The hotel is excellent, vacationed with my son in 2024, July-August. The location is excellent, DMCC metro is 1 minute from the hotel, 7-8 minutes on foot to Dubai Marina Mall, near a good and large grocery market, and it has Russian products)), well, the beach (15 minutes on foot), we did not go - it was hot, but those who visited recommended....The hotel itself is excellent, clean, stylish, bright large rooms, the staff is wonderful!!!! There is a tea and coffee set in the room, the minibar is empty, there is water, plus you can always order extra - free of charge, towels, toiletries, bathrobe, slippers on request. As for food, there is a point here: two restaurants in the hotel, one Japanese, it hosts breakfasts, lunches or dinners, there is a wonderful restaurant on the ground floor, everything in it except breakfast. Breakfast is a buffet, modest, without fish, any frills, but everything is delicious and everything is necessary. Lunch and dinner menus. At lunch and dinner, only water is served, other drinks are available for a fee. But these are all small things...the main thing is the hotel itself, the beautiful outdoor pool and the location of the hotel!!! I definitely recommend it, it's a great choice for a city holiday!

1. The staff.
Super positive, fast and caring people at the reception. Russian-speaking Nina is beautiful - a real salvation for those who have a hard time with English. Nina is the best!
2. Location.
5-10 minutes walk: metro, shops (in tch alko), pharmacy, large and beautiful Marina mall, Dubai Marina, several inexpensive and excellent eateries, laundry. It's a 20-minute walk to the beach, but this walk is a thrill.
3. Rooms.
Comfortable, fresh rooms. Snow-white thick linen, excellent beds and mattresses. Silent air conditioner. Thick heavy curtains, full light insulation. We slept like babies.
4. Food.
A cozy Japanese restaurant. The breakfast is a buffet, a standard set of no frills. Always fresh herbs, vegetables, and dressings. Hot food, drinks, some desserts. It was very tasty for us.
5. Room cleaning.
Cleaning for a solid five. They change the laundry, vacuum it efficiently and wipe the dust.
Bottom line: we will come again.

An amazing hotel! We rested with my husband for 11 days, no matter how much I thought, I didn't find anything to complain about! The service is perfect, everyone is attentive, polite, always listen carefully, do everything as much as possible as you ask, do not impose at all, work conscientiously, not for tips. Different restaurants, all very tasty, the main one is Jam Jars, a separate love for the waitress Cindy from Indonesia, whom we wanted to take with us))) we had Half Board meals, i.e. two meals a day - breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is a buffet with a very varied and, most importantly, healthy food. At the Egg Station there are eggs in all possible forms, there is always some kind of meat (sausages or turkey bacon), a lot of stewed oriental dishes based on beans and vegetables, different milk porridge every day, always mini croissants, banana cupcake, chocolate sponge cake and muffins, always pancakes in abundance. Different cereals to choose from, cold milk and 20 pieces of fillers such as jams, nuts, dried fruits, peanut or chocolate paste, etc. There are a lot of fresh vegetables, including bean sprouts, there are ready-made salads, and you can assemble your own whatever you want, different dressings to choose from. Tea is packaged, and coffee has 6 different brewing methods in different coffee machines. Insanely delicious homemade yogurt, always fruits and cheeses.
Dinner is an order from the menu (1 appetizer, 1 main course, 1 dessert), we tried everything and more than once, everything is very tasty, the portions are huge! There are dishes included in the price, there is an additional fee, we tried different ones, everything is done at the same level. Very tasty! The Japanese restaurant is also very tasty, but there is only one tooth. It's like a super-luxury kitchen and more of a hangout place than a place to eat.
I was afraid that 2 meals a day would not be enough and we would go somewhere else for lunch, but we never had time to get hungry from breakfast to dinner and brought a couple of kilos home if necessary, by the way, dinner can be moved to lunch at will.
Alcohol, of course, is VERY expensive, well, as everywhere in Dubai (a glass of beer is about 750 rubles, wine is about 1000 rubles), but we were fine without it. The only downside, probably, is that no drinks are included in the dinner, except for the usual unlimited water. Dessert is supposed, but not even tea and coffee, only water, the rest is paid. Drinks are only served at breakfast. Well, we had dinner and had tea in the room.
Right in the next building there is a 24-hour supermarket with delicious fruits and everything you need. The location of the hotel is in the heart of Dubai Marina, right next to the metro station and 10 minutes from the sea at a leisurely pace. The hotel also has a rooftop pool on the 3rd floor, free sun loungers, umbrellas and towels. The pool is not very big, but it was enough for everyone, there was no crowd. The deck chairs are sometimes occupied, but usually something is released within half an hour, but this has only happened a couple of times. The hotel is very, very, very beautiful. The view from everywhere is good. No deposit is required upon check-in, it is optional. We paid an additional 150 dirhams (3750r) tourist tax on the spot for 2 people for 11 days (July 2024). Also, there was a late departure and we extended the room from 12 to 18 (200 dirhams, about 5000 rubles). I bought myself a hotel bathrobe (you can order a new one for purchase at the reception), because it is unrealistically cozy. I can recommend the hotel in all respects! I liked it more than Dubai itself)))

