutes to the subway. That's it, period) Actually, I liked the road, it was easy to walk) There will be a paragraph 3 about the color of the area. But if you want to see different sights, corners of the city on your own and are not fans of walking, it can be problematic. I didn't have enough scooter carsharing) there is a bus stop in 5 minutes, but to pay for the fare, you need to walk to the subway at least once to buy a travel card. Since each trip costs 1.5-3 dollars for two people, as well as the subway (it depends on the length of the trip, how many areas you change, in short), we considered it not rational to take the bus to the subway and back (let's say $ 2 per person to the subway and $ 2 for the subway itself, and the same amount back. What if we're going to several places? It's going to cost a pretty penny) We spent a little less than $100 a week on public transport, considering that we wanted to see as much as possible. You calculate the time so that you do not get into rush hour ~ 17:30, as in our case, in the subway and do not take the bus. In the subway, you will wait for 3 trains before you can squeeze into the carriage. The bus will get stuck in traffic. Once it took almost 2 hours to drive from the hotel to the Deira mall! We cursed everything we could. 3) It was a piece of cake here. If we're looking at photos of Dubai Marina and you're expecting the same thing, don't wait. It feels like India. Near the tovarnaya street hotel. There are a lot of eateries with cheap prices, especially relative to Dubai. But the atmosphere, the contingent and the dishes match. Although in 9/10 of the cases it was delicious to me. I'm not picky) You can go get something at the store. For example, fruit slices. We did not take dinners and lunches in order to save $ 300 for two and did not regret it more than once. We gave away less than $100 in a week without adjusting to anything. But be prepared that as soon as you leave the area, you will have to pay from 50 dirhams per meal. There are only Hindus everywhere!!!! They live in ruined five-story buildings, play soccer and eat rice on a bag while sitting on the ground. It didn't bother me, but expecting beauty and wealth from the Emirates can scare me. I'm happy with everything! Although we were discouraged from the hotel because of the area, but I chose it and did not regret it. If your goal is to save money, you are not squeamish and are ready to look at contrasts, you like not to adjust to shuttles and plan your day on your own, as well as walking is your hobby, then welcome)))

The hotel is located not far from the sea. It takes about 20 minutes to walk, at first it seems a long way after the sea, but then you adapt, but you are not tied to the transfer. There are bus stops nearby that take you to various areas of Dubai, including attractions. The hotel itself is nice and clean. But in the beginning, I had to ask for a hairdryer, disposable slippers, a foot towel, and an adapter more than once! Full breakfasts, plenty of everything! There is a cozy pool on the roof of the hotel, towels are provided. And La Mer beach is in decline. Apart from the rescuers, not a single store is open, even with water. It's good that at least there's a shower and a toilet. But the water is clean, the sand is there, there is a place to hide in the shade. In general, we are satisfied with the rest!

The hotel is worth the money. We did not see cockroaches as in previous reviews. We lived in room 201 on the second floor, the room was clean, cleaned every day, changed towels, put a liter of water daily. Breakfast is a buffet, for dinner there were dishes to choose from first, then they made a buffet. Tea or coffee was served for dinner, there was only water. The location of the hotel is normal if you take a taxi. The metro is 2 km away, and we couldn't walk that far in the heat.

We have been staying at this hotel since October 31, 25. We were in Dubai for the first time and were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is located in a neighborhood where migrants live, but there are inexpensive shops and cafes nearby. It is convenient to get to the center by bus F11 to the metro, and there are a couple of stops. Or take the 88 bus in the other direction to Jumeirah Beach, to the Dubai Frame. Stop at the Iranian Hospital, 5 minutes from the hotel. There is a pool with a view on the roof of the hotel, towels are provided. You need your own towels for the beach. You also need mats and umbrellas, otherwise you will have to look for shade, and there is not enough of it. This story is on all beaches. Sun beds for rent are expensive. There is one beach with sun beds and umbrellas included, and the guides who stay at the hotel, Michael and Brian, sell transfers there. We took a trip to Abu Dhabi. Take a walk, as well as the Ferrari word and Sea world. We highly recommend it with children and teenagers. La Mer beach is average, you can go once. We went to Kite, Jumeirah 3, Dubai Island Beach. Somewhere by taxi, somewhere by bus. We visited the Museum of the Future, the frame, the Palm View observation deck, the Dubai Mall. This is in short. I repeat, there are no complaints about the hotel. The most basic disadvantage is that there is no place to dry swimsuits, there must be a change. They hung the wet stuff anywhere. As it is, the staff is very responsive, the cleaning is average, towels were changed every day, water was supplied. The food is good, everything is fresh, but not varied, plus or minus the same thing. You can safely go to the hotel.

