I stayed here with my family and we really liked the place. Great staff and good location. And it has different stores in ground floor, even in next building there is Carrefour store. And in top floors you can enjoy by watching the main road and in top floors, it has really great view.

Great and very convenient location, very nice, modern and clean apartments. A pool with a city view on 8th floor. Sport zone. A free shuttle to the beach. There is a couple of restaurants inside, so you can easily choose different food options. If you are going to a buffet- it's free for small children.

New Year's holidays at Two seasons hotel Our room was with a view of the city, three-room, with two bathrooms, a kitchen, an area of 102 sq m, located on the 29th floor. There are no questions about the comfort of the room, a spacious living room with a table, a sofa, and one Russian channel on TV. Two bedrooms (in one room there is a king-size double bed, in the other-two single beds), bed linen, mattresses, all textiles are clean, good, it's a pity that there were no bathrobes. The balcony is locked for security reasons, you sign the document at the reception, and they give you the key. 2 bathrooms, the hair dryer and the shower head did not work, but within 5 minutes a plumber came, replaced it with a new watering can and hung up a new hair dryer, they reacted quickly. The cleaning service is average, but we hardly stayed in the room. The biggest disadvantage is that the hotel has 10-12 elevators, but they are probably not designed for such a number of floors (41). The taxi arrived at the hotel faster than we could get down from our floor in the lobby. A refundable deposit of 300 dirhams is charged at the hotel upon check-in, and the deposit is given in the national currency. Standard breakfasts: omelette, scramble, canned tuna, oatmeal, fritters, nutella, jams, croissants, biscuits, pudding, French fries, chicken or beef sausages, vegetables: tomatoes, bell peppers, herbs, cucumbers, fruits: oranges, bananas, grapefruits, apples, very tasty local juices, tea already ready in the machine, and coffee (but sometimes there was a queue for it). They let them into the restaurant when they told them the room number, the girls checked if there were seats and only then let them in, this was done so that there would be no crowds and everyone would get free tables. There is also a terrace overlooking the Burj Al Arab, but it is cooler there than in the main hall. The waiters work very fast The location is excellent, near the Internet city metro station, it takes 20 minutes by taxi to the Global village, to the Dubai Mall and the La perla show as well. The hotel provides a free transfer to Kite Beach, where we took sun beds and umbrellas at the Sole Mio beach club, the cost is 130/180 dirhams per day (on weekdays and holidays or weekends the price is more expensive), and beach towels were also provided free of charge. There are a lot of food courts nearby, but on such a large beach I found only one shower room and one public toilet for several cabins, which is strange for me, also that there is no private toilet on the food courts, there is nowhere even to wash my hands. There is a Carefoor supermarket next to the hotel, which helped out a lot, there were fruits, vegetables, and ready-made food. Also, if you walk around, there are a lot of cafes with different cuisines nearby, but we really liked the food familiar to our stomach-the Uzbek cafe Zira, the prices are more or less normal, and the food is a balm for the wounded soul after Dubai fast food I recommend the hotel, it is perfect for business trips and for those who are going to actively spend time outside the hotel, but you still need to choose another location for a beach holiday.

The rooms are tired, but clean (there were some questions when checking in for cleaning, but they were resolved quickly) and spacious, the ceilings are high, which gives a lot of space. room cleaning every day. There is a kitchen (convenient if you are traveling with your family). The hotel has a small grocery store. What I didn't like: it took a very long time to wait for the elevator or take the elevator down, it stops on every floor, and we walked down from the 16th floor to the 8th floor for breakfast. on the 16th floor, you can hear the highway very strongly (I haven't been able to get used to it for 4 nights). The sockets did not fit any charging of the phone and laptop (photo attached), they brought adapter 1, which sparkled constantly in search of current. We didn't use the transfer to Kite Beach, we got there by ourselves. The spa, pool, and gym were also not used.

