We rested in this hotel from 5.01 to 14.01.2023. The hotel is very nice, the staff is responsive, they will always help with any question. Our room was on the 38th floor with a view of the city, very beautiful both in the afternoon and in the evening. The balcony was closed, but after signing some paper, it was opened to us. By the way, I must say that we arrived at the hotel at 10 am, and that we would not wait, we were offered a room on the 35th floor No. 3528, it turned out to be a smoking floor, the smell of tobacco everywhere, and there was a door to the next room in the room, closed of course, but loud music was heard through it. We didn't even unpack our suitcases, we went down to the reception and asked for another room. There were no available rooms yet, we were offered to wait a couple of hours, and we left our suitcases and went for a walk. And when we returned, we were already settled in a room on the 38th floor, and we liked everything. The room is huge, bedroom, living room, kitchen, no stove, but there is a microwave. Cleaning every day, sometimes they hung a "do not disturb" sign so that they would not be cleaned. I read in the reviews that after cleaning, sometimes towels would not be left, or the garbage would be forgotten, once and we found only one towel after cleaning, but we were already leaving and I thought when we came I would go to the reception, ask them to bring towels, but when we returned, all the towels were already lying. And when we stopped by, there were no bathrobes in the room, one call solved everything, they brought it right away. We only had breakfast, but we were full and didn't want to eat until dinner. Many people write a monotonous menu, the same thing, well, what did you want, there are probably about two dozen hot dishes, plus snacks, cheeses, sausage, fruits, vegetables, pastries, juices, tea, coffee, you can try different dishes every day and here's a variety for you. I really liked the pool, on the 8th floor with a view of the sail, warm, there is also a Jacuzzi with hot water and a children's one. There is a sauna and a hammam. The location of the hotel is very good, the metro is 50 m away, you can get anywhere, we mostly went by metro, sometimes by taxi. The cheapest taxis are beige Camry, other taxis are Tesla, Porsche Cayenne, Lexus, Mercedes where the fare is more expensive. The hotel has a transfer to Kate Beach, but you need to make an appointment the day before. Also transfer to the Emirate Mall and Outlet, went to both malls, poked around. In general, only positive impressions remained from the hotel, I would return to it again.

At 10 am, the sun sets behind the building and there is nothing to do by the pool - this is a huge minus- you will not be able to tan! The second disadvantage is the beach, which carries the transfer of the hotel- on the beach eternal wind: swimming and sunbathing (in January) will not work! Otherwise, the hotel has solid advantages! 1. Room on the 37th floor, 70 sq m, self-catering 2. Breakfast. No matter what anyone says, but the breakfasts are excellent! 3. The location is very good. Marina Beach (ideal for sunbathing and swimming in January) is a metro stop away, Burj Khalifa is 15 minutes by metro. The metro is 5 minutes away. 4. It takes 30 minutes to walk to the "wild beach" - there is no heat in January, it is comfortable to walk, but on the beach it is windy - you will not be able to sunbathe and swim. From the general: Dubai is not for hiking. It takes a long time to go to the store across the street, only crossing the road takes 7 minutes. And if it seems that there is nothing to go / in fact, it is unrealistic. There is no heat in January - it's good to go, in season, it's unrealistic, you'll die before you get there. Well, on the beaches, all for money, a sunbed for two 2800, did not take a sunbed, burned down in a second.

There is a swimming pool on the 8th floor. The breakfasts are excellent. Cleanliness, cleaning without complaints. As a result - check-in from 14 o'clock, but we were settled at 10. I liked the breakfasts (there are even steamed dishes). The room is cleaned well, efficiently. In the room (water, tea, coffee). ☝🏻take adapters for the outlet (at the reception they gave one, we didn't have enough, they bought more) The bathroom has shower gel, soap, body cream. The hair dryer is dead (I always take my own), we lived on the 12th floor. In the morning (from 9-10.30 during breakfast), there are problems to go down (since the elevators are crowded), but this is rush hour. The only "moment", not even a minus. There is a bus to the beach (you need to sign up in advance in the evening), we did not sign up, walked to the wild beach (20 minutes from the hotel and the fire 🔥)but! there are no changing booths on the wild beach, there is no toilet, there is no way to buy water.on a day off there are a lot of people, on a weekday it's great (for us), the water is invigorating (but I'm freezing all the time), if you get used to it, then fire again. The water is clear, there are a lot of shells to collect.

