We stayed at the hotel from July 2 to July 9. 5 out of 5!!! the staff is very polite and attentive. One day I forgot my wallet with money for breakfast (and did not remember that I had forgotten))), it was discovered and returned intact under the painting. There are a lot of sun beds on the beach, by the pool, of course, I had to look for free ones. There is a large selection of food for both breakfast and dinner (if half board, you can choose lunch or dinner), and there are always Indian dishes and a live station with dishes. There is access to the gym on site (around the clock for everyone), and you can also book access to the sauna and hammam. You can play volleyball on the territory of the hotel, and the ball is given out. There is a padel court, but if you don't have your own rackets and ball, you can buy it for 100 dirhams at the hotel (if you have your own, then access to the court is free). There are non-scheduled shuttles to Dubai Mall every day, you only need to book a trip the night before. The rooms themselves are spacious, each has access to a balcony, all with sea views. The only problem was with the sockets, of which there was only one in the room and one in the bathroom, so it was better to take adapters. They cleaned every day, the kettle, coffee machine and everything necessary for them are also updated daily. Water is also brought in bottles. We have been on vacation in the Emirates 5 times, but the first time was in Ajman. We really liked the Fairmont Ajman 5* hotel, and we plan to visit this hotel again with our children and relatives. There are no words for the ocean: the waves are beautiful, the coast is super, the sand is as gentle as a manka, there are many islands on the beach with green grass (lawns), the sun beds are beyond praise (soft, light, any shape). Excellent food, live music in the restaurant (Jessica super) and a Turkish restaurant (wonderful atmosphere, live music). Room cleaning is beyond praise-well done. Room: very large and spacious. There's even a coffee machine and great coffee in the room, and every morning I started with great coffee. Bathroom: shower, bathtub, toilet (separate). The first hotel with excellent sound insulation, weddings were held on the m1 floor, the lobby was noisy, the beach was noisy, and you entered the room in silence. Secondly, in Ajman there is an interesting MARSA promenade within 10 minutes, where there is a show for children and adults around 20.00. But most importantly, the hotel itself is so decent, the rooms, the beach, the cleaning, the staff, everyone is friendly to you and your child, everyone helped in everything, and the Persian Gulf and the white sand are great, warm, gentle, enveloping, I would like to come back here again definitely

But the main restaurant does not meet the standards of 5* (lack of white tablecloths) At least for dinner. Despite some shortcomings in the condition of the premises and the design of the restaurant, it fully justifies its status as a 5-star hotel. The hotel's recommendation is justified for a relaxing beach holiday, although there is not enough premium in the design of public areas.

I had a rest in this hotel from 07/16/21/25 a year alone. The rest is calm. I was greeted wonderfully, and a cool drink was immediately brought. Room 913 was gorgeous, just like in the photo (slippers, bathrobe, soap accessories, water, tea, coffee, hairdryer, scales) Room cleaning is excellent. The food at the restart is delicious, especially the fish dish. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. The dishes are clean. Internet access is available throughout the hotel. The sea is very salty, it keeps you on the water. The air temperature was from 39 to 43 °C. The water in the sea was like fresh milk, it definitely won't be cooling. There is a shower and a pool for this. It was very stuffy like in a sauna for two days. Then it got better, I didn't notice anymore. I went to the sea from 7.00 to 12.00 and from 16.00 to 18.30. In the morning it was generally gorgeous, but at 16.00 the water in the sea was bitter. Upon eviction, I asked to extend the room for 1 hour as I was picked up from 15.30 to 15.50. and I was extended. Since I had everything included, I went to lunch and was picked up by a transfer. I was delighted with the hotel and the service.

We stayed at this hotel from 05/23/25 to 05/31/25. Room: We had a junior suite with a terrace. Spacious, with a lovely bathroom and a bathroom. Very clean. In the morning, delicious natural sausages (chicken and beef), omelet/eggs, porridge with milk, sauces, herbs, fruits. The child was always well-fed. I won't describe everything, it was delicious for me. Pool- yes, there are not many sun beds by the pool, but we stayed on the beach, from there we went to cool off in the pool. The sea is beautiful. With the tides. It's clean. No mucus on the bottom. Territory- in the evening you can walk around the city, there is a park. Overall, the impression is excellent. I recommend.

