Great and very convenient location, very nice, modern and clean apartments. A pool with a city view on 8th floor. Sport zone. A free shuttle to the beach. There is a couple of restaurants inside, so you can easily choose different food options. If you are going to a buffet- it's free for small children.

A good hotel, the location is quite good, near the metro station there is a direct line to Burj Khalifa. The cost is 8 dirhams per person. The hotel itself is one building, 41 floors. We lived on the 38th floor. The room is gorgeous 102m2.with a living room and 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.bathroom and kitchen. A balcony with a view of the city (it must be asked to open, closed for security reasons). There are no bathrobes, slippers, hats, sewing kit, etc. everything is there. There are no toothbrushes or toothpaste. The kitchen is equipped ONLY with a microwave, so it's difficult to cook something, there are a lot of dishes, but only the dining room, there is nothing for cooking. One of the big disadvantages in the kitchen is the unpleasant smell from furniture. Mini bar: cola, sprite, 2 waters, nuts, candies, chips. Replenished once a week. The hotel has a gorgeous swimming pool with a view of the city, a Jacuzzi, a children's pool, and a sauna. It is open until 22.00 on the 8th floor. Towels are provided at the entrance. There is a kids' club and sports.Sorry, but I haven't used them, so I can't say anything. Transfer to Kite Beach 3 times a day, you need to make an appointment in advance and sometimes there are not enough places. On the downside: the hotel does not provide towels for the beach, so take something with you, there are no umbrellas either. There is a paid beach area nearby, the cost is 130 dirhams per sunbed on weekdays and 180 on weekends. The breakfasts are normal, the usual buffet. I didn't take lunches and dinners. It's cheaper to order room service and the cafes in the hotel are normal. There's a Burger King across the street. The hotel is completely alcohol-free, you need to go to the alcohol markets, if it's important, take something with you at least for the first time. There are no Russian channels on TV, but the Internet works perfectly everywhere in the hotel, so there were no problems.

I really liked the hotel! Large, spacious rooms, our room was 106 square meters,two bathrooms,a beautiful interior,just a huge balcony that goes from the bedroom,then through the kitchen and into the living room, a beautiful view from the windows, though it's a little noisy because of the highway. I would like to mention the quality of the service separately, the room was cleaned every day, bed linen and towels were changed, the buffet breakfasts are wonderful, delicious and varied, the pool is panoramic, there are saunas. The staff is very friendly and good-natured.The only thing was that the rooms were slightly worn in places, but that didn't bother us.

The room came across with a magnificent view of the sea and the city. It was cleaned every day, with a water limit of 2 bottles per family of 4 people. Moreover , it is iodized , not everyone will want to drink it . The food is like everywhere else in Arab countries - a lot of pepper , spices , but seafood was served every evening, it's not everywhere. The shuttle to the beach is only there for three hours: if you left at 9, you will arrive at 12 , 10-13 , the last one returned at 2 p.m. The hotel is right next to the metro , which is convenient for traveling around the city. The staff is friendly and ready to help. One thing to note: Please make something out of food for the children! French fries, pizza, pasta.. BUT without pepper and spices ! Otherwise , you pay for meals , and the children sit hungry .

We had breakfast+dinner! Dinner could be exchanged with lunch! The buffet! For dinner there were shrimp, rolls, delicious cakes, salads, rice, various snacks! There was a little less food at lunch, there were no rolls and cakes! There were also fruits: melon- very tasty, watermelon, kiwi, plums The location is great! 10 min to Dubai Marina by taxi-20-30 dirhams, to sail by taxi- 15-20 minutes, to Burj Khalifa-50-70 dirhams taxi, metro across the street! I had to stand and wait for a table to be vacated, then wait for it to be taken away. A Swedish line with a large selection, but the food quality is slightly below average. You won't stay hungry, it's already good. Now the number itself. When checking in, we were helped by a Russian-speaking girl with a beautiful name Aiganym, who kindly upgraded our room category to a three-room apartment. Thank you to her for helping me navigate the hotel. The room itself is huge, with a balcony, the exits to which are initially closed, but you can call and ask them to be opened to you with a special key. This is done for security reasons. Nevertheless, the room looks tired, requiring at least cosmetic repairs. The bathrooms and the forge are in a particularly depressing state. The photo shows the condition of the tile. The pool is on the 9th floor, nice, large, with a wonderful view of the city and the sea. There is also a mini pool with hot water, when it gets dark it gets cool and it is very useful to warm up in it (we were at the end of April). There are free transfers from the hotel to malls and the beach. They take us to Kate Beach, but we didn't like this public beach, so we went to another private beach. There are several restaurants on the ground floor of the hotel, some of them accept entertainer coupons (you can save on dinner). I recommend the Asian restaurant The Noodle House, the portions are large and the service is good. Overall, the hotel is a solid 3 stars by Dubai standards. Suitable for those who need a location near the metro and not far from the Marina, for an affordable price.

