Great food - every day the cuisine of different nations. Seafood lovers will appreciate grilled octopus, crab, langoustine. There is a lot of food, there are a lot of seats-there have never been any problems with landing.
The rooms are in good condition, there was no dirt, sound insulation is sufficient.
There are enough pools, even taking into account the fact that there were a lot of people. There is a pool for children with animation, games and lifeguards.

My favorite place. Great vacation with the whole family. We have three children of different ages, and everyone was busy. Beautiful rooms, very well-trained staff.

There is a small minus - the bottom of the sea is not cleaned, walking on algae in the mud is extremely unpleasant. Take coral slippers with you, they will save you from hot sand. The rest of the shortcomings are minor, I won't even write. I advise you boldly. We will definitely go again. The July heat did not strain. Good day everyone! I want to share about the rest at the Rixos Bab Al Bah hotel in Ras al Qaim. I'll share about the flight later. We rested from February 28 to March 8, 24. They brought us to the hotel at 10.45 by micro bus, the settlement took place as standard three families in one hotel, the road took 55 minutes from Dubai airport. But at 14.30 we checked in, a room with a beautiful view from both sides of the blue surface. There is a green lawn carpet in the middle. The room on the 5th floor is 2501.Everything was clean, the towels were white, there was everything for the face, dental and body and hair gels, and of good quality. The furniture in the room is a little old, the corners on the table and bedside tables are broken, but this did not affect us positively. Many people say that lunch is not served before check-in, but we had lunch at exactly 13.00 hours. No ribbons are attached to anyone's hands. I'll be honest about the food, there is everything in a large assortment, but we know where we went on vacation, there will be no pork at home. The vegetables were delicious except the tomatoes. There are as many red fish as you want, but you can't count the fish dishes. The omelets outside are excellent. Porridge of 4 types. There are always mashed soups and broths. Alcohol has been pouring like a river since 10 o'clock, and there are good strong drinks and champagne too. The territory is well maintained and clean, there were a couple of rains. The sea is cool in the morning but very clean. There were no complaints about both the waiters in restaurants and bars and the bartenders, everything was in place. Professionals work at the reception, almost everyone knows Russian, problems are solved instantly. We would go again, we will definitely do it again.

I returned on 03/25/24. The hotel is in the price / service ratio for a solid 4. We went with the children. There is everything for children (swimming pools, a water park, a disco, playgrounds, a club for teenagers - 5 Sony PS5 pieces, board games, air hockey, etc.). I was also pleasantly surprised by the presence of bars and a swimming pool - children are not allowed to enter, only 21+))). The beach is nice, sandy. The depth is gradual. There are a number of specialized restaurants on site. I recommend making an appointment immediately upon arrival, for free dates. There is also a chain supermarket 200 m from the hotel (there is everything from cigarettes to suitcases and chargers, gift sets with dates and halva and a lot of magnets and other paraphernalia). As an example, a pack of cigarettes in the on-site store costs 50 dirhams in the supermarket 20. The difference is 30 dirhams or 750 rubles per pack of cigarettes. There is such a difference in everything.

