Nice family hotel. The staff works perfectly, there are many different activities for both children and adults, clean, well-groomed, the beach is nearby (there are few sun beds, but there are enough of them if unscrupulous vacationers do not "stack" the sun beds with a towel for the whole day, while bathing 2 times for 30 minutes!!!). 4 stars for food in the restaurant is the same thing and on the 5th day it no longer climbs ... at the same time, good snacks are prepared on the territory = burgers, French fries, barbecue (their local), so at lunch the restaurant is half empty, everyone eats outside. The rooms are cleaned, there is Russian TV, free safe, wi-fi throughout the hotel and on the beach!!! That's cool! Along the embankment you can walk to the ancient city, but for a long time - 40-50 minutes, we went by minibus, the stop is nearby.

Two adults and two children, the youngest of whom is 1 year old, had a rest from 08/21/24 to 30.08.24. Overall, the hotel is good. Delicious food, excellent animators, clean, good staff. One of the disadvantages is a lot of people, a very small beach. Sun beds are occupied before breakfast and after it is almost impossible to find a free one. The restaurant is very hot, there are few air conditioners and they can't cope. There are a lot of people, especially for dinner. It's like an anthill. Queues are everywhere.
And the sound insulation in the room is terrible, we lived with windows to the place where we conducted the animation. It's very noisy.
Of the advantages, I would like to note: animation. The guys are trying, but they don't force anyone to participate either.
Meal. there is always a lot, everything is replenished as needed. The fruits were watermelons, melons, plums, apples, grapes, peaches, pears.
In the daytime, from 12 o'clock, the bar and pool have snacks, burgers, French fries, an additional grill and fruits and vegetables by the pool.
The rooms are clean, the renovation is fresh, the linen was changed three times. But we put up a "do not disturb" sign, so it wasn't cleaned every day.
For those who like to walk: you can go along the street, there are many shops, there is a supermarket within walking distance (prices are more pleasant there). Along the promenade, it will take 35-50 minutes to walk to the ancient Side.

Armas Bella Sun is a wonderful 4* hotel!!! Completely satisfied all our needs for rest. The food is excellent, the animators do not leave anyone without attention. And only one small disadvantage is the insufficient number of sun loungers on the beach, although they are compensated by sun loungers near the beach bar. In any case, there will be a place.
On October 24th, I rested at Armas again.
It didn't get any worse!!! The neighboring hotel closed early due to the lack of vacationers and guests of Armas could freely use its beach area. The slightly tired furniture in the rooms is fully functional. We only came to the room to sleep. There are 5 Russian channels on TV. There were also improvements in nutrition, every day you could take grilled meat or fish steaks by the pool. My wife didn't have enough seafood, but you have to go to the Cool Fives for them. Hello. We are having a rest with children at the moment 23.06 - 02.07.2024. In general, we are very satisfied. The food is delicious, especially in the early days. Lots of vegetables, cheeses, olives, Turkish sweets, cakes. There is always grilled fish, turkey, rolls, meat dishes, chicken, nuggets, local sausages for breakfast. But a lot of spices. Very much. In the evening, the chefs make pasta on the fire with different fillings to order. Enchanting! The kids are lining up with plates...
There are plenty of drinks, alcohol is probably good too, I haven't tried it.
You can buy freshly squeezed orange juice separately for breakfast for 1 euro.
In the evening until 01.00 soups, 2 to choose from. Borscht certainly made me laugh, delicious lentil, and divine - chorba on a rumen - Romanian soup. Mmmm...
About entertainment:
the animation is brisk and perky, the pools are clean, I occupy the dens in the morning when I run. It's quiet and calm to the sea for 4-5 minutes. There is also a shortage of sun loungers there. A beach of sand and pebbles. For the children, calmly, shallowly. And you can build palaces out of sand. At the piers for the unassuming, you can swim with a mask, you can't dive shallow there!, but crabs and schools of fish are hiding in the rocks. At least some kind of entertainment...
There is a net on the beach, if you come with a ball, then you can play volleyball. The sea and the pools are hotter in June. You can cool off only under a beach shower, and at the same time wash off the sand.
The temperature is now +35-37 during the day, +28-30 at night, humidity in the evening is 80-85% - this is too much. The air conditioners in the room save you.
Our room is small, but everything is there. Shampoos, slippers, an electric kettle with tea and coffee. And a refrigerator. I save myself from the heat with water and ayran in the refrigerator.
The staff is great! Caring. The maids are smart. Clear. They are happy to tip, but they do not require it.
Also delicious for 4+ ice cream and waffles with chocolate.
From entertainment there is an amphitheater within walking distance of 4 km.The cost of an adult ticket is 17 euros, children are free of charge. The ticket also includes a visit to the museum. There are also excavations hidden under the glass floor. Photos for memory are excellent there).
I advise you to go to Land of legends with the children. A la Disneyland in Turkish. Buy fast trek, you won't get on all the slides without it. The territory is huge, there are a lot of slides and they are cool, unusual. The roller coaster is 62 meters high. It's trash. Everyone's eyes are burning.They are allowed from 130 cm tall. We stayed at this hotel from October 3 to October 9, 2024. Room 1201 is a family room. Overall, I liked it!

