An unsuccessful vacation at the Nirvana Cosmopolitan hotel!!! The hotel was chosen because of certain criteria and the most important is the location! Since one of the children is only 6 months old and the hotel is located a 20-minute drive from the airport. 07/14/2023 We bought a tour (Paid for!)to this hotel from 20.07.for seven nights through an Anex tour for 5 people, two adults and three children. In the evening of the same day, the tour agent informed us about the booking confirmation. But, on 17.07. Three days before departure, the tour agent informs us that the hotel has cancelled this tour due to a change of ownership.Although this tour was also sold on websites for only three times more expensive) The tour agent offered us a replacement hotel, but it does not meet our criteria. To be honest, we are shocked, not to mention the children.. When the children found out that the hotel had cancelled the reservation, they were very upset and even cried, as they were very determined to go to this particular hotel. How is this even possible..??? You choose, waste time, pay, tune in and you get such a surprise the hotel cancels the reservation (in fact, the hotel management just throws us) When choosing this hotel, keep in mind that the management of this hotel can cancel the tour and throw you at any time. I do not recommend it!!!

The hotel was originally very nice... high-tech and many good solutions... the location is very convenient, close to the airport, sandy beach...but apparently the change of owners has led to a decline in both style and quality. Everything is decaying, there is no development. It's a pity, but it probably won't get any better.

A wonderful hotel. Everything is in its place. A wonderful water park, it will be interesting for children and adults, not "tired" in 10 days. The water in the pools is clean. They feed everywhere, always and tasty. The staff is very helpful. Large and comfortable rooms with balconies. Comfortable beds, pillows. The air conditioner is a bit noisy, but it does not interfere with sleep. The room cleaning was mediocre.

Terrible hotel. We bought a burning ticket, the tour operator made a request whether it was possible to move our minor daughter into our room for 3 days. She works in Turkey, took the weekend off to meet with us. The hotel was silent for 2 days. Upon arrival, this question was answered positively at the reception. Alexandra's personal assistant came up to us and also answered this question positively. However, when the daughter arrived at 11.30 pm, the shift at the reception refused to move her, arguing that it should have been done in advance, having agreed with the office. When contacting Aizhan's 2nd personal assistant, we also received a refusal. She unsubscribed on WhatsApp: "Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, we do not accept guests who do not stay at the hotel. You can't do it without a reservation. Reservations are made through the call center or your travel agent." The hotel management, Hello! You have a guest on your doorstep who wants to relax and pay money for it. Isn't your main goal of activity the organization of recreation for visitors?! My daughter went back at night. The next morning at 10 a.m. we approached the hotel guide and he took up the matter. The daughter moved in at 16h. That is, we sat in the lobby for 6 hours and waited for the result. We spent half the day in vain because of the inconsistency of the hotel's work. The infusion was spoiled… There can be no question of any 5* status at all. The refrigerator did not work, it was replaced with another one-similarly. When we moved in, we walked barefoot on the floor. My feet became dirty from the construction work. There was a white plaque on the floor, they asked to clean up and it happened only on the 3rd day of our arrival. The hotel staff speaks almost no Russian. The carpet in the elevator is always dirty. Going up in the elevator, you can see the construction floors as if you were at a production facility, no aesthetics. The asphalt on the territory is old and cracked. I don't clean the leftovers around the pool for 3 days. Overall, the impression of visiting the hotel is negative.

