Great and very convenient location, very nice, modern and clean apartments. A pool with a city view on 8th floor. Sport zone. A free shuttle to the beach. There is a couple of restaurants inside, so you can easily choose different food options. If you are going to a buffet- it's free for small children.

A great city hotel. Big, comfortable, beautiful.
On the ground floor there is a coffee shop, shops, a small hairdresser, a restaurant. On the top floor there is a spa, a gym, an infinity pool.
At the entrance, the smell of strong perfume at the reception is a little confusing, but then you get used to it and do not pay attention to it.
It is located on the Sheikh Zayed highway, the view of the night city is amazing, our room windows partially overlooked it, you can not hear the noise of cars.
We took a two-room room with a kitchen and a balcony. Very comfortable and cozy.
The location is excellent: the metro is 100 meters away. And if you leave the hotel and turn right, turn around the corner and walk 300-500 meters in a straight line, you will see a business center, on the ground floor of which there are cozy coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants. We stopped at the Zira restaurant. The cuisine is Uzbek, very understandable and delicious for us, plus all the staff speak excellent Russian. From the menu there are borscht and soups and meat, very large tasty portions. I also liked the French bakery - just exclusive desserts.
From the hotel we walked (40 minutes) to The Piont on Palm Jumeirah. It is not very convenient in terms of the availability of footpaths, but the views are wonderful.
The menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel is very good.
I recommend it for outdoor enthusiasts. If there is an opportunity, we will definitely stop there again.

When booking, we chose a hotel about a cent away, with a good transport interchange, and we got it.... The hotel is quite new, beautiful comfortable two-room apartments with a kitchen and an incredibly beautiful view from the window. Excellent cleaning. The meals were half board (breakfast and dinner, which can be changed to lunch if desired). There is a bus stop and a metro near the hotel, which is very convenient for getting around the city. The hotel provides transfers to two beaches and malls, but I can't say anything, since we got everywhere ourselves without any problems. Towels are provided for the beach and the pool, which is available at the hotel.A small deposit is taken upon check-in and refunded upon check-out. There is one Russian-speaking girl at the reception, we rarely saw her... but knowledge of English at a minimum level is quite enough for you ...To summarize, I want to say that we were satisfied with both the hotel and the service. I definitely recommend it!!!

The hotel was occupied in early November 2024. The room was on the 32nd floor.2 bedrooms and a living room + a kitchen area with a refrigerator and a microwave.The room was cleaned daily, water, tea, and coffee were replenished.The location of the hotel is great!It is convenient to get to all interesting places by metro and taxi.There is an MMI liquor store across the street from the hotel (landmark). We took breakfast initially because it was not the first time in the UAE and we knew where to eat tasty and high-quality food.The breakfasts at the hotel are on the same menu, but the assortment is good.There is a ZOOM shop nearby, delicious juices of 1.5 liters each. orange and mojito! In the same place, the metro cards with the balance were reset before departure. 4. View from the room: the hotel is urban, there are skyscrapers around, I lived on the 39th floor, the view is very beautiful.
5. Swimming pool: the hotel has a pool on the 8th floor with a beautiful view. The visit is free of charge. It is open from 09.00 to 22.00
6. Conditions: refundable deposit per room = 500 derham. Plus, you need to pay the tax, I had 120 derham. The staff speaks excellent English. I have not met any Russian speakers.
7. Meals: I had breakfast. Everything is delicious and varied.
I think this hotel is very good for Dubai.
I want to come back, I really liked everything.
Of the small disadvantages, I want to note the following: a bad hair dryer, I was afraid to use it.
The hotel is urban, located near active roads and it is really noisy.
The repair is not new, but everything is decent.

