Quite a decent hotel with apartments. Convenient location, underground Parking, on the top floor there is a lounge with a conference room for negotiations. The rooms have their own kitchen, well-equipped bathroom, washing machine. Not bad for a long stay

It's not a problem to get to the main attractions like Dubai Mall or Dubai Marina, everything is nearby. You can view the routes on Yandex Metro earlier. Well, of course it is ... the hotel itself is still nothing, but there are cockroaches in the apartments!!!! They came out to me three times! They put sealed water in the bottle like you need to drink-I don't recommend it! Either it's from the faucet, or worse. With a nasty taste. Old damaged dishes in the room. The kitchen is battered, dirty, all greasy with old grease, and so on. It was disgusting to go in there every time to cook something. The dishes were not washed. I washed it. Two days later, we decided to agree to cleaning the room))) they probably vacuum the most pale places like this, the floor with garbage and hair remained everywhere, the dishes were not washed, but rinsed without washing at all. In short, the service sucks! There is no iron, forget about the brush altogether - they don't have it. Ah, more!!! The carpet in the living room stank of urine!!!! Tin! In the bathroom, the faucet was leaking from below in the washbasin, the balcony was locked with a hundred locks, I had to ask to open it. The dishwashing detergent is supposedly already micro-organisms in it, there's just something strange and obviously not for dishes. Disgusting in general. The dish sponge was used!!! It stank like hell! I asked for a new one at the reception! They didn't do a damn thing when cleaning! I had to ask for cleaning again, while throwing out the sponge in advance so that a new one could be put in))- It worked!!! A room for three was ordered from us, as a result: two towels, two bent forks, two plates, two mugs. One bed!!!!!!!! Double bed!!! And where should the third sleep??? The sofa is not folding and the small one in the room is different! Well, OK, let's sleep on the couch: there's no blanket, there's nothing for that!!! In short, fuck off! It's just that the lobby on the ground floor is beautiful at the entrance, everything is shiny and everything is being conducted and 5 reviews are being given. It's very strange for me to read these positive reviews! Fix this filth! And it's a pity I didn't take a picture of the washing machine! Poor guy, thank her for working! It's like she's been doused with acid, she's covered in bubbles, the paint has peeled off, she's so devastated.

An excellent apartment hotel is the best option for many reasons: spacious rooms, a rich breakfast, a cool fitness center and a swimming pool/sauna / hammam, quick resolution of guests' questions, accessibility of all types of transport 30-50 meters from the hotel, several restaurants within a radius of 300 meters, availability of transfers to the beach and shopping centers, 2 stops each Emirates Mall or Dubai Marina Mall, just 5 metro stops to Burj Al Arab, close to any beach by city bus (stop right in front of the hotel), 2 supermarkets within walking distance.
