I really liked the hotel. That was really great. We chose a room with a side view, we were given the best direct one. The staff works perfectly, helpful, attentive to all wishes. The food is very tasty. A wonderful idea with separate areas for adults and children.

In general, the hotel is average in all respects, except for the safety and cleanliness of the beach. It's just all messed up. And no one is cleaning up the trash. It would be possible to do this at least sometimes. To hire local guys - the amount would not be cosmic, and the pleasure of a clean beach would be much higher. However, there is probably little point in going to the beach. Because swimming in the ocean is just dangerous. There are no rescuers at all. And people regularly get into dangerous situations due to currents, and sometimes drown. Rescuers from a nearby hotel come to the rescue, God bless them. By the way, there are no lifeguards in the pools either. So think about whether it's worth coming here.

We had a family vacation from 4.11 to 12.11. Due to the lack of normal flights (booked for 10 days), we had to fly the flights that were available: to Colombo by Azur, back by Red Wings from Matalle. Flight 8:30-9h. + 2-3h to move to the hotel and back. The first difficulty on arrival (we arrived at the hotel around 5 am already 5.11), we were settled only closer to 13h, because the rooms were booked only from 5.11. I had to buy breakfast for $ 12 each to have breakfast. In fact, we were issued rooms, given tags, we had to wait for the specified time of check-in / check-out of the previous ones and cleaning the room. We changed our clothes right at the reception, went to breakfast and swim. In general, it is tolerable, but it will be difficult with young children, almost a day of flights / relocations. The condition is plague-like). By hotel: bold Turkish 4-5 or Dominican/Cuban. Alcohol is better in my opinion. The staff is above all praise, as long as they are not spoiled and/or the standards of the German hotel chain work. The food is very decent. It is necessary to go to the Asian a la carte by signing up through the hotel's application (there is also a buffet, but not the same as from the menu of the main restaurant😁). Entertainment during the day: pools of 3 pcs, a lot has been written, I will not repeat myself. Animators are a bit boring for adults and teenagers. Moreover, competitions and water aerobics begin for some reason at 12:00, which looks strange before lunch. After dinner, the only entertainment is performances by local animators mostly. But the format is like in a village club approximately) We danced once, but this is from an overabundance of energy rather than from fun) The sea: you can swim at the hotel, jump and dive under big waves. There are no stones, the coast is flat. The waves are decent. You can take a tuk-tuk at the exit to the beach from the hotel to go towards the lagoon for $ 1 in each direction, there are waves there too, but much calmer. The only disadvantage is that it's easy to get there, there may not be a tuk-tuk back, you will have to walk along the beach for 30-40 minutes in the heat. Rooms: in general, everything is decent, cleaning, replenished mini bar, etc. Minus - it's wet, although the conder works, clothes practically do not dry. But this is more about the climate for info, and not about the rooms themselves. Maybe it's relevant to someone: you can order flower delivery for $ 25 through the reception. It turned out to be quite decent in appearance. In general, the hotel is for a "seal" holiday, so as not to think much about anything and not to strain.

Excellent hotel, attentive staff, the food is incomparable, a large selection of food, lots of fruits and seafood, clean, cleaning every day, sweet drinks were updated three times, water was added every day, tea, coffee, cream and sugar in the room, very large shower room, the hotel area is clean and green, according to the bar....there are a lot of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, everything is available written what is on the counter, there are still a couple of Italian restaurants (shrimp are super there), Chinese (they still need to work on rolls), everything is delicious, a large selection of sweets))) cakes, mousse, cookies, cakes. We drove from the airport for about an hour and a bit. The only minus, but this applies to excursions, the reserve is 10t rubles in Russian, 4 hours there, riding a jeep in the back of the territory for 3 hours, and back to the hotel is 4 hours away, in the reserve itself you need to look very far to see deer, crocodile or someone else, and you can't take a picture from your phone it turns out that everything runs behind the thickets, they promise nothing, you can not see anything at all, the guide does not tell you what to take with you on this or that excursion, for example, to pid Adam, take water with you from the car, the ascent is not short and high, crosses are mandatory, but you can go to the reserve in flip-flops since from 9 am to 10 pm (the tour lasted) you just sit in the car and that's it, there was lunch on the territory of another hotel, it was not tasty, if you rated the year and excursions as is done in some countries, the rating would be one, from a small selection and repeating in the excursions there was nothing adrenaline and the country is rich in rivers and jungles, and animals, a lot of peacocks, monkeys, and of course dogs))))The hotel is the best!!!!!!

We came from the cold to warm up, and here it is!!! They don't change the number every day!!! They refuse!!! Extort money for the exchange of numbers!!! Terrible attitude!!! Even our guide came up to talk to them, they refused. The guide said that she had not seen this in any hotel!!! There is no customer orientation!!! Room cleaning is normal, food will not stay hungry. All of the advantages!!!