Nice hotel, no luxury, but everything you need is there. There is a gym, saunas, swimming pools, everything is in good condition. The staff is very friendly, especially to children. The food in the hotel is for 3-4, but you definitely won't stay hungry, the only thing of course is that it would be more varied. The location of the hotel is Top,within walking distance of La Mayor beach,15 minutes on foot.,there are also supermarkets ,bus stops nearby, and you can walk to the metro if desired, in general, we were satisfied.

Good quality hotel, clean, tidy, well-fed. There's a pool upstairs. There is a busy street nearby, a beach, a 20-minute walk from the metro. A couple of blocks of ordinary hard workers, but it doesn't bother. Lots of small shops, benches and snack bars. Quiet, easy. At the exit and from the roof there is a beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa in a haze. Everything is fine.

I really liked the hotel. We've been here for 7 days. The breakfasts were in the buffet format, and for some reason the dinners were in the menu selection format: hot, soup, salad, fruit/dessert. Very nice staff, helped with the suitcases, guided tours at an adequate price. There was a swimming pool upstairs, where almost no one was, very comfortable and peaceful. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. We walked to the beach in 15 minutes.

I stayed for one night. The hotel corresponds to its 3 stars. Clear. Friendly staff, the room is spacious enough for one person. Of the cons: There was almost no fruit for breakfast. Couldn't open a complimentary bottle of water)) I had to ask the cleaner, and she barely made it) There was no shampoo or conditioner. Just the shower gel. So, if you're going to come here, take it with you!

I was disappointed with the hotel in every sense of the word. The view from the window onto the roof is filled with technical debris, the room is dirty, there is someone else's hair, no consumables, I haven't taken slippers, shampoo, etc. for a long time, but there is nothing here, including water. We planned the tour, so the tour sellers at the hotel convinced us to take their tour, allegedly at a low price, it was late and you couldn't plan another tour, it was only one day free, one amount was announced to us, and when we canceled the reservation of the original tour, the price was doubled and we couldn't explain the pricing. As a result, we didn't get anywhere and the only day off was gone. There is nothing to eat from the food.

Positive: - good location - quiet area, close to bus stops, supermarkets, currency exchanges, cafes - nearby (20min walk or 2 bus stops) nice La Mer beach - a good breakfast includes porridge, eggs, pastries, yoghurts, fruits and vegetables, juices, tea, coffee, etc. - a small hotel with 3 floors, a swimming pool on the roof, a beautiful view from the roof - the room is clean, cleaned every day, tea, coffee, water in the room, added every day. The bed is comfortable - there are no questions about the mattress and pillows, the blanket is large - for lovers of a weighted blanket) - the bathroom is normal - towels were changed every day, the water pressure is good, the plumbing is new. Dental kits and slippers are available on request. - the air conditioner in the room is adjustable and turns off without problems from the room Cons: - unpleasant check-in - upon arrival we were sent to change the money, they demanded 300 dirhams as a deposit, they would not check in without it - dinner is average - you won't leave hungry, but the choice is small, the only drinks for dinner are water - there are no balconies, clothes don't dry well

A very nice hotel. It is located 15 minutes from the sea, unfortunately there is no beach of its own. We went to a very, very decent city beach! But there are a lot of shops, eateries, boutiques, etc. nearby, as well as an alcohol market, this is a difficult topic in the UAE, but then it was solved on the way to the beach. The quality of service and the maintenance of the rooms are about 4 stars, although the hotel is positioned at 3, maybe this is the case for Dubai... There is a private pool with stunning views and a fitness room, included in the price of a standard room. Breakfast, buffet, lunch mostly a la carte and dinner too. The portions are huge. We liked it. Yes, the hotel takes a deposit of 350 derham. Unfortunately, there were no slippers, but they give adapters for sockets to the Euro standard. There is a kettle in the room. Water and tea/coffee bags are brought to the room.

We stayed at the hotel from May 10 to May 22. The hotel justifies its high rating. Everything is clean, both in the lobby and in the corridors, and in the restaurant, the room is cleaned and towels are changed every day, everything is replenished without reminders, tea, coffee, cream, sugar, 2 bottles of water. They asked for an iron, and they brought it right away. The water was always hot. The bed linen is snow-white, it was also changed often, the mattress is comfortable. Everything is working in the room, the plumbing is new.We only took breakfast, I liked everything, especially the pastries) everything is reported if it ends. The location is also good, there are many public transport stops, the metro is 15-30 minutes away (depends on traffic jams) There are many large supermarkets in the area. La Mer beach is within walking distance, 15-20 minutes.A solid 4* hotel, or maybe even 5*)

A very modest hotel. The rooms are old, without balconies. Because it is located among residential buildings, the windows were kept closed. There were no complaints about the food. It was very unpleasant when they were watching you so that you didn't take anything out of the food area. You can walk to the beach, but the lack of shaded areas and the large number of people were a problem for me. I'm not coming here a second time.