I really liked the hotel! Large, spacious rooms, our room was 106 square meters,two bathrooms,a beautiful interior,just a huge balcony that goes from the bedroom,then through the kitchen and into the living room, a beautiful view from the windows, though it's a little noisy because of the highway. I would like to mention the quality of the service separately, the room was cleaned every day, bed linen and towels were changed, the buffet breakfasts are wonderful, delicious and varied, the pool is panoramic, there are saunas. The staff is very friendly and good-natured.The only thing was that the rooms were slightly worn in places, but that didn't bother us.

We have been living here for 7 days, the staff is very nice and polite, there are Russian speakers at the reception and in the restaurant, you will not get lost even if you do not know English. There is Wi-Fi, it draws well everywhere, the pool is large and smaller with warm water. We live on the 11th floor, the room has a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. When we arrived, the balcony was not cleaned and there was a cigarette butt on the floor, spoiling the first impression, but in general we didn't notice anything else. For small things - the shower splashes in all directions, the detergent dispenser in the kitchen does not hold. Breakfast is a buffet, pancakes, toasts, rolls, croissants, spaghetti, rice, sausages, bacon, boiled/fried eggs, all kinds of vegetables, but there is absolutely no choice of fruits - unripe watermelons and melons sometimes, canned peaches and apples. Everything was dry for my husband, he didn't even go to breakfast today, he says he was tired 😂 There is a shuttle service to Kite Beach several times a day round trip.

The excellent location of the hotel is 30 meters from the metro. Friendly, courteous staff. The rooms are spacious and quite clean, but there are some worn walls and cracked plaster (not critical). Nice view of the city or the sea from the Windows. Good breakfasts. There is an outdoor swimming pool and a gym. Grocery stores are nearby and there are huge Dubai Marina shopping center and Emirates Mall in 2 metro stations in both directions.

This is our "family" hotel - the main advantage is two rooms (living room and bedroom) and location (metro 1 minute) It's quite old , the breakfasts are monotonous , there are always a lot of people, if you treat it without any pretensions to any luxury, then it's generally fine. We lived on the 38th floor. The room is gorgeous 102m2.with a living room and 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.bathroom and kitchen. A balcony with a view of the city (it must be asked to open, closed for security reasons). There are no bathrobes, slippers, hats, sewing kit, etc. everything is there. There are no toothbrushes or toothpaste. The kitchen is equipped ONLY with a microwave, so it's difficult to cook something, there are a lot of dishes, but only the dining room, there is nothing for cooking. One of the big disadvantages in the kitchen is the unpleasant smell from furniture. Mini bar: cola, sprite, 2 waters, nuts, candies, chips. Replenished once a week. The hotel has a gorgeous swimming pool with a view of the city, a Jacuzzi, a children's pool, and a sauna. It is open until 22.00 on the 8th floor. Towels are provided at the entrance. There is a kids' club and sports.Sorry, but I haven't used them, so I can't say anything. Transfer to Kite Beach 3 times a day, you need to make an appointment in advance and sometimes there are not enough places. On the downside: the hotel does not provide towels for the beach, so take something with you, there are no umbrellas either. There is a paid beach area nearby, the cost is 130 dirhams per sunbed on weekdays and 180 on weekends. The breakfasts are normal, the usual buffet. I didn't take lunches and dinners. It's cheaper to order room service and the cafes in the hotel are normal. There's a Burger King across the street. The hotel is completely alcohol-free, you need to go to the alcohol markets, if it's important, take something with you at least for the first time. There are no Russian channels on TV, but the Internet works perfectly everywhere in the hotel, so there were no problems.

The room came across with a magnificent view of the sea and the city. It was cleaned every day, with a water limit of 2 bottles per family of 4 people. Moreover , it is iodized , not everyone will want to drink it . The food is like everywhere else in Arab countries - a lot of pepper , spices , but seafood was served every evening, it's not everywhere. The shuttle to the beach is only there for three hours: if you left at 9, you will arrive at 12 , 10-13 , the last one returned at 2 p.m. The hotel is right next to the metro , which is convenient for traveling around the city. The staff is friendly and ready to help. One thing to note: Please make something out of food for the children! French fries, pizza, pasta.. BUT without pepper and spices ! Otherwise , you pay for meals , and the children sit hungry .

