The breakfasts are varied, we liked them. According to the reviews that are written here, we decided with my husband to go on excursions through Oleg. Right on the last day, he left a very bad impression of himself. Everyone says that he makes discounts, but in our case this did not happen, and even ate 3,600 rubles from us for our money. it was very unpleasant. We bought vouchers for 4 excursions, can't really advise where it is better to go, we took them to the River Kwai, big fishing, evening Bangkok and Samet Island for 2 days and one night. An excursion to the River Kwai pushes through, because this is their family contract, they settled in houses that are so-so, I do not recommend big fishing at all, they took them to where there are no fish, or with the palm of your hand, do not waste money. I really liked Bangkok, I recommend going there. We also liked Samet Island very much, that's where it turned out that Oleg had deceived us. To begin with, the organization of the trip is disgusting, we have been waiting for a long time to check in. Well, actually we were settled and then we find out that for 3 days and 2 nights, we would certainly have stayed, only we already had to fly, we were told that you had paid for these days, naturally we asked for the price for one night and it was much less than we paid, with at the same time, the amount in the receipt was the one that was written for 3 days and 2 nights, and in the name he wrote 2 days and 1 night. As soon as we arrived at his place, he did not give away the difference in money, he thought a lot, he was already prepared, but they told us that this trip costs much less. In general, I do not recommend this Oleg, the impression, of course, creates a positive person, but in the end he overshadowed our vacation. And he doesn't make any discounts!! His exchange rate is cheap, a married couple came before our eyes and exchanged it for 34 rubles per dollar, and next to it in a yellow stall 35 rubles.

The rooms are shabby, although there was an improved package, please specify immediately where the view will be, in general, there was a good room for a replacement, a spacious street view with a balcony. Sometimes the dogs howled in the morning and it was noisy, but not critical. Connecting doors and of course everything is audible. The facade of the hotel was undergoing renovation before the pile, it didn't really interfere, but nevertheless. Cleaning is daily. Special thanks for this 5 out of 5. The breakfasts are generally 4 out of 5, there is not much choice, but everything is delicious and lots of fresh fruits. They don't speak Russian, only English, so be prepared to talk through the translator on your phone. Russian guests occupy approximately 90% of this hotel. The location of the hotel is EXTREMELY UNFORTUNATE, there are only massage parlors, shops with a "special choice", one exchanger and 2 grocery stores. The restaurants nearby are very expensive and not particularly tasty, mostly Chinese people eat there because of the views, and I had to take a taxi to the neighboring area to eat. It's worth thinking about it a few times, since we got to everything by taxi: food, entertainment, markets, etc. The way to the beach deserves special attention. Those who say that this is bullshit and everything is fine in general - don't believe it. The stairs are very steep, sometimes crooked and with high steps. It's difficult for young people, what to say about children and older people, it's hell in the heat. Actually, that's probably why people spent all their time by the pool. The beach is not as clean as described, the same fine sand and shells, we spent more time on the neighboring island. Anyone coming to Tai for the first time will be extremely disappointed, as the hotel is generally far from everything. This was our second visit, so we knew where to go to eat and where to get groceries and things. I do not recommend the hotel! Transfer from the airport to the hotel: the entire 2 hours were filled with the guide's speech about everything, instead of giving people a database of information and a 2-hour break from the flight, all these hours they are given a whole array of information, mostly about "very interesting excursions." At the meeting with the guide, you will be given 2 hours to describe only the excursions, there is zero useful information, somehow they asked for the time of the return transfer and left. Apparently, many reviews were written by Biblioglobus guides, as they praised this hotel just fiercely. So, we deserve two stars: cleaning and breakfast, that's all.
