It may be normal for your money, but the hotel is disgusting! It's huge, it's not clear where to go, there's nothing in this suite! No accessories, towels for one, kitchen without stove, they give out one bottle of water! Everything is old, you can only move in with a company if you want to save money. The only advantage of this hotel is the metro nearby, there are no more advantages. A hair was found in the refrigerator!

The bedroom and living room are good, they seem even better in the photo because of Photoshop. But the bathroom just killed me. It's not comfortable. Also, drawers do not open in the tables, for obvious reasons. Renovation has not been carried out here for a long time. The staff tries and helps. If you want to make sure that the staff does not serve you, they do not give you... Overall, I'm happy that I can feel comfortable doing nothing, but I can't live like this. We stayed with my wife for 3 days in mid-December 2024. For me personally, the number of disadvantages of the hotel outweighed the number of advantages, and that's why. - Check-in. For some reason, they wanted to check us in for 2 nights, the hotel's program said so, despite the fact that the reservation and voucher had 3. Perhaps everything did not go according to plan here, when we were probably given another room. But we spent some more time waiting and investigating, left a refundable deposit of 250 AED, paid a tax of 15 AED/day, escorted us to our room and, without having time to say goodbye, immediately left. - The number. The room was on the 33rd floor with a small balcony, where the entrance was initially open, although I read that it was necessary to call the reception and sign the appropriate piece of paper to open it, but come on, they simplified one step for us. The room is large, with two rooms — a bedroom, a living room with a sofa and a dining area, a small kitchen (where, if you're lucky or ask, there may be a stove), a bathroom, which you were afraid to enter because of the appearance, falling plaster on the stream, and as it turned out later, it was worth waiting 5 minutes for the water to get hot. The room was very old, the plaster was falling off in places, there were stains on the floor, the drawers throughout the apartment were designed so that you had to try to open them without breaking them, they were very tight. The peephole on the front door was without a lens, which prevented the visitor from being visible. There were no towels, they were brought on the bell. The bedside sockets didn't work at all (neither usb nor regular), there was a slight noise from the road, we could hear the street a little, but it didn't bother us. On the balcony, the handrails are covered in dust, and you can't stand with a cup of coffee. Mostly in the kitchen, at some point, flying entities similar to midges appeared. There were scales in the room, and they didn't work. The Internet was working well. The air conditioner was not used. - The hotel. The entrance group and the lobby itself are beautiful, there are a couple of restaurants and a small supermarket on the ground floor of the hotel. The elevators were fast, there were no problems, probably due to the fact that the occupancy of the hotel was not maximum. - Food. The food was good and varied, we liked it, there weren't many people, the desserts and main dishes were good. We only had breakfast. Once we ordered dinner in the room with Fish&Chips and it was incredibly delicious, some of the most delicious Fish&Chips, everything I've ever tried, is definitely liked here. Upon returning to the room, one day they suddenly found a cake in the refrigerator (my wife had a doctor) — it was nice, but unfortunately we didn't like the cake at all, it was rubbery and tasteless, amazing. We thought that in our opinion it would be more pleasant to get not such a giant piece, but a small one, but more edible and delicious. - Location. The location is excellent, there is definitely a winning position at the hotel, the entrance to the subway is 100 meters from the exit of the hotel. There are a couple of stations at the Mall of the Emirates, and a couple more at the Dubai Mall and the main attractions. Taking the subway to explore the local culture is ideal. Centralized taxi parking right at the exit of the hotel. In general, I would not recommend the hotel, although if we had found a better room, it is possible, plus later I found more interesting hotels as alternative options.

But if you don't pay attention to this, then the hotel is normal. We had a grand room with a view of the sea and the bourgeois Khalifa on the 34th floor. It's better to go to breakfast before 9 if you don't want to queue for the elevator. They only have breakfast in the morning and people go to work (a lot of business trips) and the sea goes. It is better to sign up for the bus to the beach, but one day they just came and left, because someone did not come, although they signed up. We took breakfast and lunch or dinner. Yes, it's monotonous, but in general, there was enough variety for a week.

Of the minuses, as written below: separately ask for an iron, separately ask to open balconies, sometimes the jambs were with towels. In general, for a 3-room apartment with a kitchen, on 100 sq. m. Everything is fine! P.S. If your purpose of travel is to do everything, then the location of the hotel is 1 minute from the metro. If you want a beach and a pool, then it's on a palm tree, there's a mini pool, and the sun is on it until 12 o'clock, the hotel is dry.

There is a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen with a large refrigerator and a microwave, there are plates and appliances, a kettle, disposable bags with coffee, cream, tea, sugar. 1 liter of water is given per room. The bathroom has a bathtub and all necessary accessories. There is a separate room for an ironing board and an iron. Snow-white bed linen and towels. The balcony opens on receipt, where you take responsibility for your safety. There is no clothesline for drying clothes. The room is cleaned quickly in your absence. The staff is friendly. We stopped by around 11 a.m. and were immediately checked in. The deposit is 300 dirhams + tourist tax, for 7 days of stay it was 105 dirhams. For us, the only drawback was the transfer to the beach. The day before departure to the beach, you need to make an appointment, you are taken at 9 a.m. to the gorgeous Kite Beach, the journey time is 25 minutes, but you are already picked up at 12:00. Or the second option is at 10 a.m., but they take you away from the beach at 13:00. As a result, you can spend 2.5 hours at sea, which is very little, especially if you rent sun beds with an umbrella and a towel. The first-second line is 150 dirhams per person, the remaining lines are 120 dirhams per person. If you want to spend the whole day on the beach, then the return taxi fare will be 60 dirhams to the hotel. But the beach is magnificent, from the cleanliness of the beach, the gentle entrance to the water, to the service, if you are too lazy to go to the cafe, everything will be brought to the place where you wish. I recommend the hotel, the staff speaks English, but there is also a Russian-speaking girl at the reception and, of course, the staff tries to learn Russian, which is undoubtedly very nice.

The furniture is beautiful and comfortable. The beds are lovely. The restaurant is on the 8th floor, the food is good. A swimming pool with a view of the Bursh Khalifa. There is a children's pool, Jacuzzi and spa: sauna, hammam. Pool bar. Children's playground for 8 floors outdoors. A fitness club with a variety of programs. The staff is friendly. The cleaning is mediocre, but if you ask, it will be cleaned more thoroughly. By the way, we were checked in a few hours earlier without any additional charges. A chic hotel with a view of the city, with a swimming pool on the 8th floor, we chose a 2-room room with a balcony, the room has water, coffee, tea, everything you need iron, ironing board, kitchenette with cooking utensils, we really liked the room! The metro is very convenient nearby.
