Great and very convenient location, very nice, modern and clean apartments. A pool with a city view on 8th floor. Sport zone. A free shuttle to the beach. There is a couple of restaurants inside, so you can easily choose different food options. If you are going to a buffet- it's free for small children.

Great apartment.hotel.Convenient location in the IT area.Convenient access and underground Parking.The hotel has many elevators, and the waiting time is minimal.Very clean (daily cleaning),safe,good internal infrastructure (restaurants, a couple of shops).A good breakfast.
It is very convenient to use on a business trip.If the purpose of the trip is a beach vacation, it is not suitable.It's quite a long drive to the beaches.Room prices are affordable, unlike similar hotels closer to the sea.And one of the advantages is a swimming pool and a good gym .
The price/quality is very good for an expensive country!

An excellent hotel near the metro. If you have a sea view, you’re lucky – the sunsets are beautiful there.
The breakfasts are standard, but during the peak season, there are a lot of people, which can lead to queues for breakfast and a shortage of tables.

I've been staying at that hotel for the last six years. It differs from others in its convenient location (the metro is nearby). The courteous service of the staff, especially the Russian-speaking Zhanslu, who solved all the minor problems that arose and gave many useful tips. The room has a well-equipped kitchen and an opening balcony. There is a large refrigerator, dishes, and a microwave.
A very tasty and varied breakfast, especially egg dishes. Lots of fruits, delicious coffee in two coffee machines (there was never a queue), delicious yoghurts, pancakes, liver dishes, bacon. Convenient transfers to the beach. I would like to note that on the last trip they did not take a deposit from me, as from a regular customer. Comfortable, large deep pool, there are also two small ones. The minor disadvantages include a minimum of transfers (three to the beach and one to the outlet at inconvenient times, for comparison, in neighboring hotels the number of transfers is many times more). I recommend this hotel. I plan to visit this hotel in the future. The photo shows the view from the balcony

A great hotel, the whole family had a rest in a large spacious room with a view of the city. The room cleaning is good, without complaints. The hotel staff provided everything necessary (water; bathrobe; tea/coffee). The food is excellent. The hotel has a swimming pool and a fitness room. What is convenient is that the hotel is located next to the metro, it takes 2 minutes to walk and you can get to any shopping center and some attractions.

Nice hotel.
There are Russian-speaking administrators. The numbers correspond to those shown in the photo. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Blackout curtains.
The food is decent, for every taste. You can eat on the terrace.
There is a Starbucks cafe with very decent coffee in the lobby on the ground floor.
You can use the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, fitness.
The room has a balcony, usually closed, but you can ask to open it.
Cleaning is daily. A bottle of water is brought every day.
There is a grocery store on the ground floor where you can buy groceries (prices are not specified, it is better to check before buying).
The hotel has a beauty salon for women and men, a souvenir shop, and a flower shop.
The location is great, near the metro and bus stop, from where you can go both towards Kite beach and towards Dubai Marina.
The impression of the hotel is the most pleasant.

Great apartment hotel!
We had a 2-room suite with a living room, kitchen, 2 toilets, a safe, Wi-Fi throughout the territory- it also catches on the street around the perimeter! The room was 3102 with a view of the city, a view of the Burj Khalifa right in the center, a sail on the left and a partial view of the sea!
The food is delicious! The breakfasts are varied! The buffet! For every taste! The croissants were very tasty! Sliced eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages of 2 types, rice, pancakes, nutella, buns of various kinds, cheeses, nuts, fruits! We had breakfast+dinner! Dinner could be exchanged with lunch! The buffet! For dinner there were shrimp, rolls, delicious cakes, salads, rice, various snacks! There was a little less food at lunch, there were no rolls and cakes!
There were also fruits: melon- very tasty, watermelon, kiwi, plums
The location is great! 10 min to Dubai Marina by taxi-20-30 dirhams, to sail by taxi- 15-20 minutes, to Burj Khalifa-50-70 dirhams taxi, metro across the street!
There is a shuttle to the beach and the Dubai Outlet Mall, but we did not go!
Swimming pool : there is a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and a children's pool! The water is warm, and the Jacuzzi is even warmer!
There is a gym, but we didn't go!