The hotel itself is good, reasonable prices, clean rooms, a variety of breakfasts (they found out about lunch or dinner, the price tag was inadequate, they refused), they took a deposit of 300 dirhams upon check-in (be prepared, they return upon check-out after checking the room), they liked the area with a rooftop pool, a cool view, a pool with a canopy, which is very saves you from the scorching sun. The road to the sea is normal, 7-10 minutes to La Mer beach. One of the disadvantages is the location. It's a 30-minute walk to the metro through the neighborhoods of the locals, where there is dirt and stink, not a very pleasant atmosphere.

Great hotel! We chose near the sea, walking to La Mer beach -15 minutes. Accommodation is breakfast only. The breakfasts are excellent, there is everything: an egg dish, something from a hot 2-3bda, its own pastries, vegetables, cheeses, fruits, breakfast cereals. The hotel is clean, cleaning every day and replenishing 0.5 liters of water per person. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they did everything right away. There is a rooftop pool with views of the city and the sea. I recommend it to everyone

We had a rest with my husband for 11 days, we liked the hotel, very nice, friendly staff, always ready to solve any problem, everything is prompt. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day,bed linen is changed every day,tea/coffee is replenished, they always ask if cleaning is needed, water is replenished,we liked the food very much,I don't know who wrote about the scarcity of food,we had enough of everything,a buffet breakfast, lunch also happens, and so lunch/ dinner is a bespoke menu, the chefs and waiters are trying their best, you can't even say that this is a 3-star hotel, it pulls on all 4)) The only negative is the location, but again, it didn't bother us much, the hotel is a 20-minute walk to the beach, but in the Indian/Filipino quarter, respectively 90% of Indian citizens are here on the streets and in establishments. Of course, it's better not to go alone to girls, unwanted acquaintances are provided) As it is, we liked everything, price - quality.

The price-quality ratio is quite consistent. Yes, the view from the window is not very good, but we only returned to spend the night, we had no time to look. The Satva area, yes, there are migrants, but it didn't bother us or bother us. The hotel is mainly inhabited by Russian speakers. The breakfasts are excellent, buffet, lunch and dinner are a la carte or buffet, depending on the number of guests. There is enough food, they cook very well, but it's too small for children. And the trouble is, there's only water for lunch and dinner. The room is clean, but they clean it late. There is a set for tea and coffee, which are replenished daily, and water is also supplied. There is a small swimming pool on the roof. From a logistical point of view, everything is fine. If you figure out the transport cards, then there are no problems at all. There are bus stops on three sides, and a 30-minute walk to the metro. La Mer Beach is a 20-minute walk away. We combined beach holidays in the morning and sightseeing in the afternoon. Since the time was calculated by the minute, our logistics are 100% worked out. The hotel has Russian-speaking local guides who are very friendly. Currency exchange across the block on the left, shops on every corner, even bought Dubai chocolate😊

The area where this hotel is located is considered a sleeping area, there are no skyscrapers and car noise. The hotel itself is interesting, the interior design is dynamic and vibrant. We were in room 201, there was everything we needed: a tea station, daily replenishment of CFE, tea, water, sugar. Fan. Iron on request. According to the recommendations of previous reviews, we took an adapter with us , it came in handy. The bed was comfortable , the window overlooked the neighboring apartment building , and it was not convenient to dry things . If you take a room without a balcony, keep in mind that things will dry for a long time. When we left, we opened the window and dried our clothes on the windowsill. There were those who brought a rope with them and hung it on it. The room was cleaned every day. On the day of the eviction, we were told that we did not have enough towels , we explained that it was not reported after cleaning . So pay attention to this and immediately inform the reception that something is missing. To avoid unpleasant moments on the day of departure. It was 8 a.m. when we checked into the hotel. We were warned that check-in would be at 2 p.m., but if the room was ready earlier, it would be checked in faster. As a result, we checked in at 12:00. 250 dirhams Deposit, 200 refunded upon eviction. We left our things in the luggage room until 12:00 and went swimming in the pool without any problems. It is located on the top floor, clean and cozy. We were given towels for each of us, although we were still without a room. There is everything you need: a toilet, a shower, deck chairs, armchairs and tables. There's a buzz there in the evening. Opening hours are from 8 to 20:00. The kitchen is buffet style. Delicious, satisfying. I had everything I needed both morning and evening. The kitchen staff is a special thanks for being very courteous and pleasant. The receptionist's name is Orpa, she's so customer-oriented and friendly. I really regretted that I didn't bring Alyonka or chak-chak chocolate with me this time. I would definitely give it to her as a gift. She's really cool. In general, we liked the hotel, if we compare it with 5 hotels in Egypt and Turkey, then it is definitely better in terms of staff. There were a lot of us at the hotel, so it wasn't boring. We always talked to someone, helped them with something, and shared useful information. And also the beach and the sea, it's close, 10 -15 min walk, but already muddy, there is a shower on the beach, there are no umbrellas. We went to the nearby beach by bus, where the sand is white and the sea is transparent. There is also a shower, umbrellas are paid. Excursions were taken both at the Suptnik and from the local Russian-speaking hotel guide, whose name is Michael. In general, if you take a budget option, then definitely a good hotel.

