The hotel is located an hour and a half from Bangkok Airport. It is located near the sea. Check-in takes about 15 minutes. The descent to the sea is steep down the stairs. Breakfast is served from 6 to 10. Nearby there are shops, currency exchanges, massage, restaurants. Fruit prices are cheaper than in the center of Pattaya. To get anywhere, we ordered a taxi in the Bolt app, but you can also walk higher and take a tuk tuk. Once we went to the local night market, ate local food there) the prices are several times cheaper than on the main street. The hotel itself is very decent. Quiet, calm. Check-in takes about 15 minutes. The hotel consists of two buildings located across the street from each other. Both have a swimming pool, but the old building is closer to the sea. You can swim in the pool around the clock. The breakfasts are very decent: coffee beans from a coffee machine, fruits, rice, chicken, noodles, vegetables, cereals, cereals and much more. The currency was taken in rubles, exchanged in Fast Money (telegram application, not advertising). There are no free sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach, but they can be rented from locals nearby. We didn't take excursions, we went everywhere ourselves, we looked at the locations on the maps. There are restaurants for every taste and budget around the hotel. In the evenings, makashnitsy with sushi, pancakes, and fish come to 7eleven. We've tried everything, everything is delicious. By the way, it is at the hotel in the 7eleven store that coffee and tea are very tasty (cold, hot). In general, Thai itself has changed a lot over the past decade: there are a lot of Indians everywhere, prices have increased due to the depreciation of the ruble, nothing costs a penny anymore, everything is almost like in Moscow. It's very dirty everywhere. But we enjoyed ourselves, ate fruits, swam, went to Koh Lan Island and had a rest))

I was on vacation at this hotel with my husband. The room was specially booked in a new 4* building, the view from the room was to the sea (side, I attach a photo of the sunset view) 7th floor. Good, delicious food, but don't expect any variety, it will arrive in 10 days. We came to breakfast early and very late - the food is delivered, you don't have to worry and sleep longer for those who need it. The territory of the hotel is pleasant, there are two decent pools, the one in the old building, of course, is a little tired, but in our 4* building it looked fresher. Towels are given out on a piece of paper every day, they are normal, they will do for a lounger by the pool. The room was always well cleaned, towels were changed almost every day, bed linen was changed several times over 10 nights. The bathtub is good, but the battered plumbing was confusing, it's time to replace it, although it didn't leak, it just visually asks for a new one. I was confused by the strange partition between the bathroom and the bathroom - sliding wooden doors, blinds ... A spacious balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. It was enough for me to exercise in the morning. Bottles of drinking water were replenished daily in the room! There's a nice lobby downstairs where you can sit, and fans are running. Very pleasant and friendly staff who are always ready to help. There is a pleasant gentle sand on the beach, the water is muddy and with debris, in August there were strong ebbs of 50-60 meters. Wi-fi was available both in the lobby and in the room. In general, we were completely satisfied with the hotel and would return to it again.

Great hotel! Only good memories and impressions! The hotel is located in a quiet area of Pratamnak in the south of Pattaya. And it has an excellent location. Everything is nearby: cafes, shops, pharmacies, massage parlors. It is a 15-minute walk to Big Buddha, a 15-minute walk to the observation deck, and a 30-minute walk to Volkin Street (7 minutes by taxi). At the same time, it is quiet and peaceful compared to central Pattaya. The hotel itself has exceeded all expectations! Despite its advanced age, the hotel is kept in very good condition! The lobby, main restaurant, swimming pool, etc. are all clean, cozy, and well maintained. By the way, you can swim in the pool until nightfall! The hotel consists of several buildings: the main building is Grand, the additional building is Cozy, and the newest building is Ocean (located across the street from the main building). We lived in a Premium room on the 12th floor of the main building. Unfortunately, it was not possible to view other room categories. But our room was great! Spacious, bright, modern. With a huge bed and stunning sea views!!! The room had bathrobes, slippers (I don't think this is available in standards and superiors), free Wi-Fi, a tea station, a hairdryer, branded towels and cosmetics. By the way, soap-snouts in full! There was even a very cool beach bag! Breakfasts: excellent! Different types of eggs, croutons, toasts, pancakes, boiled/ stewed/ fried vegetables, sausages, sausages, rice, pasta, periodically - patty, tom yam (yes, right at breakfast!). Fruits: watermelon, pineapple, papaya, dragon. To drink: juices, cold/ hot milk, tea, brewed coffee / from the vending machine, hot chocolate. Everything is delicious and satisfying. Beach: close to the hotel, but you have to go down a steep staircase. The beach is cozy, small, and fairly clean. But the water is very cloudy and ugly in color. But you can swim. And if you want a gorgeous beach with clear water, there is a pier with a ferry to Koh Lan Island - 30 minutes on foot from the hotel (7-10 by taxi). Staff: friendly and helpful! They couldn't wake up after a hard road. That's how we got a call in our room inviting us to breakfast! The only negative that I canceled for myself is the non-conditioned lobby. But it is quite possible to survive. I definitely RECOMMEND IT!

