I consider this to be the best hotel in Pattaya in terms of price-performance ratio. The hotel is located next to a cozy beach with the same name. It is better to pay extra for the sea view, then every day you will have a beautiful picture in front of your eyes. The breakfasts are good. Next to the hotel there is a number of restaurants with sunset views, which specially bring tourists from other areas. There is also a decent restaurant at the hotel itself (though without a view), and there is a 10% discount for those staying at the hotel. There is a swimming pool. Of the disadvantages, it can be noted that there are not enough sun beds for everyone in the season. This is also because of our brother, a tourist, who likes to occupy sun beds in the evening the next day, throwing personal belongings on him. In general, I recommend it.

Great hotel, lots of greenery. We lived in the second building. The room is wonderful, cleaning and linen change EVERY day. The convenient location of the hotel, near the store and the exchanger and the beach. It is 10 minutes to the center, 7 minutes to the pier, taxi prices are adequate. An observation deck and Big Buddha are within walking distance. We lived 20 days in happiness. According to nutrition, the breakfasts are not bad, for every taste, and Asian and European cuisine. I really liked the hotel! I had a rest in November 2024! It consists of two buildings, 2 restaurants, 2 swimming pools - go to any one! The proximity of the beach of the same name, only the stairs are steep, but these are small things! Full breakfasts: fruits, yogurt, a variety of dishes from cereals and soups to noodles, chicken, eggs, sausages, pastries, tea, coffee,......near the hotel 7/11, exchangers, makashnits come - very tasty pancakes, fish, meat, shrimp (do not be afraid to buy from them, as well as smoothies and dishes on the beach - everything is clean and perfect) towels are changed and cleaned every day at the hotel, there are beach towels, I took them in the morning - I gave them in the evening, soapy accessories are available + 2 barrels of water every day, tea, coffee, kettle, hairdryer, safe, large rooms, in addition to the bathtub, there is also a shower stall and.. Additional doors to the room! This is Asia!)))The only disadvantage is audibility, but it's like all hotels and dogs barking at night!))) although you can walk a lot during the day, it did not always interfere, we walked to the port, the tower, and Wall Street, but if you are not amateurs, download the Bolt to call a taxi. Be sure to take a room with a sea view!!! It's better to overpay a little, but the view is just gorgeous!!!! The hotel is very nice, the staff is friendly, the food is delicious! The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are a lot of shops and street food carts nearby! The room has good air conditioning, safe, all hygiene products, refrigerator, large comfortable beds and all necessary furniture, kettle (tea, coffee, sugar), glasses/mugs! They clean every day, but not with super high quality (they do not use a vacuum cleaner and therefore there is always sand on the floor in the room-but this is not critical!!!), 2 0.5 liters of water are brought every day. 98% of the guests are Russian The staff hardly understands Russian and English suffers from them too, but again, there are no problems! Going to the sea is not forbidden at night, swim in the pool at least until the morning!!! Towels are provided for the pool, there are enough sun beds! Recommend 👌🏼

It's a wonderful hotel. First line, clean beach. And breakfast is a different story. The variety is simply amazing, fruits, vegetables, juices. This is a lovely, clean hotel. The staff is smiling and friendly. The advantage is that you can walk from the hotel to Big Buddha, Volkin Street. There is also everything near the hotel: shops, an ATM, currency exchanges, cafes, pharmacies, and of course a seafood. A 15-minute taxi ride to the fruit and night markets. I definitely recommend it and will come back again.