Visited in the period from 30 to 06.11.2019. The hotel is listed on the websites as 5 stars. and major repairs were made in 2005. In fact, the building is huge, 9 floors , elevators. Of course , to tell . that it's 4-5 stars. I can't do it at all. The elevator halls are dirty . the glass is also covered with dirt. The floors are covered . the walls are all worn and patched. In the rooms (mine No. 9218), the furniture is all dead, there is dirt under the beds!!! Dust!!Someone else's smelly socks and bottles were lying around! The middle of the room is wiped and the rest)))) I had to clean the room for my money! By contacting the management (for working with guests ) Gulnar's manager began to reprimand me that I should be kinder and 5 star hotels are different and I chose it myself! interestingly, I base my choice on what I saw on the site, by the way, she herself gave advertising. Therefore, why I should be kinder for my money is not clear to me. For me, like any normal person on vacation, these criteria are important and I pay money for it!

the staff treats Russians disgustingly! airpods headphones were stolen from the children's room and the drinks deliverer to the minibar did it. He looks like a drug addict. Geolocation showed for three days that they were in the house where there is a supply of drinks. we contacted all possible administrators and nothing happened. The transfer was paid for by Mercedes for four trips!!! but two of them were rotten gazelles.

When checking in, they did not say about the luggage, they waited for it for 2 hours, then they dragged it themselves, check-in was at 20:30 and no one said that we were in time for dinner, there were no excursions around the hotel..we searched for everything ourselves (we saw how we showed everything to other guests), the personal assistant did not respond to our messages on Whatsapp. The a la carte restaurant was booked for 3 days. However, then the assistant was changed and it became easier. With cleaning and replenishing the bar, everything is not clear at all. Sometimes they forgot to clean up, then the bar was not replenished. The floors have not been washed once in 7 days. There is dirt on the windows and mirrors. There were not enough sunbeds on the beach, I had to get up earlier and borrow. There were also few tables in the air-conditioned room. And this charm is for 170,000 for a week.

We rested at this hotel in September. I liked the entrance group, the bars serve good alcohol, delicious desserts and ice cream, not bad food in the general restaurant. Perhaps this is where all the advantages end. When we entered the room, an unpleasant smell hit my nose. It smelled old, there was a smell of mold in the bathroom, the toilet flush button did not work well, the water was constantly flowing, then this button fell off altogether (it was repaired only on the third day). The shower smelled like in the vestibule of an electric train, the acrid smell of urine hit the nose (it's unclear from the drain or where, but the smell is absolutely disgusting). Avoid restaurants a la card, tasteless, the service is terrible, as if you were in Turkey fifteen years ago. By the way, in the same LIU, the a la card restaurants were simply wonderful, from serving, serving, service to the very taste of the dishes! You can't even put it next to this hotel. The service leaves much to be desired, a gin and tonic was brought to my husband in a shared restaurant, already drunk with a limp straw. The alcohol is good, but the bartenders do not know what to do with this alcohol at all, they asked how to make gin and tonic, whiskey sour and did it without protein and on sprite. The work of personal assistants is nothing. A banal request to provide a fitball to rock a three-month-old baby in the evening was refused, because it is impossible to take out equipment from the gym. There is no iron in the rooms, no outlet in the bathroom, no scales. The cleaning of the rooms is terrible, the floors were constantly dirty, it seems to me they were not washed in 12 days even once, as well as the shower. The bed linen was with smokes three times, they didn't put water in the refrigerator, but stupidly put everything on the table, like they replenished the mini-bar. Mirrors in elevators are dirty, tables in restaurants are dirty. The waiters pretend not to notice you. Be sure to take something with you from Mosquitoes, there is no living place left on us. Since they did not turn on the air conditioner at night to rest with a small child, they had to sleep with an open balcony. As a result, a three-month-old baby is all bitten, just like us! On the beach in the restaurant, the local music of the chefs interrupted the main music, the bartenders serve the Turks out of turn. The food is all behind glass (after the coronavirus, they did not switch back to the classic buffet), so you will poke with your finger what to put in and this will be done by disgruntled staff with a face as if you are taking food from his refrigerator. In general, the vacation turned out to be absolutely terrible. Last year we had a rest in LIU and liked the hotel very much, everyone advised Nirvana as similar to LIU ... but of course this is heaven and earth. After a modern hotel, we found ourselves in old Turkey, where you will be invited to a photo shoot with the sun and fur shopping on the beach. I don't recommend it!