The hotel is simply gorgeous! Very attentive and courteous staff, clean, comfortable, everything for a comfortable stay in the room. We took breakfast and dinner - the food is varied, there are many authentic dishes from different countries - hummus, mutabal, shawarma, curry, rice dishes. Miso soup is served for breakfast. I didn't get tired of anything during the week of my stay. It was very tasty for us! For non-English speaking guests, there is a wonderful Nina at the reception. You can buy tickets to parks at the hotel - it turns out cheaper than online and significantly cheaper if you buy tickets at the ticket office on the spot - for example, you bought tickets to Motion gate, you got a decent saving for the family)) There is a grocery store next to the hotel, where we immediately bought a tee adapter for 19 dirhams)) There is also an alcohol store nearby with a decent selection - they bought European wine cheaper than in Moscow. We took a regular room, settled on the side with a view of the marina and early - we are very grateful to the hotel for this, because we were after a night flight. In general, we liked everything)

In the spring, we saw a new Russian-speaking employee, Dolatbek. Rajendra has always tried to make our stay comfortable and memorable. I am resting in this hotel for the second time. Convenient location - a minute to the metro, 10 minutes to the beach and the JBR promenade, 5 minutes to the Marina embankment, 7 minutes to the Marina Mall. Very friendly reception, ready to help in any situation, good breakfasts (but it's better to come before 9.20 in order not to stand in line), spacious enough rooms with a full hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Towels for the beach are given for painting at the reception, slippers and dental supplies are on request, as well as a sewing kit. Comfortable beds, two pillows to choose from, a large heavy blanket, snow-white linen, but to sleep on this wonderful bed is not a fact that it will work, because it is quiet only in the rooms with a view towards the Marina, in the rest either the noise from the highway and the ringing of the tram, or the noise from unloading cars. Some of the rooms have a door to the next room (rooms with two beds are generally all with such a door), so if you are not very lucky with the neighbors, it will also be hard to sleep.

Breakfast is served on the 1st floor and floor G, the distribution is carried out by a hotel employee at the counter in front of the entrance to the restaurant complex, for three days per floor, the food is the same everywhere. There is a swimming pool, warm, comfortable, but we were there 1 time, there was not much time for it, it is small, for 20 people. When checking in, they pull the rubber to the last, check in at 14:00, we were checked in at 14:20. But we were specially waiting for a room with a view of the marina, it's worth it. If you want to move in quickly, you will be accommodated in a room with a view of the city. The rooms are clean, cleaned very well every day, water was left for 3-5 bottles of 0.5, there were three of us. Upon check-in, you will be asked to pay a resort fee of 400 rubles per person per night. We paid for the ruble union pay from Gazprombank, everything passes. There are a couple of Russian-speaking staff at the reception, special thanks to them for this. As for the location of the hotel, it is wonderful: jbr beach is 10-15 minutes on foot, there is an excellent Al Maya supermarket on the right of the hotel in the block, next to it is the MMI alcohol store, purchases are strictly according to a passport, prices are normal for Dubai, beer for 200 rubles, wine from 1000. A little further in the same direction is the Grill & Chill cafe, where you can eat inexpensively or take with you to the hotel, the price of dinner for three is about 1500-2500. The hotel is located in a beautiful area, a 15-minute walk from the beach and the Dubai Mall. There is a tram and monorail stop nearby. There is a supermarket around the corner. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception.
On the territory of the hotel there is a swimming pool with a bar, a spa area, a small gym, three different restaurants / cafes, 4 elevators, there is a detox drinks cool near the reception.
The view from the window is super. The room is clean, spacious, the room was always cleaned in our absence, the bath set was constantly replenished, as well as tea, coffee, decaf coffee, plain water. If something was missing, you could leave a letter on a leaf for staff before they arrived at the room. We had a half-board package when breakfast is included, and another meal to choose from (lunch or dinner). By the way, this was enough not to look for where else to eat in the city. You can eat at their signature restaurant, but there is often a queue for boarding at rush hour, because the buffet is for breakfast, people are picking up food there, and so far they will eat everything... And at lunch and dinner, the waiter is already coming up, and it turns out a little faster (they waited 20 minutes in the lobby as much as possible to get us to a table). In general, it indicates at what time what is the workload. And there is also an opportunity to have dinner instead of a branded European restaurant in a Japanese restaurant on another floor of the hotel, there is less choice, but it is quite tasty and there is no queue.
You can book excursions through the administrator, at the same price or even cheaper than buying a ticket on the spot.
The hotel is new, freshly renovated, everything is spacious, atmospheric.