I am writing this review directly from the hotel, where we have been vacationing for more than a week, and conclusions can be drawn. The hotel is located in Protamnak district, green and quiet. The hotel has two buildings, two swimming pools, the sea is within walking distance, although a staircase leads to it, which is easy to descend but a little difficult to climb, especially for people with children or the elderly. This is not a big disadvantage. The beach is large, very picturesque, lots of greenery, there are sun beds and umbrellas for 100 baht. The water is certainly not the cleanest, but you can swim, there are a lot of plankton, you haven't seen any jellyfish, although they said they are. The pool at the main building has a wonderful view of the sea, the island nearby, and very beautiful locations in the form of cafes, especially in the evening with lighting. It's magical! The photos turned out great. Our room is large, with a balcony and individual air conditioning. All accessories are in place, the cleaning is excellent, water, tea, coffee daily. Hygiene products in large bottles, no need to worry about running out. Change of linen and towels for 10 out of 10. Respect to the staff! The breakfasts are quite varied, for every taste, the coffee is excellent from the coffee machine. Everything is calm, the atmosphere is very pleasant! In general, the hotel made a very pleasant impression on the very check-in, everything was very fast and clear. Near the hotel there is everything you need, an exchange office, shops, pharmacies, fruits, massage parlors, cafes. There is not much fuss, as in the center, the atmosphere is peaceful everywhere. Guided tours and local bureaus, prices are about the same, we highly recommend Koh Pai, crystal clear water and privacy, there is no crowd. The rest are also all interesting, the choice is for every taste. Although it is the rainy season, there are no problems with the weather at all, it rains at night. The sun and clouds in the afternoon, the breeze in the evening, there is no stuffiness. Compared to other months in which we were very comfortable in September. Fruit prices are not very cheap near the hotel, but you can go to the Night Market, it's cheaper there, you can eat in cafes and from makashnits, everything is delicious, fresh seafood, they will cook with you. Overall, it's a great place, we didn't regret choosing this hotel, the recommendations are the best!

The hotel is on a solid 4. There were a full 7 days in total. Reception - fans instead of conduits. The restaurant has good breakfasts for 4. My teenage son and I were put in a room with an adjoining bed. I had to pull apart and put the bedside table myself. There were no other rooms even for an extra charge. There was ankle-deep water in the shower, then it poured down the drain. The room has a hairdryer, refrigerator, kettle, dishes, tea, coffee, safe, balcony, chairs on the balcony and a table, clothes dryer. But it's incredibly hot to sit on the balcony and the air conditioner is noisy. We were accommodated in the main building, which is very good, because the pool there is better than in the building across the street. The view from the room was to the street. But the room was quiet, except for the very noisy air conditioner, which you get used to after the first night. Next to the hotel there is an exchange across the street and a 7-Eleven store. We ate nearby in cafes or bought ready-made food in the store. Or we went to the markets by taxi. We bought a 30 GB SIM card at 7-Eleven immediately upon arrival, which was enough for two for a week! The sea: the beach is private. But it's better not to swim there, it's dirty. We went to Koh Lan Island with a ferry coming from the pier. There's crystal clear water and white sand. Rent of sun beds for a day-100 baht. On excursions: We took a trip to the river Kwai for 2 days, I really liked it! And the catamaran (I even went fishing with it)) In general, my son and I are happy with our vacation! I recommend the hotel. Convenient location, you can get anywhere by taxi.

I visited this hotel in December 2024. There are two buildings in the hotel, we stayed in the Ocean Wing 4* building! The room is huge with a balcony, a large bed and a view of the parking lot and the sea! The building has its own swimming pool, but with very icy water! Almost no one swam in this pool! The second building is located across the street and there is another swimming pool, there are a lot of sun beds around it!all vacationers swim here, but it's a bit cold! The territory is beautiful, the descent to the sea by stairs, sharply down and back up! I do not recommend going to Pratamnak beach with diseases of the musculoskeletal system! The breakfasts are good, varied, everyone will choose for themselves, always remember, you don't have breakfast like that at home, for the whole day! There are many different cafes, massage parlors, smoking rooms, shops around the hotel, in the evening makashniki come and sell pancakes, ribs and baked fish and other goodies! I have been vacationing in the Pratamnak area for 4 times already and I like everything here! I recommend the hotel to people who do not find fault and do not look for flaws! The hotel is not new, the furniture in the rooms is not new either! But I was comfortable with a child of 6 years old!