Nice apartment. The rooms are large. There are excellent views on the upper floors. You can open access to the balcony. The repair is old, but without defects. The furniture is clean, the bedding is too.
The bed is comfortable. Cleaning is regular without overlays.
The breakfasts are monotonous, but the choice is large. There are few places in the restaurant, there are queues and difficulties with boarding.
There are queues at the elevators. The wait may take 10 minutes.
If it's important, they don't speak Russian at the reception. There was a Russian-speaking girl in the restaurant.
A convenient location if you are interested in transport accessibility rather than the sea. If you do not like to walk to the beach on the Marina, it is better not to walk. It's about an hour's walk.
There are many food establishments and shops across the street within a 15-30 minute walk radius. There is a metro station nearby.

The hotel was occupied in early November 2024. The room was on the 32nd floor.2 bedrooms and a living room + a kitchen area with a refrigerator and a microwave.The room was cleaned daily, water, tea, and coffee were replenished.The location of the hotel is great!It is convenient to get to all interesting places by metro and taxi.There is an MMI liquor store across the street from the hotel (landmark). The room was quite large. The repair was done a long time ago, but generally without any complaints. The door to the balcony is locked by default and you need to ask the reception to open it. In the end, we didn't open it.;
Several good beaches are accessible by bus 88. One of the disadvantages of beaches is there is no shade (canopies) and few changing rooms. Among the advantages: clean water, few people, large sandy beaches. There is an artificial reef on this beach, where sea urchins and all kinds of fish live, on which you can dive and look: (25.155513, 55.199905). The larger grocery store is relatively far away - about 20 minutes on foot (09/25/6532, 55.175737);
There are a lot of elevators, but even more people - you will constantly wait in line for several minutes to get into the elevator.;
After cleaning, they periodically forgot to put all the towels back, or they cleaned up first, and after an hour or two they brought towels.;
If the windows face the road, then prepare for noise 24/7, as the balcony door does not close tightly. Nevertheless, it didn't hurt to sleep.;
The choice at breakfast is quite poor. You can find something that will be a plus or minus to your taste, but you won't have much choice. Lunch and dinner were not included, so I can't say anything about them.;
From the restaurants located on the ground floor, we went to the Turkish one. Delicious, but significantly more expensive than other places where they ate;
They only give one bottle of water per room per day, which is generally not much for such an arid climate. Plus, the water had an incomprehensible unpleasant taste, like iodine or something similar. In general, we bought 5L bottles at the supermarket for drinking at home.

An ideal hotel in terms of location. Very high quality service. Everything is cleaned, the staff is polite. The transfer is convenient to the best beach in Dubai, it seems to me. The only thing is, we constantly woke up this transfer, got there ourselves by metro and bus, also nothing complicated. The view from the 32nd floor is magical. I recommend the hotel to everyone. It's a great place. The service is excellent. There is one Russian-speaking girl at the reception, but in general, you can clarify with English speakers without problems. The room had a view of the city, the ninth floor. The minus of the room is a very strong noise from the highway. This noise was indifferent to us, since we were running to death during the day and the highway only lulled us to sleep. Therefore, despite the negative, I give the highest rating.

The rooms are new and clean. The cleaning is super. The staff is friendly. I checked into this hotel for the second time and was satisfied. Ask for a room with a view of the Dubai Eye and you will be pleasantly surprised.
The breakfasts are good and varied, but there is one menu every day.
I also liked the pool and gym.
The center can be reached very quickly (15-20 minutes) by metro and taxi.

I really liked the hotel, I lived in apartments on November 22-30; the ideal location is the metro in one minute, then you can take the tram and easily reach the beaches of Marina and Marina Mall; you can also walk to the knowledge village tram station through a beautiful green area, along the way there is an excellent supermarket and cafes. The room was very clean, cleaned daily. The staff is polite and friendly. I will definitely come back again.

