The hotel is for an amateur... we were out of season, but the hotel was packed with vacationers... the bars work according to schedule, compatriots drink a screwdriver in 50 degrees of heat. The room is good, we had a two-room.. big, clean. Cosmetics are all in dispensers .. it's not serious for a 5 star hotel

The hotel has great food - and that's the only thing that's great about it. Beach and pool area: entrance to the sea with sharp stones (the sea itself is amazing, calm, clean and warm), the beach is dirty, the staff is lazy. The rooms are miserable, the cleaning is ugly - I'm not a "maniac" of cleanliness, but I've never seen worse cleaning (despite the fact that I left a good tip every day)! The staff as a whole (with a few pleasant exceptions) is boorish, lazy and unfriendly. The Internet works fine via wi-fi only in the lobby area, it does not catch in the room at all - I used a mobile phone (the signal is good). Places by the pool (and on the beach) should be occupied early in the morning, otherwise everything is occupied. Beach towels are worn out. Everything is kind of old and dirty. The level as a whole does not correspond to Rixos at all. Only wonderful cuisine - delicious and a great variety, but queues!

The hotel is tired. I was in it 4 times and each time it gets worse and worse. Repairs have not been done for a long time. The food was getting worse and worse with each arrival. Entertainment has become almost zero. If after the first time my wife and I really wanted to return, then we will not go now for sure and we do not advise. This is not a Rixos, a parody.
