Everything is fine, we decided to go to the Dubai mall on one of the days) they called a taxi there at the meter, when they left back they took a taxi, which did not warn that the cost would be three times more expensive. I really liked the hotel. It's not a long drive from the airport to the hotel. I drove for exactly 1 hour. The food is excellent: a lot of seafood: shrimp, squid, crabs, pineapples, watermelons and many other delicious things. The kids' club is good, there is a separate swimming pool. There are 4 swimming pools , all heated. One pool is located separately, 18+ sunbathe there, without children.The room service is excellent, everything is clean, the bed is changed every 3 days. The rooms have a free mini-bar: Coca-Cola, sprite, beer, chips, cookies. They replenish it every day.The staff is very polite, they work with smiles. Almost everyone understands Russian.The beach is good, we always found sun beds. There is a bar on the beach: but there was not always champagne in it. That's where the minus is in this hotel, otherwise all the advantages are the same!!! There is a grill cafe in the hotel where you can eat from 11-17.30, where very tasty wings with delicious sauce are served!!! I definitely recommend the hotel! Will I go to this hotel again? Great hotel! Good restaurants, bars, lots of swimming pools, there is a children's and teen club, a sports club. Of course, the kids' club is quite simple, it cannot be compared with Turkish ones, so the child was not left there, but the children there are more on their own. A good mini-bar just pleased me.
But there are a couple of "buts".
The rooms are sometimes not cleaned quickly: we were away once almost all day, arrived in the evening and the room was not cleaned, although they left a request to clean.

The most terrible hotel among the entire Rixos chain. The rooms are just awful! In the Shower, water flows out onto the floor, a puddle was formed all the time because of which they repeatedly fell, the latch is broken, keeps on snot. They repeatedly turned on do not disturb, left for literally an hour, we come the number is removed, the button is turned off, and when you turn on the cleaning call, nothing is removed! The restaurant-dining room is not very good. Before you go in, you have to stand in a huge queue to mark which room you're from. Sometimes there were not enough places. People are wild, they rush to eat everything, they do not follow the queue, they are not organized. There are no complaints about the chefs and waiters, they work well, cook delicious food, take away the plates.
The beach is small, there are often not enough sunbeds, the bottom has not been cleaned for a long time, there are a lot of algae, as well as several times they stepped on starfish.
The most terrible thing is the staff! There was a case, it was in the evening, they lost their phone, contacted the reception and sent them to the guard. The guards only looked at the lost items and told them to wait, while they did nothing (they did not look at the cameras, the place of loss was not searched) At one or two in the morning, in desperation, we went to look for ourselves (the guard came up after 15 minutes), We found the phone on our own while the guard was looking at the phone and stood a long way away from us. I love this hotel. I went with my family every three months!! Sooooo delicious Fish . Especially when her chef (Turk) cooks himself on the grill by the sea. It 's just a buzz . A bunch of inflatable centers were brought for the children 's day . There was cotton candy , popcorn , of course , everything is free . And what a delicious ice cream there is, but not which is distributed to children on the territory , but which is in the restaurant. I like it better.and what kind of theatrical entertainment , live music ! Children are engaged all day . My friends really love the evening children's disco ❤❤❤❤❤the scene is not alone . The troupes are invited from different countries to perform. And what I noticed is that the guys are giving their best 100%!!! Food: in my opinion, cool, but without frills (there are no lobsters), the choice is very large for both adults and children. There is Indian cuisine, which I personally adore. Every day of the week there is a themed dinner. There are a la carte restaurants, but you need an advance appointment, in our case - a week. Therefore, we only got to an Italian restaurant, everything was very good and delicious there) A burger joint with fast food is open during the day. There are fruits, but the taste and quality along the way depends on the season.
Service and staff: as in any good hotel in Turkey-Egypt, do not expect a magical attitude, but there is no rudeness if you are not rude. What I liked - they do not prioritize depending on nationality - they treat Arabs, Indians, Europeans, Kazakhs, Russians equally.
Rooms: as luck would have it. There are normal, there are tired. We were satisfied with a few comments, but without serious complaints. They respond to requests to replace something for a long time and reluctantly, especially if you do not know English. Our refrigerator was not cold, the question is fundamental, because it is necessary to store insulin in the cold. At the first request, they did not change it, but as soon as they explained the reason, they immediately brought a new one.
Cleanliness: in general, not bad, but due to the fact that there are a lot of children in the hotel, you risk stepping on a cake at dinner that some bubusik dropped😃 The staff really tries to clean everything up quickly, thanks to the responsible managers, but children are children, especially when there are a lot of them😃
Beach: subjectively, the beach is sad, the sand is large with shells, the water in August was air temperature (something closer to a hot bath, do not cool down). There was a construction site on the contrary, now maybe not anymore. But with all the disadvantages, there are always a lot of umbrellas, clean, a bar with soft drinks, well, in general, you can lie around👌🏻
Pools: we didn't even go into the main one - there's always a crowd there. There is a children's paddling pool nearby. Basik is cool on the beach because the water is really cool there. It's a thrill to cool down! There is also a bar and there are no children😉
Drinks: alcohol is strong and there is no local production, the quality is normal, and soft drinks (cola, fanta, sprite, etc.) are poured at lunch / dinner.
Location: in my opinion, it is extremely inconvenient. Next time we will go only to Dubai. Here, after a week of rest, you go crazy with idleness, the nearest mall is big, but sad (10 minutes by taxi), and it's a long and expensive way to get to Dubai, although it's quite real. Shopping - to Dubai, although the gaming laptop and jewelry were bought profitably in a local mall, but the choice is small.
Bottom line: Arabs and Kazakhs mostly rest in the hotel, usually with large families, where there are many children*. There are Europeans (mostly British). There were no conflicts (except for a compatriot drunk in the soup). Security seemed to be at a good level. There are no show-offs here, everything is quite simple, so if you want to luxuriously walk your soulmate without children, you are not here. Here is a purely family vacation, the hotel is about it.
*It should be noted that there are areas only for adults (in the main restaurant, some bars, a pool on the beach), which is undoubtedly a plus if you rattled here without children!

