A great hotel for a family holiday. The staff is friendly and helpful. A baby cot is provided free of charge upon request. Great view from the balcony to the sea, large room, bath, shower, toilet, bidet.

Positive: the first line, a fairly good beach, all rooms with sea views, the presence of shops and restaurants nearby.
Cons: food - breakfast is normal, but it's a big problem to find clean glasses for juice, cups for coffee. The availability of food is not monitored, and you often have to wait for food bowls to be replenished.
Dinner is very meager. Beef stew in sauce and chicken from meat. Everything is not very tasty. There is no seafood.
Room service: they clean for three, during 11 days of stay they never cleaned the balcony. The tables in the room are not wiped either. When changing towels, one is put in, although two people live in the room, you have to contact the reception all the time.

I recommend this hotel. Friendly staff. And only men. They are very helpful. My children were delighted with them. We learned English with them))). The room is clean. There is everything: a safe, appliances, and a capsule coffee machine. View from the window to the beach. On your birthday, upon request, they will write congratulations to the birthday boy on the beach, and the room will also be decorated while you walk. The sea is warm, like in a bathtub, the water is clear. As always, there are a lot of people in the pool, but it's big, there's plenty of room for everyone. There is always a bar with alcohol and non-alcoholic products and snacks. You won't stay hungry either! There is always food))). We would like to visit this hotel many more times with the whole family!

We had a rest from 15.01 to 20.01, we really liked the hotel, delicious varied food, five-star service, daily cleaning, the staff always tries to help and resolve all issues that arise. The staff speaks English, but they don't speak Russian. The sea and beach are clean, there are always enough sun beds for everyone, there is a heated swimming pool, an ironing board, an iron, a capsule coffee machine, tea in the room, the minibar is replenished daily with water (1 liter per person).
We were very satisfied with the rest, we plan to return here again.

Great hotel, we were satisfied with our stay and we want to come back! 👍🏻 We were given a room above the class (we were paid for an improved standard, we were given a superior two-room). The staff is very friendly, always ready to help or just chat with you at the bar/on the beach. But they are unobtrusive, no one runs after you, as in Turkey, they do not ask for tips. And be prepared for the fact that no one speaks Russian except for five words.
The only thing I didn't like was the small jambs in the room (the toilet door in the living room didn't close properly and the air conditioner setting screen in the bedroom didn't work), and it wasn't fixed in 10 days of our vacation. I'm sure that if we had contacted the reception a second time, they would have started fixing something. As it was, we went once and never came back with these questions. The menu is also monotonous, but everything is very tasty. At dinner, the chef prepares various dishes in front of you: there was a wok, steaks, burgers. 🍔
The sun beds are very comfortable, even if you lie on the beach all day, there were enough places for all the guests.
The territory is well maintained and rather large compared to other hotels in Ajman.
There is animation in the form of morning yoga, exercises in the pool and evening yoga - conducted by two Russian girls. 🧘♀️
Cocktails are made delicious from good alcohol. 🍸

Of the advantages: all rooms have sea views, beautiful, good beds, pillows, coffee machine and tea in the room. The beach is one of the best in the UAE. Sand, clean water, there are even crabs and fish on the sides. A relatively quiet place, you can sleep at night, you can only hear the hum of an excavator in a nearby hotel. The rooms are cleaned well.
Minuses: food and everything related to the F&B section. Comparing with the standards of the Fairmont network in other countries, I was very disappointed. The food, more than half is repeated every day, the variety is only about 1/3 of the buffet menu at both lunch and dinner. The food corresponds rather to the level of a 3-4 star hotel, but not 5, this can be seen by the serving of dishes, their taste. Desserts are generally 90% the same every day, and not the most delicious. In general, the food is good, I did not stay hungry, but without frills. The service in the restaurant is also average. There is a very large flow of tourists. The hotel is crowded. 80% of them are Russian-speaking tourists, a lot of pensioners. Queues for dinner for good dishes. You can always find one sunbed on the beach, but two free ones are nearby only if you get up early in the morning

