This office provides all standard services for both Uzbek and Russian citizens. You can open an account, but you need to check what conditions exist at the time of reading this comment. Livy's account opening requirements change frequently.

To serve non-residents, a personal income tax and some kind of piece of paper confirming your residence address in Uzbekistan are required. You take the ticket and wait. The queue goes very fast, we only sat for 5-7 minutes. After filling out and checking the questionnaire, linking the Uzbek phone number, the card issue is paid at the cash desk. I had to stand here for another 10 minutes. Paying for a card or issuing a new one is not very expensive 50,000 soums (about 350 rubles). Then the acceptance of documents at a separate table (next to the cash register), then immediately all documents are transferred to the card printing. That's another 10 minutes. Next, install the application, enter the password, confirm by SMS several times and deposit the card ... that's it - visa is ready. One hour. A good office of Kapitalbank, although you have to walk to it. Everything is fast, culturally, understandable.

They're stealing depositors' money! I opened a deposit with them for a daily deposit of % to the account. I recently noticed that money doesn't come in every day, but there are transactions. And how can you prove it? I texted them as if the bot was responding, trying to dodge the answer. They gave me an email for communication, they said they would answer in a day, it takes 2 days, and I'm still waiting for an answer) the whole family always used this bank, but it was disappointing.

Terrible queues, you can lose half a day until the queue comes. There are queues at the exchanger for numbered coupons, then they close for lunch, and they just say go to another window in a live queue. It 's a complete mess .

I came in at 16:30 with all the necessary documents, at 17:10 I came out with 2 ready-made personal cards (despite the fact that the bank is open until 17:00). The building is beautiful, everything is clean, there are a lot of soft chairs where you can relax and even have drinking water. There are two cash desks for replenishing accounts and cards in cash, there are no queues, only sometimes there are several people. All operators are ready to help, they know Russian, but not all. They open cards for three documents for non-residents. You won't have to wait long, they always respond quickly and know how to process all documents.