I liked the hotel, we lived in a new building. If you look at the sea, it's on the left side. The rooms are nice and spacious, and there are more than enough rooms to live in. A good shower and a bathtub, although the drain runs loudly, but this is not a particularly big problem. Breakfasts are not bad either, 3 types of scrambled eggs, several types of rice, pasta and all kinds of fruits, tea, coffee, sweets. Nearby there are Tops and 7/11, and there are 3 of them within walking distance, the one that is the highest, the best of all. At the expense of fruits, take fruits near the first 7/11 (price-quality) close to the expensive hotel, which is further away, they often do not give fresh ones. It's worth going to ChillCafe, also up the street, before the last 7/11, it will be from the right, there is a good Thai menu, with excellent prices, and most importantly everything is delicious there!! Other places are closer to the hotel, tasteless and there are preparations, but here they are cooking for you. Also, opposite the second 7/11 there is a pharmacy, there is a great pharmacist there, a girl who speaks Russian! And massage, we went to all the massage parlors, but the best one is the one through the wall from ChillCafe, it's not particularly cool, but it's the best, as it seemed, and it's the only massage in which they wash their feet and not just wipe (it's more like a guideline).

A wonderful hotel! We had a rest together with our beloved man from September 8 to September 21, 2025. We were settled quickly, and the whole bus was settled, and he was completely settled in Cozy Beach. Our room was simply gorgeous: on the 11th floor, with a balcony, with a panoramic view of the sea! By the way, there is a place to dry things on the balcony. The room is clean, daily cleaning. Tips were left a couple of times, but this did not affect the cleaning in any way, they always cleaned equally well. There is a safe in the room. Reliable. Biblioglobus guides, it was with him that we traveled, at the hotel every day. Anatoly and Ange, thank you very much for your responsiveness and kind attitude! They could be contacted on any issue, even the most minor one. Breakfast lasts from 6 to 10 a.m., there is never a crowd. Maybe it was influenced by the fact that the period in which we rested is not a high season. Breakfast is a buffet: there is a lot of food, it does not differ in variety, but you will not stay hungry. Drinks include juices, coffee: from a coffee machine and brewed tea. Fresh fruits every day. There is a swimming pool on site: swim as much as you want, even from dawn to dusk - no one will kick you out. Squirrels of different colors scurry through the trees, descend low, pose), if you offer food by hand, they will not refuse. Going down the steps to the sea, on the first day I thought: "Well, wow! By the time you get down, you won't want anything anymore! And how else is it back!?" He seemed so cool to me on the first day. But it's from fatigue). We went swimming at the sea. Sometimes) No, not because of the descent... We went on a lot of excursions, because the country is interesting, but we don't have much time, and we want to see more. That's why we didn't spend much time at the hotel. The water is not very clear, not like in Cuba, the sand is not white, ordinary. But I like it! At high tide, swim a little further away - that's more transparent water for you. In general, it's a great beach! If you want transparency of the sea and white sand, you can take a ferry near the hotel (10 minutes by taxi) and go to Koh Lan Island, where you will find all this. Swim for 40-50 minutes. The price is 30 baht. When we got back from the island, we didn't take a taxi, but walked. We reached the hotel in 30 minutes. To have lunch and dinner, it's enough to go outside and there are all kinds of cafes! Choose where there are more people! So it's delicious! In the evening, we bought food in moccasins: grilled seafood, shrimp, catfish, and squid. The cost is normal, for example, 7 shrimps cost 200 baht. But they're not even shrimps, they're lagustines (or maybe giant shrimps)). They'll pack everything in a bag, put forks and sauces. Service! There is a photo of what it looks like. I also liked the moccasin potatoes, they're huge, they're made with you, with different additives, I always chose cheese. There are potatoes in the photo too (next to the fish). If you walk to the night market, we walked, it takes half an hour, it's cheaper there. We tried durian at this market, I liked it, it's very tasty! I recommend their local Hong Thong rum! My head won't hurt!) Not far from the hotel, on the same street as the cafes, there is a laundry room, we used it once. We handed over the things, after an hour they can already be picked up, we did not order ironing, we hung them on the balcony, they dried themselves (things). There are pharmacies, you will definitely find a burn cream there!) Guided tours are offered... We went on excursions with Biblioglobus. We visited the crocodile farm, the gardens of Nong Nooch, the River Kwai, and Buddhist temples... Everything is great! Go ahead! You won't regret it!