The cleaning is not bad, but they like to come after lunch when they were resting. They asked the reception to come earlier and the problem was resolved.
Animators are cool, young, groovy, not annoying guys. The senorita is beyond competition.
The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is the beach. The sun beds were occupied from 6 !!! morning... The shore is not cleaned, practically, algae from the shore into the water. We went swimming to the left, behind the pier!
It took 45 minutes to walk along the shore to the Temple of Apollo. The place is colossal!!! We didn't reach the turtles, which we regret(((

I was very upset by the sea ((( a very dirty beach from the sand, a real Pandora's box under water, then you go like nothing, then you can stumble on such rocks, no aquasocks will save your fingers and feet to really get to a deep place, it seems to me you need to walk a kilometer, but this is a plus for those who does not swim or with children. There are very few sunbeds, and as always, the smartest ones occupy their towels at 6 am, and come at 4 pm, that's honestly very impotent for me.
Unfortunately, there is not one store in the maps that I would like to write about, but because it comes from hotel guides, I will write here. The guides arrange a free transfer to the local shopping center, but with one "BUT". You need to allegedly drive for 10-15 minutes to their "famous" Turkish leathers / furs...people, do not spare money for a taxi or minibus and get to the shopping center yourself... the employees of this market are just griffins, kites, we spent 1.5 hours there, they did not let us go back to the transfer, they tried to sell me a sheepskin coat for 230k they don't understand the word NO at all, they offer to take loans for jackets, for your mother's jackets!!! I have never met so many intrusive merchants, if you really don't need it - go on your own, refuse "free transfers".

We rested from 03.06 to 14.06. The hotel is for a strong four. The territory is large and clean. The room was on the ground floor opposite the restaurant and bar- so the noise was heard until late at night. The room was cleaned for three, for all 10 days the balcony was cleaned once (it was dusty and sand), towels were changed every day, but the floor was poorly washed. I had to wait once and point out the dirt . The food is good and varied. Fruits and vegetables were always fresh, meat and fish were well cooked. The beach is nearby, but as everyone notices, there are not enough places and the entrance to the sea with stones, you can hit. we found a way out- we went a little to the left, from the neighboring hotel, there are fewer people there and the entrance is sandy. A wonderful hotel. The animation is super, the animators are funny, attentive. Every day something gets muddled: karaoke, foam party, live music concerts, various game contests, aqua aerobics, yoga, water polo, dancing in the morning by the pool - super cool. The hotel staff was attentive, our room was spacious, well renovated, beautiful, stylish.
The food in the restaurant is delicious, a couple of minutes walk to the sea.

I often rested in Side, but no hotel was located next to the promenade along the sea like this hotel. Therefore, I was very happy, there was a place to walk, lose calories and admire the beautiful views. The hotel room was modest, without luxury, but very clean. The plumbing is new. We cleaned and changed towels all the time. The staff is very friendly. The beach is sandy with good access to the sea. The restaurant is decent, there is a large selection of dishes. We went to this hotel for the second time. Solid 4, no surprises. Good food for almost the whole day (burgers on the beach, nuggets and fries by the pool, tortillas, ice cream). Polite staff, except for the old maid. Who cares, the bar is open until 02:00. The only drawback is the lack of sound insulation in the rooms, but there are questions for vacationers, you need to respect other people. We were with the baby for 7 months, plus I had a birthday, we congratulated her with non-alcoholic champagne and fruits. 3 years ago, we were with my husband after marriage registration, we congratulated him with wine. It's a trifle, but it's nice :) The beach is nice and sandy. The entrance to the sea - there are stones, but over time they have been adjusted without problems. It's not deep to the buoys, but it's comfortable to swim.

We stayed at the Armas Bella Sun Hotel from April 27 to May 08, 2024. I really liked the hotel. I scored 5 points according to all criteria, which includes service, cleanliness, food, and attitude towards tourists. The rooms are large (we lived in the central building), even the presence of a French balcony in the room did not bother at all. The linen is clean, changed regularly. The beds are big, the mattresses are insanely comfortable. The food in the restaurant is just wonderful (fish, chicken, meat, turkey, all fried, boiled, stewed, with and without vegetables, in short, for every taste). No one will starve to death.
Wi-Fi works flawlessly, both in the room and in the pool, and the in-room safe is free. The beach is a 3-5-minute walk from the hotel. The beach itself is small, but we had enough sun beds, since we were at the beginning of the season. There is a promenade along the sea, where you can walk in the evening.
But I would especially like to note the work of the animators: Igor, Denise, Alex, Maxim, Alena and Alina, who speaks Russian, English, Turkish phenomenally without hesitation and accent. I have not seen such a sincere and warm atmosphere that they create for vacationers, both children and adults, for a long time. The guys don't just work off their hours, they really give a piece of themselves. Almost everyone is approached and finds at least a minute to just chat or joke. This is one of the best animation teams I've met in almost 25 years of traveling, 15 of which are tours to Turkey. Just well done, keep it up until November. I wish you strength and inspiration! Perhaps in October I will return to the same hotel.