This hotel was located next to ours. According to guest reviews, everyone liked the hotel. Good breakfasts, there is a coffee machine. There was always Wi-Fi at the reception. The rooms were well cleaned daily.The hotel is located on the first line from the bay. They gave out green beach towels. It is not necessary to take sun beds, you can build them on a shelf. I liked the hotel itself, the breakfasts were normal, the pool was quite comfortable, sun beds can always be found, there are places to lie in the shade and in the sun near the pool. There are stairs to the sea, the sea is so-so, but we generally don't like the sea in Pattaya, so we didn't go there for the sea. Periodically, the tides come and go, bringing garbage naturally, the water is muddy, like everywhere else in the city. The hotel has a cafe with a view of the bay, stunning sunsets and several other cafes nearby. Everything is fine in the rooms and in the lobby with the Internet. We lived together with my husband in a standard room in a new building: a large room with a large balcony, air conditioning. A large bed with a hard mattress (we even had two in our room: a large double bed and one and a half), there are additional pillows and blankets. Daily cleaning, change of towels, branded gel, shampoo/conditioner, soap and body lotion in large jars, tea accessories and refrigerator are all in place. but! There are no toothbrushes or toothpaste - keep in mind. There are boilers in the hotel, so hot water didn't always go smoothly either: sometimes you had to wait for the lukewarm water to go) And these are the only two disadvantages of the hotel that we have found for ourselves. A good breakfast buffet with European and local cuisine, a coffee machine, and fresh fruits. It's not fancy, of course, but it's great to get some energy. We liked the location: there is no vibrant nightlife here, the area is more family-friendly. Nearby, perhaps, the best urban beach in the city is Cozy: a very beautiful tropical bay, but with a steep descent from the street to the beach - it will be difficult to get down with a wheelchair. On the beach, a local grandmother makes amazing smoothies from fresh fruits - we recommend you try it, it's very tasty and rich! There are quite a lot of good restaurants, cafes and vans around for different tastes and budgets (we recommend going to the Korean barbecue on the next street, try pizza after cannabis near the four-story smokehouse, be sure to take banana pancakes from the man on the street, good fruits right in front of the exit from the hotel in the corner shop, delicious but expensive food in the restaurant Chocolate factory and the amazing atmosphere at Oxygen)

The territory is small but beautiful, there is a passage through the restaurant to the sea, you need to go down a steep stone staircase, the beach is urban, sun beds and umbrellas are paid, but we did not like the water in the sea, it was very dirty and we went to the islands, there is just a heavenly place, the water is transparent, the sand is white, cool. We downloaded the bolt taxi app, called a taxi to the pier, from the pier by ferry, then by tuk-tuk, one way for about an hour, but it's worth it. Nutrition: breakfast was very good at the hotel, lots of fruits, vegetables, porridge, omelette, scrambled eggs, and much more. For lunch and dinner we ate in cafes, restaurants, or on the beach, we took food outside a couple of times, everything is delicious, do not be afraid to take it. There are many fruit stalls, grocery stores, pharmacy, excursions around the hotel, but the guided tours were cheaper. We really liked it, we would come back again.

But this is already my jamb - I had to download the app and buy a SIM card. I liked the trip - an excursion to Nong Nooch Park. We took it from Oleg in front of the hotel. Alexey led the tour! Many thanks from me and from my granddaughter Kira and from our companions - Elena and Sasha, whom we met on this tour and are communicating today! A very beautiful and interesting park, an interesting show with elephants, which turned out to be a ride. But, most importantly, this is our escort - we remember with great gratitude! But excursions to the aquarium, to the crocodile farm and excursions cannot be called - they were taken, left for 1.5 hours and they came and took them away. It would be easier and cheaper to visit yourself . From the aquarium of the past, only 1/10 of what was before remained! Covid must have ruined a lot.!?

