Perhaps the most terrible of all the filiales where I have ever been. Waiting 3 hours for you to be sucked out of your finger for several reasons to not serve and end your working day. Priority service on the principle of "loud dissatisfied" is served, "decent talkers" will wait ... The next day I went to another bank, and surprisingly, with absolutely the same set of documents, I calmly paid for the contract.

Finally, they don't have clear rules. In other banks, there is no such thing that if money is transferred to you for the provision of services to an LLC or an emergency company, money hangs on the transit account and you have to call to declare the series and passport number, card number and the amount that should be credited to your card. It happened to me twice. There is no such thing on other cards from ipak yuli and microcredit from promstroy bank, money gets to them in an hour at most without any calls and confirmations. Now I decided to forget that I have a card from kapitalbank.

The Orange app has nothing to do with the bank's technical support either. ATMs on the Visa card are constantly closed, especially on weekends. There has been no development since 2016.

He talks on the phone, does not greet the client, finishes, then just as silently leaves with my passport for a few minutes. When he returns, he hands me the documents without a word. Dear bank management, when developing the technical side, please do not forget about the quality of service. It was an extremely unpleasant experience. I'm not asking for special treatment, I'm only asking for basic courtesy to the client.

Disgusting bank! round-the-clock technical support has not been working for a week now. It happened that I couldn't transfer money from a Russian card to an Uzbek one for a week! I called on the phone, and as you may have guessed - technical work)))))) And attention! when I was abroad, I had negative balances in the amount of several thousand euros and dollars in my accounts instead of advantages. I couldn't pay for anything with their cards for a whole day. No hotel, no hotel. And of course!!!! technical support was on technical work. A day later, all the remnants were restored and the cards were taken over by the general garbage bank. There is no guarantee that the card will work smoothly.The exchange rate, by the way, is incredibly high!!!! when transferring from a Russian card, a commission is charged, and then every time you pay with a card. At the moment, taking into account all commissions, the exchange rate is under 90 rubles per euro.
