For the fourth time we rest in this hotel . Every time it gets worse... over the past 3 months, a lot of staff have changed. The kids ' club has become absolutely nothing .Employees with lean faces are not interested in children. Previously, children did not want to leave the club, now they say it's boring …
Food 🙈 smiiiile reduced range of dishes, even in comparison with the previous January .
The pool is barely warm . Sun beds close to each other (no personal space) it's the same on the beach.
. The women 's hamam has been in need of repair for a long time . Not everything works as far as the lockers, they do not close with an electronic lock.
The hotel is well advertised, always crowded. but:

Hi. Well, so-so! I wouldn't go any more!
The food on some days was very interesting, on some, so, for three. Just like everywhere else in Rixos! But if you like fast food, then welcome! However, there are a lot of salads. The room itself is small, so it is noisy and cramped. Alcohol sucks, all of it!
Number. I had the biggest one. The beds are comfortable. The shelves are hanging out in the bathrooms! The kettle in the kitchen is burnt, and the coffee is disgusting.the pool is not bad and the beach too. Sometimes there are no towels. And battered already ! But not for long. The beach, on the left, where there are pergolas, sewage drain. The sockets in the room are broken! There are 3 remote controls for 4 TVs. One of the two mini-bars is simply NOT THERE! There are cockroaches in the room, guys in a skirt on the street! I didn't plan to meet them on vacation!!!

A chic-looking hotel with AI. The problem is that public places (restaurants, swimming pool, beach) are not calculated for the number of rooms and guests that are there.
As a result, I came to a kind of posh hotel, but you are always in a struggle for a table, food, drink or a lounger. Hiking is a problem of all Rixos hotels. But if you take a picture without people, you get a gorgeous picture.
In general, after this trip, I will not just overpay for Rixos relative to other hotels, I try not to go there at all.
Although I liked the place, there would be a good hotel (there seems to be one nearby) it would be 5+. Well, or if Rixos knew how to manage expectations correctly. They would have written

We rested in the spring of 2022 with a child of 5 years. The food is normal, of course there are not a few people. There are enough swimming pools with a lot of vacationers. Special words of gratitude to the employees of the children's club (Mikhail, Alexandra, Jay, Olesya, Victor, Zhenya, Beatrice and Anena). Very fun and interesting. The child was impressed and wants to return to the hotel only because of the animation.

I would like to start with something good, but nothing good comes to mind, honestly.
It doesn't even smell like five stars.
We arrived late in the evening, on July 15, at Dubai airport, while we got to the hotel by taxi, it's almost an hour on the road, I can't imagine how many people take the bus to the hotel, probably all 2 hours. We were met badly, there was one receptionist, unsmiling, gave a terrible room, we were able to change it only a day later, and then they wrote an official letter, because the hotel representatives said there were no places. In the lobby, all the sofas and armchairs are stained, but their bar waiters were always friendly and smiling.
They gave us a better room, we should have had a two-room, large one with balconies - everything is "OK", but the problem turned out to be in this room - they have mold in all bathrooms, hoods do not work. And only in the third room there was no mold - this is in the main building, as I was later told, they began to be repaired. Imagine, moving for three days is a complete brain drain. And even in the renovated hood did not work as it should.
You get out of the shower, as if from a bath, and all this moisture still remains in the room. They are cleaned outrageously, I asked to change the towels several times, because they brought some gray, washed-out color, as if they were wiping the floors with them:((And for the whole family, 4 towels, one for each.
There is a separate story about the buffet.
A very small space for so many people, queues stood at the entrance to this hall, because there were no free tables, and if you have already found a place for yourself, then there is no comfort:
- almost right next to the neighboring tables;
- waiters with their carts drive around the hall, with garbage bags, scrape off all the leftovers from the plates, it's just a horror, while you're sitting eating, they drive past you all the time, like sleepy garbage truck flies ((( ; - the food itself is 3+, designed for a very average segment of the consumer.
For this reason, they came later, an hour before closing, so that no one would rush around with carts and sit comfortably. There are no napkins on the table, only one for each person is served, I had to ask.
In my life I would not have thought that such a Rixos is such a terrible hotel.
He's not worth that kind of money at all. We are going to Dubai for
the fourth time, although we have always gone to the palm tree.
We decided to change the place, we thought there was an open sea, without construction sites, very beautiful photos on the official website, which is not really there, but, and there is a huge construction site near the hotel on the right. All the balconies are covered in sand dust, no one has ever wiped there (the table and chairs are all covered in yellow sand dust), it was impossible to dry the laundry. I got so many things dirty, just tin ((
There is no sand on the beach, but a small crumb of shells, the sea itself is dirty, a lot of algae and jellyfish.
In short, not rest, but hassle with them. I do not recommend anyone to go to this hotel for such money, who is used to paying for quality))
Believe me, this is a 3-star maximum.
I just couldn't imagine that such a thing is even possible in Dubai ....10 days of stress 🙈 this has never happened to me before to make such a mistake with the choice of a hotel💥

We had a rest in February. Of the minuses: 1. Booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children. There was only one extra bed per child, for the second they asked for an additional payment of 150 dirhams per day. 2. The key cards did not work all the time, for 8 days of rest they were changed, stitched, programmed, repaired the lock 4 times. 3. There were a lot of people, sometimes it seemed that there was not enough territory for everyone. 4. there were often queues at the main restaurant. 5. The furniture in the rooms is very tired. Of the advantages: 1. There is everything from food, they did not stay hungry. There are no complaints about drinks either.
