The hotel is not new!
Those who have been to Rihos Turkey and Egypt can not expect such impressions as there, these places and here everything is simpler with service, food and entertainment.

Excellent hotel, the staff is mostly Kazakhs, and communicate in Russian and English, several swimming pools, a sports ground with exercise equipment right on the street, a basketball court, the food is very tasty and in assortment. I highly recommend it.

I was at the Rixos hotel for the first time and honestly didn't regret a bit. Despite the fact that the hotel is relatively young, everything was at the highest level: beautiful large rooms, delicious and varied food, friendly and helpful staff, an interesting and colorful program in the evening. The only thing I didn't like was the sea, it's very warm (we were in June) and absolutely dead. My children and I love to look at marine life, unfortunately you will not find them here.
Excellent price-quality ratio, I recommend it!

The New Year's Eve banquet of the 2024 meeting was simply gorgeous. It was the first time in my 49 years that I was in a pleasant shock. It's like I got to the Oscar ceremony. Otherwise, the hotel is average. A solid five, but there are better hotels. For example, Rixos too, but on a Palm Tree.

If, reading the name of the Rixos hotel, you imagine a serious ***** suite, where drinks are brought on the beach, a permanent waiter works, towels are laid for you and a separate person wipes sunglasses for guests - I hasten to upset you, this will not happen here. I went to the "five in the Emirates, got into the Turkish "four-".The hotel is crowded, there are no places at the pools after 9.00, there is a queue at the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner.The room is not bad, but repair and dry cleaning of furniture and carpet is highly recommended.The staff is trying very hard, but...I do not recommend it!

We rested with children in this hotel for 7 days in December 2023 , I have not seen a worse hotel for this money , 3 pools and all 3 are filled with people , it's just disgusting to swim ... there is not one free sunbed on the sea !
The room service is terrible , they feed the same thing (and everything is not tasty), then they over -salt, then they over -dry, the choice of food is small ... in general , the disorder is complete !!!I do not recommend it!

The hotel is tired, walls, tables are scuffed everywhere ... etc. There are very few seats for an evening rest. The lounge areas are small !! There are not enough sun beds near the pool and the sea !!! Vacationers , due to lack of places, settled on the sand and on the grass . In the main restaurant, for dinner, there were queues!!!! A very small playground for discos!! (children's classes were very crowded). A meager program . The cuisine is delicious and varied (crabs, oysters, mussels, shrimp, meat, fish, poultry..)

We rested for two days, then the child got bug bites. The reception changed the room, there they were even more changed again And in the third room the same bedbugs. The administration accused us of being brought in. We met vacationers from Givanovo, they also say they were bitten today. The hotel has 5 stars with bedbugs in all rooms!! If you don't want to spoil your vacation, then don't come here!!! Because the Administration doesn't care about you!!!!!!! It's just a breeding ground for BEDBUGS!!!

We arrived at the hotel 7 years later. The service has deteriorated, the restaurant has turned into a dining room, the tables are shaken off with a cloth and not even wiped with any means. We never got a room with a balcony, although we asked for it, but that's okay. There is a very thin layer of dense sand on the beach, but we were ready for this. But the algae was unpleasantly upset.
