As for the hotel and the territory, everything is very good, beautiful, well-groomed, clean, the staff in the restaurant is excellent, everyone is very attentive and friendly, the cuisine is for an amateur, but you will not stay hungry, very tasty breakfasts. The beach is very clean and beautiful, there were enough sun beds for everyone, one of the disadvantages in my opinion is that there was no animation or entertainment for children at all...... this is the only disadvantage. But I wanted to say something else. I wanted to thank the hotel staff at the reception very much, and the girl was alone, I think Bashi's name was, the fact is that my son fell ill two days before departure, the temperature rose, very high. When I contacted them, they immediately came up to us and offered to either call a doctor or go to the hospital for insurance. We agreed to go to the hospital, but since we didn't know much about the language, Zizo decided to accompany us. He ordered us a taxi, took us to the hospital, conducted the registration procedure, went to the doctor, examined us, made an appointment and prescribed medications, went down with us to the bottom, received all the medications on the ticket at the pharmacy, escorted us to a taxi to the hotel. I was very surprised that there were still such people on earth, he himself is from Egypt. Upon arrival at the hotel, we went into the room, and literally 5 minutes later we knocked, opened the door, and there was a girl standing with a soft toy in her hands and a fruit bowl for her son))) it was so nice for both the child and us that there were such attentive people.... Everything is fine here, there is a separate children's table, the food may not be 5 stars, but 4 stars for sure, but the hotel has a wonderful location. It is located 200 m away from the only (!!!) Secondly, in Ajman there is an interesting MARSA promenade within 10 minutes, where there is a show for children and adults around 20.00. But most importantly, the hotel itself is so decent, the rooms, the beach, the cleaning, the staff, everyone is friendly to you and your child, everyone helped in everything, and the Persian Gulf and the white sand are great, warm, gentle, enveloping, I would like to come back here again definitely

I had a rest here from December 10 to December 17, 2025. I'm absolutely thrilled. From arrival to departure, I have never seen so much attention to my person. The suitcases were brought to the hotel by themselves, put in the luggage room, and we were sent to the beach while the room was being prepared. When we checked in, the things were already in the room. The room was huge, we lived together. I was impressed by the bed, the mattress is just super, the whitest bed linen, the most pleasant to the touch. They slept like gods. Drinking bottled water every day. A coffee machine with capsules, a kettle and tea, sugar were reported to us every day. We only had breakfast, everything was enough, everything was fresh, the bread was different, even warm (so fresh). There were plenty of sun beds on the beach, with soft mattresses (I've never sunbathed on these). As many beach towels as you want. We don't know English, they brought us a nice Russian-speaking girl, Dana, at the reception (special thanks to her, she helped and supported us in everything) Danochka, just a personal THANK YOU from us! We wish you success in your career growth. I liked everything, I recommend this hotel to everyone, you definitely won't regret it.

The lobby is a beautiful arrangement of flowers in every area of the hotel, but a manikin without a head spoils the whole view. I would like to point out that there is free water everywhere on the beach, in the bar, in the lobby. But the main restaurant does not meet the standards of 5* (lack of white tablecloths) At least for dinner. Despite some shortcomings in the condition of the premises and the design of the restaurant, it fully justifies its status as a 5-star hotel. The hotel's recommendation is justified for a relaxing beach holiday, although there is not enough premium in the design of public areas.

We had a great rest at Fairmont Ajman 5*, recently returned, we were here from February 15th to 20th. The hotel has an excellent location, all rooms have sea views, and it takes 50 minutes to get from the airport. They only took breakfast, ordered lunch at the Skazka restaurant, and arranged for food delivery to the hotel. I recommend it, it's delicious, the portions are large. Wine was bought at the nearest Oscars, 5 minutes walk from the hotel, excellent selection of drinks. The weather is warm +27, the water is +21. The beach is beautiful, the sand is shallow, the sea is warm. There is a lively street with restaurants and the Magsa Ajman embankment nearby, we strolled and had dinner here every evening. We rode on the evening local boat with dinner, enjoyed the walk. We went to the Dubai Mall from the hotel at 10.00. we were taken and picked up at 17.00. In the end, this is my best vacation, I want to come back here again.🥹