A great city hotel. Big, comfortable, beautiful.
On the ground floor there is a coffee shop, shops, a small hairdresser, a restaurant. On the top floor there is a spa, a gym, an infinity pool.
At the entrance, the smell of strong perfume at the reception is a little confusing, but then you get used to it and do not pay attention to it.
It is located on the Sheikh Zayed highway, the view of the night city is amazing, our room windows partially overlooked it, you can not hear the noise of cars.
We took a two-room room with a kitchen and a balcony. Very comfortable and cozy.
The location is excellent: the metro is 100 meters away. And if you leave the hotel and turn right, turn around the corner and walk 300-500 meters in a straight line, you will see a business center, on the ground floor of which there are cozy coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants. We stopped at the Zira restaurant. The cuisine is Uzbek, very understandable and delicious for us, plus all the staff speak excellent Russian. From the menu there are borscht and soups and meat, very large tasty portions. I also liked the French bakery - just exclusive desserts.
From the hotel we walked (40 minutes) to The Piont on Palm Jumeirah. It is not very convenient in terms of the availability of footpaths, but the views are wonderful.
The menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel is very good.
I recommend it for outdoor enthusiasts. If there is an opportunity, we will definitely stop there again.

You can pass by. All that is here is just the service. The service is excellent, but my personal opinion is that more than one service decides in business.
The bedroom and living room are good, they seem even better in the photo because of Photoshop. But the bathroom just killed me. It's not comfortable. Also, drawers do not open in the tables, for obvious reasons. Renovation has not been carried out here for a long time.
The staff tries and helps. If you want to make sure that the staff does not serve you, they do not give you...
Overall, I'm happy that I can feel comfortable doing nothing, but I can't live like this. I'm used to doing everything myself. Moreover, this is included in the price.
The guides downstairs offer very profitable tours.

We liked the hotel! It's right next to the subway. Of course, if you are going to go to the old town, then it is unlikely to be suitable, since it takes more than an hour to get to the old town by metro. But locations such as Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Burj Khalifa, Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Mall, Downtown, in principle, you can get there without problems, to something closer, to something further, but quite well.
We had a 2-room suite on the 39th floor. The photo shows the view from the room window. One room is a bedroom, the other is an office. Very convenient. There is a good bathroom, everything you need, no water was poured on the floor. But this is 4 rooms, so there are no bathrobes, one large towel per person and no dental kit, keep in mind. There is a nice closet, several full-length mirrors. The kitchen is equipped. Where there is a 2-chamber refrigerator, microwave ovens, plates, spoons, forks, water, glasses, cups, coffee, tea, sugar.
Breakfast is simple, but it is quite possible to overeat. Omelets are being prepared. Everything else is arranged in containers, trays and bowls. These are porridge, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, pancakes, sausages, bacon, fruits, some vegetables, snacks like hummus, sweets. Coffee from the vending machine. There is no large coffee machine. There is also tea and two types of juice. The breakfast restaurant is on the 8th floor, there is a panoramic veranda, a view of the sea and the Parus hotel. Nice to meet you! There is also a swimming pool and fitness on the 8th floor.
There are several restaurants and a coffee shop on the ground floor. We went to a Turkish restaurant. We really liked it. The meat dishes are excellent. The portions are huge, so count on it. We missed. We took part of the order with us.
The reception is English-speaking. But the junior staff comes across and knows Russian, but you should not count on it. They try to help you no matter what.

I chose the hotel myself. I'm glad we stopped here. Convenient location. The metro is right next to the hotel. There is a supermarket nearby. Through a couple of Moll of Emirates stations. Dubai Marina is also nearby. There is a free shuttle service to the beach from the hotel at 9 and 10 a.m. (by appointment at the reception).
For four of us, we had a room of 100 SQ m with a kitchen (you can't cook on it, but there is a microwave, kettle and refrigerator). A huge balcony. 2 bathrooms! This is a big plus. A huge balcony (opens on demand, if you are afraid for the children, you can keep it locked at all, and so there are hooks high, you can lock it from children.
We had a view of the Palm Tree and the Ferris wheel. On the 40th floor there is an observation deck with a magnificent view of the city, especially during sunset and at night.
The furniture is beautiful and comfortable. The beds are lovely.
The restaurant is on the 8th floor, the food is good.
A swimming pool with a view of the Bursh Khalifa. There is a children's pool, Jacuzzi and spa: sauna, hammam. Pool bar.
Children's playground for 8 floors outdoors.
A fitness club with a variety of programs.
The staff is friendly. The cleaning is mediocre, but if you ask, it will be cleaned more thoroughly.
By the way, we were checked in a few hours earlier without any additional charges. And the room was extended for a couple of hours for free.

