An excellent hotel with wonderful views from room windows and the beach and also extra opportunities, such as a chance to have a boat trip around Palm Jumeira or replacing dinner in your restaurant by dinner in other restaurants like with Mexican or Brazilian cuisine.

Was so pleased by the reception staff, they were so kind and hospitable and all the impression was just broken by the awful staff especially at the restaurant and cafe (near the pool) and the security. Feeling themselves as CEO of the hotel and very rude behaving to the people, to the tenants. Very sad when writing this review and don’t believe it’s Marriott chain of the hotels. After check out will duplicate the review to my booking reservation as well. 0 of 5 stars only coz the cafe and security staff.

The top location is Palm Jumeirah. We stayed at the Aloft 4-star Hotel, with its own beach a 3-minute walk away. The beach is sandy with seashells at sunset, you can meet crabs, fish, jellyfish (!), hedgehogs (!), starfish - take masks, scuba gear and more to admire. The sea was warm, the air was hot (of course, it was August) and humid (there was often a haze), so we swam and sunbathed before 12 and after 16 hours. It's hard to be outside during the day, and in the evening, too, when we went out for a walk, we were covered in sweat after 15 minutes, but in the evening it was bearable. We had a room with a partial sea view - and it was a top view! The buffets are super - everything is delicious and varied. We went to the Greek restaurant in the hotel and, to be honest, the buffet is definitely better) The staff is very attentive, and some of them even speak Russian at the reception. There is a shuttle bus to Mall o f the Emirates 4 times a day, and if you need to get to other locations, take a taxi. There is billiards, table football, gym, swimming pool for children and adults, 2 restaurants. There are no grocery stores nearby, we went to the grocery Carrefour by shuttle at the Mall of the Emirates or ordered delivery via the Talabat app (cash payment is possible). On the 1st floor there is a corner where the hotel manager sits, who will help you buy tickets for viewing platforms, excursions, shows, attractions, without imposing anything extra.

A place for a beach holiday. It is located almost at the very edge of the right branch of the Palm Jumeirah. The hotel is clean, the room is large. The food is varied every day. Who will choose the program, watch carefully. They have a Soft All Inclusive, that is, everything is included, only without alcohol. A boat trip is organized for the hotel's visitors once. There is a free bus service four times a day to the Mall Of The Emirates Mall. There is also a metro station with the same name. And you can already see almost the whole of Dubai by metro.

Just returned from. Have a fabulous trip to Dubai and the Aloft Hotel has exceeded my expectations!💯 We were with a 1.5-year-old baby and the attitude towards children from the staff was simply incomparable, so many sincere smiles, on the beach we were given a sand truck and a ball by lifeguards, room cleaning, as in a 5-star hotel, everything in the room is right down to an iron with a board, a hairdryer, cosmetics, a gorgeous view from the panoramic balcony and a great walking area along the palm tree at the exit of the hotel. It's 3 minutes to the beach, there are a lot of sun beds, towels, there are shells, you can put shoes on your feet with aquasocks, sometimes the tide drifts in and the hedgehogs look at your feet, we had a kid in flip-flops on the beach. Buffet food for every taste, everything is sooooo delicious A lot of water activities for an additional fee, 1 yacht ride from the hotel. There is also a bus from the hotel to the Emirates Mall, which is convenient to get to the desired point by metro. The child was also delighted with the children's pool and playground. I will definitely recommend this hotel and say that in terms of price / accommodation, view, food and staff, 100% perfect combination.👍

I'll start with the flight. We flew on Flaydubay. Everything is fine, but the flight attendants don't speak a word of Russian. Charter to Russia, but they can't talk.😕 We stayed at the hotel in mid-November 2025. We arrived at 9 a.m. The reception offered a room with a sea view for an additional fee ($102 per week). We took it and didn't regret it. They immediately told us that dinner could be exchanged for lunch. The buffet is gorgeous. There were crabs 3 times. There are a lot of things. Fruits include grapes, apples, watermelons, pineapples, and bananas every day. Meals for 5. Lots of different desserts. The daily cleaning is perfect. There is plenty of water, tea, coffee, and sugar in the room. Once you can take a boat trip across the Persian Gulf for free from the hotel. I haven't seen any reviews about guided tours, so I'll write to you. We took excursions to Abu Dhabi and a sightseeing tour of Dubai from the Russian Express tour operator. Each tour costs 100 dollars per person. Very interesting. Everything was fine, except for the drivers, who were late all the time, and because of them, we were hungry in the evening. There are no shops nearby. We went to the flower park and the singing fountains ourselves. The free bus from and to the hotel runs according to the schedule. On the day of departure, you can leave your belongings at the reception at least until the next day, as in the luggage room. We are very satisfied with the rest. Thanks a lot to the Russian-speaking staff, they explain and show everything.