I would like to write a review about my favorite hotel. We've only been flying there for three years. It's like a separate corner from the whole of Pattaya, where your life flows. A quiet place, everything is nearby, a bunch of 7/11 (5 pieces), fruits, pancakes with banana, fresh, two Russian Cuisines. If you go to the left or to the right. Oleg's tour is Russian cuisine, I don't know how it turned out, but the check was always smaller there than in another cafe. They cook very well (I recommend mussels with cheese) and it's a very cozy place. It looks like this cafe is not noticeable and as if there are no people, you have to go to the back of the cafe, there is a very beautiful seating area with tables. The breakfast at the hotel is varied, there are four types of fruits (papaya, watermelon, pineapple, draganfruit)Repairs are being done now,the main building is being painted ,half of it is not working (they were from 29.06-23.07.2025)We swim in the pool even at 12 at night. There are balls that can be played, they are common. I tried the massage everywhere , near the hotel.I liked the first one the most on the right (for Oleg tour at once), you can say really therapeutic. The girls in pink pants (from the massage parlor) were not pleasantly scared at all, by the end of the vacation I saw them sitting with tweezers poking at their heads, I understood that I had seen LICE several times. There is also OLEG TOUR, I highly recommend it. A pleasant Thai man is sitting there, speaks Russian very well , has been giving us discounts for the third year, and if you ask for a discount on each tour, he will always do it. I can recommend a wonderful zoo guide to ask Marina (a walking encyclopedia, she knows everything about animals), Bangkok, and some other things he leads - Sergey. From the pool you go down to the restaurant (in the central building), the Chinese are taken there in packs every evening, they love it very much. Of course, the view there is very beautiful, and I will mention the large tree in the restaurant separately. Squirrels live there. I used to count 24 pieces. It's no more than 6 now, but you can feed everything exactly with the children.Further down there is a staircase to the sea. Believe me, the sea is cleaner than in the north of the city and in Jomtien, it has been really tested. But there is nothing better than the islands and Ka Lan, from this hotel a taxi goes to the ferry in just 5 minutes. For those who are visiting Thailand for the first time, I advise you to try ice cream in coconut, well, it's very tasty with coconut pulp. Have a wonderful holiday, everyone. I also wanted to add that the rooms really liked that they provide hand soap with the smell of tea (very pleasant)shampoo, conditioner, body cream.

A good hotel for your moneyIt is located in the Pratamnik area, on a hill, with stairs leading to the sea. The staircase is beautiful and comfortable. Pattaya city center is about 1 km away. There are shops, a market, and an exchange office near the hotel. The beach is generally not bad, but you have to understand that this is a feature of the city. The hotel has 2 swimming pools, an interestingly decorated area with upholstered chairs where you can hang out with children. The food is good and delicious. Be sure to take a room with a sea view and you will be happy.

A good hotel, a good location just for us: people who want to hang out, but at the same time is not in the epicenter of the hype. We could walk to the center on foot, take a taxi back, and it cost about 100 baht to get from the center. The hotel has good breakfasts, a swimming pool, and a descent to the beach where you can swim. We got a room without a balcony, I was very upset at first. We tried to arrange a surcharge so that we could be given a room with a balcony, but to no avail. As a result, we stayed at the hotel very little, we were constantly walking.

A great hotel for its stars. There is a swimming pool, a gym on site, and a playground for relaxing on sun loungers next to the pool. You can also order a cocktail or enjoy a pizza with meat on coals. Breakfasts are for every taste. The choice is huge. Exotic dishes. Meat, porridges, soups, fruits, vegetables, and all this in several types and serves. There is absolutely everything you eat for breakfast. We cleaned and changed towels every day. Two bottles of water, coffee and tea were brought every day. The room had a sea view and a balcony. Spare no money, take rooms with a balcony and a view of the sea - this is a fairy tale. A table and chairs on the balcony with coffee, just incredible. The beach is on the first line, but it's at the bottom and you have to go down the stairs and then back up. Keep in mind. There are a lot of squirrels on the territory, but they live in a tree. If desired, you can chat with them, they are almost tame, but timid. The beach is sandy, clean. The sea is muddy because of the sand. Low tide in the morning, high tide in the evening. There are makashnitsy, shops and bars near the hotel. But the hotel is away from the center and night markets, get ready to take a taxi. Not expensive (65-75 baht). I've been to a lot of places - the hotel is really great. I recommend

I like the location, the hotel is old, we were in the main building overlooking the sea, the view is gorgeous, the breakfasts are monotonous, there is almost no beach, the only thing in the evening you can sit and look at the sea, there is everything you need near the hotel, taxi to pier 65 baht, cleaned the room every day, the pool is nice and big, smoking is prohibited everywhere from the balcony to the pool, the fine is 5000 baht, there is only a smoking room from the hotel, there is another one on the pool side from the cafe, but you need to go there

