I put a "three" for the service: - the rooms are poorly cleaned: there are streaks of rusty water in the small refrigerator and the hair is not cleaned; - in the restaurant, the waiters are standing and chatting in pairs, and the tables are dirty - I sat at the same table for breakfast for two days in a row, but as there were traces of sweets, jam or honey on it, so they remained; - I had to wait at the reception twice in broad daylight, and then eventually look for employees through the restaurant. The carpet in the rooms is already worn out. The air conditioner works with creaking sounds. Sound insulation did not cause any complaints. Breakfasts are on a solid "four", you can find something to eat, although the choice is not very large. The coffee is terrible, I have never drunk anything so bitter and tasteless. The gym is normal, quite spacious, there are enough shells. The location of the hotel is for an amateur, depending on the purpose for which you stayed in the city. There is a large shopping center nearby. There is a bus stop near the hotel, but there are large highways two blocks away, where there are more buses and trolleybuses.

In my opinion, the price is too high for a business trip person. The worst room lighting I've ever seen in a hotel. The pillows are tolerable, the mattress is OK, the blankets are heavy and very hot. Breakfast is normal, you will not stay hungry, without delight. There may be no seats during rush hour. The service is normal, but the Cleaning is not ice - long, faithful hair remains in the bathroom. And I'm actually a blonde. The plumbing is all working. The water in the room is being updated

Six years ago, the hotel corresponded to the average level of the chain. At the moment, this is an old, tired hotel with dead rooms, which have a terrible smell and dirty carpet. On the first day, instead of hot water from the tap, there was a brown liquid. It turned out that technical work was carried out, which was not warned at check-in. The next day, the tub was still not cleaned of these dirty red spots. A dirty yellowed curtain in the bathroom with a terrible smell of dampness, which was strenuously tried to clog with chlorine-containing products - unsuccessfully. Breakfasts - despite the external variety, the quality of the dishes leaves much to be desired, it is worth noting separately the "fresh" vegetables with the smell and taste of rot and mold. The finale of the stay was the fact that a faulty iron caused a damaged expensive item. The staff of the reception promised that the manager would contact me to resolve the issue, but no miracle happened... actually, it is not surprising for the current level of the hotel, this is probably the norm. The unequivocal recommendation for this hotel is NO!!!