It feels strange. I expected more from Rixos. Firstly, there is not even a soap dish in the premium room, all you need is to ask for it yourself. Secondly, we asked for a dryer for things, and they answered us in pure Russian - "we don't have it, people are somehow coping, and you will solve your problem yourself." And this is all for a fairly round sum..
The most surprising thing is that the hotel's memo says that due to the fullness of the restaurant, half an hour is given for lunch and 45 minutes for dinner.
Crowds of citizens of Kazakhstan besiege the reception so that they can change their room to something better (I have nothing against it, it's just a fact - I saw three people in half an hour while I was waiting for the keys).
The food is excellent, the sea is warm.
In general, I flew to the Emirates, flew to the USSR, for my own money.

The biggest advantage of the hotel is a very tasty and varied cuisine of the level of a good restaurant. In fact, there are not a lot of dishes on the buffet, but everything that is very tasty. There is always something exotic from fruits (passion fruit, pitahaya), several types of meat (beef, lamb, duck, sliced beef tongue, sometimes carpaccio, there is always chicken. There are several types of fish, shrimps, mussels, and when the theme evening is fishy, there are also vongole and crabs. There is a table with Indian cuisine. Lots of greens, delicious salads, delicious porridges for breakfast, and soups for lunch (very tasty with salmon). Sweets are also on top, and very tasty smoothies are made in the lobby. And you can continue indefinitely.
Our room is very spacious, the bed is huge, the pillows are comfortable. They put a separate bed for the child, although there was a folding sofa in the room.
The room service is also excellent, the staff is very attentive, they were interested several times a day if something was needed.
In general, the staff is great, and the cleaning, and in bars and restaurants. There are enough places on the beach for everyone, there are many pools and there are also enough places.
Now about the little thing that ruined the impression. There are 8 a la carte restaurants in the hotel. Recording a call at a certain time. We signed up for one restaurant on Friday, and the second for Sunday.
Everything went perfectly at the Asian restaurant on Friday (I highly recommend salmon tobacco). And on Sunday, when we came to the meat restaurant, it turned out that our reservation was missing. And everything would be fine, but the restaurant manager did not show any involvement, did not apologize for this situation. And we can't sign up again, because we're leaving tomorrow.
So I strongly advise you to double-check your restaurant reservations at the reception. It's a small thing, of course, but not particularly pleasant, since the mood was for this restaurant, and I read a lot of reviews about how delicious the steaks are in it.
In general, I definitely recommend the hotel, and I may come back myself.

