We highly do not recommend it. We are resting now 01 10 22. Of the advantages, only the food and the fact that we saw shrimp once. The rest is just terrible-the state of the hotel, the cleaning that you will not ask for yet will not come, the sunbeds that are not there after 09 00, and those that are, can be driven away because they have a shooting or a corporate party, the Turkish bartenders seem to be doing a favor and pouring from their bar, queues are huge everywhere, assistants who allegedly there is just a "unsubscribe" and say "remind us", this is some kind of trash. The room was changed only when the scandal was raised, we slept for a day under the noises from the street and the sounds of loading dishes in the backyard. There is no sound insulation in the rooms.

The hotel, as many people write, is really shabby. There was practically no cleaning in the rooms, only the beds were made, the floors were never washed, the bar was replenished every day, except for a couple of days. Food - there was a lot of food, enough for everyone. Throughout the day, there was somewhere to eat. The lobby bar is open around the clock. The glasses in the bars are washed terribly, they were all dirty. Gulnur always helped with all the questions!!! If you go with a big company like us, you don't pay much attention to all the disadvantages! Overall, we had a good rest! The main thing is the attitude!!!

We stayed at this hotel in October 2018. Everything seems to be fine and cozy. The rooms are cozy, BUT! They clean them terribly, I had to call and ask to replenish the refrigerator with drinks, shampoos, and wash the floors. In some rooms, there was no full-fledged lighting. Since we were there at the end of October, (it is clear that it is no longer the season), but still... There was really no animation, the pier was dismantled, despite the fact that the neighboring hotels were working at full capacity. That's how it is)) Well, in general, we had a good rest, apart from these nuances, entertained ourselves, enjoyed the sea and the sun.))) We were fed a lot and delicious, it's + 🙂

The hotel does not correspond at all to 5 stars and its cost. We visited this hotel 15 years ago, when it was a kervansarai, unfortunately the new owners managed to renovate only the first floor. The room stock is in terrible condition, the carpet in the corridors has not been vacuumed for weeks, I doubt about wet cleaning at all that it has been at least once in the last couple of years. There are ants in the rooms, the plumbing is dying. The elevators are shabby and all dirty. There is no greenery at all in the Hotel, there are 2 huge green football fields without a destination. The windows were not washed before the season, apparently such savings. There is no shower on the pier. There is only one minibus to the beach, with full occupancy, it would be possible to launch a second one. Yusuf on the beach and Ekaterina at the reception are the most responsive of all the staff at the hotel. We didn't notice anything delicious about the food.

Where did this shabby hotel get such a rating??? I am currently on vacation at this hotel. I've read a lot of positive reviews.... Friends, don't listen to anyone, the hotel sucks! Gloomy, dark, dirty to the point of indecency. There is a musty smell in the room, dusty gray curtains with dirty streaks on the window. The hotel is decorated with cheap materials, shabby walls and floor. The staff is gloomy, only one speaks Russian at the reception, she still needs to be caught. There are no complaints about nutrition, it's fine, no frills, but I don't go hungry. Vegetables, 2 types of apples, oranges. Meat and fish every day, I'm a meat eater, it's important to me. You can only drink red wine from alcohol, they don't know how to make cocktails. There are a lot of pastries and sweets, I can't say anything about it, I don't like sweets. The water in the pool is cold, it is impossible to swim. I go indoor, it's heated, there's also a gym, Jacuzzi and sauna. But everything is fucked up, not for the squeamish. There is no wet cleaning at all. Only a dry mop is used to wipe off the dust, not only in the room, but everywhere. It's a long way to the sea, but it doesn't scare me, it's cool now, it'll be tin in a month Not about 5* is out of the question here. This is an ordinary cheap two-piece, although I will not say that it is cheap. I gave 50 thousand rubles for early booking. .in a week. It will be much more expensive in the summer. The hotel's guests are mostly Europeans and a few Russians and Turks. Something like that in general terms. Don't spoil your vacation, it's better to pay a little extra, but choose a more decent one.

A family of 4 people vacationed at this hotel in October 2021. I'll start with the pros, since, unfortunately, there are very few of them. The food in this hotel is not bad. I was pleased with honey in honeycombs for breakfast, especially in combination with cream, just space. Not bad fruits. Of the disadvantages, freshly squeezed juices (carrot, apple) are diluted with water. Seafood from the category of shrimp, langstines, crabs, crayfish, mussels are served for dinner, but they are all of such terrible quality that you do not understand where they got it and why they put it here.Well, now let's move on to the cons. The most obvious disadvantage is the staff of this hotel, I have never encountered such a level of service and such customer orientation. We booked the hotel directly, arrived at 14.00, just in time for check-in. The receptionist met us, invited us to the sofas, and asked for a voucher. I provided a printout of the reservation, she couldn't figure out what it was for a long time, asked if we wanted something to drink. After accepting our order and taking the booking confirmation, she went to the reception. Returning 5 minutes later without the drinks we ordered, I offered to go for lunch while they prepare the room. After returning to the reception at 14.30 after lunch, this employee ignored us, paying attention to other guests. I went to the reception window to clarify why we were not being checked in, if there were any problems. To which they replied – the room is not ready, it is being cleaned, the cleaning will last an hour.To my indignation why our hours of stay were stolen, I was told that they had a lot of guests, they did not have time to clean the rooms. I said that this is not our problem, check-in at 14.00, to which the girl said that check-in from 14.00, that is, it can be either at 14.00 or at 23.00, it was very funny. At the same time, when we left not at 12.00, but at 15.00, we were charged for 3 hours, despite the fact that they settled us almost at 17.00 and stole our 3 hours unceremoniously. Personal assistant. I had to run after him myself) no one added me to the group, I had to go back to the great and terrible respeshen and solve the problem with a personal manager. After re-providing contact details and complaints, he added me to the whatsapp group. I had a rest at the Calista hotel before and what this service is, so here it is a parody. Two girls reluctantly respond to messages, solve problems from under the stick, some of the questions remained unanswered, they forgot about me all the time. Rooms. Our choice fell on the swim up family room with a swimming pool. The rooms are terribly dirty, old, the plumbing is half-broken and of the cheapest quality. The pillows are terrible, the double bed consisted of single beds put together, the pool was eerily cold, the air conditioner did not work. If you are waiting for Loxitan cosmetics in the rooms, then you will not find it there, Atelier Rebul cosmetics are presented in the rooms. The room cleaning is just disgusting, despite the fact that you left a 5 euro tip every day, the cleaning was filthy, all the wall sconces were in dust, the linen had never been changed in 11 days. I celebrated my anniversary birthday in this hotel, in all hotels, including this one, it is customary to pay a compliment, in Nirvana it is a mini-cake, macarnus, nuts and a birthday card. Personally, they forgot about me and no one congratulated me. As a result: if you are willing to pay more than 300,000 rubles for a family of 4 people to stay in this hotel, just because of the good food, then go ahead. Keep in mind that employees like Hassan will mimic you like a parrot and make remarks to you, a personal manager will ignore you, and other staff will treat you like a dunghill. Personally, I'm not going there anymore.

