As the guide told us, the castle was dismantled almost to the ground at one time, and then restored. We haven't been inside the towers, and there's not much to see inside the castle. They say boxing tournaments are sometimes held there and reenactors gather. By and large, a square with two towers can be visited once "for show". Mir and Nesvizh look much more interesting.

It's a very beautiful castle. It can't be compared to Nesvezhsky. Especially the lake from a height in the form of a heart. Very nice girls on each floor tell the story of the castle. Two towers, 4 floors in one place, 6 floors in another. There is a personal guide on each floor. You don't even need a tour.

A truly defensive structure. Of course, it was very much restored, but with love for the cause. You can touch it:) armor, helmets, you can wear a crown. The museum staff are not barking dogs at all, but the sweetest people who are unexpectedly interested in you and will be able to learn a lot about the castle, about the excavations, about the old days. At the same time, about the modern Lida.

We got into real life with the knights. The castle is in excellent condition. I was very impressed by the performance. Bravo to all employees.

The castle is in a picturesque place. Despite the antiquity, there are many renovations during the restoration, especially in the upper tier. There are a lot of activities inside: knight's lists- sword fighting, archery and others, a blacksmith's house (it would be good to start the process live). There is a museum exposition inside the towers. A torture chamber with a set of medieval arsenal is interesting. In general, the visit is very interesting for both adults and children.

It's a great castle. I would call it MiniMir (whoever is in the topic will understand)). I liked the halls with interactive ones for visitors. You can try on the armor, "taste" the phenomena. The kids will be great.

A fascinating castle, it was very interesting, but in many ways thanks to the gorgeous guide, the man is just a professional in his field, he really fascinated us with stories and a visual scenic interpretation of the events of the past years)

Interesting. It's worth going. The main thing is to take a guide, so it's much more interesting and additional questions arise, which the guide politely and interestingly answers.

The castle has been well restored, brings an authentic atmosphere of the Middle Ages. The expositions are well decorated, I really liked the refectory. 4 stars for the fact that it was impossible to try out the torture chamber for a photo and for the souvenir shop that did not open after lunch at 12 o'clock.

If you stop by on the way, you can stop by for a walk. However, we were without a guide - there was no free one, so maybe this is the impression. But admittedly, all the employees talk about their exposition without any problems, which creates such a normal atmosphere.

We, two pensioners, came to Lida on April 21 this year specifically to see the castle. At 1:38 p.m., we paid the entrance fees (8 BYN for 2 tickets) and as a result, we saw 4 walls from the inside and that was it. There is no stand on the territory, even if it contains brief information about this facility. They wouldn't let us into the towers, they said wait until 3 p.m., when there would be an excursion. They were also not allowed to climb the walls or walk around the perimeter. We've wasted money and time. We would love to, but we can't recommend this place to visit!

They showed the castle to their relatives from Russia. They were impressed. The boys liked the collection of weapons, and the girls were happy to take pictures in interesting locations. I was especially impressed by the beautiful view of the city from a height. The staff is very polite and attentive. Many different souvenirs can be purchased on site. An interesting place for visitors to the city.

The Lida Castle is strikingly different from the rest of the preserved ones - for its simplicity and monumentality, some kind of knightly reliability and inaccessibility. I recommend you to visit.

A beautiful castle. There are many expositions, a large courtyard. There is a souvenir shop and a cafe in the courtyard. There are almost always a lot of visitors in the warm season. It's quite a long way from the parking lot.

Let's start with the fact that Olga is a goddess (I hope I remembered the name correctly). We went to Lida in general with the maximum attitude of "why are we going there at all?", as a result, the most vivid impression from the entire trip to Belarus at the moment. The fire tour, Olga as the mistress of the castle (administrator) is more than completely beautiful, the person's sense of humor is the most amazing. Delight. As a bonus, she taught us how to dance two medieval dances. They left on a super-positive note. Thanks!

LIDA CASTLE! It's not the best restoration , but it 's better than the ruins from my childhood! They are slowly making the territory around , and this is already a very correct story and I hope it will be a very beautiful story !