I chose the hotel myself. I'm glad we stopped here. Convenient location. The metro is right next to the hotel. There is a supermarket nearby. Through a couple of Moll of Emirates stations. Dubai Marina is also nearby. There is a free shuttle service to the beach from the hotel at 9 and 10 a.m. (by appointment at the reception).
For four of us, we had a room of 100 SQ m with a kitchen (you can't cook on it, but there is a microwave, kettle and refrigerator). A huge balcony. 2 bathrooms! This is a big plus. A huge balcony (opens on demand, if you are afraid for the children, you can keep it locked at all, and so there are hooks high, you can lock it from children.
We had a view of the Palm Tree and the Ferris wheel. On the 40th floor there is an observation deck with a magnificent view of the city, especially during sunset and at night.
The furniture is beautiful and comfortable. The beds are lovely.
The restaurant is on the 8th floor, the food is good.
A swimming pool with a view of the Bursh Khalifa. There is a children's pool, Jacuzzi and spa: sauna, hammam. Pool bar.
Children's playground for 8 floors outdoors.
A fitness club with a variety of programs.
The staff is friendly. The cleaning is mediocre, but if you ask, it will be cleaned more thoroughly.
By the way, we were checked in a few hours earlier without any additional charges. And the room was extended for a couple of hours for free.

Nuts are always offered at breakfast - almonds or walnuts. You can't stay hungry, there is food for every taste. Spacious rooms! There is a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen with a large refrigerator and a microwave, there are plates and appliances, a kettle, disposable bags with coffee, cream, tea, sugar. 1 liter of water is given per room. The bathroom has a bathtub and all necessary accessories. There is a separate room for an ironing board and an iron. Snow-white bed linen and towels. The balcony opens on receipt, where you take responsibility for your safety. There is no clothesline for drying clothes. The room is cleaned quickly in your absence. The staff is friendly. We stopped by around 11 a.m. and were immediately checked in. The deposit is 300 dirhams + tourist tax, for 7 days of stay it was 105 dirhams. For us, the only drawback was the transfer to the beach. The day before departure to the beach, you need to make an appointment, you are taken at 9 a.m. to the gorgeous Kite Beach, the journey time is 25 minutes, but you are already picked up at 12:00. Or the second option is at 10 a.m., but they take you away from the beach at 13:00. As a result, you can spend 2.5 hours at sea, which is very little, especially if you rent sun beds with an umbrella and a towel. The first-second line is 150 dirhams per person, the remaining lines are 120 dirhams per person. If you want to spend the whole day on the beach, then the return taxi fare will be 60 dirhams to the hotel. But the beach is magnificent, from the cleanliness of the beach, the gentle entrance to the water, to the service, if you are too lazy to go to the cafe, everything will be brought to the place where you wish. I recommend the hotel, the staff speaks English, but there is also a Russian-speaking girl at the reception and, of course, the staff tries to learn Russian, which is undoubtedly very nice.

We took a room for a family, there was a living room,2 bedrooms,2 toilets, a balcony and a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a microwave. 2 two-liter bottles of drinking water were updated every day (the taste is specific) tea, coffee, cream, sugar were also added every day. The iron and ironing board were brought as soon as they asked. Cleaning is daily. The renovation at the hotel is tired but within the norm. A nice pool with views, a powerful hammam, towels are provided by the pool, there are comfortable sun beds, you can relax.The hotel has an IDEAL location, the metro station is across the street. There is a mini grocery store next to the hotel, a Carfur supermarket is a 10-minute walk away, and an exchanger is next to the supermarket.The hotel is located by the road, next to the subway, not quiet, but it wasn't annoying.

We had a vacation with our family in early February at this hotel. I boldly recommend this place.
Accommodation for 4 people: A great room, two bedrooms, two toilets, a huge hall, a balcony and a kitchen. We lived on the 37th floor with a gorgeous view. To enjoy the magnificent view, you need to ask for the key to the balcony at the reception. The hotel has a swimming pool on the 8th floor with stunning views of the Sail, the Atlantic Hotel, the Palm Tree, etc. The pool is open all day, you can swim in the bright sun and illuminated in the evening. There is also a Jacuzzi, a small children's pool and a gym. The staff is friendly, all issues were resolved quickly and promptly, cleaning every day. Water, tea and coffee are replenished constantly. Food: Very varied breakfasts, try croissants, they are gorgeous, the child also liked the local pancakes :) Dinner is a lot of seafood, delicious meat, a varied selection of sweets, I think everyone will find something to their liking. Location: You can take a taxi at the entrance, constantly offered or right in five metro steps. You can also walk to the stop of the monorail that goes to Palma in 25 minutes (30 dirhams per ticket to the Atlantic Hotel and back). You can go a little further and walk to the Dubai Marina (if there are 2 metro stops). Of course, this is still a city hotel, and you can't walk to the beach (the one next to it is closed for reconstruction) The hotel provides free transportation to the beach, which is quite comfortable with a large area, but you need to make an appointment in advance.