We stayed at this hotel in June. Location on Palm Jumeirah Island. We chose this hotel primarily because of its proximity to the sea. The hotel has its own excellent beach. The clearest sea, without waves. Sun beds and umbrellas are always freely available. No need to run to borrow. The beach is clean and comfortable. The food at the hotel is good. Cleaning is daily, above all praise. A bus runs from the hotel several times a day to the Emirates Mall. Very convenient. From this mall you can get to other places by metro. Great hotel! A private beach is just a 2-minute walk away, sun beds are free on the beach and pool. The bar is both expensive, ~1,000 rubles for 0.33 beers. You can only take your alcohol to the beach. The Swedish cuisine is excellent, but without any special delicacies. We took breakfast + lunch + dinner, a caveat: for lunch and dinner, drinks are only water and coffee/tea. The rooms are cleaned every day, very clean, the staff is friendly, there are several Russian speakers at the reception. Transfer to Emirates Mall and back 4 times a day. The hotel is almost the last one on Palma, but if you travel by taxi, it's not a big deal, in the area of 100 dirhams it will cost to get to the mall or to the metro station. There is also a monorail relatively close to the Atlantis Hotel and you can use it to get to the subway, but we haven't tried it.

We had a rest in October 2025. The hotel is wonderful! Separate 5 stars for the reception staff and the maids! Clean, beautiful beach! Nutrition is beyond praise. The views are amazing! One day for 5 days there were shrimps, but only for lunch, once they gave cheese for breakfast - it was the most delicious cheese that I have ever eaten)) In general, it's normal, I was upset only by the lack of delicious coffee ... the sun has been scorching since 11 a.m. After 15, it's good, the wind blows, but the sun is still strong. On day 4, I had an allergy to the sun, I'm not the only one, anti-allergy pills don't really help if you go out in the sun again.. Since this is an artificially created island, the water there is stagnant, as I understand it, but still clear, transparent blue with a turquoise tint. Jellyfish are swimming... It's just a matter of luck... take panthenol or something like that.. The hotel is called one of the best.. probably the best in this category.. In general, it will do to rest for a week, but it is already difficult to take longer due to the monotonous food.

The hotel has 3 rooms. The rooms are already old (stained carpets, wallpaper coming off the walls). The room was booked for 3 people, but the number of towels was for one, I had to ask to bring bathrobes, slippers and disposable accessories, which should have been. There is no real recreation area in the hotel. I wasn't happy with the beach either - there are a lot of rocks and shells and sea urchins (I'm sure the beach is not cleaned). There was no variety in the food - it was the same for 8 days. There were also snacks near the pool and on the beach, with restrictions (our tariff was "all inclusive"), but you could only take one snack per person. There is no ice cream, sorbet is available for a fee. There are restaurants on site, but they offer a choice of appetizers, salads and hot dishes, and if you go there, you won't go to the main restaurant. The transfer is one for several hotels, so it is not always possible to board. And goes to the Mall for about 40 minutes. And another joke, they put paper bracelets on us, like from a nightclub, and told us to walk with them (and how about sunbathing), but of course we took them off.

Before the trip, we read and reviewed everything we can about this hotel. We understood and were aware that the hotel is small, without animation and is located, practically, at the very end of the palm tree. We were completely satisfied with this. The hotel is quiet, clean and new. Good food, the choice is not very large, but there is always some kind of clean side dish without seasonings (mainly rice), several types of meat and/or fish, fresh and stewed vegetables, very tasty desserts, there is clean and detox water for all meals. For the child, fries or pizza were offered several times separately (for free) for dinner. Seafood is served at the restaurant on Saturdays. The waiters work great. Quickly, clearly, imperceptibly. The Swedish line is always clean, it is closely monitored so that nothing is lying around, there are no drops / smudges and there are always clean appliances to take food. We also visited the Italian restaurant Il Tivoli. I really liked it. We were served by a young man who speaks Russian. Very attentive and helpful. You can take breakfast, lunch or dinner separately at the hotel, but the prices are decent (I will attach a photo). We were on the FB feed. We are happy that we took him. The rooms are very modern, good cosmetics in the shower, excellent cleaning, towels and bed linen are new, pillows are both soft and harder. The staff at the hotel is very professional. They work clearly, everyone knows their area of responsibility. Special thanks to the receptionist girl named WissemShe's just a fairy! Wonderful, pleasant, very responsive and customer-oriented, she quickly helped us with the check-in and with the solution of all the household issues that arose. We will be very glad to see her again! 💓 The sea is a 2-minute walk from the hotel. Clean, warm!!! There were no jellyfish in June, you can sit in the water for hours! There are fish, starfish, crabs, beautiful shells. They are not colored, but they are also living creatures, it is quite possible for a child to swim with a mask. An excellent solution from the hotel is inflatable mattresses on the water, on which you can sunbathe. We haven't even been lying on the sun beds for a single day. The hotel has its own private beach, which is an undeniable plus! Towels are given out on the beach and you hand them over at the exit. It is very convenient, you do not need to carry them with you. There is a bar, toilet, shower on the beach. The hotel can be reached in a minute by golf cart, if you are lucky enough to meet him🙂 A free shuttle service to the malls is organized from the hotel several times a day, very convenient, runs exactly on schedule. For small children there is a small pool and a swing, there is no animation. For older people, there is a small pool table and table football in the lobby. There are no shops or entertainment near the hotel. When traveling here, this should be taken into account. The prices of food and drinks at the hotel are high (if you compare it with a supermarket in Dubai, for example). For understanding, I will attach to the review a photo with the price of water in the self-service lobby bar. The hotel is just perfect for a relaxing holiday. In order to entertain yourself and your children, you need to plan trips to the city (museums, malls, markets, amusement parks, excursions, water parks). Take into account the season (for long excursions outside, the summer months are definitely not suitable) and + your financial capabilities. Everything is here, but everything is not cheap, however, the service in the UAE is really great!