The descent to the sea is a staircase, the view is amazing, but the staircase needs repair. The beach and the sea are magnificent, clean, comfortable. Initially, the room was given a terrible one, with some kind of hoods on the roof that were noisy. They refused, and gave me another one, which was also terrible. They are trying to settle in the renovated building for an additional fee. As a result, we got a room in an old building with a view of the pool. The building is old, the numbers are ancient, but there is nothing broken. The water flowed steadily, there were no leaks. The toilet and sinks are intact, everything is functioning normally. Towels are changed daily, the floor is washed too, the water is replenished regularly. The air conditioner is working. The location is convenient, the city beach is within walking distance. We couldn't swim there, except once. The beach is dirty, the water is dirty. We went swimming to Koh Lan Island. The Pratamnak area is located in the vicinity, so it is more convenient to get to the center of Pattaya by taxi, of course. The port is 7 minutes away by taxi. Walking is not convenient. On weekends, a taxi does not go to the city because of traffic jams, it is impossible to call it. Breakfast is quite good: oatmeal porridge, pancakes, yogurt, fruit, eggs, butter/bread, chicken, rice, noodles in sufficient quantity. I didn't leave hungry.I don't even know if I should recommend the hotel!? He is isolated. Good afternoon, I stayed at this wonderful hotel on January 25. Check-in was for 10 days from BG, they don't take a deposit, so don't rush to change the currency at the airport. I lived in the grand wing with a view of the city, my sister took two rooms with a view of the sea, I liked the room that it was big plus a balcony, 20bat for tea (I left it at the TV) and cleaning was provided, there was a full bath in the bathroom, not a shower on the floor. shampoo, shower gel and cream for the body in bottles of 0.5 liters. I read about the noise from the neighbors, but it bypassed me and my sister and family))) maybe because. the nights were relatively cool and I always slept with the window open, plus I got tired during the day). Fortunately, you could sleep a lot, because breakfast was from 6 to 10, it usually came at the end around 9.45, so there were no people, food was constantly being added, there was a lot of variety, for every taste, although some stuffy people who grew up in Turkey, etc. judging by the reviews, it did not go)! One of the advantages of the hotel is that it is located on the coast and there is a beach with paid sun beds, although many people just buy a sunbed and go with their own, saving 100 baht or even sit on beach towels. The beach is great. the water is really dirty (when there is a lot of excitement - coconuts, grass, branches float in, but in the center on the beach it is much worse in the Beach Road area), and compared to the black sea, the water is generally like a tear. If you are not satisfied with this beach, you can take a speedboat to Koh Lan for 400 baht. either get to the central pier (it took me 30 minutes on foot, or a Bolt taxi for 70-80 baht, by the way, the same amount to the intersection of Wolkin Street and Beach Road), the same boats will take you away and bring you to the central pier for 150 baht, or you can take a ferry for 40 baht, the guide of course said that it was the season and there are a lot of Chinese and Indians and they have flooded the beach and wait in line for 2 hours, so take excursions from us better, but it's all bullshit and the ferry is full, but there are no problems getting in. if you sit on it for 15-20 minutes, and the Chinese go to the beach for photos, and by lunchtime the beach is clean from them on Koh Lan. Our tour company was Biblio Globus, well, as usual, the guides gathered and told us. what's where and why, and as usual, they gave me a couple of excursions. The most important thing is if the guide tells you that you can buy a SIM card for 40-50 baht at 7-11 or topshop, then take it and drag it to this store, because although I have no problems with English, I could not achieve such a SIM card on my own, they sell a tourist SIM card for 400 baht for 7 days everywhere. It's also important. there are two ways to get to the beach. The 1st is if you go from the territory (grand) all the time directly through the summer restaurant area down the steps, you come to the shore, where on the right is the territory of the concrete beach of another hotel, where you probably will not be allowed and you will have to walk through the water above your waist sometimes because of the tide among a boulder to get to a normal beach with sand, or just from the territory in front of the summer restaurant, turn left and walk along the fence of the summer restaurant, go outside, pass by the Chocolate Factory restaurant, and there will be a descent to the sea, which is the most ideal and safest option). Of course, you can eat right on the territory of the hotel, if you have a lot of money, or you can just go outside. there are quite a lot of cafes there, there are even a couple with a Russian menu, the area is generally Russian-speaking, even Thais already speak it)))! The hotel corresponds to the price and quality. The room stock was tired, they gave us a room with a sea view, although they paid for the city, while they rested on peak dates. Regarding the cleaning: tips were left, new water was always put on, towels, bed linen were changed, toilet paper was added constantly, but the floor was dirty the whole vacation, no cleaning was done. Breakfast is monotonous, you can find something to eat, but the meat is mostly chicken, sliced ham, chicken and pork sausages, that's all. There is no cheese at all. The only sweets are donuts and croissants. Vegetables and fruits are available. We ate in makashnitsy, we really liked shawarma for 70 baht, shish kebab for 100 baht. They didn't get poisoned anywhere. We went to Collis Restaurant & Bistro, Chillin Home Cafe, Pj Tavern Restaurant Thai food Pattaya. Everything is delicious everywhere. We swam on Koh Lan Island, Samae beach and Tien. The ferry is a 30-minute walk away, or by taxi Bolt.

A good hotel, the price and quality match. We lived in an old building, the rooms are old, but everything is working and clean. The breakfasts are not varied, but there is always a fresh omelet, fruit, and more before the European breakfast. We stayed at the hotel from April 21st to 30th. I really liked everything, the staff is friendly, although they hardly speak Russian. The breakfasts are excellent. The room was cleaned every day, the bed and towels were changed regularly. We will definitely come back.
