We stayed at the hotel in January 2024, for 10 days, the weather was very comfortable, 26-28 degrees.
Good impressions remained, even though the children caught the intestines.
The food is excellent, varied, Thai, Indian cuisine, there is everything, even for very little ones (there is always porridge for breakfast, soups for lunch (there was a very tasty borscht, cabbage soup, noodles).
There is also a children's table (pasta, burger patties, mashed potatoes, buckwheat, vegetables)
The hotel has three buffet restaurants and there is a restaurant Uno mas, which requires a reservation in advance. We didn't really like it, the food on the buffet turned out to be tastier.
On the 8th floor there is a restaurant of Lebanese cuisine: for dinner there is always pilaf, barbecue, lamb several times, a lot of vegetables, salads.
The juices are good.

The hotel has different accommodation systems, we had "all inclusive" so drinks were included. Pina colada is very tasty. There are almost all varieties of Eupopean alcohol: rum, vodka, gin, whiskey, wine. Bottled beer.
We got a room with a view of the construction site, as many wrote, but we did not overpay (we asked 1300 dirhams for a room with a sea view, it's not worth it). In the evening, you can see the lights of the city and the Burj Khalifa.
The room is spacious, high ceilings, a bunk bed for children, a cot is available on request.
In the room there is water, coffee, tea, kettle, refrigerator, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, iron, board, shampoo, shower gel, lotion.
Toothbrushes/toothpaste on request at the reception.
An adapter for sockets can also be taken at the reception.
The bed is snow-white, the pillows and mattresses are very comfortable.
Cleaning is done every day, but they can be cleaned in the evening, before or during dinner.
There are 8 swimming pools on the territory: children's, family, adults only, for very little ones. There are rescuers everywhere, which is very convenient. It's not a big deal to leave a child.
There are 2 children's rooms for children (one for toddlers, the other for teenagers).
There are not many activities in general . If you compare it with Turkey. It's a bit boring in the evening.
The sea is nearby, shallow, the best for children. The coastline is long, there were always enough sunbeds.
Towels are given by cards.
They wrote there was nowhere to go. On the penultimate day, from the restaurant on the 8th floor, we saw a walking area along the sea.
If you leave the hotel and turn right (you will have to walk along the road, there is no sidewalk) and then turn right again, then you will just get to the beginning of the walking area along the sea. The embankment is beautifully decorated with trees and shrubs, everything is green, lighting, music is playing. They are not open yet, but apparently there will be Starbucks soon (we saw the advertisement) and some activities for children. There is also a beach with sun beds, showers and toilets.

We had a room with a view of the city and a hotel or shopping center under construction) and, accordingly, a view of planes taking off and landing endlessly. The younger one was happy, spent the evening and morning at the window)
The room is spacious, two large 140 beds and a sofa
We were given another bed, and we slept fine) standard bathroom with shower
A closet without doors, hangers and drawers, we had enough space.
Also in the room there is a kettle, tea, coffee bags, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers.

We went to Dubai Mall and Deira City Centre, one-way taxi (Dubai mall) - about 40-45 dirhams
In Deira (we were not very lucky with taxi drivers, they took us around the biggest circle) - 50-55 dirhams
There is no problem with a taxi, you go outside from the hotel, and the concierge calls a state taxi (beige with colored roofs)
We arrived early, before check-in, we were given a room, bracelets were put on at 15.00
There are Russian-speaking Ada staff at the counters (Adele, I unfortunately did not specify) and Nargiz. They helped us to quickly solve any questions about the hotel)

Favorite hotel in the area!
Definitely belongs 100% to the category of family with children. Nice beach, first line, very good buffet. I recommend choosing rooms with a view of the bay and a higher floor. The rooms are quite large and comfortable.

We had a rest in February for a week, an all-inclusive room with a sea view. I will say that in general I really liked the hotel.
+ cool territory with lots of swimming pool, greenery, several restaurants and bars with alcohol.
I will add that if you do not have everything included, then you will have to pay extra for any drinks and it is quite expensive.
For children, there are a lot of entertainment pools with slides, swimming with a stream downstream on cheesecakes, a regular pool, oblivashki. There is a children's room and a room with various vending machines for children from 5-6 years old. My son loved it very much.
There is a separate swimming pool and an area only for adults from 14+ years old. You can lie there calmly and relaxed without children.
We went to the sea once, a clean beach with sun beds without complaints. The water was cool, we did not swim in the sea.
Quite a variety of food and a large selection, there is a children's table and a separate kitchen for children. For lunch there is always the first in the Russian style (soup, borscht, cabbage soup)
Good service in general, the employees are mostly Thai, as the hotel has a Thai theme. There are no complaints about cleaning the room.
- the hotel is located 15 minutes from the airport and if you are a light sleeper, then it is not for you. Planes take off every 10-15 minutes. I got used to a couple of nights then norm. During the day you don't notice it at all, only in the evening when you fall asleep.
- A lot of food in the restaurant is quite spicy, you should definitely look at the signature to the dishes.
- This is a family hotel and there are a lot of children, if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful holiday, it is better to choose another place. We were traveling with a child and it was normal for us.
- It is better to take sunbeds with towels at 8 o'clock in the morning. There are no more places in 9 pools.

A cool hotel in general, it deserves its stars, but there are two drawbacks. The first and most important drawback is that the hotel is located on the take-off route of planes from the main airport, flying directly over the hotel at a very low altitude - very noisy, especially at night. Sleeping with an open balcony is unrealistic. And the second drawback is the lack of changing booths.

