Good cuisine. A great place to explore Belarusian cuisine. The best places on the veranda, we got places in the back of the establishment, where there were no windows and everything was buzzing from the generator (
The waiter is great.
We tried tasting sets of tinctures and hot dishes - very tasty!!!
To get there, it's better to book a place a day in advance, you just can't get in without booking, you'll be standing in line!

Everything is decent enough, the cuisine, the atmosphere, the very interestingly designed menu - it is very pleasant to just read, you can say, like a book, the dishes and their history are described in great detail. It is a great place to get acquainted with the national cuisine of this region.
Of the disadvantages that I saw: the service is quite high, but the level of difference in approaches to visitors from different waiters was visible to the naked eye, at the next table the waiter set a very high bar for service, our waiter contrasted very strongly against him for the better - although there was no rudeness. It's just like someone was given a Rolls Royce, and we got a BMW for the same price.
Well, the price tag is quite high, although the food is delicious, but not familiar to the ordinary man in the street - since the restaurant has its own bias towards ancient cuisine. Therefore, I think that up to 5 stars do not reach the ideal price / quality ratio. Solid 4+. I definitely recommend it for visiting tourists, not only as a place of food, but also for some kind of cultural enrichment.

We came here for black pudding – it is perfectly cooked here. The sorcerers (dumplings) were also excellent. The dranik is a little greasy, but it also turned out to be delicious. Of the drinks, I would note kvass – it's delicious.
The place is popular, so it's better to book a table in advance.

We entered this restaurant by chance, at the entrance the girl checked the reservations and said that there was a free table. We decided to stay and not go any further.
We ordered it- Pechisto Litvinski with fried potatoes and mushrooms (husband), I ordered the same thing, only instead of potatoes there were grilled vegetables on the menu. We also ordered beetroot salad with homemade cheese and my husband ordered sandwiches with forshmak. Tinctures were not ordered)) although we saw that they were successful in the hall. We ordered berry juice.
I liked the salad and the taste, and the serving, and everything in it came together. Sandwiches with forshmak are also 5 stars, but I did not appreciate the hot one at all. The grilled vegetables on the menu were soooooo not grilled at all, the tomato was glass, the mushrooms were too salty ((( pepper wow, although, as I wrote, not a grill....
People came and there were a lot of positive reviews, apparently we were just unlucky a few. The waiters are attentive, orders are not confused, as they should be in decent restaurants, they ask what they liked and what they didn't.)

My wife and my cat stayed in Minsk for three days . I really wanted to see the local sights and taste the delicious national cuisine.
On the Internet, we saw a video review of this institution from the submission of a well-known food blogger . Then, without hesitation, we went to this wonderful restaurant.
At the entrance, we were met by a girl with the question "did we book a table?"
We didn't think at all that the place is very popular. And if you show up there without warning , then there may not be any empty seats .
Despite the fact that we did not take this moment into account, the receptionist went to a meeting and found a free table for us and our cat .
We were fed their signature dranburger , warlocks and three types of kvass .
Everything was very tasty. The atmosphere inside the establishment is very cozy. The background is national music and songs , which undoubtedly complements the image . The prices seemed to us a little higher than in other establishments where we had a chance to visit . However, this is quite justified .
I definitely recommend this place to all tourists and just lovers of delicious food.

A wonderful restaurant - after one visit we became his fans!!! A nice receptionist will meet you at the entrance and take you to a table where you can enjoy a quiet selection of wonderful dishes! The waiters do not leave any guest without attention!!! Meals are served for half an hour.
The taste qualities of freshly prepared dishes deserve an excellent assessment, for which we are sincerely grateful to the chefs, waiters, and all employees of this comfortably decorated restaurant!

A slight disappointment from the restaurant. We saw him in a review by food blogger Max Brandt, and we came to have lunch. The prices are high, but they don't match the quality.
My husband ordered mushroom soup, and the blogger in the video got soup, soup, strong broth, a lot of mushrooms and you can see them, but he had a sad picture on his plate.
I ordered a pickle. The usual canteen hodgepodge, ate much tastier in other places.

Don't eat ear there, because it's not ear, it's just some kind of sluggish broth with fish and meatballs, it definitely doesn't cost 18 rubles (if I remember the price correctly), they also tried to prove to us that it's ear, although there's only the name of the ear. We also took duck dumplings, they were not bad, the stewed duck meat inside was very good, but we also took lazy dumplings, nothing special, only the caramel was bitter, it was not particularly pleasant and also not worth the money, I do not advise considering it as something that can show detailed and high-quality Belarusian cuisine, But it's a pity, the hopes were high.

It's a very advertised place, but I give it 3 stars and that's why.
The place is located in the center, including the tourist one, and the attendance is large.
The hall is somewhat cramped, there is live music: the girl played the piano (beautifully), a very fashionable toilet, the staff is polite, the hostess is well done.
But the dishes themselves... it seems like the national cuisine and the menu is in several languages, but everything is very fatty (in other places it was not so fatty, I know what I'm talking about), and two different dishes had the same sauce (either there is no imagination, or the desire to cook something else).
I'm not sure if I'll come here again, I'll try to look for something new that can surprise.
Do I recommend it - once a tourist will come down to visit, and then if you haven't found another place and are sooo hungry. And so there are other good places.

A wonderful place with amazing cuisine! I don't know where to start my review with the kitchen or tinctures? Let's go from the kitchen, perhaps the best draniki that I tried in Minsk! This combination of taste and texture of the dish is impressive, but sauces and toppings take it to a completely different level, literally to goosebumps! Thanks to the cook for that! As for tinctures: this is great, this is where I tried the crambambula, and it's very tasty, perhaps I recommend tasting sets and not just shots, 30 grams in a set is more pleasant to drink than 50 in a shot. Special thanks for the shitty one! Horseradish is a liquid jelly that warms you from the inside and fills you with a strong taste of horseradish. Summing up: this institution left a warm, pleasant feeling of home cooking, a lot of things reminded the dishes of grandma, mom, drinks reminded grandpa and dad. Thank you for the pleasant emotions of this place!

The center of the Belarusian capital. Exquisite interior! The menu is full of a variety of delicious national dishes. Special attention is paid to blood loss (but it is worth warning - this dish is for an amateur and a "knowledgeable" person). Prices are above average (even in relation to Moscow ones). Pay attention to the "dies" with liqueurs (tinctures).. both men's and women's sets are worthy of attention, in addition, you can buy the one you like with you in the format of a whole bottle!

My family and I have been to this restaurant twice and once ordered delivery to the hotel. The staff is very polite and sociable. Cozy interior.The food is very tasty, I liked dishes such as dumplings with potatoes, pike cutlets with mashed potatoes, and there was also delicious hot chocolate. A must-visit if you come to Minsk! Atmospheric and cozy. Borscht and solyanka are just a bomb, and "Vileiskie sorcerers" is just an incredibly delicious dish, I recommend everyone to try it!
