A comfortable hotel, four of us (2 adults, 2 children) had a rest at the end of August for a week. I compare it with Gural premier belek. And there was a 90m room and here a certain LAGOON FAMILY DELUXE of the same 90m and 2 bathrooms, which is convenient. One of the advantages is good food, I'm not a fan of exclusivity, but my wife and children said that everything is OK. You can go to two places in Alaska - welldone and seafood, it's not bad there. Of course, this is not a restaurant in the usual sense, but it is no longer a canteen. Excellent desserts, sophisticated, good Turkish coffee. There are some branded nespressos and Starbucks, I didn't appreciate it. The evening performances are of a good level - in week 2 they were very interesting, and one more was average. There was no queue anywhere during the whole time - in the restaurant, on the beach, towels, water park, ice cream, bar - everywhere you just walk up and use it. I appreciated the room by the pool on the ground floor when I came out of the basikm and immediately stood on my veranda. Three verandas on the ground are convenient. And this is the first hotel where I rather wanted to turn off the air conditioner all the time - there are no card updates, rather on the contrary, I kind of turned them off, you come back again :) Now about the cons. Although I give 5 to the hotel, because objectively it is the best place I have been before, but still there are disadvantages. The room has a muddled layout, it seems to be 90m, but there is not much space. This is a double standard room and some kind of extended standard with an additional room in which there are three sofas, a refrigerator and a mini-kitchen (a room that is difficult to use). These two rooms have magnetic doors inside, 2 bathrooms are small, there are no doors in the bathroom, only glass partitions inside. It's not a good decision for the family. If it weren't for the 1st floor and the verandas on the street, the room would really piss me off. There are not a lot of activities at sea - 180 euro parachute, 35 euro banana per person, they ride from 3 people (this is what I took). There is no boat rental (only group programs), piers are built, but they do not allow jumping from them, there are no inflators for children on the water. The beach is a bit boring for me - the sand was filled in, perhaps that's why the water is cloudy (I'm editing the review - one day in the morning, the water is clear, you can see the fish, maybe it's always like this in the morning). I still didn't have enough normal red wine - my wife switched to proseko, I switched to beer. In general, I recommend it, there are more pros than cons.

Unfortunately, our entire vacation was ruined because of this. Many people get sick, it starts with children, they didn't swim in the pool, only in the sea. There are a lot of people and children in the hotel, last year there were not so many, although the hotel was on the reservation list. The main advantages compared to last year: 1. We made a normal starbucks with good coffee 2. The waiters in the restaurant work much faster, last year there was trash 3. There was a little more choice of food (it was the choice, not the taste) and we updated the main restaurant. 4. They clean the building (where the restaurant is) well 5. The assistants react quickly and finally the wi-fi is working more or less normally. 6. Nice beach with sand minuses: 1. There are a lot of people! This hotel has hit the very heart! After that, it is difficult to travel to other Turkish top five. Nirvana sets a high level! I liked everything: check-in, greeted with champagne, natural chocolate and playing the piano. The room stock is diverse: we lived on the ground floor of two-storey houses with access to our terrace. Our friends lived in a house with access to the pool. All rooms are pleasant, equipped with everything you need and even more: a coffee machine in the room, bathrobes, luxury cosmetics, branded slippers. The mini bar in the form of beer, water, lemonade, cream, chips, chocolate and coffee capsules were replenished daily. The hotel itself is huge, beautiful, you can walk and even get tired). Starbucks coffee shop with desserts, grilled shrimp, bars with imported drinks (not local drinkers!) freely available throughout the day. I would like to mention the buffet separately: everything was very tasty, always varied, there were also delicacies, freshly squeezed juice, noble cheeses and much more. In the evening, there was no time to be bored (artists, dancers, acrobats, live vocals). The hotel is gorgeous! I highly recommend it to everyone. We were after him in another hotel of the same stardom, but at every step we remembered Nirvana.

Everything is great at altitude, but there is one disadvantage, sports are bad here, you need to queue up to sign up for a bike ride, but you can't sign up, because there were no more than 6 bicycles available. The gym is in the basement, the smell is still there, there was no desire to breathe mold.

I liked the hotel, but it's not premium, as they position themselves, but a good 5. The interior is tired and restrained, the rooms are spacious and very simple. The mini bar is replenished regularly, but there is trouble with cleaning, they clean poorly, they can put 2 towels for 5 people, and one day after cleaning, my sister's T-shirt disappeared. But thanks to the assistant girls, Diana and Diana beat us, towels were brought, a T-shirt was found in the laundry and for the inconvenience provided to us, they gave us a compliment from the hotel, a day of rest in a cabana and presented us with a handmade chocolate box. Thanks a lot to our personal assistants! The food in the hotel is of high quality and delicious, but not as much choice as in other hotels. There are many good Ala maps where you can have lunch, but it is almost impossible to sign up for dinner. Alcohol is imported, a large selection, cocktails at the pool bar are the best. The lobby bar is terrible in every sense, at 7 a.m. they even refuse to make you coffee. The territory is large, well-groomed, lots of greenery and flowers. The evening shows are interesting, but every day they are of the same type, there is not enough variety. We rested in the second half of October, the weather and the sea are warm, sometimes there was a strong wind, it is not possible to be near the sea. There are few pools and they are small and shallow, a great water park. If the hotel is renovated and you work with the staff in terms of cleaning, it will be great!

