The hotel is beautiful (I was in a new four-star building). A HUGE PLUS is that the hotel is located in a good area, with a nice and clean beach by Pattaya standards, there are many shops, cafes, and so on in the streets next to the hotel (they understand Russian better than English, which is convenient for people who do not speak languages). On the downside, Russian tourists create a lot of noise and the feeling of Anapa(((Breakfast is a buffet with a clear simple meal, lots of fruits, sometimes there are local dishes. The territory is quite large, clean, two swimming pools, many restaurants with beautiful views nearby. There are also wonderful squirrels entertaining tourists. I definitely recommend it

We rested during the rainy season, the end of August 2023. Room by the pool, 1st floor, balcony facing the street. Convenient location, there is a grid on the balcony. Minus - it splashes heavily on the balcony when it rains because of the columns. Everything was fine, it was dark only in the room, the furniture was a little tired, but the cleaning was regular, there were no cockroaches, although we met in other rooms (friends said). The breakfasts are decent. The beach is the best in the area, but at the beginning of the holiday it was dirty in the morning, at the end it was cleaned more often. There is a Bolt taxi around the city when the xl taxi company economically leaves. We went swimming on Koh Lan, it's gorgeous there. Koh Chang is not recommended during the rainy season (there is much more rain than in Pattaya, plus the locals are relaxing, no smoothies, fruits, most shops are closed or open at night).

The vacation was planned for 3-4 months, I studied the city beforehand, reviews of beaches and hotels, I wanted a quieter place and a cleaner sea. We've been to Phuket a couple of times before. We were considering options with independent flights and reservations, but flights to NG were expensive, plus difficulties when paying for accommodation from the Russian Federation. As a result, we decided to book through a well-known agency with an Aeroflot flight. A great hotel, we took a room with a view of the sea, from the eighth floor there is a magnificent view. The breakfasts are decent, the choice is large. There is a fairly busy street near the hotel, where you can have delicious food, and not only. The beach is good, you can spend a couple of days on it, military beaches on the island are certainly better, but as an urban beach, this one is probably out of competition. The exchanger is just a stone's throw away, accepting all banknotes since 1996, but only in excellent condition. The tours were taken across the street from the hotel, they decided not to overpay the tour guide from the tour operator. For example, they went to Cambodia for 5,900 baht (they took it from a Russian-speaking Thai in front of the hotel), the BG guide offered the same for 10,400. It is important not to fall for the tricks of the guide at a meeting with him, he will tell you a million reasons why you should buy only from him, and it is important not to give in to a divorce today, or better yet now. The hotel is mainly inhabited by Russian-speaking citizens, in this regard, there are some nuances in the form of towels on empty deck chairs by the pool, noise at night and other side effects. On New Year's Eve, the hotel offered a banquet for 1,500 baht, we weighed the pros and cons, and decided to refuse, which we did not regret at all, there is an excellent restaurant next to the hotel, where we spent a great evening and from the terrace of which we watched a magnificent fireworks display. By the way, the hotel guide persistently offered to celebrate the New Year at sea on the catamaran Dolce Vita, in the morning we met tourists returning from there, "God forbid," they said. Limited space, hundreds of very drunk expensive Russians, dirty toilets, limited menu, as a result, disappointment, especially for low drinkers and those with children. You will be promised magnificent views from the sea to the fireworks in the city, but believe me, everything looked amazing from the shore too. I would love to return to the hotel, and in general, Pattaya after Phuket did not disappoint, even on the turnaround. PS: separately, for compatriots who paid 200-300 thousand for a ticket for two, 70% of which is the cost of the flight, you are not required to check in earlier than the generally accepted time in the world, which is 14:00. By the way, we were checked in an hour earlier, and thank you for that, we spent three hours waiting to explore the surroundings and a wonderful lunch at a cafe on the next street. In addition, Thais are not required to understand Russian, sometimes it is just awkward to read some comments from tourists.