You can pass by. All that is here is just the service. The service is excellent, but my personal opinion is that more than one service decides in business.
The bedroom and living room are good, they seem even better in the photo because of Photoshop. But the bathroom just killed me. It's not comfortable. Also, drawers do not open in the tables, for obvious reasons. Renovation has not been carried out here for a long time.
The staff tries and helps. If you want to make sure that the staff does not serve you, they do not give you...
Overall, I'm happy that I can feel comfortable doing nothing, but I can't live like this. I'm used to doing everything myself. Moreover, this is included in the price.

You can try different dishes every day.It is necessary to come early, after 9 there were no more empty tables and we were waiting for their release. There is a swimming pool on the 8th floor, not visited. When making an appointment at the reception, they take you to the beach from the evening the next day, they also did not go. The beach was visited by Al Mamzar. Upon check-in, the deposit is 300 dirhams, upon check-out, the tax on a two-bedroom room is 30 dirhams per night. Cleaning every day. Is the sound insulation between the rooms good or are we lucky with the neighbors)))

I liked everything! Spacious clean room on the 38th floor, the view of the metropolis is amazing, especially in the evening when the city is on fire! Of course, it is desirable to have a tip for more "attentive room service". A couple of minuses: there were no declared bathrobes in the room and there were not enough towels, but they are not essential. The breakfast at the hotel is varied - buffet! There is an outdoor swimming pool! Free transport to the sea is organized according to the schedule, the sea is warm as fresh milk, and if you decide to stay at the sea, I do not advise walking back) only by taxi. The hotel is located next to the metro station, relatively close (within transport accessibility) to famous attractions such as musical fountains - a gorgeous sight, the tallest building in the world - the Burj Khalifa skyscraper. You can also get to palm island by yourself and take a ride on a single-rail train. I recommend the hotel!

I stayed at this hotel on the 20th of September for 5 days. At first glance, the hotel seemed good, but during the stay I identified a sufficient number of nuances, based on which I put 3 stars.
First, about the advantages:
- I liked the variety of services that are offered inside (shops, cafes, swimming pool, spa, sports, etc.)
- In the area around the hotel, I was also pleased with the presence of shops and cafes
- Convenient transport accessibility
- Beautiful view from the room
- Friendly staff
Now about the cons:
- It takes a very long time to wait for the elevator, and regardless of the time of day and floor. It is impossible to leave breakfast within 10-15 minutes. It took about the same amount of time to get up to the room at 2 a.m.
- No information was given upon arrival (as a rule, upon check-in, breakfast time is reported, where and what services are located in the hotel, etc.). They didn't even explain how to find the room (where the elevator is, which floor to go to)
- There were broken glasses waiting for me in the room, which is a violation of safety rules. The lid on the water bottle was also broken in such a way that it was impossible to open it
- The TV remote did not work
- In the morning, as in Soviet-built houses, you need to wait for hot water, and for 5-7 minutes
- There is a very strange "glass curtain" technology in the bathroom. It covers exactly half of the opening, and there is also a large gap on the side where it is attached. After taking a shower with this technology, the entire floor is in water
- After cleaning, old towels were taken away twice, without leaving new ones
- I'm not sure that 4 * hotels should necessarily have a bathrobe and slippers, actually there were none. But there was also no toothbrush, toothpaste, shoe sponge and other disposable supplies. There was only a laundry bag in the closet
And the most important disadvantage that I noted is the operation of the air conditioner. The bullet control was initially broken, the adjustment was unavailable. I moved into the room, with the mode set to 18° of powerful airflow in the air conditioner mode. It was terribly cold and humid. It was so wet that the floor did not dry out, it was in a wet layer after washing. Calling the master, I only managed to get him to show me how to turn off the air conditioner or leave it in the same mode. If the air conditioner on the remote is turned off, it still works. I tried to open the balcony to keep warm or at least reduce the humidity level, but the balcony does not open without a special key. If you wash your swimsuit in the evening, then by morning it will be wet. The bathroom floor, which is flooded thanks to the strange mechanism described earlier, is also covered in water after a night.
I think that a number of rooms require improvement and repair of breakdowns. It is also worth repairing the bathroom and kitchen in order to 1-correct the nuances, as well as 2- so that they match the style of the entire room. And also the staff should be more attentive to the details of the guests' stay.