An honest review of the hotel, if I had seen it, I probably would not have gone to this hotel. We had a rest from May 1 to May 7, the hotel just opened after the winter break, I think it was 70% full. The hotel positions itself as a premium in many reviews, but in fact it is far from the case. In general, the hotel is not bad, but there are many buts (just like in any other hotels) The main pool: it was written a lot that it was not heated, in fact it was heated outside it was +23 and the wind was fresh and it was 26 in the water and it was comfortable. The heating is only possible this year. There are a lot of sun beds, but by 10 a.m. there are no free ones by the pool. But there are plenty of free ones on the grass and on the beach. Towels from occupied sun beds are rarely thrown off after 3-4 hours or later in the evening. Children's water park: it looks like it was not heated, the water was cool and the children appeared after lunch. Adult water park: very large but not used. Kids' club: very interesting, the kids went in with a bang, the playground on the street is also good, slides, swings are all there. Animation: not intrusive, but if you want entertainment (football, basketball, tennis, yoga, aqua, etc.), you will always find company there, these playgrounds were not empty. There is also a running track on the map through the hotel grounds. In the evening, dancing for children and animation for adults, shows, live music, dj, etc. The evening program is varied and interesting. Beach: sand, the entrance to the sea is sand/stones, as I understand it, they fill up the sand as it erodes. There is no bar on the beach, only on the pier. Concierge service: it's good that it's there, but it's bad that it's very weak, they can respond for 5 hours or more, and this is not during peak season. Half of the requests are simply ignored. Rooms : very tired. The walls are cracked and stained. The audibility is eerie, both through the wall and through the door. You can hear coughing in the neighboring rooms, flushing the toilet, even snoring and talking can be heard) we had 2-storey buildings, not far from the reception, which do not have a pool. The cleaning is weak, but maybe we were unlucky. It was early in the morning or late in the evening when we were relaxing in the room and we canceled it a couple of times, when we cleaned it on the 3rd day, we didn't even wash the floors. Perhaps it was only in our building that it was like that. Territory: unrealistically green and large. She's really beautiful. It's like living in a forest. The Dog friendly hotel, dogs don't bother you at all, they're all small and you rarely see them. Lots of local cats) Food: varied, but an hour before the end in the main restaurant, popular items (watermelon, pineapple, strawberries, shrimp, fish) could run out and they were not updated. There was 1 shrimp per week. I didn't see the rolls at all. Salmon is given one piece at a time, in portions. She was only at breakfast. I liked the food at the fillini restaurant more, to be honest) the burgers in the steakhouse are very tasty, just like in a good burger joint. The food was varied in the main restaurant, but I didn't get it, it wasn't appetizing, but I could always choose what to eat. Staff: friendly and helpful, approximately 50% understand Russian. But it is clear that there is not enough staff. In the afternoon and evening, there is a queue of 10 people at the bar. The entire pool is serviced by 1 person on roller skates. In the main restaurant, it happened that not a single waiter came for 30 minutes, dirty dishes are rarely cleaned. Alcohol: good, there are chivas and jack and baileys, bacardi, beefeater, olmeca, martel. Lots of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. The main thing when ordering a cocktail is to say jack and Coke, not whiskey and Coke, otherwise the cheapest local will be poured. There is a huge refrigerator on the pool where you can get beer and drinks yourself. Snacks: Shrimp are fried and made like shawarma, wok, burgers, etc. Everything is delicious. They give you ice cream almost all day. A la carte: free Turkish only for those staying in simple rooms. We went to one, not bad for a change, but not wow. Total: If this is your first vacation, then you may not notice all these little things and you will like everything, but when there is something to compare it with, then this hotel clearly does not pull at a premium. I'm definitely not going back here, not because it's terrible, but simply because there are many more interesting options for this price. The numbers upset me the most. The hotel costs 300k+ during the season, but it seems to me that it does not reach this amount.