We are now at the hotel. The last time was four years ago before the epidemic... by the way, there were four times ... everything was always super… we travel very often and visit hotels of different levels ... depending on whether active recreation or not. This time I just wanted a passive rest… In general: we arrived at the hotel early at 11 am- naturally we were not settled, but not a problem ... the room, as regular guests asked with a balcony (we smoke)... we were answered, everyone wants such numbers.... (well, OK, the fact that the regular guests are a girl named Azhar - "politely sent us." The room was given with a view of the road and a piece of the sea ... well, okay-we are essentially only spending the night there. Nooo: the room is just dead ... there is a stone plaque on the taps, rust everywhere, towels are scary ... bathrobes and slippers naturally were not brought until they insisted on it. Well okc…
Breakfast- zhuut..... there is nowhere to sit.... The queues are frenzied.... The food seems to be there-but in fact there is nothing to eat except egg dishes..... plates have to wait..
But when we came to lunch ( I want to say… That we only went to a shared restaurant for lunch once)…. We stood outside for about 20 minutes just to go to a restaurant. I think this is an unreal humiliation for hotel guests.IT'S RIXOS!!! That's why we didn't go any more… When we went inside… A sea of empty tables - it just turns out that the waiters do not have time to clean them ... probably there is no staff.. later we booked an Italian restaurant for lunch… There is absolutely nothing there… Well, at least some soup and pizza without queues....and humiliation .... We didn't go to the general restaurant for dinner at all... We booked Ala Kart restaurants all the time - the most delicious restaurant turned out to be meat, as before.
Animation used to be great... now it either doesn't exist at all… But during the whole week she was three times... "You can't look without tears"….
On the beach and by the pool , the sun beds are arranged so that it is even impossible to pass between them… It's good that there is a small area for adults and we were there all the time... there's a nice pool and a nice bar. I haven't tried cocktails, but coffee (though from the vending machine) is normal.
There used to be a gorgeous sauna and hamam ... Now - I don't even know what to call it ... just zhuuut.... They came in once and came out…
The hotel does not pull any stars .... Believe me, I am not capricious and I am not exaggerating. I will not advise anyone (although I recommended it to everyone) and I myself will never come again .... This is for 500 thousand a week for two!!!
The only person I want to say a big thank you to at the hotel is this girl named ELIZA, who is always friendly, smart and ready to help.... Although we only addressed the little things in the first couple of days - but her smile and attentiveness brightened up all the problems.
And yet..... Wi-Fi is just practically nowhere !!!!!!!

We went on vacation from 23.04 to 01.05, with the company of 6 families. I will unsubscribe immediately, we will not come to this hotel anymore! For this money, it's better to go to Turkey.

The pools and the territory are clean, the territory itself, however, is not very large, but there is everything you need for a family holiday.
The food is very varied and delicious. A la carte restaurants are even included in the price, but I advise you to book them at the beginning of arrival, because there are almost no places in the evenings.
The bars are decent too, the classics are delicious. Sometimes they can pour too little or vice versa too much alcohol, from time to time they did not have to.

This is the third time in this hotel, I like it. A lot depends on the manager who receives you at check-in. Apparently we were lucky. By default, they were placed in a great room and without waiting for a check-in hour. The room is always large, with a balcony. The food is excellent, everything is delicious and a lot. The service is fast and clear. Room cleaning is normal, due to their peculiarities, there is no obsession with cleanliness. Of course, we have a swimming pool with a child, the sea here is not very suitable for children yet.
There are a lot of guests, a multinational team.
Evaluating the hotel staff, in my opinion, the reception desk is the most shitty. They're the last people you want to turn to.

The room was taken for three adults, they gave a double and a barely cramped couch, as it turned out later, not only we were cramped for decent money. In general, the hotel is good, the location is also good, there is a beautiful promenade with a gorgeous running track nearby!
The Persian Gulf is beautiful without comments. The coastline is always clean, as is the territory of the entire hotel.
The food is different, but almost all of it is spicy (I am allergic and speak for myself, someone likes it) so take medicines just in case. Drinks are not native! Good and expensive drinks are paid! The juices are not freshly squeezed, as it seemed to us at first, but when we saw how they were poured out of a bag into a large container, we realized this) Go to the a la carte record - pasta and pizza are very tasty, as well as burgers)))

We were in 2022 in October. I remember it like it was yesterday. 1. We checked in later, after midnight, they settled us in some kind of murdered demonstration room, where there is terrible dampness, detour wallpaper, holes on mosquito nets , burnt curtains and everything like that. We were resettled only with an additional payment of 200€
2 The cleaning is disgusting! They accidentally caught how they "wash glasses" in the room - they just wipe them with a cloth, which was previously wiped in neighboring rooms (I'm afraid to show the number of rooms)
3. They got sick with conjunctivitis, the question to the laundry is not known how the washing goes there. The administrators say that their laundry is not stationary, although there are huge utility rooms under the entire hotel. 4. The food is terrible, the service is 0, the plate will not be removed, Even if you ask, it feels like the guest is not me. 5 the entertainment is primitive , dirty, the hotel is asking for repairs, the hall is patched. For the first time in my life I wanted to leave earlier. I do not advise anyone!!!!!!
