The rude attitude of the administrator to the client (to the girl) of the hotel. 8.05 I was charged the amount for the first day of my stay at the hotel due to an internal error by the hotel staff. When dealing with the solution to this problem, the receptionist, in a condescending tone, addressed me, was rude and brought me to tears. I am a girl and I spoke Russian. After a long conversation, the employee did not explain how to solve my problem, but only rudely said that he would not deal with my problem and advised me to call the accounting department myself at night. His colleague apologized for the rude attitude towards me. There was no apology from the administrator himself. The money was debited due to a mistake by the hotel and its staff. As soon as my father, who spoke Kazakh, entered into the dialogue, the tone of the administrator immediately changed, and there was a completely different attitude towards the man. It is possible to understand a human error when booking, but the rude attitude of the administrator towards me spoiled the impression of a vacation on its last day. It is sad to realize that an international hotel chain treats its guests rudely.