To say that I liked everything very much would not be honest.
If you do not find fault, then the absence of bathrobes, 1-2 towels, a current kettle and a poorly functioning refrigerator in the Ultra all-inclusive hotel room somehow did not give pleasure. Everything has to be asked, they bring it, but the kettle and refrigerator have remained in the same condition.
Food, service, there is practically nothing to complain about.However, sometimes there are queues at the entrance to the restaurant, sometimes you need to stand for 10 minutes.
In the bars on the territory, near the pools, on the beach there are only drinks and alcohol,not a single crumb anywhere,not an apple, not a cookie, it would be good if there were some chips, snacks ...
We were satisfied with the rest, the weather favored us, at the end of December the air temperature is 28-33 degrees, the waters in the Persian Gulf 23-25, it's just a disaster in the pools, the water is up to 30 degrees, you can cook.
There are no attractions around the hotel, the city center is 7-8 km away.
I highly recommend going to Dubai with an excursion, you will get the strongest impressions there.

During the day there is a breeze from the bay, or the desert, and in the evening it is very difficult outside. We were in the second half of August of the 22nd year.
By the way, for those who are thinking of going or not at this time, I can say that it's okay to live. Rest is not work. We went to Dubai in the afternoon, of course, it's a bit heavy there, but it's also bearable.

Rixos is a very cool hotel! I didn 't find a single minus !
Pool bars, a small water park, the sea on the territory, lifeguards at every step.
There is an ironing board and an iron in the room! Shampoo, balm, body gel, body cream, all this in large 250 ml bubbles.
There is even a hair band in the set :) The only thing that is not there is toothpaste !
The room is cleaned every day .
The bar is replenished every day . There is a private trader , coffee , milk, teas . The staff is all very polite and smiling ! We solved any problem.
The territory is very clean, constantly cleaned.
There is a pool of 16+ it is a separate paradise, it is for people who came without children.
Bars are open until 23:00 🕚 ice cream is free at every step. There is Wi -Fi in the room ! Wi - Fi is everywhere !

In "Rixos" were for the first time, rested from 13 to 26 September. I don't even want to describe the food, accommodation and other everyday moments, everything is at the highest level, above all praise! But most of all I liked the atmosphere in this hotel, moral and spiritual! You are not at a party, but at home among friends and people close to you! We arrived very early, but we were immediately settled in temporary housing until three o'clock, for me personally this is a huge help. From the very first moment, a young girl, Regina, was invited for us by a Russian-speaking agent for working with guests! Beautiful in every way! Perhaps we got her with our questions and requests, but apart from a smile and the fulfillment of our requests, there was nothing in response. Any remark and wish is fulfilled instantly. This is really a family hotel, I was very surprised by the care of the children. Nightly programs will not let adults get bored. Everything went great. I also really liked the fact that there were no vacationers who had too much alcohol!!! It is desirable to shorten the menu!!!! I'm afraid even to get on the scales at home!!! The room was just huge for two, but the terrace is even bigger. Thank you all for the atmosphere that reigns in this hotel and for the attitude towards guests! But we had a personal "nanny" (!!!), who, with the exception of a single weekend, advised and prompted us something every day. And it was a wonderful girl Regina! Health to the whole team, all the best and prosperity!!! I hope that it will happen to get to this hotel again. I recommend it to everyone! And even more so with the kids!

We were there twice. Great hotel. The children are delighted. Yes, it's old. But the animation is great. The kids club is super. The territory is well thought out, even though a lot of things are located in it. The food is much better than, for example, the twice more expensive Titanic Mardan Palace. They returned and did not regret it.

Great hotel. The Emirates are the Emirates. Stylish, expensive, solid. Cleaning is daily. The food is not inferior, and even better than in hotels in Turkey. The territory is well-groomed, large, green. There is a place to walk in the evening. Lots of shops. Evening annimation. There are a lot of people, but due to the large territory, this is not felt. Suitable for families with children who do not interfere with families without children due to competent zoning of the territory.

Great hotel. For recreation with children . Good cuisine. The warm sea, the child was very comfortable. Good undiluted alcohol. Very attentive staff. On the day of departure from the hotel, if you need to wait for the transfer until the evening, then you can hand over your suitcases and continue to rest. There are rooms in which you can take a shower after the sea, change clothes, use a hairdryer and calmly go to the hall and wait for the transfer.