The fattest minus is the beach and the entrance to the sea. The beach area is very small, does not correspond to the number of hotel guests. The deck chairs are placed close to each other, you can't even move freely between them.
The sand is dirty, there are a lot of wrappers, cigarette butts. Yes, the guests themselves are to blame, but in other hotels in the evening workers cleaned the beach from garbage, raked the sand. And there is no such service here. The entrance to the sea is flat, but with stones. It resembles some kind of frog, because everyone swims where there are fewer stones, it turns out that everyone is floundering next to each other. And one day it really pissed me off that someone was blowing their nose where others were swimming. Unpleasant. We then went swimming from the pier on the left.
Result:
We rested in November 2023 not on a voucher, but stayed on our own.
I think there is still a lot to work on, but overall a good hotel with good service.
But the price is too high.
And... We need to do something about the beach.

The beach is really small and they are very close to each other, but you can negotiate with the staff of neighboring hotels and you can be provided with a sunbed on the territory of another hotel.

We arrived at 10 a.m., we had already used the entire infrastructure of the hotel before checking in. They moved into the main building on the second floor, overlooking the roof, but thanks to this, the noise from day and night animation was minimal. The children could sleep peacefully. The safe and Internet are free, Wi-Fi catches very well. They gave out a baby cot without any problems. They wanted to give us two, but we took only one, the second child was sleeping on a regular bed. Mosquitoes fly into the room, a fumigator is needed. The food is varied, you can always choose something to your liking. There is meat and fish. But we never liked the fish to taste. Fruits and berries included watermelons, melons, nectarines, plums, cherries, apples, oranges. Two pools for adults. In one, mostly adults swam, games were held, in the other, teenagers and older children swam. Two pools for small children. One of them is in another part of the territory, in a quiet place. A lot has already been written about the beach in the reviews, everything is true. On the other hand, there are very expensive hotels near Armas and their guests also swim in this sea with stones. Hammam + massage services in the hotel are expensive ($40), in other hotels across the street $ 25/ euro. We chose the hotel based on the interests of the children and Armas bella san suited us. They always found something to feed, and they did without any problems such as vomiting or diarrhea, the staff treats the children well, and they did not notice any negativity towards themselves. The hotel guide from Anex certainly "amazed". He is the only one who can change dollars and he cannot advise more places; on an excursion to the shopping center, you must definitely go and buy something, because the percentage goes to him, and he needs to feed three children; "medical insurance for sunburn does not work," although the policy says that it works for burns, including the number of sunny ones. Yes, the hotel is not posh, but the chic is worth other money. Here, the quality matches the price. In general, I recommend the hotel and would go there again, but in a couple of years, when the children grow up.

The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is the beach (narrow, there are not enough sunbeds, they stand close to each other, sand enters the sea, but large stones come across as a result, many are injured. Sunbeds are engaged in vacationers from early morning) . The second drawback is food (you won't starve, but you've never seen a crowd running to take tables and queues for meat and fruit, which are not enough for everyone, by the opening of the restaurant. The choice of meat and fish dishes is meager (there is almost none) and not tasty to our taste. If you come an hour after the opening, you can take a table, but you will not see any watermelon, tangerine, grapes, meat steak, etc... We stayed at the hotel with my husband from October 8 to October 17, 2024. In general, we had a good rest, we are not very pretentious. But if you are critical and consider each position separately, then 5 and even more can be given to the animation team: very lively, funny guys, always on the positive side and involve everyone - it's just super! Wi-Fi in the entire territory and even on the beach is also cool. Very clean, cozy hotel area, swimming pools, sun beds around the pool, daily room cleaning! It's all a plus and a score of 5! But then it gets worse: the sea is close, but there is no place there! All the deck chairs are so close to each other that it seems that you are lying next to your neighbor! It's terrible, even despite the warm, gentle sea, I didn't want to relax on this beach! We walked along the shore and looked enviously at the beaches of other hotels! The room was cleaned every day and at your first request, shampoos and conditioners were brought to you, water was put in the refrigerator, towels were changed. But what towels they are! Everything is washed, not white, so it seems that you are not drying yourself with a fresh towel, although they just gave you clean hands! Nutrition is just terrible! There are a lot of things, but everything is not tasty. I was saved only by the fact that I can eat meat-free vegetables and salads. There are a lot of sweets, but they are given in the evening, although many people no longer eat it in the evening! And the fish that is grilled, steamed-it is impossible to eat, dry, smelly! For all the time, I ate delicious grilled fish once on the street. There were practically no fruits, despite the season. They gave hard plums and pears, the first week there were watermelons for 4 days and melons for 2 days. And that's it. There have always been apples, and at least it made me happy! And the queue for ice cream from 15 to 17 is ridiculous! In neighboring hotels on the beach, workers go and distribute, and here there is a queue and one young man serves it! I wrote everything in detail, because I know that all this is important to someone and can spoil their vacation.