Interesting, informative. Very good exposure. I understand that a lot of things are new, but that doesn't make it any less interesting. On the contrary, well done to those who strive to preserve their history, restore and attract the attention of others to it. We stared at the chivalrous images, shot arrows, took pictures at the royal table)) You will be in

The castle is located in the city of Lida, RB. It is small in size. The castle has been well reconstructed - all the elements are new or in excellent condition. There are photo zones, exhibition areas. There are walking paths around the castle, near the lake (they clean it, birds swim). There are Chinese trinkets in the stalls (I didn't see any local craftsmen). I recommend you to visit.

The castle itself is not exactly a castle. Two towers and walls. The exposure inside the towers is very weak. The location of the castle in the city near modern high-rise buildings does not harmonize at all. The staff is friendly.

It is interesting to walk inside the castle, there are many museum exhibits. I am pleased with the visit. I also recommend visiting a brasserie near the brewery, the prices will surprise you with their cheapness. Plus, you can buy fresh beer of different varieties on tap

The castle does not convey the whole atmosphere, because it is located in the city of Lida. There are shops around the house...They didn't even have time to enter the archway, the courtyard of the castle... As we were immediately told, the entrance is paid. Mir Castle made more impressions for me... Well, as they say, the taste and color...

I would like to express my deep gratitude to a blacksmith named Eugene, who showed in detail the subtleties of blacksmithing in the Middle Ages through the prism of time, philosophical movements and theories of blacksmithing. Visit the master to understand the theory of the golden ratio! Thank you, Evgeny, for your hard work!

The castle has been restored with dignity. It's a pity there aren't enough original exhibits. The only castle I've visited that didn't have an excursion (maybe I was just unlucky).

We went on an excursion to the Lida Castle on our own, without a guide. If you don't look for flaws, then, in my opinion, this is a wonderful place for the whole family to relax. You can find out how you used to live, look at the interior and household items. Somewhere to envy, as well as sympathize (especially when hiking stairs). I recommend you to visit, you definitely need to see everything once.

It's not the first time I've been to Lida Castle, it opens in a new way every time, and it's nice that such significant places are being raised from the ruins in our country. It's nice that the caretakers of the castle can answer the questions asked, thank them very much!

One of the many castles in western Belarus. Excellent access roads, parking spaces nearby. Buy a ticket at the entrance and the whole castle is at your disposal) Very interesting exhibits, as usual there is a souvenir shop. Take a leisurely stroll through this castle. I'm sure you'll like it.

The guides, and the staff in general, literally "live their work," which compensates for some minimalism of the exposition. I would especially like to mention the blacksmith who works in the courtyard of the castle.

A place worth visiting. A medieval castle of defensive type. Two towers with expositions located on several floors, a free audio guide via a q-code, which is located near each exhibit. In Belarusian, but 95% of it is understandable for Russian speakers. I recommend it, we really liked it

We visited 3 castles: this one, Mirsky and Nesvizh. There is more interactivity in this, although the castle itself is smaller in area than the others. You can try on your armor, take a bunch of photos at the locations that are represented in the castle. We brought the coolest photos from here.

Great respect for the work invested in the restoration of the castle, but, unfortunately, there is nothing to see in the castle. Everything is new, a fake fireplace, a throne room with a "European renovation" in the form of modern curtains, "phenomena" on the table, everything seemed inappropriate and boring to me. There is a little bit of masonry from the present, completed with modern bricks. I liked the torture room and was impressed by the costume of the plague doctor. But not the castle.

Ingeniously - "In the courtyard [of the First stone castle on the territory of Belarus, founded in the 14th century], medieval music is playing from the administration house ..." The knight's lists with the reconstruction of knightly battles pleases the eye of a veteran of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation! I can hear the legendary dialogue in my wild head: "Have you been to confession today? If not, then I advise you to go before it's too late. - I prepared for death. Get ready, too. And take my advice: change your spear and switch to a fresh horse."...

It's a great castle. You can visit the chambers in the towers and walk along the walls. There are not many exhibits, but this is not a museum, you will like the architectural structure inside and out. The cost of visiting the castle varies depending on age. There is a guide, meals on the castle grounds.

An interesting castle. It's worth a visit. It has been restored not badly and the exhibits are not bad. You can take pictures everywhere. And we have created quite a few places for this. But the main thing is the city in which it is located! He will definitely not leave indifferent those who have nostalgia for the 80s! The city seems to be stuck in this time. Visit and see for yourself! Words cannot describe it!
