Russian Russian is NOT spoken at the reception, although 99.9% of the guests at the hotel are Russian! Thais (m) always with a dissatisfied physique!? The cleaning is disgusting! The location is so-so, it takes 20 minutes to walk to tuk tuk, well, or by taxi. For prices: fruits are exactly twice as expensive as near hotels within a 10-minute walk! The pool is always clean, pool towels, breakfast, staff - Room cleaning every day. An exchange office, a supermarket and cafes are located next to the hotel. The beach is nearby, but you can go down the stairs to it. And it takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the minibuses, but this may be inconvenient only if you plan daily trips to the city. Bike taxis solve this problem, they can either be ordered through the Bolt application, or walk up the street for 3-5 minutes, taxi drivers on motorcycles always live there.

A very nice hotel. Not far from the center, observation decks and a walking street with a pier - you can walk. There is a beach nearby, which is reached by rather steep stairs. As elsewhere, there is an evening trade in fruits (not cheap), pancakes, ribs and other tasty but harmful fast food. Across the street is FamiliMart, a little further than SavenLeven. There are also exchangers nearby. However, with different courses. The breakfasts are excellent, and not even always monotonous. Two elevators that you almost never expect. Daily cleaning, change of towels too. Fresh water was put on every day, dishes were washed. There were no insects or other geckos in the room. Nice pool, but we went to another building. There is a cozy courtyard with a pond and fish in it. Beach towels were provided. One for each of them. No bail was taken. There is a safety deposit box in the room to ensure safety. Oh, yeah. An interesting design solution. There are shutters from the bathroom to the room. My wife liked it very much. It's a pity that the beach is only open until 7 o'clock, and then it closes.

I've been to the hotel for the second time. With an interval of 12 years. The hotel is quiet and peaceful (there are of course noisy evenings by the pool) Great location. The hotel usually has a lot of young people and families with children. It is important that at night you can freely sit on the territory of the pool with the company, no one throws you out). There is also a great restaurant by the pool. Wi-Fi in the hotel is paid! 100 baht per day. But you can connect a free one in the restaurant, it will work on the territory of the pool. Excellent breakfasts, a very large selection of buffets. Of the minor disadvantages, there are no route tuk-tuks. Only as a taxi. But you can leave with a company, which will reduce the cost of the trip per person. The staff is friendly enough. There is a gym. I recommend this hotel!

Very convenient location,close to grocery stores,pharmacies,massage parlors,20 minutes by tuk tuk and the center of the Borgovy Festival,the sea is very clean compared to the center. A quiet place without the hum of cars- which really gives you a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Jomtien Night Market is a 15-minute drive away. The room is cleaned very well, the pool is always clean and the water is very warm in it as the sunny side. Friendly staff, responds immediately to requests. I would give this hotel 4.5 stars, the breakfast food is very full, and meat and fruits are all possible, and greens, and pastries - all in a wide variety, which would not be in 4-star hotels, according to stories they compared with tourists from other hotels while they went on excursions. Vladimir's cafe is nearby - good Russian cuisine.

The staff speaks mainly in English, but also tries to communicate in Russian, especially since the hotel is mainly inhabited by guests from Russia. There are several places near the hotel where you can have lunch or dinner. The breakfasts at the hotel were not very diverse, in other respects, as in other hotels in Thailand, but no one went hungry. Motorcycle taxis and regular taxis are nearby. Tuk-tuks need to be searched, or rather it is necessary to walk 1.5 kilometers to the main street. The beach is clean enough. Although the water is not the same as on the islands or in the Red Sea, it is much cleaner and warmer than ours on the Black Sea. There was an unfortunate swimming incident two days before departure. Right in the shallow water on the beach, some marine life bit my leg. I had to contact the doctors at the Pattaya hospital. As they say, help arrived on time... If it were not for this case, we could say that the rest was a success.

The hotel itself (as a hotel) is great! but its location is not very good, it is far from tuk-tuks (minibuses), Walking over potholes and through road repairs and everything else, but the hotel has tuk-tuks taxis, 200 baht in almost any direction (which is not entirely profitable for Pattaya. The breakfasts at the hotel are quite plentiful and varied (in the midst it is better not to go, there is not enough space at the tables), it is better either very early or at the end. Beach towels are provided free of charge, the beach is steep, small stairs, excellent! The views are amazing! The numbers match the pictures perfectly! No frills cleaning, but daily! The service is of high quality, but not intrusive! I recommend it mainly to couples and families! Young people have nothing to do and the older generation too (problematic stairs to the beach!).

We rested in the period from 05 to 11/16/18-I recommend it for a relaxing family holiday. The territory is small, but the main thing is the pool and the descent to the beach. Squirrels live on big trees, don't forget to feed them nuts! The rooms are relatively clean-change of bed linen and towels daily, bottles of drinking water, soap accessories also daily. This is my 13th vacation in Thailand - so I have something to compare it with. We have been going to Tai since 2000, and have been to Pattaya 9 times already. Last year, in December, we rested at this hotel, we liked everything, we waited a year for a vacation and wanted to come here. We clarified when buying the tour that we will live in the same building (Wing) as last year. But already upon check-in at the hotel, it turned out that last year's 3rd and 4th now go as a four-star hotel. We have been living like homeless people at the heating main for the fourth day. In a small three-storey building near the hotel, it stinks unbearably of sewage! This is the problem of the whole building, the administration knows about it, these rooms do not correspond to any category, such a smell is simply unacceptable where people live. If you entered a carriage with a homeless person in transport, you can leave the carriage and transfer to another one. And we can't move to another room. We were offered to move to another apartment with an additional payment of 2,300 baht per day, which is about 5,800 rubles per day, which is comparable to the cost of a tuoa per person when booking. This is exactly the compensation I will demand from the tour operator upon arrival in Moscow. I give two stars for the location of the hotel and for the pool. The room is old and does not reach the 4-star level in any way, it does not even pull a three. Last year, Tai was opened after covid, the staff was glad to have guests, this year a completely different attitude, when checking in at the reception, the employee yelled at us - you will live where I tell you. I don't know who is to blame for this situation, but our vacation is ruined. All attempts to solve the problem on the spot ended in failure - we have been living in a smelly room for the fourth day, where it is dark and damp. The refrigerator produces water, not cold, and fruits cannot be stored in it. I am very sorry that last year I recommended this hotel to my friends. I don't recommend it to anyone. I will not stop loving Thailand, but I will never go to this hole again

Despite the fact that not far from the center, tuk-tuks do not go to Pratamnak and you need to walk to them, or by bike, taxi. Tuk-tuks drive up to the hotel, but as a taxi, the prices are appropriate.