I really liked the hotel! We had a rest here from January 23 to January 30. We had a corner room of 123 sq. m. This is definitely wow! Three toilets, two baths, two showers, two huge terraces, and a balcony. Stunning view of the bay of the hotel and the city. The room has absolutely everything. Slippers, bathrobes, hair dryer, iron, toothbrushes, paste, sewing kit, cotton pads and sticks, razor. Shampoo and hair balm are very decent. I liked the food. You won't see the chic, but there was a lot of everything. The meat is always chicken, beef, and duck a couple of times. The sea products are squid and shrimp, too, a couple of times. In general, there is a huge chance to bring extra kg home. There is a nice girl at the reception, Dana, who speaks Russian. It is very convenient for those who do not know English. Dana solves all the issues. Thank her very much! A pool with warm water, after a cold sea, the water generally feels hot. The weather for the whole vacation was great for me personally, 23-25 degrees. The sea is a little cold, but we swam. You get used to it quickly. A big plus is that you can take as many towels as you want to the beach! I recommend the hotel! I didn't want to leave here! Excursions were taken to Saidturs on the recommendation of friends. In advance, we contacted Said in Russia. We were sent a detailed price list with prices that I'm not afraid to notice are 30 percent cheaper than our tour operator. I am absolutely delighted with the excursions. Everything is organized beyond all praise. Interesting stories about the life of AOE will not let you get bored during long trips between the Emirates. We took a Deluxe room with two queen-size beds (1.5m wide), to accommodate 2 adults + 2 children. an extra bed is not put in such a room. One of the disadvantages is the strange layout of the room - the bathroom area without doors. The sockets are all with 3 holes, you need an adapter. There was only 1 usb output in the wall, and they were charging with it. Most of the vacationers at the hotel are Russian-speaking tourists, many are All-inclusive, there are also Arabs and representatives of European countries. There are Russian-speaking staff, but most of them spoke in English. No deposit is required. Cleaning and towel changes were carried out daily. There is also animation - water aerobics, gymnastics, yoga and a kids club. We had breakfast, but it's probably better to take an All-inclusive here. The hotel itself has a couple of restaurants and a bar, but everything is quite expensive there. Pizza Margarita 70 dirhams, but very tasty. At the same time, drinks are ~30 dirhams per glass of juice.

Friendly staff. The room is cleaned regularly, but the linen has never been changed in 8 days. Tea, coffee, cream replenishes +/- normally. The room stock is clean, but not well maintained at all. There were problems in our room at the entrance: the doorbell did not work, the air conditioner did not work, the bathtub did not work (drain), the table lamp is broken, the sink is broken and clogged, the internal phone was not working. If you go for a week, you can close your eyes, but we arrived for two and there were six of us. Therefore, we needed both the phone and the bell to keep in touch. You can make an appointment to travel to Dubai and Sharjah. There is a Russian-speaking lady at the reception, but I didn't need to. They just gave me a room with a sea view. There are a lot of tourists from Russia. There's an Oscar liquor store nearby in the bushes, where everyone often goes from the beach.The hotel's territory is small. There is no shopping around, you need to take a taxi to Ajman city center. There is another shopping center closer, but I know this one well. Do not get into a taxi at the hotel (usually a Toyota Camry), catch or look for a Toyota Corolla, you will get 30% cheaper. A relatively large shopping center can be reached within 25 dirhams. Zara, Massimo, unfortunately, is not there. We bought chocolate-covered dates from the hotel, they turned out to be very tasteless : (I recommend the hotel The sea is cool. I lived in room 1203 (this is a one-room suite) the room itself is large, about 80 square meters, has a bedroom and a living room, a shower with a glass door (transparent) this is a minus, there is a bathroom and two sinks. The area of showers, sinks and toilets is combined with the bedroom! The living room also has a toilet and a sink, here this area is closed by a door. Two balconies in the bedroom and living room. And there was a big minus in the room, it was a problem with the electricity in the living room, my laptop didn't work from the sockets, and that was half the trouble, it also turned off when you plug it into the socket (there were adapters), my laptop didn't connect to Wi-Fi either, a local IT specialist trying to solve these two problems made my laptop not work at all when contacting the head of the Hotel, they could not restore my laptop, because of this, the rest turned into a solution to this problem, after the local IT specialist stopped catching Wi-Fi at home, I had to reinstall windows myself! It's not big on the territory, but it's suitable for sunbathing and swimming, there's a cooling pool, which is a plus since it's a bit hot. The food is without frills, but everything is there: fish and meat, vegetables and fruits (melon, watermelon, grapes) I wrote about the maintenance above, but maybe it only affected me (by the way, the IT guy himself said that some of the sockets don't work) as it is, everyone is polite, there are Russian speakers.

There was meat and fish, but in spices, for an amateur. The hotel is always clean, the staff is friendly, but a little slow. The faucet in the shower broke down and was repaired within an hour. Room cleaning 5! All rooms have a view of the beach. Gorgeous sunsets on the balcony. It takes 45-50 minutes to get to Dubai without traffic jams.