When booking, we chose a hotel about a cent away, with a good transport interchange, and we got it.... The hotel is quite new, beautiful comfortable two-room apartments with a kitchen and an incredibly beautiful view from the window. Excellent cleaning. The meals were half board (breakfast and dinner, which can be changed to lunch if desired). There is a bus stop and a metro near the hotel, which is very convenient for getting around the city. The hotel provides transfers to two beaches and malls, but I can't say anything, since we got everywhere ourselves without any problems. Towels are provided for the beach and the pool, which is available at the hotel.A small deposit is taken upon check-in and refunded upon check-out. There is one Russian-speaking girl at the reception, we rarely saw her... but knowledge of English at a minimum level is quite enough for you ...To summarize, I want to say that we were satisfied with both the hotel and the service. The restaurant on the ground floor is expensive, so there was almost never anyone there. The pool on the 8th floor also has a great view. Very friendly staff. It is not visible, but the room was always cleaned very quickly and well, towels and linen were changed daily, water was renewed, dishes were washed. For some reason, they didn't take the money left for a tip, it's obviously not accepted! The balconies were opened after the permit was signed. The bathroom has a bathtub and all necessary accessories. There is a separate room for an ironing board and an iron. Snow-white bed linen and towels. The balcony opens on receipt, where you take responsibility for your safety. There is no clothesline for drying clothes. The room is cleaned quickly in your absence. The staff is friendly. We stopped by around 11 a.m. and were immediately checked in. The deposit is 300 dirhams + tourist tax, for 7 days of stay it was 105 dirhams. For us, the only drawback was the transfer to the beach. The day before departure to the beach, you need to make an appointment, you are taken at 9 a.m. to the gorgeous Kite Beach, the journey time is 25 minutes, but you are already picked up at 12:00. Or the second option is at 10 a.m., but they take you away from the beach at 13:00. As a result, you can spend 2.5 hours at sea, which is very little, especially if you rent sun beds with an umbrella and a towel. The first-second line is 150 dirhams per person, the remaining lines are 120 dirhams per person. If you want to spend the whole day on the beach, then the return taxi fare will be 60 dirhams to the hotel. But the beach is magnificent, from the cleanliness of the beach, the gentle entrance to the water, to the service, if you are too lazy to go to the cafe, everything will be brought to the place where you wish. I recommend the hotel, the staff speaks English, but there is also a Russian-speaking girl at the reception and, of course, the staff tries to learn Russian, which is undoubtedly very nice.

