Alcohol is not unambiguous here. They pour everywhere, but in the hotel only during meals, and at beach bars at any time. The drunk is normal. Branded drinks. The beach bar is open until 23-00. But if you decide to get drunk in a restaurant, then most likely they will not bring you a second time. Drunks are being watched. 5. The territory of the hotel is small but cozy. Greens. All basques are heated. 6. Rooms- without fanaticism. The norm. There are no toothbrushes. The lobby is normal. There are shops. There is a children's play center. We were at the hotel from September 21st to 30th. I was alone with three children (3,6,10 years old ). I was able to relax myself , there was a lot of activity in the hotel ( on arrival , the lazy river did not work , but the next day it was turned on ) , the diving board was opened 4 days before leaving the hotel , lifeguards were on the slides and in each pool , the room was cleaned every day , the linen was snow-white . The food was "all inclusive", the breakfasts in the shared restaurant were varied, there were a lot of people, but the workers quickly provided tables, the waiters were well done, always attentive, helpful, ready to help in the moment.Desserts are varied and very tasty.
Lunch and dinner alternated in a la carte restaurants .One day we were late for lunch , we were allowed to quickly pick up food after closing and eat quietly . The service and food in the Mexican is just great. Serving is like in the best restaurant in Moscow . Seafood , steaks , salads . Just a bomb! Special thanks to the waiter Ivan. I understood that it was not easy to relax with three small children ), I was always attentive .
We took a panoramic room with a sea view right at the hotel (we made a regular room in Moscow) - this is something!
There is a muddy bottom in the sea, it is a little unpleasant for children, but if you swim, it is comfortable. In the evenings, tina swims near the shore , in the morning she is cleaned . We mixed the sea and the pools, they are very refreshing in the heat. The children's pool under the awning is a salvation for parents, children play, splash, without fear of getting sunstroke, and parents can lie quietly on a sun lounger . There are plenty of sun loungers for everyone during the day. But they occupy them early in the morning.
The Thai girls from the nursery are incredible. They are kind , smiling , and it is clear that they love children very much . You leave them for 1-2 hours and go about your business. If you want to go to the sea , you want to go to the pools . They are only not allowed to leave the hotel.
The reception is always in a hurry to help, the girls always come to meet you at some request. To say that I had a rest is nothing to say ! The children asked to extend their stay there , they did not want to fly home, for me this is an indicator .
Just a delight! This is a solid Turkish 5* thank you all, we will definitely come back again!

Two days have passed since they asked for a baby pot in the room, no one brought it, they wanted to celebrate a birthday, asked for ice, called the service three times, no one brought it, the next day they brought wine glasses, why, we still did not understand. The refrigerators in the room simply do not freeze, and you can drink cold water only on the beach during the day, if you want to drink at night, then this is absolutely your problem. The entrance to the restaurant is exclusively in turn, in which the entire hotel can stand for its entire length. The drinks are all barely cool, they also save on ice. The sun beds are torn, the ottomans are tired. The waiters will never come up more than once in the evening, unless you go get them yourself and bring them to the table. They serve you as if you owe them a lot and for a long time. In two weeks, they paid almost 600 rubles for the hotel, despite the fact that they even went and bought ice in the store. But, 10 minutes by taxi there is a fish market where you can buy fresh seafood, fry them there and take them to the hotel, we bought vegetables and fruits at the same market. There is also a supermarket Lulu. We only took breakfast at the hotel, because we were on excursions every day. The breakfasts are good, always fruits, vegetables, pastries, porridges and even soups. The first day we had dinner at the hotel. In the restaurant by the pool: 160 derham per person. For this money, the Grill, pizza, snacks to choose from unlimited, drinks were paid separately. The rooms are cleaned every day. On request, we were brought cutlery to the room, blankets, pillows. The beach at the hotel is flat, the sea is much cleaner than in Dubai. We lived from February 17-24. The weather was comfortable for sunbathing and excursions. The sea is cold +20 degrees, the pools are all heated. The children were swimming. I want to leave a review about my stay at the centara mirage hotel. Rested 16.11-25.11. The hotel itself is new, so everything is clean, beautiful, cozy and well furnished.
As for the staff, he is on top. Starting from the meeting, they immediately helped with suitcases, everyone smiles, greets, wishes a good day. I especially remember the girl at the reception (unfortunately I didn't see the name), but she's a cutie. All the staff is very friendly and always tries to help.
Lifeguards are everywhere on the beach, at the pools, working very quickly.
My knowledge of English is 0, but we were still able to find a common language. There is also a person at the reception who speaks Russian.
Check-in: we arrived at the Hotel early, I liked that there is a room where you can leave your things, take towels, take a shower, go to the beach and relax. We were checked into the room at 15:00 earlier there was no opportunity. We took the Superior King Sea View (with sea view and a large bed). These rooms go from the 1st to the 3rd floor, we were worried that we got the first floor. But in vain, the rooms are high enough, ours was almost in the middle- a kind of fire. The rooms are nice, large, clean, have everything you need.
Cleanliness: regarding cleaning, everything is fine. The room was cleaned every day. Everything was clean, towels were changed every day. There are no questions about cleanliness in the room at all, thank you so much for such work! Balaram, Sandeep and Banidev were cleaned here.
Nutrition: exceeded expectations. We only took breakfast, as we didn't really sit in the hotel. Everything is delicious, you will definitely not stay hungry. The choice of dishes is large.
Once we went to dinner at a Lebanese restaurant on the 8th floor. It's also not even bad- meat, fish, chicken, side dishes, fruits, vegetables, pastries all in different variations and variety. There is also a restaurant by the adult pool, where pizza, pasta, burgers, etc., everything is quite good.
Beach: A huge plus of the hotel is its own beach! Sand, yes, really with small shells, but it didn't bother us in any way, my son ran barefoot at the age of 3. The water is clean and warm. There are a lot of sunbeds on the beach - there was always enough for everyone. As for the pools - there are also a lot of them, for every taste, of course there are not as many sun beds near the pools as on the beach, but you will also find them.
We went to the beach in the Dubai Marina area, so there were only two sunbeds that cost 220 dirhams (4,000 rubles).
Location: the metro is 6 kilometers away, it will not be possible to get there on foot. But a taxi costs 20-30 dirhams depending on the time and traffic jams. Back in Russia, we downloaded the Careem app and took a taxi to the nearest Union metro station. There is a meter in all cars, so you can see how much the trip costs. To Dubai Mall- 50-60 dirhams turned out (but it depends on what time, if traffic jams can be more expensive). Almost always in a taxi they paid with a card. There is also a round-trip transfer from the hotel to Dubai Mall of 25 dirhams per adult.
By the way, in this application you can also order food delivery, we ordered a couple of times, brought it fast enough.
Entertainments: There is a lot of entertainment for children in the hotel, a children's room, shows were arranged in the evenings, as well as children's pools.
In general, the impression of the rest remained gorgeous!
