Great hotel! We lived on the 40th floor in room 4016. Please note!!! If the room is located next to the elevator, you will hear how they work around the clock. If you are a light sleeper, this may be a problem.

It is located next to the metro, from where, in a couple of stops, there is Dubai Marina, the mall of the Emirate, and in a couple of stops Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa.
The food is quite varied, and well cooked. The hotel could use some cosmetic repairs in the near future.
The staff is attentive, but the quality of cleaning depends on who does it and can be improved.

Not quite "fresh" apartments for renovation, but in general for this money is very good! Its own internal free Parking for the car, which is very convenient! It's great for your money. A large 2-room room with its own kitchen area. The hotel has a swimming pool, a fitness room and a shuttle service to the beach. The sea is a 10-minute walk away, the metro is next to the hotel. The only disadvantage of the hotel is that it does not have its own territory. Apparently, this is the norm for the center of Dubai. The rooms are spacious. Booked standard. 70m2, bedroom, living room, kitchen with a large refrigerator, microwave! Every day the water is replenished and if they bring more, the cleaning is excellent, the room itself is in a modern style. A little furniture can be updated, although we were satisfied with both the design and the furniture. There is a balcony! This is also one of the advantages. Excellent pool on the 8th floor, large, there is a Jacuzzi, a pool for little ones and a sauna. The fitness room is also good, not small. It's very cool that there is a free transfer to Kite Beach beach. Go 15-20min. From the underground parking, there are 3 floors! You can leave the car for free, it's a class. Which is important for tourists who did not buy a tour with lunch, dinner. There is a shop near the hotel where you can buy groceries and ready meals.
The hotel has a sushi cafe, a Starbucks coffee shop! The prices are acceptable for Dubai .
At the reception, Karina suggested a great cafe nearby, 5 minutes from the hotel, Zira. Very atmospheric, lagman, lyulyakebab, soups, manti and much more. The prices are adequate. The location of the hotel is good. Who wants to visit the flower park, it's not far from there. Dubai Mall is 4 metro stations away. But, this is not the farthest location. I really liked this hotel.
1. This is its location. The metro is just a few steps away. The beach is about 30 minutes on foot, but it's not difficult for us. The area is quiet. You can take a walk in the evening in silence along the streets.
2. The room is lovely with a beautiful view. The pillows are comfortable, the beds too.
3. Food... it's divine. Very tasty, very! We took breakfast and dinner. One day it was seafood day - we tried all the delicacies of the World. Very nice waiters.
I am doubled that this hotel has 4 stars. We were still in the 5-star Radisson Blu, and it was much more modest there than in this one.
We recommended it to our friends, and they were also delighted!

Hello. I recommend. For us, the beach was important during this visit (so that it was nearby) and the subway (we learned how to use it this time). As a result - check-in from 14 o'clock, but we were settled at 10. I liked the breakfasts (there are even steamed dishes). The room is cleaned well, efficiently. In the room (water, tea, coffee). ☝🏻take adapters for the outlet (at the reception they gave one, we didn't have enough, they bought more)
The bathroom has shower gel, soap, body cream. The hair dryer is dead (I always take my own), we lived on the 12th floor.
In the morning (from 9-10.30 during breakfast), there are problems to go down (since the elevators are crowded), but this is rush hour. The only "moment", not even a minus.
There is a bus to the beach (you need to sign up in advance in the evening), we did not sign up, walked to the wild beach (20 minutes from the hotel and the fire 🔥)but! there are no changing booths on the wild beach, there is no toilet, there is no way to buy water.on a day off there are a lot of people, on a weekday it's great (for us), the water is invigorating (but I'm freezing all the time), if you get used to it, then fire again. The water is clear, there are a lot of shells to collect.

