The beach is clean , there are enough sunbeds . The Mirage club children's room (paid separately) deserves a special delight. A great hotel, it even lasts for 5, the hotel is 2 years old. We had the usual all-inclusive. 4 people, 2 children 9 and 3 years old. The standard room does not have a sea view (on-site surcharge for a sea view is about 20,000 rubles). There is a sofa for children in the room, the two children slept without problems. I immediately asked the staff in the corridor for bed linen for this sofa, everything was brought, the workers themselves straightened everything, made it (many write that they have difficulties with this). It's just a paradise for children - heated pools (we've been there since the end of January 2024), a children's playroom for the little ones, a game room with PlayStation consoles, we hung out with the eldest child in it, a frame pool with an obstacle course, a rope park (open 3 times a day). The rooms are cleaned every day, and of course the bed linen is not changed. The choice of food is huge: there are seafood, meat, herbs, vegetables (buffet). There is a food to order on the menu under the kids' club. There is an Ala card, which was found out about 2 days before departure (you need to register using a QR code).
There are a lot of staff everywhere, everyone is friendly.

- adults with children are not allowed on the slides, children below 100cm are not allowed – yes, such rules, let the children ride themselves, and the adults go about their business))
- you can't go to the bar for lunch and pour wine, you have to sit and wait until they bring it to you in 15 minutes, when the food has already cooled down – they pour it in bars without problems, and sometimes there's 1 person there, you need to wait 1 minute (but you're on vacation, where's the hurry?). If we came to lunch, we occupied the table, raised our hand, immediately ran up to us, we made an order for alcohol and went to collect food, or ordered by QR code.

- the cult program is very weak, there is no disco, there are no animators for adults – this is a children's hotel, children's rooms work during the day, the program is really weak in the evening.
- the staff does not understand and speak English well, - they really do not understand Russian well (but this is a question for the vacationer, why did not he study English). The staff speaks English fluently and understands everything.
- The rooms are not very clean, ants. The contingent leaves much to be desired – I did not see ants, there were no living creatures, the contingent is good, everyone is friendly (there are no drunks from Tagil).
- The main disadvantage of the hotel is the constant planes – yes, planes fly, but you can't hear anything with the balcony door closed.
Compared to Turkey, the attitude is better, the quality and variety of food is sufficient.
We took a taxi from the hotel to the Gold Souq metro station – the cost is 18-20 dirhams, then by metro in any direction.

A new hotel and this is very important. A great place for families with children. Good service and Russian-speaking staff come across, although knowledge of English is absolutely necessary. Clean sea, white sand and a bunch of pools are the guarantee of a super beach holiday for the whole family. In January 2024, we could not book a room for May and went to this hotel. This hotel is for families with children up to 7 years old and then 4 days.
The pools are all small. The slides are small. A child of 7 years old is not interested. The adult pool is more like a hot tub. We arrived on Saturday. To say that we were shocked is not to say anything. The hotel is like a children's room with a huge number of children. It turns out that the hotel sells local entrance tickets without accommodation. There's a full house here all weekend. Those under the age of 16 are not allowed to enter the adult pool. But for some reason, many families believe that it is they and their child who need to be here.planes are constantly flying over the hotel. It feels like you're living on the runway. We were given a room on the 6th floor in the part that is closer to Rio. I didn't sleep at all. Planes fly non-stop all night. In the morning, I changed my room to the ground floor in the part that is closer to Rio. It became quieter. But you can't sleep well. There wasn't a single night that I slept all night. One day they came from the beach and changed our underwear. 2 of the 4 pillowcases were torn. This is the first time I've seen torn underwear in a hotel.
Food is a separate topic. Chinese Indian mash-up and fast food. There is nothing to eat. The only restaurant where my body did not suffer is an Argentine restaurant. But again, the choice of dishes there is not great. And many dishes for money, despite all inclusive. But it's difficult to enroll there. I was really physically sick from eating this food in a shared restaurant. I threw up once. I took a spoonful of rice and a meatball from the children's table. Every trip to the restaurant is stressful. In the morning I took bananas that I can't stand and it was my salvation for the day. Fruits were given only in the morning. In the afternoon, they already put apples or green pears and a fruit salad from the remnants of those fruits that were left over from breakfast. Desserts are generally a disaster. Jelly or mini pies are not edible. At the same time, there were normal desserts in the coffee shop at the reception for money
In the evening, for example, there was a salad made from the remains of what apparently remained in the morning. Lettuce leaves, cucumbers, sausages from breakfast cauliflower. Who is this for? We're not pigs.

A child of 8 years old played football on the beach with pleasure, he did not like it in the children's room, because there is still a smaller play area for children, there is also a play area with consoles and air hockey - they played there several times. Yes, you need to take a taxi to the center, but for us it was not difficult, it was even great to go and look at everything around. Planes often fly low - watched them) We are not strong in English, the staff does not speak Russian, but we coped and there were no problems with it. Cuisine and restaurants. There are 3 to choose from, good views from the 8th floor. The diversity is slightly worse than the 5th race in Egypt, but I was surprised by the presence of red fish, squid, king prawns.
There were no problems with the language, there were sometimes Russian speakers at the reception desk and among the staff too. So in general, broken English is understood by everyone.
The Internet. It is there, and compared to many hotels it is good. There were problems with calls to Whatsapp and the cart - they probably block, everything works according to mit and zoom.
Minuses:
Confusion in different tariffs. Everything seems to be included, but there are nuances, for example, for some dishes or drinks, and the price tags for them are cosmic, and you are stupidly afraid - and this is possible or not. Also, due to the difference in tariffs, drinks have to be ordered separately and wait.
Well, there are not enough places a little - there are many, many places on the beach, but there are few places by the pool and in a week they have never been able to take them first.

The beach is large and there are enough sun beds for everyone, the only thing is that the sand is not completely clean, and in small remnants from shells that are not pleasant for small children. 4 pools in which people are evenly distributed and this is a plus, there are children's slides on which adults are not allowed, this is good, also you can not drink alcohol in the children's area, this is also a plus in my opinion. For families who take large family rooms, there is exclusive access to the game lounge area, where children play, and adults can relax by ordering a small snack or drinks. There is no promenade area in the hotel so that you can walk after dinner, only one path to the beach. The wardrobe in the family rooms is very small, just tiny, more than half of the things were left in the suitcases. We love the view of the city and often take it, but here it is not a view of the city, but a view of some unfinished and empty field.
