I paid 14 thousand rubles for a day's stay in an improved room. The reception has a smoky, well-established smell muffled by an air freshener. The room is poorly cleaned - there is dust on the walls and in the corners, it was poorly vacuumed, dust meets on the surfaces at the very entrance on a hanger. There was no ironing board and iron in the room, although standard rooms do. The handle on the bathroom door is not screwed on and has fallen off. The room was icy, I had to wait for the air conditioner to warm up.

Teach the staff to answer the questions why it is not possible to open the door every time (I had to change the keys every time), why there is no compliment from the hotel when checking in, why there is no executive living room, why there are 2 bottles of water when checking in the room (drinking water for some reason they put only 1!!!) and much more. Good afternoon. I booked a room in your hotel in advance, arrived on 04/06-23 at 5 am. I was checked into room 225, which has brown water in the bathroom. I asked to change the room, but they told me at the reception that there were no rooms and do whatever you want. As a result, after a night flight, I'm sitting on the couch at the reception. I think this approach is unacceptable. I don't recommend it to anyone.

This hotel is in dire need of renovation. The smell in the bathroom is very unpleasant, as if the floors are being washed with musty rags. The bathroom curtain has seen a lot of guests. The supply and exhaust ventilation in the same bathroom is probably installed incorrectly and you feel all the neighbors' trips to the wc for yourself. The carpets in the room also exude fragrance. Slippers were given 1 pair for a 2-bed room, the second ones forgot to bring for 3 days, yes, most likely they intentionally did not notice / forgot after asking to bring. Breakfasts are also not very good for a 4* hotel. It's definitely time for an update