We rested in this hotel from Aug 26 to Sept 2. A great hotel, although 4 stars can not be compared with the Turkish fives! The approach is different and it can be seen immediately.
Check-in: we arrived at 8 am and were immediately given a room, although the check-in was officially at 15:00, the bracelets told us that they would give us at 15:00, but they fed us for free until that time!
There is only one Russian-speaking Thai at the reception, but there is no problem with an interpreter)
Food: buffet meals, the choice is excellent and tastes very good, in Turkish hotels everything is tasteless to me! Here I was pleased with the choice. For breakfast, various cereals, muesli, etc., omelet, scrambled eggs, toast, porridge, waffles, pancakes with honey or chocolate paste, sausage, cheese, vegetables, fruits (pineapple, watermelon, melon, apples) and this is not the whole list.
Lunch: there is always tom yam soup, chicken soup, the second soup was borscht, a combined hodgepodge or potato soup. There was a separate counter with Thai cuisine, there were several dishes to choose from, for example seafood in batter, beef in sweet and sour sauce, etc. The side dish was always rice, pasta, mashed potatoes a couple of times, there were always noodles like wok (very tasty), meat, fish and seafood, as well as salads: local, olivier and crab. A large abundance of snacks and sweets, as well as fruits and vegetables.
Dinner: some dishes for dinner were repeated, some were new, there were always dishes for vegetarians.
Children's table: there were always pasta, the sauce changed (pink sauce or bolognese, chicken or fish nuggets, some other dish and sweets. It was all the main restaurant (on the 1st floor). On the 8th floor there was a restaurant of Lebanese cuisine, we went there for breakfast, since there are fewer people there, and the choice + is the same. There was an alyakart restaurant - we didn't go there, but we saw that they served very good-looking dishes (for example, steaks or pasta. In this restaurant, you need to book a table with a QR code 4 hours in advance. There was also a restaurant by the pool, there are more snacks and fast food (hot dogs, burgers, French fries, salads), but in the evening, for example, pasta with seafood is served.
Bar card: it is the same in every restaurant, very tasty non-alcoholic lemonades, really worth a try, alcoholic cocktails are very pleased, they do not "bodyazhat" them at all, but on the contrary they do very well, alcohol is good enough, I did not notice something incomprehensible, for example, cocktails are cherished on the basis of red label, vodka Russian standard and so on. Everything is very decent.
The pool area and the beach: the pools were a little invigorating in contrast to the high temperature, but they were not cold, the pool for children (the paddling pool) is located under the awnings. The pools are clean, but it is difficult to find places at the main pool or at the swimming pool after 10. Towels are issued by cards, in the area between the pools and the beach, convenient! I want to note the work of the rescuers, I have not yet seen that they were treated so responsibly, at least 2 rescuers for 1 pool and they really watch all day, do not turn away, do not sit on the phone, but walk and look at everyone!!! It's absolutely not scary to let the child go swimming! The beach is very clean, sand with a small shell, there are almost always Russians on the beach, the sea was like a warm bathroom, but the child really liked it, they saw one big blue jellyfish (not dangerous) all the time, the lifeguard took it and let it go into the sea away and crabs, there are more of them in the evening, in the morning no crabs were seen. The beach is open until 7 o'clock, the pool until 8.
Entertainment: for children, an inflatable obstacle pool, a panda park (but no one has ever been seen there, rather because of the heat), water aerobics during the day. In the evening, cartoons like Madagascar (in English) are shown on the big screen. There is no special evening program for adults, just sitting outside and drinking cocktails. But we always went to the city in the evening and it wasn't a problem for us.
Location: the hotel and another neighboring one are located on the new bulk island of Deira district, 20 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes to the nearest supermarket (Lulu), 40 minutes to Dubai Mall by taxi. There are always taxis at the hotel, but we used Yandex taxis (Lexus, Tesla, Toyota Camry cars). Planes take off and land over the hotel every 2 minutes, a little noisy, but very beautiful, no one was confused. All the hotel staff are Thai and they are very friendly!
Bottom line: I would love to return to this hotel, everything is very thoughtful, modern and delicious!

I really liked the hotel! We were in the fall of 2022. The sea was very warm, the children did not come out of the sea at all, the entrance to the sea is gentle as an oasis for small children. There is a small aquopark, for very young children and separately milking children with slides. There are many restaurants, the food is very tasty. There are queues at the central restaurant, but we've been there a couple of times. Go mostly to oestran on the menu, or on the eighth floor there is no bigger restaurant where we had breakfast and dinner. The rooms are large and spacious, there were four people, two adults and two children. The children were sleeping on the couch. There are many bars in the hotel and on the territory. There was also a bar on the beach during the day, but by the evening the drinks were already heating up.

We stayed at the hotel from 12 to 19.09.24. We took everything included. We went with a child of 7 years old. We decided that we would return to this hotel next year with the second child, now he is 1.5 years

A view of the city, this is a view of a construction site. An unfinished, abandoned building. I really reassured myself that the view of the Burj Khalifa. Sometimes it could be considered. Upon arrival, we asked to change a room with a sea view for 7 nights. It cost 19,000 rubles.
This is our third time in the UAE. Before that, we had been to Reddison both times. And we liked sentara a lot more! I hope we'll be back soon.

Nice hotel.
The rooms are clean, not shabby, cleaned well. The view of the construction site did not bother at all, but behind the construction site there is a beautiful view of the center of Dubai.

In my opinion, this is the best hotel for families with children in Dubai, nice spacious rooms, very tasty buffet food for all meals, you only need to go all inclusive, the prices on the menu feel more expensive than 5 stars in the madinat area, unobtrusive and responsive staff, a lot of children's entertainment.
