I do not know what people pay such money for. Probably for the name only. There is no children's menu except French fries and pasta. The queue is frenzied everywhere. The place is so-so, the beach is made of shells, the rooms are old, the corridors stink of mold, the tables are not cleaned from the word at all. Children are not allowed in the spa. One disappointment

I gave 5 stars for everything outside the room. For a clean 3 room! The premium room is just creepy! Old! The sofa is torn, the bathroom door has withstood more than one flood, the shower hose is leaking, and so on. But it's super outside! Good bars, great restaurants in the afternoon and evening! A terrible hotel. Room service is a nightmare, they didn't always vacuum, they left dirty glasses, of what they had to bring daily (soap, a set of cotton swabs, etc.), not everything was brought and only 1 set for three people!!! Gariki had to ask for something every day, and then, instead of face towels, they brought towels for feet…
The sea is dirty, they don't clean it.
Cocktails are made from cheap and not tasty alcohol.
Initially, the room was given in a disgusting dirty condition, but then it was changed, not to mention that they gave a very small room for three.
A very bad pressure in the shower, with which nothing was done.
The only thing is a good choice of food and that's probably all…
I was disappointed with this hotel, I will not return here again.

We rested for 10 days. We were offered apartments instead of three rooms, renovated, clean rooms. Cleaning was carried out every day, Gopal was especially well cleaned, special thanks. Rixos bab al bahr
The most unfortunate hotel we stayed at.
We have already been on the rixos network before and were generally satisfied.
But this hotel is a disappointment. We went to a family hotel, premium class, as they declare themselves. But it's not even 2 stars. Which I bet for sometimes delicious fruits.
We are here for the 5th day, there is still a week ahead-but how to survive it here is a huge question.
Let's start with the service-it is missing here, to put it mildly. We were settled in a completely unprepared room (there were no accessories, there were 2 towels)
The shower did not work, the shelf in the bathroom is not fixed in any way, the air conditioner is not regulated for heat. (It's cold in the room in the evening and at night)
We arrived with a child and a cot was registered in our tour. Which was also not there at check-in and we asked for it after 2 days of our trips to the reception.
The rooms are very tired. It's high time to change the carpet, it's just terribly dirty, all stained and there is no desire to step on it without shoes at all.
It is problematic to find free deck chairs nearby for a family. They are not enough with such a load.
What shocked me at all was that they bring water. Bottles already have the smell of stagnant water (these are ordinary plastic bottles in which water is topped up and left standing). And so every day, new water is added to the old water and covered with an old lid.
It's a total shock to me. I understand everything, ecology, etc.-but it is not pleasant in relation to visitors
Children's menu and children's room-the children's menu is very narrow. Pasta, a couple of sauces, one porridge and nuggets (vegetables, fruits and on a regular table)
There is no children's table at breakfast at all. It's not set for breakfast. Lunch/dinner only. There are no dishes and appliances for children
The children's playground is very sparse. The toys are already battered and need to be replaced. There are absolutely no toys for kids (under 3 years old)
Yes, actually, there is nothing really there except a broken constructor. Where are the details, anyhow, 5 designers from different series are mixed
Some parts don't connect to others at all.
In general, the hotel is a complete disappointment. We paid more than $ 5,000 for the tour (more than 440,000rubles in 9 days)
For such a quality of service-even 200 rubles is expensive
Also, be prepared for the fact that you can not walk on the beach after 17:30. They're being kicked out of there. You can only walk in the area where there are "buoys" all along the shore-you can not walk. It's strange, I came to the sea-on the shore of which you can't walk. (We wanted to watch crabs with the child)
The hotel is not very inviting and I highly recommend not coming here. Choose the neighboring ones better, but not this one.
This hotel will appeal to those who are traveling abroad for the first time. But for people who have "seen" it no longer exists.

Don't expect anything supernatural from this hotel. Expectations will not be met. This hotel is at the level of ~average Turkish. If you understand this, then everything will be fine. The service as a whole is so-so. To put it mildly, you expect more. On the plus side, a la carte restaurants can be visited every day if you book in advance.

Just returning from the hotel, in my opinion, the cost is greatly overstated, there is a very tired, dirty ladies' room in the lobby (the doors are broken). We lived in a deluxe room, the room itself is large, but I was unpleasantly surprised that there were no toothbrushes, we kind of expected that a hotel of this level has them.
The food left a twofold impression, like, a lot of everything, but the taste is average. For breakfast, honey was just in a bowl, not in a honeycomb. One of the Nuts was peanuts, there was no nutella, and the biggest disappointment was that there was no red fish, even for breakfast.
The kids liked the Tiins Club, a good idea with consoles and billiards. Animation, so-so. Delicious cocktails at the beach bar, Margarita was especially impressed.
The hotel has a smart control system, it will not work to eat without paying, with us one couple (arrived early in the morning) wanted to have breakfast, but providing meals on the day of arrival from lunch, an employee approached them and demanded to pay for breakfast.
A very strange contingent of vacationers, including gay families, is a shock to me.
In short, I am unlikely to return to this hotel, I think they should reconsider the cost of services or increase the service to real 5 stars.

A good hotel, we were in this chain for the first time. Good all inclusive. On the territory, of course, repairs are needed in places, but they were in February 2023, they were doing it slowly, it did not interfere with rest. Good animation, both for children and adults, the guys are trying. The food is great, everyone will find something delicious and unusual for themselves. There is also a new food theme every day (Mexican, Italian, etc.). It was there for a week, we were satisfied.

A chic-looking hotel with AI. The problem is that public places (restaurants, swimming pool, beach) are not calculated for the number of rooms and guests that are there.
As a result, I came to a kind of posh hotel, but you are always in a struggle for a table, food, drink or a lounger. Hiking is a problem of all Rixos hotels. But if you take a picture without people, you get a gorgeous picture.
In general, after this trip, I will not just overpay for Rixos relative to other hotels, I try not to go there at all.

The food on some days was very interesting, on some, so, for three. Just like everywhere else in Rixos! But if you like fast food, then welcome! However, there are a lot of salads. The room itself is small, so it is noisy and cramped. Alcohol sucks, all of it!
Number. I had the biggest one. The beds are comfortable. The shelves are hanging out in the bathrooms! The kettle in the kitchen is burnt, and the coffee is disgusting.the pool is not bad and the beach too. Sometimes there are no towels. And battered already ! But not for long. The beach, on the left, where there are pergolas, sewage drain. The sockets in the room are broken! There are 3 remote controls for 4 TVs. One of the two mini-bars is simply NOT THERE! There are cockroaches in the room, guys in a skirt on the street! I didn't plan to meet them on vacation!!!
