We stayed at the hotel for 8 days on vacation. The rooms are tired, as they say, but clean. The rooms were very well cleaned, by 12 o'clock everything was already cleaned and made. Towels were changed every day even without asking. The hotel is well located-around the street with shops and street food. Opposite the entrance is an exchanger! You can always take a taxi or tuk-tuk at the entrance. The breakfasts are very decent, for every taste. The fruits are fresh, the restaurant is clean, everything is cleaned quickly. For future tourists, this review mostly concerns not the hotel, but the Biblio-Globus company and the poor quality of its services. Speaking about the hotel, I can only describe it on the positive side. The staff is polite enough, daily cleaning, good breakfasts (even for selective guests there is always something suitable). The room stock in which we lived is not the freshest, it definitely needs cosmetic, and possibly major repairs (we are talking about the low—rise building of the hotel). Sightseeing services from the travel agents of the Biblio-Globus company for the guests of this hotel. My friend's reviews (dated 11/06/2025) describe in detail our stay on excursions — three paid and one free. I just want to summarize my opinion and emotions from staying on these excursions. I would like to pay special attention to the hotel guides of the Biblio-Globus company, in particular Davran, who literally "suck in" excursions and tours, not hesitating to use different epithets, comparisons and metaphors. It wouldn't be so bad if a fairly large part of what they told me coincided with reality. However, the situation is as follows: the guides are incompetent and do not know the material well; the castling of the tour points is not in favor of the tourists; the complete lack of feedback and impressions from the tourists; the weak organization of programs. Based on the work of these hotel guides, it seems that the main goal of the company and its guides is solely to sell excursions and tours, rather than to provide an opportunity to get acquainted with the colorful culture of the kingdom. I would like to pay special attention to the free guided tour, which, according to the hotel guides, was a kind of bonus/ compliment from the company. I especially remember two locations: the Royal Pharmacy, where the royal is only portraits of reigning monarchs, and the exterior and interior are just a warehouse, as well as a Latex factory, which I want to take a separate paragraph. The central place in this "exemplary" production store is given to his guide (I don't remember the name, I think it was Alexey), who devoted about 10 minutes of the tour, and spent the remaining almost 30 minutes selling. This salesman is perhaps my favorite, I'm not afraid of that word, a character who sniffed pillows and blankets at a latex factory, and to my question about the experimental base and research that allowed him to boldly claim the durability of pillows for several decades, I only received an unintelligible, unrelated answer without an evidence base. But to the question (probably a favorite and giving room for ranting) of one of the tourists about the cost of products, he smilingly replied that he had finally heard a good question. Looking ahead: female tourists older than Balzac's age used pillows and shared the opinion that they do not help at all and, to put it mildly, are bullshit.… I would like to emphasize that such an attitude and the level of service not only disappoint tourists, but also adversely affect the reputation of the company itself. If Biblio-Globus does not review its standards and approach to customer service, it risks completely losing the trust and respect of its customers. Sun beds for 100 baht. The hotel is located in a quiet area on a hill. Nearby there are massage parlors, restaurants, fruit stalls and makashnits, prices are reasonable. It is inconvenient to get to the center on foot - it is too far and it is necessary to go down and up (on the way back). There is no way to walk along the beach. We used a Bolt taxi, the price to the pier or Walking Street is from 60 baht.

Everything turned out to be great in the new room: clean, strong air conditioning, good sound insulation, which at night the neighbors did not interfere at all. The service is excellent, which compensates for all minor shortcomings. The location of the hotel is very convenient: the sea is just a few minutes away, although the path goes up steep stairs, but this is not a problem, and even adds color. There are many shops, cafes around, and there is a 7/11 literally at every turn, where you can buy everything you need. Overall, the impressions are very positive: pleasant service, cleanliness, excellent location and friendly atmosphere. Yes, there are little things that can be improved, but they don't spoil the overall feel.

Now about the hotel pool. Our vacationers probably think that they bought the hotel for the duration of their vacation and no one else can rest except them. They occupy deck chairs for the whole day, they go off on their own for half a day somewhere they shy away. Well, what to do with mentality and upbringing. Yes, I would like to mention the compatriots who walk here with stone faces. People smile!!! Now about the beach, it's really not bad here, but take aquasocks with you, otherwise you'll cut your leg just once or twice. Attractions. There is a statue of the golden Buddha nearby, you can walk a little more than 1 km. The view is amazing, go in the evening, before sunset. And the Pattaya observation deck, the distance from the hotel is about 1 km, here you will see the bay and central Pattaya, you can look through binoculars for 10 baht. The photo zone is great. And finally, about the hotel guide. I will never use his services again. We had Alina. She praised our tour on the Dolce Vita, it's terrible, I don't recommend it to anyone. This is a very bad staircase for descending to the sea. Something must be done about it.