I liked the hotel, good rooms, cleaning, polite staff. Good breakfasts, dinner unfortunately did not try and I think in vain. Excellent location near the metro. The only thing that sometimes takes a long time to wait for elevators, but this is a trifle. Near the alcohol store, if anyone is interested in what is interesting, the prices, unlike the Dubai (high) ones, are very acceptable, next to the Burger King gas station. We rested in this hotel from 5.01 to 14.01.2023. The hotel is very nice, the staff is responsive, they will always help with any question. Our room was on the 38th floor with a view of the city, very beautiful both in the afternoon and in the evening. The balcony was closed, but after signing some paper, it was opened to us. By the way, I must say that we arrived at the hotel at 10 am, and that we would not wait, we were offered a room on the 35th floor No. 3528, it turned out to be a smoking floor, the smell of tobacco everywhere, and there was a door to the next room in the room, closed of course, but loud music was heard through it. We didn't even unpack our suitcases, we went down to the reception and asked for another room. There were no available rooms yet, we were offered to wait a couple of hours, and we left our suitcases and went for a walk. And when we returned, we were already settled in a room on the 38th floor, and we liked everything. The room is huge, bedroom, living room, kitchen, no stove, but there is a microwave. Cleaning every day, sometimes they hung a "do not disturb" sign so that they would not be cleaned. I read in the reviews that after cleaning, sometimes towels would not be left, or the garbage would be forgotten, once and we found only one towel after cleaning, but we were already leaving and I thought when we came I would go to the reception, ask them to bring towels, but when we returned, all the towels were already lying. And when we stopped by, there were no bathrobes in the room, one call solved everything, they brought it right away. We only had breakfast, but we were full and didn't want to eat until dinner. Many people write a monotonous menu, the same thing, well, what did you want, there are probably about two dozen hot dishes, plus snacks, cheeses, sausage, fruits, vegetables, pastries, juices, tea, coffee, you can try different dishes every day and here's a variety for you. I really liked the pool, on the 8th floor with a view of the sail, warm, there is also a Jacuzzi with hot water and a children's one. There is a sauna and a hammam. The location of the hotel is very good, the metro is 50 m away, you can get anywhere, we mostly went by metro, sometimes by taxi. The cheapest taxis are beige Camry, other taxis are Tesla, Porsche Cayenne, Lexus, Mercedes where the fare is more expensive. The hotel has a transfer to Kate Beach, but you need to make an appointment the day before. Also transfer to the Emirate Mall and Outlet, went to both malls, poked around. In general, only positive impressions remained from the hotel, I would return to it again.

Of the minuses: The hotel is located in the area of office buildings and major highways, there is nowhere to walk, there is half an hour to walk to the sea, it's scary to walk around the hotel in the evening, there are no people, only huge skyscrapers around you and cars...The hotel itself is shabby, the room looks good, but on closer examination, the following disadvantages were found: windows do not open from the word at all, there is nowhere to dry wet clothes and towels, it's cold in the room, the air conditioner works only for cold, hot water starts pouring from the tap five minutes after switching on (we had the 27th floor maybe because of this?!), the sun is only in the pool until 12 o'clock, then it goes behind the hotel, it gets cold and dark, in the pool area, too, everything is not the first freshness.
Among the advantages: good varied breakfasts, beautiful views from the windows of both the room and the restaurant, a beautiful view of the city and the bay by the pool, pleasant not cold water in the pool, the hotel is 41st floor, but the elevators go fast and there are no queues for elevators, the room is cleaned every day, while they do not take tips (left for the maid, but she didn't take it), they give water to the room every day, in general, the room situation is normal, we had two rooms, a kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, kettle... also, at our request, we were given an iron for the entire rest period. The view from the room window on the city is beautiful. Near the metro.
We also had an unforeseen situation, I do not know who is to blame for it - the hotel or the tour operator, but when we arrived, they did not want to check us in, saying that the tour operator did not pay for our stay, and they began to demand a deposit of $ 1,000 for check-in until we deal with the tour operator. We arrived at night and naturally we didn't get through to the tour operator, it's good that our daughter was here with her boyfriend, they helped negotiate a deposit of $ 500 instead of $ 1000 (since we need to speak English, which I personally don't really have), so that we were settled, and then my daughter's boyfriend is all the next day I handled the situation with the tour operator (Anex tour), who blamed everything on the hotel, they say, the tour operator transferred all the money for us, this hotel messed up something... as a result, I did not understand why this happened, but no one even apologized to us, neither the hotel nor the tour operator, well, at least $ 500 was returned...
Summing up all of the above, I want to say that I do not recommend this hotel and I would not go here a second time.