We spent 10 days at the Cozy Beach Hotel and were very satisfied. This is a great choice for a relaxing holiday without pathos. The main advantages: · Best location: The hotel is on the first line of Jomtien beach with its own access to the sand. Sun beds are often free for guests. · Atmosphere: Very green, cozy and homey. A clean pool. · Room: Compact but spotlessly clean. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi work perfectly. · Staff: Everyone is very friendly and smiling. Small disadvantages: · Breakfast: Modest, "continental". It is better to have breakfast in a nearby cafe. · Remoteness: It takes 15-20 minutes to get to the center of Pattaya. It was a plus for us, but it might not be suitable for nightlife lovers.

Great hotel. It was possible to swim in the pool near the Deluxe building around the clock. You could sit on the terrace with the food and alcohol you brought. It was cleaned every day. The taxi was inexpensive, waiting 1-3 minutes. The location is excellent. Now I understand people who go to this hotel 10-15 times. Thanks to the staff.

Not a bad hotel for Thailand. One of the advantages is the sea, in which you can swim.Going down the stairs, but not critical.Sun beds are paid, but there are always places.Beautiful view from the room (take it with a sea view)- amazing sunsets. With children and people with disabilities, it will be impossible to go down to the sea and swim. The breakfasts are monotonous, the coffee is not very good. There were always fruits. There were makashnitsy nearby-the food was good and delicious. The exchanger is nearby, and so are the shops. It is convenient to travel around the city by taxi using the Bolt app.We took a lot of excursions. There is one smoking area in front of the hotel and on the beach. If you decide to go to Pattaya, feel free to take this hotel.

There are shops nearby, Oleg tour, we used a Bolt taxi to get there, and there is an exchange nearby. Magnificent sea view Nearby there is a cafe with nests from where you can admire the beautiful sunsets.

The hotel with rooms overlooking the sea is simply magical. Of course, hot water is like a quest, while you're washing, you can plunge into cold water and after 5 seconds into boiling water, some hotels don't get along with it. The audibility from the next room is excellent, when the neighbor sneezes, out of habit you say "be healthy", in response "thank you". At about 7 a.m., the maintenance staff starts walking around and slamming the door next to your room, as I understand it, they have a household there. The block is a room, so when choosing a room, take the rooms away from these doors. Breakfast is a buffet, there is always something to eat, for every taste. We loved visiting them. The service is super, room cleaning and linen change, every day.

The rooms are very average (I lived in rooms by the pool, I heard that the other building was recently renovated): the rooms are already tired, the room is incredibly humid (!!), in a duet with air conditioning - hell. We asked for a dehumidifier at the reception, you can do that too!) The bathroom drain is barely breathing, while bathing I had to turn off the water and wait for the water to drain, otherwise the floor would flood. The breakfast is excellent, everything is delicious. The beach is quite nice, but we didn't swim there, we went to the islands. There are many attractions nearby, currency exchanges, shops, massage services. I had a vacation in September. I must say right away that torrential rains in the Thai off-season are a myth. During the 2 weeks of our stay, it rained 1 time, and at night. So you can safely go if in doubt)

It is suitable for a 4-star hotel. Near the sea, there is a descent down a relatively steep staircase, the beach is sandy. The pool is small, but it's enough to cool down. The buffet is standard according to Thai comparisons. The air conditioners are certainly noisy in the room, maybe it seemed that way to me. It is necessary to monitor the cleaning in the rooms, sometimes they can take two towels and put one. Before leaving, they didn't put two averages at all, so I immediately had to inform the reception so that there would be no surprises when leaving. The location is convenient - opposite there is an exchange, a fruit shop, several massage parlors, a sevn-ileven chain store, and a seafood cart on the corner in the evening, which will be prepared here in 5 minutes.

The hotel is three stars. It's a three-star hotel, but the location is great, everything is within walking distance of the sea and shops. The only negative is that it's a long way from tuk-tuks, but it's generally beautiful. We had a room with a view of the wall of the neighboring building, well, as with the view, if the window opened, you could touch the wall with your hand, But no one is peeping) The breakfasts were delicious, not the most diverse, but we were satisfied. One of the big advantages was the pool, it's big and not on the roof. And there were bats flying around, it was interesting to watch them.

Not a bad option in terms of price/quality ratio. If you don't need a beach directly from your room, then it's a good choice. Good breakfasts. The location is not bad, and you can walk to the sea and get a dozen massages nearby with a price starting from 170 baht. There's a nice cafe with a Russian menu nearby. So, in principle, you can live without knowledge of languages. There is a good exchanger right at the entrance. A new $100 exchange rate is better. But you need a passport for the exchange. Yes, the SIM can be purchased at 7leven. It is 100 meters away. A tourist trip for 2 weeks. Install the bolt app, an analog of our taxi, only if you do not have a card, make a cash payment. Have a good rest!

