We had a family vacation from October 9 to October 20, 2025, we liked the hotel, the beach was wonderful, the food was delicious, fish and chicken for lunch and dinner were always served, lamb and beef alternated, cakes were delicious, salads were delicious and fresh, we ate too much. Cleaning in the main building is every day, but symbolic, they put shampoo, gel, body lotion, tea and coffee. The pools are wonderful, especially for children, the children splashed as best they could. After lunch, they let you go to the public beach of al Khan, go left along the coast, the second swing is normal, you can take pictures. By the way, we were sitting on the beach without any problems, if you look at the hotel, then go along the chalet on the right side and the entrance next to the cafe was always open. No leaky beach towels were seen, there were always sun beds. We drove 75 dirhams to the Dubai Mall, and 115 dirhams back in the evening. If the bills are not changed, the taxi drivers do not give change. It is convenient that the hotel has dinner until 22.00, we had time to have dinner. Sweets are sold in the hotel building, prices were compared from Day to Day, the same, but there is more choice here, and they also give a bonus of one package as a gift if you take more than 5 packages. Everyone at the reception is responsive, they wanted to extend the room on the day of departure, but unfortunately they refused, they stopped by a lot that day, we rented the room and asked for beach towels under our passports, they did not refuse us. We swam in the sea all day, then we took a shower in the common locker room and went to lunch, we bought it additionally, since we never missed meals, 58 dirhams per person, we gave 116 for two adults, children for free. The only negative is the noise from the city. We went for a walk to the city on the map, reached the amphitheater, crossed the road and walked through the village. We are very satisfied with the rest, we will come again.

The three of us stayed at this hotel from October 13 to October 22. We took a Deluxe room with a sea view, asked for a higher one upon check-in, and were given a 2-room suite without any additional charge. We knew it was a budget hotel, but we needed the first coastline. The neighboring hotel (and several others) cost much more, so we need to evaluate our hotel based on the price category. The staff is very friendly. The sea and the beach are great. The cleaning was quite good, towels were changed every day, bed linen was changed quite often. The food was fine too. Everything is fresh, you can choose . We took breakfast and dinner (exchanged for lunch). We were given 1.5 liters of water per day, we didn't have enough, but we bought 5 liters for 5 dirhams without any problems. The shops are nearby, we bought some things there. Cafes and McDonald's are also within walking distance. We took guided tours across the street (cheaper than individual guides), liked everything, the aquarium is free for 60+. There is a transfer to the malls, a taxi to the center of 13-15 dirhams. The rest was a success, the main thing is to go with a positive attitude. What I would like to improve in the hotel is to put more umbrellas on the beach (there were enough sun beds), as well as to make the coffee tastier.

We had a rest in those terrible days when the planes stopped flying, our PAX tour operator abandoned us. And we were on the street . We returned to our hotel and were welcomed like family, offered an improved room with a balcony, friendly, kind staff. I recommend that the hotel is located 20-30 minutes from Sharjah Airport. We stayed at the hotel in early July 2025. I liked absolutely everything. It is 20 minutes from Dubai Airport to the hotel. Meat is served daily with fish, chicken, and beef in various variations; side dishes include pasta, potatoes, rice, and vegetables. Only watermelon is available daily from fresh fruits. Fruit salad was also served several times. It is worth noting that meat dishes are without spicy seasonings, so the child ate everything with pleasure. The first course is served daily for lunch and dinner. Of the drinks, juices were served only for breakfast. For lunch and dinner -tea / coffee. The range of dishes is not as diverse as in hotels in Turkey and Egypt, but after 10 days of stay I did not "get bored". The beach is a separate plus of this hotel. The coastline is very wide. The buoys can be reached on foot, not deep at all. From the hotel's beach, you can walk freely to the city beach. There were enough sun beds, more than half were free (but this was on condition that the hotel was not fully occupied). The beach is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Beach towels are provided/rented daily. There are shops on site: perfumes and decorations in the lobby, sweets (including Dubai chocolate), fruits, souvenirs at the entrance. Prices for sweets are lower than in nearby stores. Sellers are ready to prompt and advise on any issue. It takes 6 minutes by taxi to reach the center of Sharjah. You can use the taxis that are at the hotel, or you can order through the Yandex Taxi service. Payment with Russian cards at the bank's exchange rate is very convenient. We didn't have time for the frame, the children were tired and didn't want to go anymore. The Russian UnionPay card from T-bank did not work anywhere. Therefore, we spent only what was available. My wife and I first bought 3 nights in Dubai, and 5 nights in Sharjah Carlton, the first hotel had no Russians and looked modern with decent breakfasts, the second had vegetable breakfasts, cheeses and poor pastries, no chicken or meat, not counting soy sausage. We ordered a Chalet, but they were not available, and upon arrival and the next day they tried to extort money from us for the standard room they put us in. The hotel is tired, there is no entertainment like in Egypt, there are only Russians in the hotel, and not a single foreigner was noticed. There are free buses to Malls, but there are a lot of people and there may not be enough places. In terms of nutrition, we only took breakfast, coffee and tea from the tank, the coffee tastes terrible. On the beach, as only Russians, all the sun beds under umbrellas are occupied in the morning.

Many people write about coffee — I disagree, it's normal coffee, you can drink it. If you rate the food from 1 to 5— then a solid 3. Food — 3 points Staff. They are mostly Pakistanis and Africans. Many people at the reception know Russian. It is quite easy to communicate, they will help if possible, they will prompt you. I didn't have to solve any difficult issues. We talked to a guy from Pakistan, his name was Khan, he was at the reception — he told us a lot about Dubai. Smiling, responsive. The pool is cleaned 2 times a day. The beach is cleaned daily. There are enough sun beds for everyone. The water in the bay is at a comfortable temperature. Fish swim, turtle, crabs run...There is a shop at the hotel where they sell delicious mango, Dubai coffee, Dubai chocolate and sweets. If you leave the hotel and walk 9 minutes in any direction (right or left), you will come to a grocery store where you can buy everything you need.