Abundant and varied! There are vending machines (tea, coffee, cappuccino, latte, hot chocolate, milk chocolate, etc.) as well as various juices, tea, milk, water. ) top-level service, attentive staff, daily cleaning. Bright, clean, spacious rooms, we had 2 rooms for 2 people and 2 rooms for 4 people. A swimming pool with a view of the Sail, Burj Khalifa and even a palm tree is visible. The views from the windows are gorgeous too. We had the 27th floor. The pool is gorgeous, warm and clean, a Jacuzzi, also a children's paddling pool, my men also went to the steam room, there is a spa, gym, etc. You need to go up to the 40/41 floor too!!! We stayed at the hotel from 22.10 to 02.11. 2 meals a day. They expected more from the hotel, they chose between it and another hotel, but they do not provide a bed for a child there.
I'll start with the pros:
- the breakfasts are great. Yes, it's the same thing every day. But if you alternate, you won't get bored. Potatoes in different types. Every day potato pancakes are divine. Omelette. Omelet or fried eggs to order. Waffles, cheese sticks, pancakes, etc. Yoghurts are delicious, oatmeal porridge, don noodles, sausages, baked tomatoes, boiled eggs, cheeses, sausages. Fruits, pastries for tea. A lot of things. I took the standard porridge with pickled peaches. Coffee from the coffee machine.
- driver to the beach. Even if you didn't sign up, a family of 3-4 people came, he will put you down. Children on their knees, someone on the step. In general, a sincere uncle. Enters the position.
On the beach, a kind guy told us that the record is not only for tomorrow, but also for 3 days ahead. But they are silent.
- the beach. 3 times it was at first when we arrived, but on the next day we added the 4th.. There at 9, 10, 11 and 12-30. Back: at 12, 13, 14 and 15-30.
We changed the number without any problems, we tried.

- proximity to the metro, 1 minute just
Well, then the cons:
- location. It's not sad, but there's a problem with taxis. 2 times they tried to go to the beach in the evening at about 16-00. There are a lot of taxis, but they don't go to the beach, it's not interesting. The hotel is in the vicinity of business centers and correspondingly at this time workers by taxi.
- LUNCH. I WRITE IN BIG LETTERS. That's horrible. Like we came to another hotel. For 11 days, we had fun 1 time. Everything is sharp. Everything is in sauces. Seafood every day, but then in tomato sauce, then in cream, then spicy. The situation was saved by BRIE cheese and desserts. Tea is paid, only a bottle of water on the table. It would seem that a cup of tea is a pity?! You give bags to the room.
- cleaning. The better it is, the better it is. Once they even left a dirty rag on the nightstand. Only water was left, tea and towels were changed.
- the rooms are in need of repair. The plaster even fell. They were afraid it would fall on their heads at night.
- there is a balcony, but there are no chairs. We hung up our rope and bought paper clips. I washed the balcony, it was black.
- elevators are something. There are a lot of them - 10 pcs . We lived on the 37th floor. To get on the bus at 9 am, you need to get off at 8-45. You can wait 6-7 minutes, then it will be full on each floor to stop.
- the room was given 1 liter of water a day, regardless of 4 people or 1. And the taste is so-so.
- it takes 20 minutes to go to the beach, although the same Kite Beach, there is a closer point.
- well, the cherry on the cake is LUNCH BOX. There was an early check-out, they asked for breakfast by 6 am in advance. Of course they didn't do it, they waited 10 minutes and gave us: 3 bags of rolls and bread, 4 boiled eggs, jam, juice and apples. No cheese, no sausage, no sausages, no waffles or anything decent. We had breakfast at the MCD at the airport.
- there is no place to eat nearby, we went to Mall emirates every day.
- some workers rode on a cart all day past the elevator, or washed or repaired something. So when they're down, you don't have a view but a winch rope, plus you're standing in a bathrobe and they're driving and watching....
In general, a resume. We're not going there anymore. We were in 3 Dubai and it was better. Fall for the rating and 4 *.