I liked the hotel, the view from the windows is gorgeous. We lived on the 28th floor. 2 bedrooms, large living room, large balconies, kitchen, 2 bathrooms. Everything is convenient and comfortable. A wonderful pool on the 8th floor with a wonderful view of the city, Jacuzzi, steam room, hammam, towels are provided for the pool. The location is very convenient, you can take the subway from the airport to the hotel by Metro in 50 minutes. You can take the metro to Burj Khalifa, Dubai Marina bech. And taxis are also not a problem, we called them in the courtyard of the hotel, too. There is a shuttle service from the hotel to the beach, and to the Dubai Outlet Mall. We stayed with my wife for 3 days in mid-December 2024.
For me personally, the number of disadvantages of the hotel outweighed the number of advantages, and that's why.
- Check-in.
For some reason, they wanted to check us in for 2 nights, the hotel's program said so, despite the fact that the reservation and voucher had 3. Perhaps everything did not go according to plan here, when we were probably given another room. But we spent some more time waiting and investigating, left a refundable deposit of 250 AED, paid a tax of 15 AED/day, escorted us to our room and, without having time to say goodbye, immediately left.
- The number.
The room was on the 33rd floor with a small balcony, where the entrance was initially open, although I read that it was necessary to call the reception and sign the appropriate piece of paper to open it, but come on, they simplified one step for us. The room is large, with two rooms — a bedroom, a living room with a sofa and a dining area, a small kitchen (where, if you're lucky or ask, there may be a stove), a bathroom, which you were afraid to enter because of the appearance, falling plaster on the stream, and as it turned out later, it was worth waiting 5 minutes for the water to get hot.
The room was very old, the plaster was falling off in places, there were stains on the floor, the drawers throughout the apartment were designed so that you had to try to open them without breaking them, they were very tight. The peephole on the front door was without a lens, which prevented the visitor from being visible. There were no towels, they were brought on the bell. The bedside sockets didn't work at all (neither usb nor regular), there was a slight noise from the road, we could hear the street a little, but it didn't bother us. On the balcony, the handrails are covered in dust, and you can't stand with a cup of coffee. Mostly in the kitchen, at some point, flying entities similar to midges appeared. There were scales in the room, and they didn't work. The Internet was working well. The air conditioner was not used.
- The hotel.
The entrance group and the lobby itself are beautiful, there are a couple of restaurants and a small supermarket on the ground floor of the hotel. The elevators were fast, there were no problems, probably due to the fact that the occupancy of the hotel was not maximum.
- Food.
The food was good and varied, we liked it, there weren't many people, the desserts and main dishes were good. We only had breakfast. Once we ordered dinner in the room with Fish&Chips and it was incredibly delicious, some of the most delicious Fish&Chips, everything I've ever tried, is definitely liked here.
Upon returning to the room, one day they suddenly found a cake in the refrigerator (my wife had a doctor) — it was nice, but unfortunately we didn't like the cake at all, it was rubbery and tasteless, amazing. We thought that in our opinion it would be more pleasant to get not such a giant piece, but a small one, but more edible and delicious.
- Location.
The location is excellent, there is definitely a winning position at the hotel, the entrance to the subway is 100 meters from the exit of the hotel. There are a couple of stations at the Mall of the Emirates, and a couple more at the Dubai Mall and the main attractions. Taking the subway to explore the local culture is ideal. Centralized taxi parking right at the exit of the hotel.
In general, I would not recommend the hotel, although if we had found a better room, it is possible, plus later I found more interesting hotels as alternative options.

Accommodation for 4 people: A great room, two bedrooms, two toilets, a huge hall, a balcony and a kitchen. We lived on the 37th floor with a gorgeous view. The hotel has a swimming pool on the 8th floor with stunning views of the Sail, the Atlantic Hotel, the Palm Tree, etc. The pool is open all day, you can swim in the bright sun and illuminated in the evening. There is also a Jacuzzi, a small children's pool and a gym. The staff is friendly, all issues were resolved quickly and promptly, cleaning every day. Water, tea and coffee are replenished constantly. Food: Very varied breakfasts, try croissants, they are gorgeous, the child also liked the local pancakes :) Dinner is a lot of seafood, delicious meat, a varied selection of sweets, I think everyone will find something to their liking. Location: You can take a taxi at the entrance, constantly offered or right in five metro steps. You can also walk to the stop of the monorail that goes to Palma in 25 minutes (30 dirhams per ticket to the Atlantic Hotel and back). You can go a little further and walk to the Dubai Marina (if there are 2 metro stops). Of course, this is still a city hotel, and you can't walk to the beach (the one next to it is closed for reconstruction) The hotel provides free transportation to the beach, which is quite comfortable with a large area, but you need to make an appointment in advance.

You can try different dishes every day.It is necessary to come early, after 9 there were no more empty tables and we were waiting for their release. There is a swimming pool on the 8th floor, not visited. When making an appointment at the reception, they take you to the beach from the evening the next day, they also did not go. The beach was visited by Al Mamzar. Upon check-in, the deposit is 300 dirhams, upon check-out, the tax on a two-bedroom room is 30 dirhams per night. Cleaning every day. I liked everything! Spacious clean room on the 38th floor, the view of the metropolis is amazing, especially in the evening when the city is on fire! Of course, it is desirable to have a tip for more "attentive room service". A couple of minuses: there were no declared bathrobes in the room and there were not enough towels, but they are not essential. The breakfast at the hotel is varied - buffet! There is an outdoor swimming pool! Free transport to the sea is organized according to the schedule, the sea is warm as fresh milk, and if you decide to stay at the sea, I do not advise walking back) only by taxi. The hotel is located next to the metro station, relatively close (within transport accessibility) to famous attractions such as musical fountains - a gorgeous sight, the tallest building in the world - the Burj Khalifa skyscraper. You can also get to palm island by yourself and take a ride on a single-rail train. I recommend the hotel!