It is located on the Sheikh Zayed highway, the view of the night city is amazing, our room windows partially overlooked it, you can not hear the noise of cars. We took a two-room room with a kitchen and a balcony. Very comfortable and cozy. The location is excellent: the metro is 100 meters away. And if you leave the hotel and turn right, turn around the corner and walk 300-500 meters in a straight line, you will see a business center, on the ground floor of which there are cozy coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants. We stopped at the Zira restaurant. The cuisine is Uzbek, very understandable and delicious for us, plus all the staff speak excellent Russian. From the menu there are borscht and soups and meat, very large tasty portions. I also liked the French bakery - just exclusive desserts. From the hotel we walked (40 minutes) to The Piont on Palm Jumeirah. It is not very convenient in terms of the availability of footpaths, but the views are wonderful. The menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel is very good. I recommend it for outdoor enthusiasts. If there is an opportunity, we will definitely stop there again. Of course, if you are going to go to the old town, then it is unlikely to be suitable, since it takes more than an hour to get to the old town by metro. We had a 2-room suite on the 39th floor. The photo shows the view from the room window. One room is a bedroom, the other is an office. Very convenient. There is a good bathroom, everything you need, no water was poured on the floor. But this is 4 rooms, so there are no bathrobes, one large towel per person and no dental kit, keep in mind. There is a nice closet, several full-length mirrors. The kitchen is equipped. Where there is a 2-chamber refrigerator, microwave ovens, plates, spoons, forks, water, glasses, cups, coffee, tea, sugar. Breakfast is simple, but it is quite possible to overeat. Omelets are being prepared. Everything else is arranged in containers, trays and bowls. I've been staying at that hotel for the last six years. It differs from others in its convenient location (the metro is nearby). The courteous service of the staff, especially the Russian-speaking Zhanslu, who solved all the minor problems that arose and gave many useful tips. I would like to note that on the last trip they did not take a deposit from me, as from a regular customer. Comfortable, large deep pool, there are also two small ones. The minor disadvantages include a minimum of transfers (three to the beach and one to the outlet at inconvenient times, for comparison, in neighboring hotels the number of transfers is many times more). It is impossible to leave breakfast within 10-15 minutes. It took about the same amount of time to get up to the room at 2 a.m. - No information was given upon arrival (as a rule, upon check-in, breakfast time is reported, where and what services are located in the hotel, etc.). They didn't even explain how to find the room (where the elevator is, which floor to go to) - There were broken glasses waiting for me in the room, which is a violation of safety rules. The lid on the water bottle was also broken in such a way that it was impossible to open it - The TV remote did not work - In the morning, as in Soviet-built houses, you need to wait for hot water, and for 5-7 minutes - There is a very strange "glass curtain" technology in the bathroom. It covers exactly half of the opening, and there is also a large gap on the side where it is attached. After taking a shower with this technology, the entire floor is in water - After cleaning, old towels were taken away twice, without leaving new ones - I'm not sure that 4 * hotels should necessarily have a bathrobe and slippers, actually there were none. But there was also no toothbrush, toothpaste, shoe sponge and other disposable supplies. There was only a laundry bag in the closet And the most important disadvantage that I noted is the operation of the air conditioner. The bullet control was initially broken, the adjustment was unavailable. I moved into the room, with the mode set to 18° of powerful airflow in the air conditioner mode. It was terribly cold and humid. It was so wet that the floor did not dry out, it was in a wet layer after washing. Calling the master, I only managed to get him to show me how to turn off the air conditioner or leave it in the same mode. If the air conditioner on the remote is turned off, it still works. I tried to open the balcony to keep warm or at least reduce the humidity level, but the balcony does not open without a special key. If you wash your swimsuit in the evening, then by morning it will be wet. The bathroom floor, which is flooded thanks to the strange mechanism described earlier, is also covered in water after a night. I think that a number of rooms require improvement and repair of breakdowns. It is also worth repairing the bathroom and kitchen in order to 1-correct the nuances, as well as 2- so that they match the style of the entire room. And also the staff should be more attentive to the details of the guests' stay.

Great apartment.hotel.Convenient location in the IT area.Convenient access and underground Parking.The hotel has many elevators, and the waiting time is minimal.Very clean (daily cleaning),safe,good internal infrastructure (restaurants, a couple of shops).A good breakfast. It is very convenient to use on a business trip.If the purpose of the trip is a beach vacation, it is not suitable.It's quite a long drive to the beaches.Room prices are affordable, unlike similar hotels closer to the sea.And one of the advantages is a swimming pool and a good gym . The price/quality is very good for an expensive country!

I really liked the hotel, I lived in apartments on November 22-30; the ideal location is the metro in one minute, then you can take the tram and easily reach the beaches of Marina and Marina Mall; you can also walk to the knowledge village tram station through a beautiful green area, along the way there is an excellent supermarket and cafes. We had a vacation in May 2025. The hotel is clean and tidy, despite the year of construction. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a metro station nearby if you decide to explore the city on your own. The buffet will seem monotonous to some, but we liked everything. There is a private minibus to the sea. It is advisable to take a higher room, so there is a chance to get an impressive view (we had the 29th floor). We were satisfied with the rest.

The repair was done a long time ago, but generally without any complaints. The door to the balcony is locked by default and you need to ask the reception to open it. In the end, we didn't open it.; Several good beaches are accessible by bus 88. One of the disadvantages of beaches is there is no shade (canopies) and few changing rooms. Among the advantages: clean water, few people, large sandy beaches. Plus, the water had an incomprehensible unpleasant taste, like iodine or something similar. In general, we bought 5L bottles at the supermarket for drinking at home.