There is a restaurant on site with more or less reasonable prices, closer to the shore there is a private restaurant that I do not recommend going to because of the overpriced price, but the food in it is delicious. We personally go to cafes near the hotel. The menu is in Russian, there is even borscht, although mostly Asian cuisine. It is now the second day of rest, I have signed up for four excursions. I will add to the review as the rest continues. Good luck to everyone) the day before yesterday we went on a Dolce Vita tour. This is a walk by the sea on the catamaran of the same name with a stop at the island beach. There is an excellent animation team on the catamaran. I highly recommend this tour. There are a lot of positive emotions left. I wasn't even upset by the sea urchin I stepped on on the island. It almost paralyzed the hell out of me. My leg was swollen to such an extent that I couldn't fit into a sneaker, but only I had such a reaction. It turned out I was allergic to these creatures. And before, I thought it was only in the wind.... Oh yes, of the promised seafood on the catamaran, there was only chicken (possibly sea, but this is not accurate), although this is such a trifle that it is not worth discussing. For most passengers, the free bar negated the difference between chicken and shrimp)))) I am completing the review from home. We went on another excursion along the river Kwai. All four of them have different impressions. I mean myself, my children, and my ex-wife. I liked it, and so did the kids, but they were damn tired. She didn't like it at all. In fact, we rode the bus for a day. It is better not to travel with children, it is really very difficult for them.

A good 4* hotel. Breakfast is included in the room rate. The menu is good, starting with fried eggs, porridge, sausages and ending with several types of rice porridges. Fried chicken wings and ham are served. There are only 2 types of fruits - watermelon and papaya... Coffee, tea and juices, such as jupi. Pastries - croissants, Viennese waffles and Chinese chak - chak type. A small cozy pool, free sun loungers are always available. And a huge cafe with a rich seafood menu on site. The descent to the beach is not very convenient - it is steep. But also the fact that on Wednesdays the sanitary day in Pattaya is just a nightmare - there is a drain from the city's sewage treatment plants into the sea.

The infrastructure nearby is lame, of the advantages - the exchanger is right next to it, 7/11 is small too, everything is nearby. In fact, there is nowhere to go, there are restaurants nearby, but there is more than a price tag there. The sea is relatively clear, but you will first go down to it by such and such stairs in the heat. Breakfast, by the way, is not bad, but not to say wow! In terms of room cleaning and staff work, they are normal, as everywhere else. The audibility between the rooms is perfect, the doors are slamming so that you can hear everywhere, the noise from the street is also audible. I do not recommend this hotel under any circumstances.

There is no shower on the beach, so I had to go back to the room. An excellent bar area with an observation deck has been completed. We celebrated our honeymoon in this hotel from 04.07-07/19/2023. Yes. the hotel is not new, the rooms are tired, cleaning was every day, but generally mediocre, towels were changed every day. The bed linen, pillows and blanket are normal, there were no complaints about them. In our room, two beds were shifted in order to make a double bed, a double mattress pad was not thrown on top, the joint was sharp and hard. The breakfasts are normal, you will not stay hungry, there are a lot of squirrels on the veranda in the restaurant (P.S. some tourists can feed them, some can not, the manager of the restaurant makes remarks on what principle is unclear). The hotel has a small territory, a swimming pool with sun beds, by the way, they also give out beach towels, change them at least every day. In general, the hotel is like a hotel, it will pull for Asia. The only thing is the tension with water, you can't put water in your bottles in the dining room, there are no coolers with water in the hotel itself, the norm per person is 1 bottle per day, which is entered during cleaning. Well, the location itself will be a big plus for someone, and a huge minus for someone like for us. We chose this hotel with an eye to the fact that it stands next to the beach of the same name, which by the way is among the top best beaches in Pattaya. But we did not swim at Cozy beach, the water is warm, but muddy, there is garbage on the beach, in general we disdained, although it was normal for our compatriots to splash there, well, actually, judging by our observations, only Russians swam in Pattaya itself, all the others go for a beach holiday to Koh Lan Island (30 minutes one-way ferry from Bali Hai pier, cost 30 baht). There was tension with the tuk tuks, it turned out that they simply stopped going down to the area where the hotel stands, possibly the consequences of the pandemic, so you will have to get to the pier or the city center either by motorcycle taxi or by regular taxi (prices are not small, considering that we were in low season). We went up to the main road and there we were already catching tuk-tuks and then, not everyone stops. Walking street and Bali Hai are at least 30 minutes away on foot. And if you decide to take excursions, feel free to take them on the street, right opposite the exit from the hotel there is a kiosk "Oleg-tour", there the kindest Thai on the planet helped us with a SIM card, by the way, made the fare much cheaper than if we had bought it at the port, and also sold the tour at a big discount.