A great hotel, its own beach, a nice pool in which they are allowed to splash around the clock. Excellent breakfasts, although somewhat monotonous, but the choice of dishes is huge, you can always diversify your meals. There are small shops near the hotel, but they have different directions. If you need a car, then take a taxi to the center in 20 minutes. The sea is cloudy, but this is a feature of Pattaya, but it is cleaner than in Anapa.

The hotel is gorgeous. We took it for a week at breakfast. It was the first time we were both in a hotel and in Thailand. I liked everything very much. The rooms are excellent, with views of the sea and Koh Lan Island. Everything you need is across the street: an exchange (yellow, the cheapest), cafes, 7/11, where they sell SIM cards, etc. Guided tours from Oleg Tour. I advise you, even though hotel guides say that "street trips are dangerous", but it is the "Oleg Tour" that is simply gorgeous! Everything is safe and very healthy. 5+

The hotel does not have its own sun beds on the beach. There is no air conditioning at the reception. WI-Fi is constantly falling off. There were cockroaches in the room. The TV was not working. A three-out-of-ten buffet, you won't stay hungry, but don't expect any goodies either. The front door creaked very loudly. There are not enough sun beds near the pool for everyone. Among the advantages: room cleaning every day, change of towels every day, the air conditioner worked perfectly, blackout curtains, you can swim in the pool around the clock.

Not a bad hotel, located in the Pratamnak area, on the seashore. The main building, of course, requires renovation at the time of April 2025 (old furniture, plumbing, air conditioners). The food (breakfasts) are delicious and varied. There is everything you need near the hotel (shops, cafes, street food, fruits, massage parlors, excursions, a sandy beach), but there is no public transport, and it is problematic to wait for a taxi (Bolt), but it is possible.

Hello. We were going to Thailand for a long time and decided to go to Pattaya. The flight there is 9 hours and the return flight is 10 hours, which is quite difficult but bearable. Upon arrival, they almost died from the humidity in the air, like in a sauna .. Russian Russians account for 98% of the hotel as a whole , while the staff does not speak Russian , nor does English , and they communicated through a Russian - Thai translator .Our room in the grande was clean and bright on the 7th floor, the cleaning service was solid 4, the hotel itself was solid 3, the breakfasts were also 4, although they had no variety at all, not a single meal change in 10 days, everything was the same , they did not swell from hunger. We had lunch and dinner in cafes , there is a choice at prices of about 1000 b , not cheap , someone took it in makashnitsy . The sea is dirty, Wednesday and Thursday are sanitary days - channel drain ...We were shocked. The pool is small , there were almost never any places . There is hell for smokers , one place for smoking on the street , towels for the beach must be handed over strictly before 18 or a fine . Excursions are not a problem to buy, the price is also not cheap and there is not much choice. We personally did not like anything at all, if you need the sea, then you need to go to other places, for example, military or Koh Lan, it is very inconvenient and expensive. If you need excursions, it's debatable who likes what, it's interesting to see the temples, get acquainted with the history of the country at one time. Think , decide , and weigh everything , starting with the little things . We personally visited for the first and last time, so to speak, for show. There are three beaches in the photo- where the trees are at the hotel, the beach where the military is with me, where the turquoise water is Koh Lan island.

A good hotel for your money. There is everything you need nearby (7-eleven, money change, fruit stalls, souvenir tents, restaurants and cafes, etc.) The view from the hotel is simply gorgeous 🥰 The number is on a solid 4th.

The coolest hotel. Friendly staff, and the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is included in the price with a large selection of dishes. The pool is clean and warm. Towels can be changed any number of times. Comfortable chairs by the pool. The only drawback is the lack of sun loungers by the sea.

Thanks to Kozy for the hospitality, there are only warm memories and a desire to return here. I was pleased with everything. We met them, took our suitcases to the room, and the cleaning was daily and of high quality. The staff is amazing. We will definitely come back again.