Of the advantages of the hotel, it is worth noting: + location – near the metro and bus stop No. 88 (very convenient route); + the area itself is modern, calm, you can comfortably walk behind the hotel, there are running and bike paths, shops are within walking distance, cafes, restaurants, lots of greenery; + the hotel is located in the center, close to all top locations; + decent room (except bathroom) after renovation, everything is fresh, it is very pleasant to stay in it after long walks; + soft comfortable bed linen, and very comfortable pillows; + the staff is polite – they try to solve all requests / you will have to remind about some of them; + bathrobes, iron + ironing board - everything will be provided on request, as well as a balcony will be opened; + there is a swimming pool and a heated Jacuzzi, towels for the pool are free, they are given out at any time. Of the cons (I'll say right away, except for the sleeping place for the third adult, everything was uncritical for us personally): - the bathroom needs to be renovated as soon as possible, it's not dirty, namely everything is outdated and worn out; - there were three adults, but everything in the room (towels, bathrobes, water, dishes, etc.) was designed initially and provided later, exclusively for two people); - the most significant disadvantage is a folding sofa / sofa for a third person, sleeping on it for an adult who is used to a comfortable mattress is murder for the back; - we had 31 floors, hot tap water is only warm (descent does not help) The other guys on the high floor didn't have such problems, apparently it was the riser.; - there are a lot of people for breakfast, after 09.00 there is already a queue at the entrance, as tables are cleared, there are queues for coffee, some products are running out and they are not brought; - some hotel guests/contingent (I don't want to offend anyone here, so no comment, but there were nuances at times). There is an opportunity – take a view of the sea, it is in this hotel, it is a separate kind of pleasure – quiet (there is no noise from the road, only the melodious azan of the muezzin is heard). Everything is visible – the Parus Hotel, Ain Dubai, the drone show, both Atlanteans, Madinat Jumeirah, the bay, etc.) at times, all this splendor is shrouded in fog and predawn haze, at times the sparkling lights of the city at night. A huge view balcony with furniture, it is very pleasant to be on it and enjoy the view. The second room also has a panoramic window and access to the balcony. I will recommend the hotel to a couple, a company of two people, our room (Premium suite sea view) is still designed for two people, and despite the 70 sq. m. meters – it is comfortable for two people to be there, mainly for sleeping places. If there are three adults, be sure to take into account the fact that the third sleeping place is not a full–fledged bed, but a sofa that can be folded forward. The hotel is good! One of the advantages is located in the center of Dubai, right next to the Internet City metro station. Upon entering the hotel, you are greeted by the pleasant scent of fresh flowers that regularly change the beautiful interior. The rooms are spacious. We stayed at this hotel for 4 days. I'll start with the pros: there are rooms with beautiful views, large balconies, and overall they are very spacious. The heated pool allows you to swim even in the coldest weather. It is also nice that there is a Russian-speaking staff, which greatly simplifies your stay at the hotel. Good location: there is a metro and many shops nearby. Now I'll turn to the cons: the cleaning leaves much to be desired. Yes, linen and towels are changed (although for some reason they were not changed every day for our friends), but there is no wet cleaning as such. There were problems with the elevators: it would seem that we were out of season, but if we had to leave the hotel at 9 a.m. sharp, then we had to leave the room at 8:40 a.m., because waiting for the elevator and going down on it is literally a quest. Overall, I can say that this hotel was worth the money. If you don't find fault with the details, then all 4 stars are deserved, and I can recommend it.

