Here's the expectation/reality for you. Well-groomed photos from a travel agency, but in fact an old, battered room. What was it about?! They refused to change the number. We took it with one large bed, as a result, the room had two small ones. But they shifted them for us, class… View from the room to another hotel(( It's strange that the travel agency says 4 stars, it barely reaches 3. The air conditioners are old. As soon as you turn it on, you start coughing. Apparently there are a lot of bacteria accumulated there, no one cleans it. Very slow Internet connection, often stopped working. There are no basic slippers in the room, and you need to wait 20 minutes for the iron, while going down to the reception in advance. You can only use it for an hour. The hair dryer is old. If you turn it on at maximum power, it turns off. There was a burning smell. One of the advantages is breakfast. Lots of juicy fruits, there is always something to choose from the main dishes. The pool is also normal. Sometimes they give out old towels, once they gave out dirty ones. The staff is adequate and friendly. Well, it's just a stone's throw from the sea, which is also a plus.

We are currently relaxing at the COZY BEACH HOTEL. The hotel is excellent, the service is 3 stars, as it should be. We like the location, by car via BOLT you can get to the center in 15-20 minutes without problems in 60-80 baht. The food, like everywhere else, is a little monotonous, but delicious. The only drawback is the road to the beach.

It's not a bad hotel, but it's very tired. The breakfasts are not very varied, and not every day there is delicious food. The pool leaves much to be desired. The water is very rarely renewed/changed, and by evening, more of the floating ones give off a smell from the water. By evening, vacationers flock to the pool for a swim, so there will be no privacy and a relaxing holiday. The elevators are overloaded, you will have to wait at least 5 minutes, during breakfast everything is 10! The room was clean, the air conditioner was working, and thank you already. I wouldn't come back a second time.

The location, its own large sandy beach, clean water (compared to the central beach), cozy rooms, a swimming pool, delicious breakfasts, a restaurant with delicious Thai and European cuisine (and of course delicious tom yam), friendly and friendly staff (especially Michael, who greets you at the entrance to the hotel and helps to solve all the issues that arise). Breakfast was included, and no more was needed. They ate everywhere. Prices are normal. But we tried different things. I recommend going for a ride in Cambodia. Take it for at least two days. She's relatively nearby. I recommend taking whiskey and rum to sevon-elevon (here they are with "royal" medals). Disgusting hotel! ,We stayed at this hotel for the last time in April 2024 . On vacation, we treat everything positively, we do not pay attention to the little things. We need the room to take a shower and sleep. The first time there was a problem with the eviction . We were presented with a check for coffee that we had paid for, which was pretty crumpled (apparently taken out of the trash). They paid and forgot , they wrote off the human factor ! The second time we were accommodated in a standard smoky with mold, although the superior was paid for. On the second day, we were moved to our room. And they also forgot ! Apparently there were signals ! The third time we were,,finished off,, !!! They didn 't check in for a very long time , although everyone was checked in in the morning immediately upon arrival . They explained that the room was being cleaned. We managed to spy on the room number. We went there several times and there was no cleaning! We checked in around 15.00 (we were supposed to before 14.00), only when we were exhausted and lay down on the sofas at the reception. This is on purpose so that we are ready for anything!!! And indeed, our assumptions were justified! There was a thick layer of dust in the room , the windows overlooked the sewers and ventilation of the neighboring huge hotel . The noise was so strong that we couldn't hear each other!!!! Ah, the smell of the sewer was unbearable. It was IMPOSSIBLE to be there!!!!! Because no one moved us, we spent the night on the street!!! The next day, when we met with the guide, we asked to change the room. We were told that there is only one option! This is for all vacation days to take excursions so as not to be in the room. With great difficulty, on the third day we managed to move into a normal room of the same category. The neighboring rooms remained empty during our stay. We came to rest, not to serve our sentence!!!! Why are there TORTURE ROOMS in this hotel?!!!!!

There is no overhead light in the rooms, 2 light sources, a sconce above the TV and a weak table lamp. But it's not even about the stars, the hotel itself and the level are rather solid 2 stars. The sea is nearby, yes. But the descent and ascent to the sea by a long steep staircase. And you can go to the beach if there is no tide. If there is one, you need to go to the sea going out on the road and make a decent detour through some loopholes and also with climbing stairs. And in the evenings, between the hotel pool and the descent to the sea, which is risky due to the steepness of the descent and ascent and the lack of bright lighting, there are restaurants located all over the coastline, a lot of foreign, well-drinking people who came from nowhere. The hotel itself is very far away and not logically accessible, there are no tuk-tuks here. Only taxis, both from and to the hotel. Long distances, without sidewalks and the civilization around them do not lead to promenades. There is only one pool, usually with such a number of rooms there are several. The reception staff is absolutely not customer-oriented, probably a package vacation is as relaxing as it is in the fight for the client, which will sell anyway, and even though they have settled in a kennel, the client will not be able to do anything. With the Internet, as luck would have it. Those who are settled high do not complain, those who are lower regularly have some problems. Well, it's a waste of time. Then you will find a broken lock on the balcony door, and you spend your paid time first on reporting this information to the staff, and then on monitoring the elimination. For the first time out of all the many trips to Asia, such unpleasant impressions of the trip. And they are connected only with the hotel.
