As for me, exactly the opposite, they worsen! Very good food. Shopping is well organized - a big store with good brands and a great one with jewelry! Professionals work and it is clear literally from the first minute! A convenient pier, wild boars, but it's unclear when a boar is given to you as a compliment from the hotel until the end of the rest, but this is for 2 days, and to rest for 3 more, it looks somehow shallow (( The room was NOT cleaned, but a welcome bottle of red wine was waiting for us - however, we do not drink alcohol and left it there)) The room was cleaned - we almost always had a very responsive elderly woman (4138), very friendly! We liked it)) You can't wait for waiters at breakfast and lunch in the main restaurant - you got used to it yourself)) In bars, waiters and bartenders are very friendly and helpful. I don't know by name, but we were satisfied. The shows are not bad, but it happens much better)) It's the same with live music.

We visited this hotel in October 2024. On the plus side, the beautiful views and the walnut houses are generally pleasant. On the downside: the food could have been tastier, there are very few places for fast food in the vast territory, and where there are queues. All pools are just Antarctica, including children's pools (there are a lot of broken and old devices on the children's territory, especially in the children's water park. We rented a bungalow all the time, the service there was generally good and the restaurant was excellent, but the entrance to the water was full of rocks. To summarize, Titanic, Papillon and Callista are much better !!! P.S. yes, the meat restaurant is good, but we won't go there anymore)

The clean and cozy rooms, the beautiful view from the window, the attentive staff and the excellent location all contributed to an ideal stay. I was especially pleased with the pool and the SPA area. One of the best locations in Turkey. A combination of mountains and sea. The hotel is in good condition. A variety of a la carte restaurants, a good menu in the dining room, its own water park. My favorite place in the hotel was the bar-terrace on the shore (see photo) with a wonderful view.

They didn't offer drinks, never! At the same time, it must be remembered that the hotel positions itself as a luxury hotel. Do not clean the dirty dishes while you are sitting at the table. The waiters just ignore you as a guest and walk around with unhappy faces. Fresh fruits - there are only carrots, apples, cucumbers and tomatoes for breakfast. The woman on the juices is very rude, with a sour face always, unpleasant. Once in the most beautiful paradise, we were greeted by the good-natured and smiling staff of the hotel. In our situation, we have to check into three different rooms. We were received by the hotel reception worker Zulfiya. The girl assessed our situation very competently and made the right decision. We were offered a villa on the first coastline, without additional financial investments. So our wonderful vacation has come to an end. We are extremely grateful to Zulfiya. I really liked the hotel, we lived in a pool house. A lot of impressions, slides, volleyball, big/small tennis ... we just didn't even have time to go to the other side for basketball and football) The food is excellent, the a la carte restaurants are good! If you are vacationing, try to rent a bungalow - we are very lucky, you can even join the company! Jet ski just took off the film, they were also getting high, bargain to increase it from 15 minutes to 20)) The concerts in the evenings were simply gorgeous! We'll definitely be back next May.

The food is very good. And this is perhaps the biggest plus of this hotel! There are no questions. We had everything we wanted (not every day, but we were surprised every day-fish, sushi, seafood, oysters, etc.) , Delicious food- I repeat, there are no questions about nutrition. Alcohol is fine too. The cocktails are doing well, although two days ago some kind of syrup for the pornostar (cocktail) ran out and it's not there. There is also a kids' club, open until 24! It's just super The indoor pool is big and icy! A small warm one. There is a water park, everything is ok. The pool has been heated with sea water since this year. The territory is green and beautiful And now let's go through the most important disadvantages (at least for us) The deck chairs by the pool are just trash!!! People run to borrow from 6 a.m., you know, like in cheap hotels - whoever has time has a towel all day! They don't come by themselves later. And in the end, if you want to swim for 30 minutes or you didn't get up at 6 a.m. (they've been running around since 6 a.m.) and didn't take a chaise longue, you have a quest. And a quest is an understatement!!! I'm not kidding- nerves every day! I went around swearing, of course the hotel tried to fix it, they started collecting it every two hours, but if there is a sock, then no one will take anything away. Next up are the queues- well, everything is really sad here! They are periodically everywhere! It is especially felt in Starbucks (yes, there is a Starbucks here, but try to get it) and where they cook shrimp - despite the fact that they are given to someone like this (especially those who speak Turkish), and someone has to stand in line for 25 minutes (personally checked). If you want to eliminate at least 1 hour a day from your rest by standing in line every day, go here! And this is not the peak season yet. Of course, you can look at it from the other side - while you're standing, you're chatting with other vacationers))) And the Cherry! Everything seemed to be OK. This program was good all the days, invited guests, a party on the pier, and so on. While.... The hotel apparently decided to save a day and do karaoke for everyone like in cheap hotels (although in Turkey I did not see karaoke as an entertainment program for everyone)!! And this is on a big stage .But really, why pay DJs when there are a couple of people in a drunken stupor who will be happy to share with you their "abilities" to sing! A friend threw up problems- it's just........ Imagine the surprise of people who have the first day of vacation Guys, Camon, that's not why I went to a normal hotel, to listen to drunken people singing, I don't know what! Of course, others encouraged and cleaned up things in order to occupy the sunbed and use it for its intended purpose , which is correct - there were skirmishes ! This is a hotel joint , towels need to be cleaned if people are not there for more than half an hour , as is already done in many civilized hotels. 2- the main pool with salt water is wrong, after the sea you want fresh water, otherwise you run constantly into the shower ! 3- the territory is large, it's cool to walk through it in spring and autumn , now in July it's just hell to get to the room! Accommodation: the air conditioners worked only for heating, the room was stuffy and the balcony was opened at night, the windows of which faced the main entrance, constant drunken screams at night under the balcony; the curtains are thin and let in light, it was not possible to sleep for 7 days. 3. Room service: we were too lazy to replenish the mini-bar, we were constantly short of water. The last time they asked for water, they brought a block of 6 2-liter bottles and just threw them on the bed. By the way, the linen has never been changed. And one of the 2 refrigerators wasn't working. Noise insulation ... you can hear sneezing in the next room, but probably if you drink properly before going to bed, then such little things will not be noticeable)) 4. Purity: 3+. A wonderful hotel! We were at the end of October, the last week before the season closed. Despite the fact that there were fewer and fewer guests, the level of service was excellent. It's a nice hotel, but it's old. The territory is large, the food is delicious. Don't take rooms above the main restaurant (it smells like food). The best option for cedar house is a separate cedar house.

This is the awesome hotel that you want to return to!!! The level is space! This is 10 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 out of 10. Just an incredible location, nature, mountains and sea, top-level service. The rooms are cozy. The territory is huge, there are a lot of interesting things. Everyone will find something to do. There are many events, restaurants, excellent cuisine for every taste.