A wonderful hotel!
The food, although it does not vary much from day to day, is always high-quality, delicious, the choice is large and you can eat a variety if desired.
The service was top-notch, all requests and questions were resolved very quickly, everything was always clean and smelled of flowers/fragrances.
The beach is its own, separate, fenced with breakwaters, so there has never been a red flag during the entire vacation, unlike neighboring hotels, where it hung for 6 out of 7 days. There are enough sun beds for everyone, the entrance to the water is gentle, but not long - suitable for both children and adults.
There is a transfer to the Dubai Mall, which saves a little dirhams and time if you want to go for a walk in Dubai.
There is a bus station in 15 minutes, from which buses run, including to other emirates. There is an alcohol market in 3 minutes, in case you have run out of what you bought at the duty-free store)

Among the disadvantages: poor cuisine, no entertainment for children. Just to sunbathe and swim. They take you to the Dubai Mall for free, and the local Ajman City Center, which also has a lot of shops. You can buy everything you need.
Another of the disadvantages: right now there is a construction site in the neighborhood. They work day and night. It doesn't bother you much, but it can be noisy at night. The doors to the balcony cannot be opened.

We stayed at the hotel from 09/15/24 to 09/25/24.Excellent rooms,courteous staff, daily cleaning, all rooms with sea views.A variety of food and drinks.The sea is warm and clean.They built an obstacle course with an observer.Animation is only during the day, music plays only during aqua aerobics, the rest of the time it's just you and the sound of the sea.
Of the nuances, we need adapters to the outlet.Please also note that you can visit the restaurant upon departure, but alcoholic beverages are no longer available.Next to the hotel there is a Sea food cafe with equally polite staff and delicious seafood.We were also told that there is a single alcohol store next to the hotel 50m away, because we were completely satisfied with the quality of local drinks, we did not visit it.The staff is Russian-speaking, in general, many understand and know some common phrases.It is better to take sun beds by the sea in the early morning.

The rest at the end of September was a success!
The hotel really has all rooms with balconies and sea views. A fairly large beach and a breakwater.
The rooms are large, the interiors are modern (I just didn't want to come to the "granny style" with dark furniture and red carpets).
The bed is just huge. The bathroom doors are made of glass, but it is frosted- checked, nothing much is visible through the glass.
There are problems with an extra bed. But, Fairmont was originally a chain of business hotels. The concept of this network does not involve round dances with children (designed for people who are able to hire a nanny) and discos until they drop (there are no discos in Firemont Flame Towers Baku either-decent people listen to jazz). There is a panel for our devices under the TV-there are 2 sockets. You don't need to ask for any adapters.
I am completely satisfied with food and drinks, because I am omnivorous. Even the presence of pasta didn't bother.
It's nice that the lunch and dinner times are slightly extended. Food is added regularly (if there are 2-3 pieces left in the marmite or salad bowl, the waiter brings a new one).
Perhaps the range is not as wide as in Turkey or Egypt. But, on the other hand, everything is fresh and there are practically no "mixes" from the last meal. The cost of products in the Emirates should be taken into account here. Desserts are very tasty. A separate love is a large cupcake with different toppings (vanilla sauce, creamy caramel and chocolate). The breakfast feature is eggs with Benedict sauce and Belgian waffle (whipped cream is available separately).
For cocktails, Moscow Mule is my favorite. Actually, it's a cool pool bar.
Upon arrival, I was even in a slight shock - people with mobile phones are walking in the pool at the same time, children are swimming on lifebuoys and adults on mattresses, there are groups of people drinking cocktails. People are sitting behind the bar, waist-deep in water, drinking cocktails, smoking cigarettes and hookahs. A kind of merry bacchanal.
At the same time, the audience is decent and polite. No one is bothering, there are no drunken fights and scandals.
All issues are resolved peacefully.
We were pleased with 2 routes to Dubai Mall (who knows how to count-there are prices for some things lower than Moscow + missing brands and local ones with interesting things).
PS. Initially, it is necessary to take into account the value of education in the tourism market. A hotel in Turkey from the Amara chain with similar trip parameters cost 50 thousand more.
I chose Fairmont and never regretted it. I will definitely come back.