It's a pretty good three. Unless, of course, you expect something from her that cannot be in 3*. There was no soap, toothbrushes, shampoo - we went to the supermarket nearby and bought it. There's a hair dryer in the closet. It was cleaned every day. We hung up do not disturb every other day, so they called in the evenings if they needed water or towels to change. The breakfasts were normal, and they always left well-fed and satisfied. Lunch and dinner were not bought, there is a lot of inexpensive food near the hotel. The most delicious and inexpensive Filipino cuisine near the Picnic cafe. And in general, you need to look at where a lot of locals eat. That means it's delicious and fresh. They brought Alko with them. There's an alcohol market nearby, but we never got there. There's a pool on the roof, we went down a couple of times. And so the beach is 15 minutes on foot, we swam in the sea. There is a sauna, a fitness center, and there were almost no people there. Everything is clean, friendly staff. They left a deposit of 300 d for two people and a tour fee, like 70 d for 7 nights. By the way, dirhams were bought at Sberbank, the normal exchange rate.

There is a beach within walking distance. There are many Pakestino-Filipino cafes nearby where you can eat cheap. There is a buffet in the hotel itself, but it is more expensive. You can purchase it on the spot if it is not included in the booking price. We took a room with a balcony. The balcony is large but uncomfortable. There was no desire to sit on it. The Russian speakers at the hotel are only tour sellers. The prices are inexpensive. If they offer a paid transfer to a nice beach, take it. The beach is better than the nearest one. There is a swimming pool on the roof. There are many shops nearby, including clothing stores. The metro can be reached by bus.

They asked for 300 dirhams for early check-in, we refused, we settled in an hour and a half, but it was still around 11 p.m. Upon check-in for a week, 360 dirhams were paid, 300 deposit and 60 tax, upon check-out the deposit was returned without any problems. La Mer is 20 minutes away at a steady pace, it is closed for renovation, but you can swim. We took breakfasts and dinners, changed them several times for lunch, but it's better to take only breakfasts, of course you won't stay hungry for dinner, but you want to eat what you want, not to eat. It's really a problem with drying things, but after reading the reviews, I took two swimsuits and two shorts, and considering that they were worn on excursions, everything turned out fine. There is a great rooftop pool with a view of the city. We had two birthdays, the first one brought a piece of cake to the room, the second one did not, although they knew at the reception. We were in Dubai for the first time and really liked it.

The hotel is a 15-minute walk from La Mer beach (at the time of our arrival, all activities around the beach are closed and the sea is dirty, we went to other beaches). I liked the breakfast, there wasn't much choice, but everything was delicious and fresh. Helpful staff, they help. Good cleaning service. There is a swimming pool on the top floor. Beautiful view from the pool area!

This is my second time in this hotel. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean and beautiful, the breakfast is buffet, lunch and dinner a la carte. The staff solves any problems that arise quickly and helps with everything. The hotel has a pool on the top floor, but La mer beach is about one and a half kilometers away. The area is quiet and peaceful, yes, there are no skyscrapers, but there is a very good transportation hub - there is a bus station nearby and many bus stops where you can get to the metro. The main attractions can be reached by buses, metro, it will be cheaper than a taxi if you are an independent tourist. Drive about three kilometers to the Burj Khalifa, it is visible both when leaving the hotel and from the pool, and you will swim on the beach with a view of it.

The hotel itself and the food are excellent. The area is not very good, it's a long walk to the beach in the heat, the beach itself is dirty and with abandoned cafes around. It looks creepy. To the Dubai Mall and everything else by taxi, to a normal beach like Kite beach also by taxi, about 35 dirhams.