Disadvantages: 1) "coupons" for breakfast and beach towels. This is very inconvenient, is it really impossible to automate this process? 2) constant blockage in the toilet, every morning 3) almost every evening, the room key does not open the door and you need to go back to the reception to remagnetize it 4) the air conditioner stopped working on the last night, and the hotel staff caused a problem in the morning 5) mediocre cleaning, both in the rooms and around the pool. In the morning you come to the sun beds, and under them there are steers, husks from sunflower seeds. Greetings to our "clean" compatriots 6) nearby cafes are mostly of a very primitive level, more or less chill in, the sky, I didn't like anything else, the choice is small 7) repairs are underway in the neighboring building and this also prevents you from relaxing normally near the main pool. 8) there is no hot water in the deluxe room in the new building at 6 p.m. Dignities: 1) a good breakfast with delicious fruits 2) friendly staff trying to help in solving numerous problems 3)Normal location

The hotel is good, there is nothing critical about it. The room must be booked only in a building with a reception area and necessarily with a view of the sea. I do not recommend all other rooms. The sea is nearby, but getting to the center is problematic. Or a taxi (at least 100 rubles.) Or on foot- 30 minutes. The food is fine, I wanted dumplings for 2 weeks. Oleg, a Thai man, sells excursions in front of the hotel. Hello to him. And do not hesitate to contact, ask- it will help.

This hotel has caused me extremely positive emotions. Although we were unlucky with the view from the window, everything was wonderful from the side of the hotel itself: wi-fi worked well, the room was always cleaned (except that there were questions about sweeping the floor), there was water and necessary supplies. The beds were separate from each other (due to some traditions and worldviews in Thailand), but nothing prevented us from moving them. Breakfast is served every day from 6 to 10. They served about the same thing, but for the most part everything was delicious and there was always a choice. There is an indoor lounge and two verandas. The hotel has a swimming pool with stunning views of the endless waters. A large number of sun beds and towels are provided according to a specially issued piece of paper. But, most importantly, the pool was open around the clock and you could enjoy it whenever you wanted. There is everything your heart desires near the hotel: several 7/11, TopsDaily, massage parlors, pharmacies of various formats, shops, coffee shops, eateries, bars, restaurants. And, the best part is that the hotel itself has a very picturesque access to the sea, where the beach is not as polluted as in the Jomtien area and is not swamped by crowds of people.

February 22
I must say I liked the hotel right away!!! The rest is just how and what I think individually 😁🤗 We stayed at the hotel from February 7 to February 19. We arrived at the hotel around 11 a.m., checked in at 1 p.m., before that we sat in the lobby, were treated to a welcome cocktail at the hotel cafe, someone immediately changed clothes and went to the pool or to the beach. About the hotel, I don't know if this will be relevant, since before that we only went all inclusive to Egypt and Turkey, so of course it would be inappropriate to compare these concepts. This is the first time we've been to Tae, everything is very specific here, so I think we need to write a review about the hotel itself based on all this. There are fans in the lobby, no air conditioners, modest but clean. The hotel consists of two buildings, we did not live in the main building, but which was across the street, room 7013 was angular, respectively, one window looked directly at the sea (you open your eyes, a full-length window and a view of the sea, very clearly), the other window with a balcony facing the street. There is another option to make it adjacent, the room had a door to the next room. The air conditioner was working properly, there was a lot of plasma on the wall, but we never turned it on. Good furniture, safe, refrigerator, good furniture. The bathroom is large, a toilet, a good shower, plus there is also a bathroom, if the blinds are ajar, you can lie in the bathroom with a view of the sea. We cleaned every day, but we didn't need it, two days later we started cleaning, and the bed was changed every time (I don't know if it would be with daily cleaning or not, I can't say), the bed is super-wide, the mattress is comfortable, the towels are all snow-white, 3 pieces for each, toothbrushes and toothpaste were left in the bathroom every time when cleaning. They clean very well (since it was a woman who cleaned, I think women do it much better after all) There are 2 swimming pools on the territory of the hotel, both are good, there may be fewer sun beds than necessary, but there seems to be enough for everyone (after all, there are not so many people relaxing at the pool) Breakfast is without any frills, but you can eat, everything is basic, there are 2 types of good coffee from a coffee machine, fruits watermelon and pineapples as much as you want, you can have breakfast even in the main building, even in another one) lunch and dinner, I think no one expects from the hotel there, it's just not necessary. The beach is probably 100 meters from the hotel, but you need to go down a steep staircase and then climb up, this must be taken into account. The beach is relatively clean, and this was the preference when choosing a hotel. It was similar to the beaches near the Pier, on the beach along the embankment, near the Temple of Truth, where it is much dirtier. The hotel is very conveniently located, a large Buddha, an observation deck nearby, we also walked to the Pier, a 15-minute walk to the night market, near the exchangers, massage parlors, makashnitsy, not far from the hotel for those who miss Russian cuisine, there is a cafe Kholodets, you can eat very tasty. When we realized what Thailand was all about, we realized that the hotel was very nice and the staff was friendly