The beach is very clean and beautiful, there were enough sun beds for everyone, one of the disadvantages in my opinion is that there was no animation or entertainment for children at all...... this is the only disadvantage. But I wanted to say something else. I wanted to thank the hotel staff at the reception very much, and the girl was alone, I think Bashi's name was, the fact is that my son fell ill two days before departure, the temperature rose, very high. When I contacted them, they immediately came up to us and offered to either call a doctor or go to the hospital for insurance. We agreed to go to the hospital, but since we didn't know much about the language, Zizo decided to accompany us. He ordered us a taxi, took us to the hospital, conducted the registration procedure, went to the doctor, examined us, made an appointment and prescribed medications, went down with us to the bottom, received all the medications on the ticket at the pharmacy, escorted us to a taxi to the hotel. I was very surprised that there were still such people on earth, he himself is from Egypt. We have visited this hotel several times and each time we were very satisfied with our stay! The rooms are clean, comfortable, with stunning sea views. The family room is generally just a fairy tale for a family of 4 people. Two full-fledged rooms with double interior doors, excellent sound insulation. The breakfasts are good: oatmeal, yoghurts, sliced eggs, egg dishes, pastries and fruits are always available, two coffee machines are publicly available, plus the waiters bring coffee and tea to the table. Overall, a pleasant impression. One of the main advantages is a great beach and clear sea, as well as the availability of cafes and shops within walking distance. All rooms have sea views. We took a Deluxe room with two queen-size beds (1.5m wide), to accommodate 2 adults + 2 children. an extra bed is not put in such a room. One of the disadvantages is the strange layout of the room - the bathroom area without doors. The sockets are all with 3 holes, you need an adapter. There was only 1 usb output in the wall, and they were charging with it. Most of the vacationers at the hotel are Russian-speaking tourists, many are All-inclusive, there are also Arabs and representatives of European countries. There are Russian-speaking staff, but most of them spoke in English. No deposit is required. Cleaning and towel changes were carried out daily. There is also animation - water aerobics, gymnastics, yoga and a kids club. We had breakfast, but it's probably better to take an All-inclusive here. The hotel itself has a couple of restaurants and a bar, but everything is quite expensive there. Pizza Margarita 70 dirhams, but very tasty. At the same time, drinks are ~30 dirhams per glass of juice.

I had a rest here from December 10 to December 17, 2025. I'm absolutely thrilled. From arrival to departure, I have never seen so much attention to my person. The suitcases were brought to the hotel by themselves, put in the luggage room, and we were sent to the beach while the room was being prepared. When we checked in, the things were already in the room. The room was huge, we lived together. I was impressed by the bed, the mattress is just super, the whitest bed linen, the most pleasant to the touch. They slept like gods. Drinking bottled water every day. A coffee machine with capsules, a kettle and tea, sugar were reported to us every day. We only had breakfast, everything was enough, everything was fresh, the bread was different, even warm (so fresh). There were plenty of sun beds on the beach, with soft mattresses (I've never sunbathed on these). As many beach towels as you want. We don't know English, they brought us a nice Russian-speaking girl, Dana, at the reception (special thanks to her, she helped and supported us in everything) Danochka, just a personal THANK YOU from us! We wish you success in your career growth. I liked everything, I recommend this hotel to everyone, you definitely won't regret it.

I really liked the hotel. We arrived a few hours ahead of check-in time, checked into the room right away - we didn't have to wait. There was a room on the 11th floor - the view is amazing, panoramic Windows. And there was a big minus in the room, it was a problem with the electricity in the living room, my laptop didn't work from the sockets, and that was half the trouble, it also turned off when you plug it into the socket (there were adapters), my laptop didn't connect to Wi-Fi either, a local IT specialist trying to solve these two problems made my laptop not work at all when contacting the head of the Hotel, they could not restore my laptop, because of this, the rest turned into a solution to this problem, after the local IT specialist stopped catching Wi-Fi at home, I had to reinstall windows myself! It's not big on the territory, but it's suitable for sunbathing and swimming, there's a cooling pool, which is a plus since it's a bit hot. The food is without frills, but everything is there: fish and meat, vegetables and fruits (melon, watermelon, grapes) I wrote about the maintenance above, but maybe it only affected me (by the way, the IT guy himself said that some of the sockets don't work) as it is, everyone is polite, there are Russian speakers.

We had a rest here in April, 5 out of 5 stars on all points! Everyone at the reception is attentive and helpful, thanks to Uldana for her help with all questions, Emmanuel and everyone else! Thanks to the guys who cleaned our room, and special thanks to the restaurant staff: Chiado, Youssef, we didn't remember all the names. Everyone was very attentive to us. We were surprised with surprises. Everything was delicious, everything was always added. The beach is wonderful, the territory is large, well maintained, everything is clean. There are small shops nearby, and cafes and entertainment venues for children are across the street on the left.We will definitely come back.We liked everything!

I liked everything. The hotel is modern, stylish and beautiful. The rooms are large, with a huge comfortable bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and bidet. We had a floor with access to the highway, a huge space with a full view of the pool and the sea, very beautiful (button 1 in the elevator, but in fact it's probably the 5th floor). The staff is very friendly, Perizat helped us a lot at the reception, there were no problems with understanding the Russian language. The food is very varied and delicious, the waiters are just great! And what a sea and beach! In general, I liked everything. Thanks!!!

We liked the hotel. Very tasty, varied food, there is always something to choose, a child who is selective in food has never been hungry. Friendly staff. The room cleaning is good. The beach was always clean, there were lifeguards near the pool and on the beach. The pool is cold at first glance, I don't know how it is for children, but from the second day of rest you find a certain advantage in this. The bay is very warm, with a gentle approach. The pool is not very deep either. We liked the hotel itself, for 10 days there was never a conflicting opinion. The only drawback is the sun beds near the pool, which were occupied from 6 a.m. and went to the beach, but then, as I realized, the problem of many hotels. There were always free sun beds on the beach.

We stayed at this hotel in November 2025. We lived in a beautiful room on the 8th floor. The atmosphere in the hotel is pleasant and friendly. The staff is very attentive. The food is fresh and delicious. Everything is clean and well maintained. There were always plenty of sun beds, as well as places to relax. The hotel has excellent daytime animation. The animation guys are trying very hard. It would be nice to have something to do in the evening, at least listen to live music. We are happy with our vacation and would love to come back again.