All rooms of the hotel face the sea, after the fourth floor the rooms are more expensive. The kitchen is delicious. Of the minuses, because the hotel is very large, you need to occupy sun beds on the beach in advance, and in the restaurant the dishes are delicious, they are not taken out in very large portions and they run out quickly, you need to catch when a new portion is brought. Nevertheless, it is a very good impression. It's October now and the hotel is completely packed. For fans, there is a free alcohol bar, and the Oscar alcohol market is a hundred meters from the hotel.

- The icing on the cake is the loss of expensive headphones from the room on the first day, with one earphone lying on the table and the other in personal belongings, the administration promised to sort it out, but nothing was done.
Conclusions: the level of the hotel corresponds to a solid 4 stars. If you don't plan to spend a lot of time at the hotel, then a more or less acceptable option, I don't take the loss of headphones into account, because I hope this was an exception and it won't affect you.

We had a vacation with our family in October 2024. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, the beach is nice. But these are all advantages. But there are much more disadvantages. The restaurant had the same food for 10 days. Three hot ones, three salads, and desserts that were nothing. The children suffered in general. At lunch, you could order one children's portion of nuggets (3 pieces) and French fries (a small portion).... The child was constantly hungry ((( one coffee machine for the entire hotel, so there was always a queue for him like in a mausoleum. There was no entertainment for children, no animation at all. For adults, only aqua aerobics for 30 minutes a day. There were no discos or shows in the evening from the word Absolutely ((( The rating of the hotel is not 5 stars as stated, but a weak 3.... I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!

A great hotel to stay in. A good choice of food. Of course, it would be nice to update the rooms, I think they will definitely do it. There was one drawback, there was cool water instead of hot, even if you drain the water for more than 15 minutes, it did not help. Our room was on the 1st floor, above the main lobby.
We cleaned every day, there was always a lot of bottled water.
The beach is great, the sand is fine, the water was warm.
Two buses leave the hotel every day, one to Dubai mall, the second to the shopping center in Anjman.
There are a lot of food shops around.
The staff is polite, they will always help, there was sometimes a Russian-speaking staff at the reception.

I stayed at this hotel in December 2024, with my wife, 2 people. I liked literally everything! It looks like a very nice hotel, beautiful. The check-in took place without delay, in 5 minutes. The reception staff understands some Russian. We (Russians) speak English worse than Hindus, Pakistanis, etc., it's a shame! Room 128 is nice, clean, 42 sq. m., 2 beds with 50 cm mattresses, very comfortable to sleep in. TV - channel 53-Russian. Bath, toilet-no complaints,soap,shampoo,cream of good quality. A balcony with a view of the beach, the Persian Gulf. The hotel has a great beach, lots of sun beds, plenty for everyone. Beautiful weather +25+27,water +23+25.ALL meals were taken. There is enough choice, everything is delicious and appetizing. Drinks and cocktails especially pleased me. There is an alcohol market with reasonable prices within walking distance.
I've read a lot of reviews on nutrition, that it's gotten worse, and someone is not satisfied. Let these people run out of pasta in their pens so that they don't write nonsense!!!
Relaxing in Fairmont is great!!! I am satisfied with everything, I recommend it to everyone.

Nice, beautiful hotel. We liked everything except the kitchen - a small selection of food, everything is very monotonous (but it's worth paying tribute - the food is really delicious, compared to the top five in Egypt and Turkey. One of the advantages is the location. You can go out into the city, walk along the embankment. The best rooms start from floor 8-10. Especially 2,3, 15, 16. Beach towels without cards and as many as you want.