We had a rest during the May holidays of 2025. The hotel left a very pleasant impression. The room was on the 12th floor with a view of the city. We were upset at first, but then we enjoyed sitting in the evenings and watching the traffic while drinking beer or rum. The room was clean, there were no dried drops of water on the glasses, they were polished to a shine. The room was cleaned every day, the air conditioner worked properly and silently. Shower facilities were available and regularly replenished. Towels were also changed regularly, although they were not thrown on the floor. There were 2 0.5 bottles of water in the room, a couple of tea bags, coffee, sugar. Everything was replenished daily as it was used. The Wi-Fi was excellent and at a decent speed. Registration is simple, it didn't get knocked out, and while you were in the room, you didn't have to register again. Breakfast is served buffet style from 6.00 to 10.00. The food is delicious, but not very varied, designed for the European visitor (not spicy). We had our usual pasta, fried potatoes or mashed potatoes. Ham, sausages, stewed chicken are all delicious. There was no cheese or fish, but there was plenty of fruit. The waiters replenished everything quickly and somehow imperceptibly. The pool was available 24/7, someone was always swimming, even at night, no one was kicked out. There are quite a lot of sun beds around the pool, but they tried to occupy them from the very morning. Beach towels are issued by card, but they must be returned before 7 p.m. To get to the beach, you need to go down a ladder of about 100 steps. The steps are stone and quite steep. There's a railing to hold on to. With strollers and small children or people with disabilities, it will be very inconvenient to go down. The beach is big enough, a chaise longue with an umbrella for a day is 100 baht. The water is very muddy, there is clay at the bottom and there are decent stones, you can get hurt. At low tide, the water goes far away, you can walk 300 meters from the shore and it will be just above the knee. It is better to swim by boat to Kalan Island or go by car to the military beach.

The perfect location of the hotel, 1 minute to the sea, 10 minutes to the center by taxi. There are many restaurants, shops, and street food nearby. Unlike the center, everything is clean and beautiful on the streets.

Great quiet hotel on the first line. We had a rest in January 2025, and we really enjoyed everything. Going down to the beach via steep stairs, it will be difficult for people with leg problems to climb, but it wasn't difficult for us! The breakfasts were monotonous, but the range of dishes was quite diverse and extensive, so we ate with pleasure every morning! There are milk porridges, soups, mashed potatoes, juices, fruits, vegetables, meat, etc. There are no tuk-tuks nearby, but the routes are within walking distance. Taxi is fast and cheap! There are many bike rental points nearby, they took it right in front of the hotel at the exchanger, the gas station is 50 meters away. We walked to Bali Hai Pier, and the observation deck with the Buddha is also nearby, above the letters Pattaya to the left of the pier. The sea is relatively clear, but there were waves and we went to Koh Lan. We will definitely come back here next time!

We really liked the 3-star hotel! The staff is responsive, our air conditioner was broken, we had it done on the same day Cleaning was carried out daily The room is quite cozy) I really liked the hotel grounds, the pool, the lobby and the restaurant The pool was very clean and you could swim even in the evening! The breakfasts were the same every morning, but everything was very satisfying and delicious! To walk to the sea by a steep staircase, but for my husband and me, it was not a problem) Sun beds on the beach are paid The hotel has everything you need nearby: exchangers, 7/11, massage rooms, fruit stalls (smoothies are something divine) We walked to the center somehow, about 25 minutes, the rest of the time we took a taxi (we immediately bought a SIM card and used a Bolt) Excursions were taken from our guide, there were many places) We took the ferry to Koh Lan Island, there is paradise) In general, we were 100% satisfied with the rest! I would love to come back here again)

A great place to relax! The hotel is popular, convenient location, a good beach for Pattaya, spacious rooms (we had adjacent rooms for 2+2, very convenient), everything works (the air conditioner is noisy, but acceptable), we liked the breakfasts, there is always something delicious, coffee and watermelon pineapples. The staff is very friendly. Important: going down a fairly steep spiral staircase to the beach is not an option with a stroller or a child in your arms, but they write about it everywhere, so I have not seen small children either on the beach or in the hotel. There are no sun beds on the nearest beach, there are paid ones somewhere, but we did not look for them. The sea is good, they wrote that it was dirty, but it depends on what to compare, of course. Some garbage was washed up on day 1 by a storm, the rest of the days were fine. Thai cafes, makashnits, massages, a chocolate factory are within walking distance), an excellent burger joint. Everything else is available by taxi, convenient Bolt, up to 100 baht ride wherever you want)

I never thought that I would come to this hotel again. Pleasant memories decided everything for us. Last year we came in February. The rest was a top five success. This year we decided to go in October. We were a little worried about the weather. But the tropical showers made us very happy. It is not very hot in October, the sea water is very warm and comfortable. Our masseuse was found on the beach. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Relax with pleasure.