For the stated three stars, it's even very good. There are no Russian speakers at the reception, communication is only through a translator. The usual breakfasts are omelets, scrambled eggs, porridge, rice, potatoes, sausages, sausage, cheese, fruits. You won't stay hungry. But it's better to take breakfast and dinner, then you'll save a lot, because it's still too expensive to eat. The room is clean, towels are changed every day, the TV is true with 2 Russian channels, the bed is comfortable, high, the air conditioner works well. The staff is friendly, they asked for extra water, they always gave it. The main thing is that La Mer beach is close by 15-20 minutes at a leisurely pace. The beach is clean, there are no sun beds or umbrellas, but you can rent an umbrella at the hotel. Well, in general, it should be understood that the Deira area is more for those who serve the "Arab fairy tale". Therefore, the population there is appropriate. I definitely recommend the hotel for a holiday without children, because you can't walk to all the entertainment, just go.

Nice hotel. The location is good. The food is decent.Filipinsky, Indian district. The beach nearby is relatively free, the water is cleaner than on the central one opposite the wheel, and there are fewer people. Adults can walk 15-20 minutes. By taxi , 500-600 rubles . There is a rooftop pool with a view of the city. The guides inside speak Russian.

Nice hotel. Daily room cleaning. La Mer Beach is a 20-minute walk away. The beach is running. The metro station is 30 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by taxi. The average check for a taxi is 17-22 dirhams. The food is delicious at the delicious hotel (buffet) For lunch and dinner, the drinks are only water, which is not very good. There is coffee and tea for breakfast. There is a rooftop pool with sun loungers. There is a gym and two baths. I recommend excellent baths. Overall, the hotel left a positive impression.

The hotel we chose in Dubai (Al Khoury) is, let's say, such an average level. At the entrance, according to the tradition of the Reception, the guys certainly do not know Russian (they could not understand us a little, but we understood them), in general they figured it out, everyone very calmly decided on the rooms and gave us the keys. At first we got a little lost from the floors, but it's a matter of habit. The dining room is small, the food is delicious. There is no excitement, the atmosphere is calm, the rooms are not small, medium, the bed linen is snow-white, the mattresses are very high and soft, everything is clean and tidy, but we had no view from the window (someone's yard was visible).

We visited this hotel in April 2025. The breakfasts are excellent, the buffet, lunches and dinners were not taken. The beach, the sea are 20 minutes on foot, we walked in the morning, we had time before the heat. The hotel staff is friendly, the room is cleaned every day, the room is clean, everything is working. The pool is on the roof, you can go swimming there, lie on the sun beds at lunch, when you don't want to go outside. The location of the hotel suited us, the necessary shops and public transport, except the metro, are nearby. It's a half-hour walk to the metro.

If you are choosing a hotel for a beach holiday and the budget does not include hotels on the first line, the choice is good. To the beach ~15 minutes The rooms are spacious. The price is low. La mer is close. (The safe wasn't working at the entrance, they came and fixed it) There are exchangers around for 3.65. There are not expensive cafes and shops nearby (cafes should be chosen more thoroughly) Settled ahead of time There are no special disadvantages for a budget holiday.

A decent 3*. It is located in an area where the main population is Hindus, Iranians and Pakistanis. There is a mosque not far away. The beach is about a kilometer away on foot via an elevated walkway and a couple of busy roads. The city beach is equipped with showers and changing rooms. The water is clear, the sand is fine. The food is not very varied, but delicious. The disadvantage of the staff's work is that there are often not enough cutlery on the tables; food is replenished slowly. Even ordinary water is often not enough. The rooms are cleaned with high quality, and there is a pleasant aroma when cleaning the carpet in the hallway. But the towels in the room were only for the shower. I had to ask for the 3rd day for my face at least, for my hands, and they didn't bother. The shower outlet is only for the electric shaver. There is a hairdryer in the room, but you need to use it in the room. An adapter is needed for sockets. Ask at the reception when checking in. They asked later and promised to bring it. That was not the case. We met a maid and took her in. She also gave me an ironing board and an iron. Guided tours can be purchased directly at the hotel. There is a swimming pool on the roof of the hotel. You will receive hand-painted towels at the entrance. There is no balcony in the Superior rum, and there is nowhere to dry the laundry. The beds are very comfortable, the bed is great.

We have been resting since December 29, the balcony was dirty upon arrival, until on the second day we met the cleaner in the room, we asked him to wash it, it's okay to wash the room in the evening when you come tired, they may come to clean at 7.20 pm, or they may not come at all. The room stock is tired, and the breakfasts are meager. We came for the sake of La Mer beach because of its location, but even here the kapets are full, it is under reconstruction, dirt and construction are everywhere.