The hotel itself is fresh, built in 2019, modern, bright,beautiful. The room with a panoramic window on the 13th floor, clean, bright, without unpleasant odors, with a silent and easily adjustable air conditioner, pleased us very much. Nice hotel, friendly staff. Cleaning is done daily, linen was changed 3 times a week. Slippers and a dental kit were given only after the call. The location of the hotel is not on the first line, but you can walk to the sea in 15 minutes, the distance is 1.2 km to the beach. There are many cafes and supermarkets nearby. The hotel is close to the beach, Dubai Mall, Dubai Marina and metro - all within a 10-minute walk. A very beautiful and colorful place. To walk - not to overdo it! We were in April - the breeze gives freshness, you can enjoy a walk. And in the evenings it's just like in paradise. The streets are noisy, but the windows are soundproof. In the morning, the birds manage to shout over the car noise, which is very pleasing.

The room is quite spacious, split system and panoramic window with a view of the city and the sea in the distance. Faced for the second time in this hotel chain with the fact that they provide the wrong room that we ordered from the tour operator, the hotel staff send them to sort it out, or ask for an additional payment (in our case, there was no additional payment, but we checked in for two hours and still provided another room, but a good view from the window.

Very convenient location, on the one hand the metro and tram, on the other the embankment and the promenade, 10 minutes to the beach, 15 minutes to the Marina mall. The room had a large balcony and a beautiful view of the city. Wonderful hotel, definitely recommend to visit!
Very nice rooms, very clean, cleaning every day. Beds and blankets are just lovely, you sleep like on a cloud)) condey quickly cools the room. The shower is ordinary and tropical, some rooms have a bathtub, but we personally did not use it.
The food is very tasty, we took only breakfast: there were hot dishes, several types of scrambled eggs, pancakes, etc. Fruits were especially pleased: there were pineapples, oranges, melons, apples and bananas.
The pool is small, but if there is not enough sunbed, then you can ask the guy near the pool and he will call you in the room and take a sunbed for you. The water in the pool is cooled, so that the plane itself is in the heat.
I was very pleased that they always provide water - either they can give it at the reception, or you can ask them to bring it to the room. Water in any quantity is included in the price, so there is no need to pay extra.
Very convenient location - right next to the metro and tram, 10 minutes to a beautiful sandy beach and a huge Ferris wheel. There are also a lot of cool and inexpensive cafes nearby (we especially liked "Hot & chill" and "grill &chill"), the food is delicious and fresh, the portions are large, be careful with the sharpness, it's better to specify so that it's not spicy 😅
In general, we really liked it, if I get the opportunity to visit this hotel again, I won't hesitate for a second.

- the rooms are very decent: comfortable mattresses, blackout curtains, high-quality bed linen, San. the knot is also normal, there are few hangers. Extra place - a cot with broken lamellas, looks sad against the background of everything else;
- staff: very responsive and active, room cleaning to shine, your things will also be arranged and laid out))
- food: the Swedish line is quite mediocre, you will not be hungry, but also without much variety and frills. The food on the menu is very good, a normal choice, fast, delicious. The only jamb is the lack of napkins and salt and pepper shakers on the tables, every time you have to ask what the joke is not clear;
- eviction like all normal people handed over the keys and left, with the check-in only after 14, although the rooms were, but they lived to the last;
- the gym is purely for show, the basik is small, but you can swim, spa XS did not use.
According to the price tag, I would like to be cheaper.

The staff and attitude liked it, the breakfasts for their price are not bad, the location of the class is 10-15 minutes and on the beach already, state taxis are at the entrance, the main thing is to check that the taxi drivers turned on the tracker before the trip, and in general 2 dirhams per kilometer. The cleaning is excellent, the pool is cool on the second floor just in the heat. We went in the low season, it completely saves when it's +40 outside.