Terrible hotel. Everything is dirty, broken, worn, the food is monotonous and not always tasty. There is no animation for small children. The beach is covered in cigarette butts, the deck chairs are dirty. The rooms are cleaned disgustingly. Floors are washed with a dry CLOTH. I've never set foot in this hotel in my life. I can compare it with the sanatoriums in Yessentuki in the year 2000. The only advantage is the proximity to the airport.

We had a vacation in May, 2018 together with my wife. I travel a lot (and even too much) for personal business and business needs, so I will build my review solely on my experience of staying in five-star hotels. The beach and the sea are great. Pools are good. But... in my opinion, the hotel cannot claim five stars in any way if it: 1) guests are invited to sit down at dirty tables that have not been cleaned after previous tourists; 2) pieces of cake accidentally thrown on the floor of the restaurant by children of tourists lie on the floor until the restaurant guests spread them all over the room on their shoes; 3) while the dinner time is indicated in the schedule from 19:00 to 21:30, at 21:15 the waiters close separate sections with tables in order to reduce the amount of work for themselves and move all late diners and those who want to chat longer at tables in the guest room under the open sky; 4) in bars, wine is poured into frankly dirty glasses with traces of someone's lipstick and greasy fingers; 5) the guests themselves have to wash the floors in the rooms and wipe the dust from the upper shelves upon arrival (they asked for cleaning from the local staff - they received dirt scattered on the floor); 6) the handle of the mixer remains in your hands when you try to turn on the water (it is unlikely that a small weak woman could intentionally break a good mixer); 7) there are simply no bathrobes in the rooms, and disposable slippers are not replaced throughout the two-week stay of guests in the room; 8) at a price per kilogram of cherries, only 5 Turkish lira in peak season for this very cherry, it was never served in the hotel restaurants with the Ultra all inclusive system; the same applies to strawberries - there was none at all; tomatoes - as in Moscow, in no way similar to real Turkish ones (apparently, they are purchased the cheapest ones); 9) children's menu - pasta and French fries; 10) they will not be able to spoil chicken and fish like this, even in three stars (in general, food can only be liked by those who eat only dumplings at home - there is a clear feeling that the chefs were recruited from the street by an advertisement, which is unacceptable for five stars); 11) with the Ultra all inclusive system, there are no decent alcoholic beverages in bars (locally bottled drinks are available in any three stars); 12) entering the SPA and indoor pool facilities is just scary: dirt, dirt and more dirt, especially in the toilets (it seems they are cleaned once a week); 13) when you try to open the refrigerator door in the bar, you are electrocuted (I survived, but the child might not be well); 14) dirt and traces of general desolation everywhere: in bars by the pools, in restaurants, in corridors, in foyers, in rooms and even at the entrance to the hotel: it is high time to clean the fountains from rot and repair them.

Very good location. The hotel is made very conveniently and thoughtfully, but the renovation feels like it was done about 15 years ago. They feed a lot, sometimes tasty, but monotonous. You will not find any gastronomic delights .

I was not lucky enough to spend some time at this hotel, I was going for the best impressions. The buffet is all behind glass, the room cleaning is terrible, everything is dusty and dirty, fortunately the food is delicious. Terrible indoor pool, so much chlorine was added to it that my eyes almost popped out, I couldn't open my eyes for 3 hours after swimming.

What I want to say is... sad, very sad. On the first day, I regretted choosing this hotel 4 times. There is no glossy gloss that you see in the photo here beyond the main hall. And you're definitely not eating into it. In order: 1) 3 stars only for the food - fresh, tasty in general and varied (though just because you definitely won't try everything at once) 2) the rooms are in terrible condition, really. I've been to non-new hotels, but it's supposedly renovated, but it's done on principle and it'll do. The rooms are small, tiny. There are no shelves in the closet, almost none. There is no shelf for luggage either. Repair a year ago, everything was torn to death. There is no commercial appearance. Believe me, I'm not exaggerating. 3) minibar laughter and tears)) well, there's nothing from snacks and conditional drinks (and it's ultra cool) 4) service.... Oh, they don't really wait for you here) 5 hours waiting for the room. But you will get your food, really. 5) the territory is dull. There is little shade, there is no design either. We just dug everything along the path to the sea and that's it. The slides seem to be fine. Who needs it. There is not much of a place on the beach at all. I'm upset. If you want cleanliness and comfort and a beautiful territory, you are not here