We stayed with a friend at this hotel for 2 nights, as we decided to save money due to the late arrival in Dubai, then moved to the Sofitel, of course, there is no point in comparing. But, we liked it here, firstly, we rented an apartment with an area of about 45 meters, if not more, 2 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. a kitchen, a living room and a balcony where we had a great time watching traffic on the roads and the subway. The room itself is bright, everything was necessary, especially suitable for families with children or parents. It is convenient that there is a parking lot, we parked the car without problems, we did not buy breakfast, so I can't say anything, we also did not go to Jim, and we were not in the pool. Of the minuses for me personally: there were no sparkling glasses, they asked to bring them, they carried them for a very long time and brought ordinary glasses) but these are small things) For this money, it's definitely good! and it is also convenient that there is even less metro station in exactly a minute's walk, although we did not use it, but still, this is a huge plus for a tourist.

I really liked the hotel👍 we took a room on the 32nd floor with a view of the city and the bay. Living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, ironing room. There is one large bed in one bedroom. The second one has 2 beds. 3 TVs, refrigerator, microwave, iron, hair dryers. We cleaned the room and changed everything every day. The breakfasts are varied and delicious. Fitness, spa, saunas. Pool miracle🫶🫶🫶 on the 8th floor with panoramic views. To the city beach on foot 15-20 minutes, but it is beautiful🤗🤗🤗 there was a transfer to the hotel beach, but we have never been there. The metro station is next to the hotel. The liquor store is a 10-minute walk away. Everything is great. 🙏

It's better to go to breakfast before 9 if you don't want to queue for the elevator. They only have breakfast in the morning and people go to work (a lot of business trips) and the sea goes. We liked the hotel, we took a 2-room Premium Suite with a view of the city, at night a very beautiful view from the balcony. Cleaning every day, the room has everything: slippers,bathrobe ,iron, a small kitchen, but without a stove with a microwave and refrigerator, there are dishes,a kettle. The breakfasts are excellent, the choice is good . There is an inexpensive supermarket nearby, Sufouh Beach with white sand is a 20-minute walk away. Right next to the subway . The hotel is very large, there are 6 elevators in each wing, but sometimes you have to wait for 3 minutes. On the roof there is a small swimming pool with a view of the city and a Jacuzzi for children, on Saturdays there are grill parties. There is a children's room and playground, a gym. Burj Khalifa is 10 minutes away by taxi. In general, the hotel " came in " to us. We will definitely return to it .

I really liked the hotel. The room was very pleasantly surprised and pleased at the very first sight. Big, cozy, you can safely live with four people and even retire. The kitchen was equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator. There are plates up to a certain floor and for other money. The cutlery was for two.
I asked the janitor for a bathrobe.
The breakfasts are normal, they don't change. But I didn't get tired of the big choice for 4 in the morning. There is always a queue for coffee and an omelet. And after 10.00 there is a wild queue to get to sleepy's breakfast. I did not observe queues at 9.00 and 8.00.
On the 38th floor there is a beautiful view of the city lights. Although I took a room of the city view category, I asked for a sea view. There was a beautiful view of the wheel and a piece of the sea .
The pool is great warm. But the sun is in it only until 11.00. there is also a hot pool for adults and a pool for children.
22 minutes from the hotel is not equipped beach , clean with lifeguards, but without toilets.

This is a great hotel. Everything is there. Room: kitchen (lots of different dishes, microwave, stove, refrigerator) and 2 rooms, balcony, iron, washing machine. The views are insane. There is a swimming pool on the 8th floor. The breakfasts are excellent. Cleanliness, cleaning without complaints. The location is fabulous: you get out and right in front of you is the entrance to the subway, and on the right around the corner is a bus stop. There are a lot of shops, a pizzeria, rolls all around. The area is quiet, peaceful, it's a pleasure to walk. I definitely recommend it!

At the request of the reception, a baby cot was provided for the child. The only thing they didn't warn about is that you can take breakfast with you when you leave at night, but this is not critical. The photo shows views from the windows and from the pool. There were a lot of Russians in the hotel, but only one Russian-speaking person from the staff at the reception during the day.