Solid parking at the hotel. The location of the hotel is good (the metro station is very close) and I liked the facilities inside the hotel. The rate we had was half board, via Yandex. Journeys. I liked the breakfasts and lunches/dinners. The food is fresh and delicious. At lunch/dinner, drinks are extra (not included in the price). The gym is decent, large, with a view of the city. The pool on the roof of the 8th floor is nice, clean, constantly in the shade, do not burn out in the summer, in December you will even freeze, there is a free bus to the beach, according to pre-reservation, very convenient, it takes you to one of the best free beaches in Dubai, you can spend a maximum of 3 hours there if you use the transfer from the hotel. I'm betting 4 due to the fact that repairs are required in the rooms, the plumbing is already very very damaged, the bedside tables do not open well, the hotel is more than 20 years old and apparently there were no repairs throughout them, or it was partially, the toilet is in satisfactory but not good condition. The rooms are nice and spacious, but cosmetic repairs are needed, the smell of sewage in the room is not constant, but often. And another disadvantage for elevators, they require modernization, you can go down / up for 5-10 minutes in one direction, if you need to go there / back quickly, it can take up to 20 minutes., Upon arrival, they also charged a tourist fee of 15 dirhams per day (non-refundable) and a deposit of 200 dirhams (refunded upon departure only in dirhams!), and if you do not have local currency with you, you will have to pay in dollars / euros at a not very favorable hotel rate, at the airport it is also not the most profitable at the same time but not critical losses and expenses, I wrote more just for information. Overall, we are satisfied. Our room was a deluxe suite, very spacious, with its own kitchen (without a stove, but with a microwave and refrigerator), but it was in the kitchen that most often there was a stink, either from the sink or it was not clear from where. We both worked remotely, and it was very comfortable, there is a full-fledged desk in the living room of the room. The hotel is very self-sufficient, and the metro is nearby, and there is a swimming pool and a shuttle service to the beach. If repairs are done, I would come back here again. 😌

I didn't like the pool on the 8th floor, the adult (large) pool is not heated, the children's pool and the Jacuzzi with warm water. All pools are in the shade, so you can't sunbathe. Our stay at the Two Seasons Hotel left a very pleasant impression, despite the small initial nuance. Upon check-in, we were offered a room that did not quite meet our expectations, and we were very disappointed. However, when we contacted the reception, we were pleasantly surprised by the speed and efficiency of the staff. Literally 5 minutes after our request, we were offered and promptly settled into an improved room. I would like to mention the work of the staff, namely the Sohel desk clerk. He not only helped us with moving all our suitcases, but also provided assistance in solving a wide variety of issues throughout our stay. I liked a lot of things. Pros: heated swimming pool, breakfast with a large selection of dishes, courteous staff, clean rooms, good location (metro nearby — literally 20 meters away). Cons: the toothpaste and brushes were given out only upon request, then they were not replenished — I had to buy them. There were only two pairs of slippers in the room, although there were five of us.

The metro is 30 seconds from the hotel.Everything is incredibly delicious at breakfast.There is always a lifeguard/supervisor on duty in the pool.Downstairs at the reception and the staff in general always get in touch and help with everything.There is a hairdryer in the room.There is no iron.There is 1 drying thread in the tub.There is a gel/shampoo.If something is missing, it is brought on request.The photos show the view from the room on the 39th floor.

Great apartment hotel! We had a 2-room suite with a living room, kitchen, 2 toilets, a safe, Wi-Fi throughout the territory- it also catches on the street around the perimeter! The room was 3102 with a view of the city, a view of the Burj Khalifa right in the center, a sail on the left and a partial view of the sea! The food is delicious! The breakfasts are varied! The buffet! For every taste! The croissants were very tasty! Sliced eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages of 2 types, rice, pancakes, nutella, buns of various kinds, cheeses, nuts, fruits! We had breakfast+dinner! Dinner could be exchanged with lunch! The buffet! For dinner there were shrimp, rolls, delicious cakes, salads, rice, various snacks! There was a little less food at lunch, there were no rolls and cakes! There were also fruits: melon- very tasty, watermelon, kiwi, plums The location is great! 10 min to Dubai Marina by taxi-20-30 dirhams, to sail by taxi- 15-20 minutes, to Burj Khalifa-50-70 dirhams taxi, metro across the street! There is a shuttle to the beach and the Dubai Outlet Mall, but we did not go! Swimming pool : there is a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and a children's pool! The water is warm, and the Jacuzzi is even warmer! There is a gym, but we didn't go! I really liked the hotel! I recommend it!

The hotel is old, but very good. Located next to the subway. The breakfasts are almost the same, but there is a huge selection. Transfer to the beach at the outlet and Marina Malls. We got a room with a kitchen and a washing machine. They are cleaned every day.