The food is excellent, there is everything from vegetarian cuisine to steaks, which are simply impossible to finish. There are many a la carte restaurants, the beach is gorgeous, the sun beds are always free, the alcohol is premium, the animation is also on top. The rooms are excellent, the quality of cleaning, Loccitane cosmetics in the rooms, an area with a lot of greenery and opportunities for walking, swimming pools, a beach and a pier for relaxing on the water, wonderful and varied food, entertainment for every taste! Well done! The only question is to the guest support service, which is connected via wa... The girls are certainly slowing down… The restaurant's armor was blunted, and the coffee machine, which had a water dispenser, was not replaced with a suitable one during the rest. But this did not overshadow the rest, of course, we tried not to focus on such things. It would also be nice to have irons in the rooms, or at least an ironing room, because ironing things through a service for money is not a necessary service for many.

But the hotel also has a communication system with an assistant. So all the issues that arose were immediately resolved without problems. The food in the main restaurant was varied. The choice is very good. There are even oysters on Thursdays. A huge selection of fruits. Strawberries all day, for example. The staff is helpful and friendly. The waiters served quickly. The tables were wiped with a special composition, but there was something wrong! Namely, I personally was sick out of 14 days with interruptions of 3 times. Our new acquaintances from cedar cottage too, their neighbors too. I've seen women throw up in the bathroom several times, and even a child once. In the early morning, a man was waiting in the lobby for an ambulance for someone from his family. When asked, the receptionist replied that the food in the restaurant was to blame. For some reason, I got the impression that it was the bottled drinking water that was immediately poured in the restaurant. I don't know. As soon as we got home, the nausea stopped. I didn't swim in the pool, just the sea. But men were less sick than women. It's probably the drinks. The entertainment program was for an amateur. We didn't like it. And it's also not interesting to go outside the hotel. It's pretty dirty and abandoned. So if you walk, then only on the territory. I give the hotel a B because of the many poisonings of the people around. I think it shouldn't be like that. This is the first time I've seen this in Turkey. And besides, the hotel is mostly Russian-speaking. And lots of kids .

The staff is a huge problem of the hotel, cleaners, waiters, assistants - it feels like they are working the first day. You won't get a premium service here for sure. Among the advantages, there is tolerable food in the main restaurant, you can always choose something, delicious grilled dishes, territory, clean sea, mountain views, cute houses. Of the snacks, it's good that there are starbucks and grilled shrimp (though there are queues) It doesn't even make sense to go to Alaska, it's not tasty, and the service is like in a diner and not a restaurant. The pastry shop also seems to be there, but not as tasty and refined as in voyage. There are uncomfortable sun beds and shabby towels on the beach. We live here now. The hotel as a whole is very nice, attentive staff, gorgeous grounds, amazing children's animation. In the evening, various shows are held in the amphitheater. There are many alyakart sites on the territory. The main restaurant has a large selection of dishes. No one will stay hungry for sure. I like the fact that the food is behind glass. 👍 As for the rooms, I recommend booking cedar cabins, they are more private than standard rooms. We arrived at this hotel a year later. The concept of personal assistants has changed at the hotel. There were some minor comments regarding room cleaning, but the manager listened to my comments and very quickly resolved the misunderstanding, for which I thank you very much. During the holidays, we visited almost all the Ala-maps - the food is amazing. The service at the cabanas on the beach is beyond praise. Room cleaning is disgusting, dust is not wiped off, garbage can lie on the floor for several days, nothing is laid out, not arranged, plumbing is not washed. Standard room - sadness and longing, an old hard mattress. There is no bidet in the bathroom. The TV in the room is small, the tile floor is cold. The air conditioner is noisy. The audibility between the rooms feels like you all live together. Constantly sleepless nights. At night, the noise is from some kind of generator. Employees do not greet each other when meeting on the premises. Everyone is smoking by the pool, there is nothing to breathe. The pools are all icy, and my daughter got sick after her first swim. Among the advantages: food, barbecue by the pool, evening shows and a kids' club, the daughter did not want to leave. And a wonderful pastry shop with wonderful chocolate and desserts.

Sometimes it seems that Turkey is not at all, the hotel is very comfortable: elegant rooms (a pleasant surprise was the Nesoresso coffee machine and daily replenished capsules and Loxitan perfumes), many restaurants and a wonderful pastry shop. The buffet has not surprised anyone for a long time-and this time everything is quite decent.- this is not the main advantage of this hotel. A wonderful Thursday dinner with oysters and seafood. Absolutely unobtrusive staff, who are almost invisible, but their help is always prompt. The hotel has a system of personal assistants: all questions and requests that arise are quickly resolved in a personal chat. Very competent zonal distribution inside the hotel: entertainment areas, food, children's areas, rooms for living with pets., vip villas. Beautiful lobby area of the main building: at the entrance there is a huge bouquet of lilies surrounded by glasses and buckets of sparkling wine. For connoisseurs of good alcohol, the hotel is a real gift. Thank you Nirvana, thank you Turkey for a wonderful vacation. We really liked the hotel. We rest here from 2.05 to 10.05.25. A huge territory, 1.5 km around the perimeter. The food is beyond praise. A buffet with a wide variety of food, the food was always fresh.
