I'll start with the pros: The hotel has a 24-hour front desk. A large swimming pool (though not very deep) with a cozy area around it - a lot of sofas and tables. There is a laundry room (50 baht for washing, 60 for drying) and a gym. Close to the beach. In the evenings, makashnits come to the hotel with delicious food)) You can buy food and have dinner on the sofas by the pool. There are shops and massage parlors nearby. Live music is played on Friday and Saturday evenings. Of the cons: Very small rooms, which do not have cupboards, tables and chairs. In fact, the entire room is occupied by a bed. There are no balconies. If you buy a room with meals, they give coupons (100 baht per day per person), for which you can not buy a lot of food in their cafe, because dishes are sold at inflated prices. You can buy everything cheaper in the next store, so be aware))) In general, you can stay for a couple of nights. We did so, because we arrived late and it was important for us that the reception was working at the hotel at that time. Then we moved to another hotel.

I explain, I underestimated the rating for the lack of a beach, it was periodically filled with water during high tides. I had to go to a nearby beach and pay 100 baht for sun beds. This is the only drawback, everything else is top-notch, and the food, and the daily room cleaning, and the staff, and the excursions (although they are much cheaper in the city, our guides already earn for us for their far from poor lives). Wonderful Valley Tour + ATV Extreme Tour + Blue Lagoon (October 27, 3,100 baht) The guide is Alexey. Dobran assured me that there would be a trip through the real jungle. There was no jungle at all. According to the plan, the beach was supposed to be at the end, but we were taken there first, and after swimming, to ATV rides and temples, where we stood dirty and wet. Khao Kheow Zoo Tour (October 29, 890 baht) The guide is Valeria. The girl admitted that she had recently settled in the zoo for the first time. She couldn't organize a group of 41 people at all. I was reading text from my phone, I was lost, I didn't control the process. When part of the group went to the lemurs, it turned out that tickets were bought separately and on time. We bought them at our own expense, but it turned out that our slot was only an hour away. Valeria didn't warn us and just left with another part of the group. As a result, we did not get to either lemurs or giraffes, although other tour groups managed to do all this. No one returned the money, and the complaints were answered with the phrase "the group is big, you can't keep track of everyone." The zoo itself is great, a ticket there costs only 300 baht, but it's much easier and more enjoyable to go there on your own. Location — 5, organization — 1, guide — 2. Result: Of the three excursions, there are three complete disappointments. The guides are unprofessional, the organization is weak, and the advertising does not correspond to reality. The impression of the excursions is completely ruined. But the floors are always covered in sand, even though my… There was also a moment with the laundress at the hotel! We gave away 6 things in the morning and on the same day, around 15-16:00, we brought 6 clean things. When we started to sort things out, we found out that 1 thing was not ours. They gave it to the hotel staff right away. But they never got our stuff. We tried to communicate with them through translators somehow. Russian Russians don't understand English (this is despite the fact that almost all Russians live in the hotel). A translator from Russian to Thai is understood only when it is convenient for them. As a result, they spent several hours trying to explain the whole situation. They seem to understand, but they can't help in any way. And we just happened to look under the bed and saw our thing there, washed, but covered in heavy dust, because there is a terrible layer of dust under the bed.. that is, the thing was stupidly thrown.. we were not going to make a scene, we communicated with the staff in a friendly manner, we could have returned the item by putting it in a prominent place, rather than throwing it under the bed.. There is only 1 smoking room at the main building. It is very inconvenient when you are settled in the second building… Another important point is not about the hotel itself, but about a vacation in Pattaya. All the guides impose a "wonderful" excursion to the river Kwai! For us it was 1. 2 days of rest were spent! 2. No one says that you need to drive 1000km.. It's very hard! 3. It's definitely not worth that much money! 4. Of all the locations, only 1 was rated! The umbrella market is something.. and how beautifully they talked about it.. in fact, we went greyer and greener all day.. It was very difficult not to throw up.. Well, that's just our opinion.. I have been to this hotel 2 times, the first time in 2012 and now in May 2024. The room stock is old, there was no repair, even the new building is old. There is no cleaning. The staff seemed to be out of their mind, they asked for a plate to take the cake to the birthday girl, they did not give it 30 minutes, then they took 150 Baht of deposit for the plate. They can't solve any issue. The pool is warm, there is no cooling. The only plus is that a restaurant with beautiful gazebos and a view has opened near the descent to the beach, the food is good. The hotel has a normal breakfast, there was always enough of everything. The location is convenient. Of course, the beach is dirty, as is the water, but this is no longer the problem of the hotel, but the problem of Pattaya as a whole. The only advantage is the view from the room, and they fell for it, a very beautiful direct view of the sea, and you can also see the sea and sunsets from the pool. Otherwise, it's a disappointment.

Great hotel.Everything was fine with me.Pleasant staff at the reception, varied breakfasts, a cozy room with a view of the pool, squirrels on a tree, huge fish in an artificial pond, proximity to the beach, shops, exchangers,cafes.I definitely recommend it.
