!!! I warn you, Sufukh beach is closed within walking distance!!! And in the information section of the hotel it is indicated that there is a beach nearby! Everything else is fine. There is a transfer at 9 a.m. to the beach back at 12, and at 9 a.m. to the Dubai Outlet Mall back at 13.

A good location for exploring the city. The entrance to the subway is right at the hotel. The grand room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is very large, the kitchen is large, but stupid, there are almost no dishes, you can only cook in the microwave, but there is a small shop nearby where you can buy ready-made food or 2 stops from the hotel there is a large shopping center where you can shop for a few days. I liked the pool on the 8th floor. The breakfasts are good. There is a transfer to the beach, although you don't always have time to sign up for it. The view from the balcony on the 35th floor is spectacular, you can see both the Ferris wheel and the Sail, and the Palm Jumeirah! In general, I recommend it

Great hotel! The only drawback is not the Marina), but everywhere by taxi nearby, the metro is at the exit (for those who like to travel by metro), there is a shop in the hotel (to buy something..., water, juice, ice cream, doshirak ...). We had a family vacation at the hotel in January 2024. I liked everything very much, the service, the food, the housekeeping, the staff. Everything is fine. The only thing is not clear why there are no bathrobes, but otherwise solid 4 stars as stated. I really liked the sushi bar and barbecue evening, which takes place by the pool every Saturday, a really profitable financial offer) we recommend the hotel. Nice hotel. We moved into a 3-room room at 39, the view is excellent, cleaning every day. A liter of water is given per day, it tastes specific, we bought it in the store. They took breakfast, delicious, I advise you to try coffee with milk in the vending machine, this is their Arabic drink with spices. The only negative for us was the pain in the head from the elevator, but this is a problem for all high-rise buildings. Near the metro, grocery store, cafes. Russian Russian cuisine is 15 minutes away, where they speak Russian, if anyone needs it.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, daily cleaning, pretty good food. There is a subway across the street, transfer to the beach. You can't get to the sea on foot (40 minutes to loop).There is a supermarket nearby, two shops with a drunk in 15 minutes walk. Six stops to Burj Khalifa, five to La Perla, seven to the Museum of the Future. Nice pool on the 8th floor, outdoors with city views.

A very good hotel for its 4 stars. They made me wait a bit for the registration, but gave me the best room as an apology. The location is good. Near the metro station, you can quickly get everywhere. The location is excellent, the metro is 2 minutes away, and you can get a lot of places by metro without using a taxi. The rooms are large, two-room, balcony. The view from the balcony is simply gorgeous, you can ask the reception for a higher room to admire Dubai at night every evening. The breakfasts are normal, like everywhere else, nothing special, but there is plenty to choose from to eat. There is no negativity, the staff is attentive. Nice apartment hotel, solid 4+. The rooms have a kitchen and a washing machine. Breakfast is poor, there are a lot of people. There is a whole gallery of various good restaurants within a five-minute walk. There is a multi-level parking in the hotel building. Half of the outlets need an adapter for our plug.

A spacious living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen with a large refrigerator and microwave, a sink in the kitchen, a minimum set of dishes, two baths. Heated swimming pool on the 8th floor. Cleaning every day, spacious rooms with nice views from the windows, large balconies, kitchens with microwave, refrigerator, kettle, iron, ironing board in the room, a fairly large selection of food for breakfast, although the range of dishes has not changed during the week of stay, at 9, 10, 11 o'clock transfers to the Kite beach, transfers in the shopping center, it takes 20 minutes to get to the beach, you can walk to Al Safouh beach (kite is more interesting), the metro station is two steps away, the tram is 10-15 minutes away - you can get to the new Marina district, there is also a beach nearby with a view of the OKO Ferris wheel (in March 2023 it did not work), a swimming pool with a view of the city. At the request of the reception, a baby cot was provided for the child. The only thing they didn't warn about is that you can take breakfast with you when you leave at night, but this is not critical. The photo shows views from the windows and from the pool. There were a lot of Russians in the hotel, but only one Russian-speaking person from the staff at the reception during the day. In general, I liked the hotel, I would return there with even more pleasure))

