A very good hotel , with a very good service. Friendly staff, who are ready to help you with everything they can . Perfect food, rooms are very clean and well furnished. Spent another two weeks in this lovely hotel on the business trip, located in the heart of Jumeirah Beach. Nice and cozy 9 floors building situated through the line of skyscrapers! Very welcome staff starting from security, lobby and reception, and outdoor on swimming pool area and the beach. And very warm atmosphere in the lounge on 9th floor. Definitely will be coming again!

Today we are resting in this hotel, room number 324. Tomorrow the rest is coming to an end. I would like to share my impressions of the hotel. When I read the reviews, there were too many negative reviews that caused feelings of doubt. I am very glad that you chose this hotel and came here. I thank Marina for recommending this hotel to us. We took half board, lunch / dinner can be replaced, no need to warn in advance. The food is very tasty, there is an abundance of fruits, sweets, meat of various kinds, and mutton melts in your mouth.. seafood from shrimp to lobsters, just mmm.. special thanks to Chef Raj, well, very tasty and beautiful serving of dishes.. in general, all the guys are great (I don't know all of them by name). The territory, the atmosphere and the location of the hotel itself are very inviting. The rooms are new and beautiful. Cleaning was carried out regularly. The entrance to the sea is good, the view is beautiful, there are no problems with sun beds on the beach and on the territory. We will definitely come back here.

The pillows are comfortable and there are four of them for two, size 50 by 80. .We had a rest in early August, of course, it's hot during the day, but there are much fewer people than in the season, in the morning the sea is clear and already very warm. By lunchtime, a little mud appears.There are two pools, one for small children (knee-deep water), the other for adults. The beach is big. Sun beds and towels are free both by the sea and by the pool. Now about the food. I have never seen such a variety in any 5* hotel. It's hard to say what wasn't there. Fish of different varieties, seafood is also different, including mussels and lobsters, meat is also of several different varieties. Cakes, cakes are different every day, fruits: pineapples, watermelons, melons, bananas, tangerines, plums, pears and apples. In general, they were fed for slaughter. Of the drinks (we have no alcohol) pepsi- Cola, 7 up, lipton, water, various juices: mango, orange, mix, etc. the staff is very attentive, polite, the only thing is there are no Russian speakers. A cool family hotel,completely renovated,has its own private beach with sun beds and umbrellas,there are guards and a lifeguard on the beach, outsiders are not even allowed to sit on the sand, it works from 8-19.00, then everyone is asked to get out of the water!!! We have the opportunity to compare with many well-known chains in the UAE and beyond, so our rating of 5 is as authentic as possible without embellishment. The hotel is comfortable for couples with children, there are no noisy parties, but there are plenty of them within walking distance. There are a lot of beach clubs around. Convenient location. There are a dozen cafes and restaurants, shops nearby. There is a small gym, there are few people in it, you can run in the morning on BlueWaters and along the JBR embankment. A little bit about the room: we had a deluxe room JBR view, zero complaints, we are satisfied with everything. The room has everything from soft slippers, bathrobes, to good cosmetics. The sun beds (namely the beach ones, they are OK by the pool) are already tired, require updating👌🏻 The beach itself is guarded, those who sit on the sand with their belongings and towels are immediately asked to leave. The bay is without waves, we were in November, there were a lot of algae growing on the bottom, the hotel does not clean them. But entering the water, the first few meters, are additionally covered with sand (apparently because of algae just the same), so you do not notice the vegetation, it is located where you are already swimming and do not reach the bottom)) we noticed this only when my husband plunged under the water with glasses, well, the dark color of the water also surprised us, but then everything came together) In general, the hotel is good, the room stock is updated, some remarks in the food and public area should be corrected and there will be a great five! The hotel is located on Tusovaya street, where life is in full swing 24/7 and all tourists come here to walk and eat. It seems there are a thousand different cafes and there are bars and pubs for every budget. Cons: After check-in, we didn't have our trash picked up for a whole day. Why wasn't there any cleaning? - apparently they forgot. There was a dressing gown hanger in the closet, but there was no dressing gown - apparently they had forgotten. I ordered dry cleaning 5 times. I swear to you, I filled out a paper form, put my clothes in the appropriate bag. The cleaner just walked past him without picking him up, and until the evening I had to call downstairs to send a man. Deposit: they didn't take the deposit upon check-in, but when they saw that we were using the mini-bar, they slipped a very frightening letter under the door that I had problems and I urgently needed to come downstairs. When I came down, they started asking me to make a deposit. It's a bit of a strange system, we could have organized this moment more correctly. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, slippers, bathrobe! A shoe horn on request is also strange! We went to a Chinese restaurant for dinner, it was delicious and beautiful. For dinner, you can choose any of the 4 restaurants, without an appointment! Dinner doesn't even include a glass of water, so that there is understanding! The location of the hotel is very good and of course there is a private beach, there are enough sun beds! A nice hotel with a very convenient location in the center of Dubai Marina. The advantage of this hotel is its own beach, large enough, and the location overlooking the Blue Waters. Room cleaning is high-quality and on time. We only took breakfasts, which are very diverse, there are various dishes for every taste and preference, both for children and adults. The only negative for us is the lack of balconies in the hotel, which, unfortunately, cannot be fixed in any way. The hotel also has a large private parking, there is always a place. I definitely recommend the hotel and I will come again myself!

Of the cons: because the windows do not open, the laundry dries badly, there is not enough dryer for things, but there is an ironing board, you can use it.:-). There are a lot of sun beds on the beach, but there are not enough umbrellas, because, in addition to the hotel guests, guests from other hotels can come there for money, and beach workers lay out towels, booking places under umbrellas, and many guests go out in the morning, take up, and then go to breakfast, as a result, you come, the beach is almost empty, but the first Two lines are almost completely occupied, and the third one has few umbrellas. It didn't affect us, because we got up early and we needed an umbrella. Since the security guards do not allow "strangers" to the coastline in the hotel's beach area, it was comfortable to swim, whereas there were a lot of people on the public beach nearby. They write about the light in the bathroom, which turns on itself to move and then interferes with sleep. The solution is either to close the bathroom door and then turn off the light from the switch in the hallway, or turn on the bathroom light from the switch by the bed and turn it off. I agree with the air conditioner, it's noisy and it doesn't heat above 24, even if we set it to 26, we just turned it off at night.
