The hotel at the time of the visit (2022) is in perfect condition, the all-inclusive program means really all-inclusive. The hotel has all the amenities, 2 rooms for games, one for small children (like up to 10), and the second for all ages, there are a lot of retro games so there is enough entertainment. There are not many activities on the beach, but the indoor water park compensates for everything. There are 4 restaurants.

There was no water in the hotel upon arrival, which was warned at the reception and the turn-on time was indicated, after a long journey, the family did not even have the opportunity to use the toilet, then the situation repeated almost every day, mainly during rush hour, but without warning and self-clarification of what was happening, how children should be left without a toilet and shower before the staff had no idea at bedtime, after the ordeal of the spa and other facilities offered by the hotel, in which, as a result, there was no hot water, they found out empirically, undressed the children in a cold shower, then put them back on, things, elevators, floors ... water appeared in the room and everything was trained and immediately rushed to the shower, so as an understanding of how much they gave and the code would be turned off again, no one had a formal excuse from the administrator, that's all, they turned it off in the morning, in the evening, on the day of departure when they need to get together, I think that this is not acceptable for a hotel of this level, the hotel does not think so and is not going to settle, close and repair its housing and communal services, breeding unsanitary conditions, it is pointless to talk about the rest, since everything else does not matter when there are no basic amenities

I took one star for room service, the lack of Russian speakers at the reception and a little thoughtlessness with sun beds (I had to take places early in the morning because of the big rush in the season), but the hotel itself and the staff are very good, especially with a good knowledge of English!
The rooms are new and clean, just like the hotel, the Thai accent of the hotel is well felt, there is entertainment for all ages for kids, teenagers, and parents, a child can always be left in a magnificent children's club.
The food is varied, for every taste and color, there are also several restaurants.
The beach is clean, like the sea, when you go shallow, but if you swim closer to the buoys, then you will not get sand with your feet there. There were rumors that you could stumble upon a jellyfish, I didn't notice it myself, but I noticed a lot of starfish.
There are also excursions to Dubai itself, very interesting, but if you want to go somewhere without an excursion, you can call a taxi from the reception.

The hotel is new. The rooms are new, everything is clean, not bad, sun beds, repairs, linen towels are all for 5.
Food. The main restaurant is Thai cuisine, respectively, everything is very spicy. At first and unknowingly, your eyes pop out on your forehead, then you already know what to take or not, it becomes easier) nutrition for children - 2. Pasta with neggets all the time, the rest is impossible for children to eat - too spicy. There is another restaurant on the 8th floor, a smaller selection, more oriental cuisine. The restaurant itself is quieter and quieter-we liked it. The sand that's on the street is burgers with French fries. Alcohol: bottled Thai delicious beer, sour wine, but you can drink. Cocktails are not very good, as are pastries. In general, the food is good. The wild queues at the entrance to the restaurant and waiting for drinks were depressing-the system is such that you can't take anything yourself, but the waiters are very busy and do not have time.
Sea. In September, the warmest, the approach is gentle for children, but shells and pebbles are kicking their feet-we bought corals for the child and the problem was solved. There are a lot of sunbeds, but the first line is engaged the fastest and after breakfast you will get 3-4 rows)
Pools. They are engaged at 8 in the morning. As soon as they are opened, it is never impossible to find a place. The water cools down and it's cool enough there. Once there were no towels at 10 o'clock, we waited about an hour for new ones to be brought-everything was disassembled.
Distance from everything. To the center about 100 dirhams, to the Dubai Mall 60-80. It's a long way. There's nothing around the hotel.
In general, we put 3-4 to say that I can't do it badly here. In terms of price/quality ratio, it's probably not bad for Dubai. The scariest thing in this hotel is queues: at the bar, at the restaurant for breakfast-lunch-dinner, for towels, a queue at 7:50 to take sun beds by the pool, a queue for the elevator…