The location is great - less than a minute to the metro (it's important when it's +40 outside), the city center, close to beaches, marina, palm, 2 metro stops to the Mall of Emirates 2. There is a Russian-speaking staff - special thanks to the nice girl at the reception, she solved many of my problems, including giving an adapter for our sockets. All the staff I talked to were exceptionally friendly. The shower in the room broke - I called, after 5 minutes they came and fixed it without questions. 3. The hotel itself is a little tired, but the rooms are spacious - I had 70 squares, with a balcony, with a kitchen (there is no stove, but there is a refrigerator, microwave, appliances, kettle), with a closet for a suitcase, a spacious bathroom. Matches the photo completely 4. A good varied menu, but it practically did not change, it got boring in 10 days. But there was plenty of food, you won't stay hungry, there was beef, chicken, lamb, seafood. Seafood is huge and delicious, lamb and beef for an amateur, chicken is delicious; lots of desserts, delicious; only pineapples, watermelon, melon from fruits; there are no drinks for dinner, but they give a liter of water; breakfasts have never changed, I recommend scramble and chicken sausages, very tasty; 5. The pool on the shady side is just a gift for the infernal heat, it warms up to fresh milk by lunch, I highly recommend it to all girls who love warm water. Cocktails are available at the bar/juices on account of the deposit, on average about 500-600 rubles, are very tasty! Be sure to try it. The bartender is very kind, knows a little Russian. We liked the hotel, we took a 2-room Premium Suite with a view of the city, at night a very beautiful view from the balcony. Cleaning every day, the room has everything: slippers,bathrobe ,iron, a small kitchen, but without a stove with a microwave and refrigerator, there are dishes,a kettle. The breakfasts are excellent, the choice is good . There is an inexpensive supermarket nearby, Sufouh Beach with white sand is a 20-minute walk away. Right next to the subway . The hotel is very large, there are 6 elevators in each wing, but sometimes you have to wait for 3 minutes. On the roof there is a small swimming pool with a view of the city and a Jacuzzi for children, on Saturdays there are grill parties. There is a children's room and playground, a gym. Burj Khalifa is 10 minutes away by taxi. In general, the hotel " came in " to us. We will definitely return to it .

Televisions operate on an analog signal. Gas stove - three burners do not work. Getting used to it! The breakfasts are excellent, everything is delicious from natural products. There are two powerful coffee machines, which are clearly not enough, we were on holidays, there are a lot of people. Incredibly friendly staff: room cleaning and towel change every day. The trouble with all big skyscrapers is the congestion of elevators. A small fly in the ointment: there is a paid service for sending mail at the reception, a postcard was sent - a month has passed, we are all waiting! They didn't wait. Oops: a postcard came, two months later)))

I really liked the hotel👍 we took a room on the 32nd floor with a view of the city and the bay. Living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, ironing room. There is one large bed in one bedroom. The second one has 2 beds. 3 TVs, refrigerator, microwave, iron, hair dryers. We cleaned the room and changed everything every day. The breakfasts are varied and delicious. Fitness, spa, saunas. Pool miracle🫶🫶🫶 on the 8th floor with panoramic views. To the city beach on foot 15-20 minutes, but it is beautiful🤗🤗🤗 there was a transfer to the hotel beach, but we have never been there. The metro station is next to the hotel. The liquor store is a 10-minute walk away. Everything is great. 🙏

I liked everything! Spacious clean room on the 38th floor, the view of the metropolis is amazing, especially in the evening when the city is on fire! Of course, it is desirable to have a tip for more "attentive room service". A couple of minuses: there were no declared bathrobes in the room and there were not enough towels, but they are not essential. The breakfast at the hotel is varied - buffet! There is an outdoor swimming pool! Free transport to the sea is organized according to the schedule, the sea is warm as fresh milk, and if you decide to stay at the sea, I do not advise walking back) only by taxi. The hotel is located next to the metro station, relatively close (within transport accessibility) to famous attractions such as musical fountains - a gorgeous sight, the tallest building in the world - the Burj Khalifa skyscraper. You can also get to palm island by yourself and take a ride on a single-rail train. I recommend the hotel!

Excellent apartment hotel. We lived there in November 2022. To the free beach 20 minutes on foot, to the metro 5 minutes. There is a supermarket and a bunch of cafes within a 10-minute walk. There is a good selection of ready-made food in the nearest store. The room itself was large and comfortable. The view from the 30th floor is an oriental fairy tale!!! Of course, not without flaws, such as balcony doors on latches and the smell of sewage in the kitchen (I had to win on my own), but otherwise I liked everything.

I really liked this hotel. 1. This is its location. The metro is just a few steps away. The beach is about 30 minutes on foot, but it's not difficult for us. The area is quiet. You can take a walk in the evening in silence along the streets. 2. The room is lovely with a beautiful view. The pillows are comfortable, the beds too. 3. Food... it's divine. Very tasty, very! We took breakfast and dinner. One day it was seafood day - we tried all the delicacies of the World. Very nice waiters. I am doubled that this hotel has 4 stars. We were still in the 5-star Radisson Blu, and it was much more modest there than in this one. We recommended it to our friends, and they were also delighted! Thanks to the staff!