We stayed at this hotel from June 26 to July 02, 2024 incl. (6 nights, 7 days). Breakfast-lunch/dinner. 1 adult and a child of 12 years old. A great hotel, fully matching the description on the website. We were checked in immediately after arrival, which certainly lifted the mood. By the way, no one asked for an additional fee or tip for this. Cozy rooms with everything you need, including: air conditioning, safe, refrigerator, ironing board with iron, kettle with appropriate accessories, slippers, bathrobe, etc. Beautiful and stylish design of rooms and public areas. Excellent service, the staff is very friendly and attentive, always ready to help and respond to any request. Cleaning is done efficiently, every day, even without tips. There is a magnificent view of the sea from the rooms, Mexican and Italian restaurants and the pool. We fell asleep and woke up, watched the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises. And there is also a magnificent promenade along which we strolled after dinner. The pool is cooled, clean, transparent, with a wonderful view of the Persian Gulf and the Parus Hotel. There are always free umbrellas and sun beds, a towel. Bar. The food is excellent, high-quality and varied, the choice of dishes is both European and national. The sea and the beach are clean and well maintained. The sea is close, a beautiful beach, where there are always free umbrellas and sun beds, towels, mattresses on the water, shower, toilet. And the bar located on the beach is the perfect solution! Good Wi-Fi in the rooms and throughout the hotel, which was extremely important to me. The vacation was perfect! We recommend it!

The staff is friendly and the linen in the room was changed every day! It was very unusual for us. The hotel has a small gym - we also went there. The water in the room was replenished daily, and if it ran out, we dialed in the gym) There's a cooler there. They were scared of the heat, but either we love the heat so much, or something, but we liked it on the beach - there are free umbrellas with sun beds (I lay there at lunch) and by the pool, which is cooled. This is a separate great feature for 40 degrees of heat in the air. Of the minuses for us, I can say this, We went to an Italian restaurant, yes it was delicious, but because of the drinks (including water!) you pay, and with wild money, we didn't go any more. By the way, we took a liter bottle of water and two cans of pepsi 250 ml and paid 100 dirhams for it! ((( a jar of lemonade 1000 rubles for our money! Alcohol is also sold at the bar, also at the same wild prices - 3 bottles of 2500 rubles for the promotion) Well, it's the Emirates - there's nothing you can do about it. I definitely recommend the hotel! The best price-quality ratio.

The air conditioner works well, but keep in mind that when the balcony is open, the air conditioner automatically turns off. The sea is a 3-minute walk away. Towels at the entrance to the beach are used. There are always free sun beds. The entrance is flat, sand. There are various animals in the purest sea. Not Red, of course, but crabs and small fish can be seen. We saw a couple of cuttlefish once - very funny. The beach bar is available. Meal. We took breakfast / dinner, because in practice we do not need ALL. Decent, quite varied menu. There was enough choice and quantity. The juices are delicious, the coffee from the vending machine is decent. Lunch: hot to choose from (chicken, vegetables and maybe fish, beef. The portion of meat is large. Vegetables, salads, the same watermelons. Dinner: you can go to 1 of 2 a la carte restaurants (Italian, Mexican) or go to a restaurant. We went to Italian. There you can take 1 appetizer and 1 main course or 1 main course and 1 dessert for free. Drinks are charged separately. I took cocktails and pizza.