Our vacation started in June, my husband and two children and I settled us early, the girls at the reception were very happy to help, helped a lot, even though we had bad English, we ate at a wonderful suanbua restaurant where there is very tasty Thai cuisine. We walked around the hotel and returned to the room. The rooms are very clean and first class. We went down to the reception to drink Arabic coffee. at the reception we met a very good Russian-speaking guy named Artem Who told us everything that happens in the hotel, all the animations and places. He told me where you can have lunch, have a delicious breakfast, and so on. The next morning we woke up and went to his Aqua Aerobics there was a full pool. We really liked to see what a Professional does, All adults and children were delighted. Then we went to the beach for a swim.In the evening there was a children's disco, the girls were very active.Even my husband and I danced a little.The next morning we had an excursion to Ramka, Dubai. The weather, of course, was unbearable and the little daughter became ill.We called and wrote to our travel agent, but he did not answer.Since we don't know the numbers of the help desk and the English language.We wrote to everyone who could help.Artem answered us despite the fact that he had a day off that day. He arrived quickly. And took us to the Dubai Hospital not far from our hotel. He was like our translator. The doctors gave the pills and said it was because of the intense heat. The next day we went to a kindergarten called comp safari. There was a very wonderful girl named Malikhan who always played with our children and understood a little Russian.On the penultimate day we went to the spa. My husband and I did a massage while our kids were getting baby pedicures and baby massages.of course, the pleasure is not cheap, but once in a lifetime You can try it, as real professionals from Thailand did. The next day we were checked out at 14:00. We were very satisfied. Artem took us to the bus and we said goodbye. We hope that he will see this review and we want to thank him.for loyalty to the guests of the hotel for the fact that he is always happy to help. And he never refused his help.

The hotel has only 2 disadvantages:
1. You live like on a runway. Planes fly endlessly overhead. It starts to get annoying after 3-4 days.
2. Lack of staff in the restaurant and in general, there is little space, there are queues, but they judge quickly enough. You wait a long time for drinks for lunch and dinner. There's no problem with that at breakfast. AND THERE are NO TEASPOONS. A trifle, but very annoying, tea / coffee is not stirred, dessert is not eaten.
The place is gorgeous for children, all heated pools. There is a corner for adults 16+, where there is silence and relaxation.
Very good cuisine, the food is varied and delicious.

Not only for the children in the pool, but how many glasses of drinks did you take, tea, coffee, milk, alcohol ... the queues are huge in the restaurant, especially in the evening. In the elevator too. The pools are good, heated in January, we swim, it's comfortable. But the bay, of course, is 20 degrees, we just lie there and tan. The territory of the hotel is very small. There is no animation for children, only water aerobics in the morning. In the evening, like a disco, a magnaphone is put on and songs are included - dance yourself. Everything is delicious in terms of nutrition, but the food is standard, we haven't met any steaks and seafood yet, we rest for 3 days. A 3-year-old child can always find something to feed, there is plenty of non-spicy food: chicken, fish, potatoes, pasta, rice, vegetables and fruits. Yesterday there were even soup with sour cream. There is no desire to return to the hotel anymore

I liked everything (service, food, rooms, territory, swimming pools, bars) except for two points.
The first disadvantage: when we arrived, there was not a single Russian-speaking person at the reception of three people. There were Asian girls who spoke English with an accent and I didn't understand them the first time.
In another shift, a girl who speaks Russian appeared.
The second disadvantage: when we chose this hotel, it was important for us to have water slides not only for children, but also for adults. There were slides in the photos.
In fact, there are slides too, but the pool at the bottom of the slides is so shallow that my 12-year-old daughter, rolling down the slide, hit the bottom of the pool with her lower back.
As a result, neither I nor the children from the water slides did not ride.

The hotel is new - everything is clean (the entire territory is washed from 5 am), there are flavors everywhere (reception, elevators, floors) - the smell is pleasant. Several restaurants with a variety of menus. Almost all heated pools (open until 20.00). The beach is sandy, the entrance to the water is gentle. The hotel is focused on holidays with children. If you want to be quiet - there are 2 pools for adults only. There are a lot of lifeguards and they really look after the children. Take sea view rooms, otherwise you will be looking at a huge shopping center under construction. Of the minuses, the hotel is located on a new bulk island, respectively, there is no infrastructure nearby yet, and I would also like to add evening animation.