I rarely read reviews, but then it "boiled over"! We are currently resting at the hotel. Among the advantages - excellent sea, warm, clean, gorgeous beach, fine sand; decent rooms, large, there is both a bathtub and a shower cabin. That's where the advantages end... I'll start with the arrival. Check-in at the hotel at 15:00, and it doesn't matter when you arrive, you will be sitting in the cold lobby without a sip of water and without any amenities. We were lucky, we only served 2.5 hours, although they said they would call us as soon as the room was ready, but no one came up until 15-30, everything was on their own. There is both a bathtub and a shower in the room, but shampoo, shower gel and conditioner are only in the shower (large bottles attached to death), i.e. in the bathroom, just wash with water, or run naked into the shower and back. We contacted the reception with this problem, but the result is -0! In general, problems are solved "in an original way" at the reception: they do not refuse, they call somewhere, but that's all, the matter does not move from a dead point. The problems with the air conditioner (not regulated), the refrigerator (not frozen) were also "solved", they asked for ice, and they did not wait. Room cleaning is perfect! Tables are not wiped, towels are only folded, changed every 2-3 days. And the main horror is the food! I don't know for whom she can be "normal", but everyone we talk to at the hotel says "HORROR" with one voice! Scrambled eggs or omelet for breakfast is fried by 1 person on tiny pans, therefore, there is almost always a queue for it, because the rest of the eggs (omelet, sausages, and everything that should be warm is cold and tasteless); 2 times there was a fish, such as mackerel, and even then tailed, 1 time salted red fish but there was a queue behind her; fruits - unripe watermelon and melon in small pieces, bananas, tangerines and apples are disassembled in the first 10 minutes; for dinner, tender meat "from the chef", one type of fish and chicken, as a rule, in some kind of gravy, everything is either cold or peppery (Indian); desserts - hug and cry... A rich country, an expensive hotel, but the impression is deplorable! I do not recommend it! I will add, if you suddenly come here, then I advise you to buy excursions at the travel agency that is across the street from the hotel! Excellent guides, attentive approach to everyone!

You can order a greeting inscription on the sand, they will do it for free.
Check-in from 15:00, check-out at 12:00 free of charge, if rooms are available, can be done before 14:00.
We had a Fairmont view king room.
A huge king size bed. There is an ironing board, an iron, a clothes dryer and a safe.
There is also a bathtub and a shower cabin. (Cabin with transparent glass!) Shampoo, conditioner, lotion in dispensers. Cotton pads, sticks, caps and a hair comb are also placed. There are no toothbrushes or toothpaste.
The tea station is replenished every day - tea, sugar, bottled water. There is a coffee machine and capsules, but they are for an additional fee.The fee is 8 dirhams per capsule.
There are bathrobes, slippers and a beach bag.
The balcony is spacious with wicker furniture and soft pillows, the view of the bay is beautiful.

Those who like to swim far and deep will not like the sea here, they are not allowed behind the buoys. And at low tide, you can walk to the buoys.
- The hair dryer is old, the temperature is not regulated.

We were at the hotel on 06-19.10.2024, from level 5* only the price. We do not recommend visiting: the construction site next to the hotel, the low level of service, the rooms are not bad, but tired, the food does not shine with variety. The beach and the sea are good. We waited 7 hours for check-in, the staff does not give any information - whether it is possible to check in earlier, for example, by paying extra, or having lunch, or how and where to spend the waiting time, they did not inform you about the infrastructure and food at the hotel; they will not even offer you a sip of water, buy everything yourself. They were not settled in a reserved room, they were moved after 3 days of constant requests. Some rooms smell damp and musty.

We have been staying at the hotel since 10/27.24 The hotel itself is excellent, good rooms, timely high-quality cleaning. All rooms have a view of the bay. We have the 14th floor, just a fairy tale)
In the room there is a capsule coffee machine, water, etc
The food in the hotel is so-so, to put it mildly, there is little variety) but you will not stay hungry, but you will not get pleasure either. But there is a big disadvantage, you have to stand in line!!! For breakfast 5-10 minutes, for dinner 30 minutes or more, if you have more than 2 people.
Well, the biggest disappointment for us is the lack of free sunbeds after 9.00!!! The administration is not doing anything about it, unfortunately.
Seats are occupied from 7.00. Towels were laid on the sand 🤷♂️
This is the first time I've come across this, we always rest in tents)
I definitely won't come back and I don't advise you.