Great view in almost all rooms, if not on the main highway. You can see the Eye of Dubai and the Marina and Palm Jumeirah with the Atlantis Hotel, and the Parus Hotel. There are many elevators, but sometimes, especially during breakfast, you have to wait. The breakfasts are monotonous, but you can find something for yourself. The restaurant on the ground floor is expensive, so there was almost never anyone there. The pool on the 8th floor also has a great view. Very friendly staff. It is not visible, but the room was always cleaned very quickly and well, towels and linen were changed daily, water was renewed, dishes were washed. For some reason, they didn't take the money left for a tip, it's obviously not accepted! The balconies were opened after the permit was signed. The hotel is far from the sea, but by appointment there is a bus to the beach "kite beach". 3 flights there at: 9, 10, 11 o'clock, and back at 12, 13, 14. Although I took a room of the city view category, I asked for a sea view. There was a beautiful view of the wheel and a piece of the sea . The pool is great warm. But the sun is in it only until 11.00. there is also a hot pool for adults and a pool for children. 22 minutes from the hotel is not equipped beach , clean with lifeguards, but without toilets. The hotel also takes you to the equipped beach at 9.00, 10.00 and 11.00, about 25-30 minutes on the road. And picks up exactly 3 hours after leaving the hotel. There seems to be coffee and toilets somewhere. But there were waves there, and for some reason they were not on the wild beach. The water in winter is invigorating at 20 degrees and it's good if it's 30 outside, and if a cold wind blows on 24-26, then you need to be a walrus). There is a minimarket in our hotel and in a nearby one, too, where you can take something to eat heated. On the way to the parade there is a supermarket and an Uzbek cafe Zira. They said it was cheap and delicious. Everyone praises the Royal dining restaurant. Honestly, I still didn't understand where he was, but there is a supermarket right at this place and I took cheap fruits and raspberries. The tourist fee for a room on 38 without a sea view costs 60 dirhams. Paid at check-out. The exchange at the hotel is not profitable. What he is in supermarkets, I did not understand. She gave them $100, and I got change in dirhams. I never reached the exchanger. The exchange office in the subway was always closed. I went to lunch at our hotel for 120 dirhams. I'm full. Among the advantages: good varied breakfasts, beautiful views from the windows of both the room and the restaurant, a beautiful view of the city and the bay by the pool, pleasant not cold water in the pool, the hotel is 41st floor, but the elevators go fast and there are no queues for elevators, the room is cleaned every day, while they do not take tips (left for the maid, but she didn't take it), they give water to the room every day, in general, the room situation is normal, we had two rooms, a kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, kettle... also, at our request, we were given an iron for the entire rest period. The view from the room window on the city is beautiful. Near the metro. We also had an unforeseen situation, I do not know who is to blame for it - the hotel or the tour operator, but when we arrived, they did not want to check us in, saying that the tour operator did not pay for our stay, and they began to demand a deposit of $ 1,000 for check-in until we deal with the tour operator. We arrived at night and naturally we didn't get through to the tour operator, it's good that our daughter was here with her boyfriend, they helped negotiate a deposit of $ 500 instead of $ 1000 (since we need to speak English, which I personally don't really have), so that we were settled, and then my daughter's boyfriend is all the next day I handled the situation with the tour operator (Anex tour), who blamed everything on the hotel, they say, the tour operator transferred all the money for us, this hotel messed up something... as a result, I did not understand why this happened, but no one even apologized to us, neither the hotel nor the tour operator, well, at least $ 500 was returned... Summing up all of the above, I want to say that I do not recommend this hotel and I would not go here a second time.

The hotel has a sushi cafe, a Starbucks coffee shop! The prices are acceptable for Dubai . At the reception, Karina suggested a great cafe nearby, 5 minutes from the hotel, Zira. Very atmospheric, lagman, lyulyakebab, soups, manti and much more. The prices are adequate. The location of the hotel is good. Who wants to visit the flower park, it's not far from there. Dubai Mall is 4 metro stations away. But, this is not the farthest location. We liked it, we will definitely come again.
