The hotel is good, solid 4ka. The beach at the hotel is clean. Really a lot of people. The water is of course already cool, we went in November. Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. The food is very tasty, everyone will find anything to their liking. The rooms are clean, no insects.

We had a rest in early June 2023 with a family with children. Very nice hotel. Polite and helpful staff. The room was on the 12th floor with a gorgeous view of the sea. The food is good, but, in my opinion, too spicy and not enough fish dishes. And so everything is very tasty) I also liked the beach, there were enough places for everyone, sand and a beautiful entrance to the sea. Calm and safe)

I chose the hotel based on reviews. According to reviews, it is mostly a wonderful hotel. Having chosen it, I realized that not the newest furniture and outdated rooms.
About the numbers.
My daughter and I were moved into room 1304, the second tower. The room itself is spacious, larger than the usual standard, large TV, but the advantages end there. We didn't come to watch TV. The room is very old and dirty, with a carpet on the floor, but it is probably considered very cool, the carpet itself, which has not been cleaned for years and dust collects under the bed, is a dubious pleasure. On the first day of arrival, after rinsing the child, I wanted to wash myself, but cold water went. An Indian repairman came, climbed into the bathroom in shoes, fixed something under the ceiling, plaster and pebbles flew to the floor, dirty shoe marks remained on the bathroom. I think they'll send a cleaner now, but no one came. We went to bed because we were on the road. The next day, after coming from the beach, there was already cleaning, but dirty footprints from the repairman's shoes remained on the bathroom, which were covered with a towel (((. And the plaster was lying on the bathroom floor, and it was lying around. I called the janitor. After his "cleaning", the dirty traces disappeared, and the plaster on the floor moved to the corner under the sink.. After living in the room for 4 days, no one removed the plaster from the floor, that is, the floors in the bathroom are not washed at all (((... On the second day in the evening, a cockroach came out of the air conditioner under the ceiling, or from somewhere out of there (((, I noticed it well and killed it, I did not take pictures. I think it's okay, sometimes it's a warm eastern country.
I asked to change our room, but not so much because of the cleaning, but because of the noise. On the first day after the road, I thought that the noise was due to the construction site. But as it turned out, this is due to the fact that the entire hotel's air conditioning system is located directly above the room. And it makes noise like you're living in a refrigeration unit. It is not so audible during the day, there is constant noise at night. But my questions and wishes at the reception say: we will send a person now, he will look at it. I tell them: he came. After that, they said that there was some kind of installation above the room that was making noise.
We changed rooms on the 8th floor of 802, also the 2nd tower.The room itself is smaller, but the furniture is newer, the renovation is also more recent.
In these rooms (without balcony, with window) there is another problem,
not only in my room, but also at the other people I talked to. When the wind blows, the windows wobble (((, rattle at night, someone's window in the room does not open (which is why the humidity is high in the room), and again the cleaning is very poor. On the second day of staying in a new room (802) in the morning, I found a puddle of water in the bathroom and that the water was dripping from the stream.
At 7.30 I told the reception about it, my daughter and I went on an excursion. We returned at 14.30, went up to the room and it turned out that a repairman came to the room, did something, after him there was a "shit", there was no other way to call it, and no one even began to clean it (I decided to take a picture this time). The whole bathroom, the sink, the toilet, the bathroom itself, the floors in the room were plastered, everything was dirty. Arriving from the tour, I wanted to simply rinse off and go to the toilet. But instead I called, went to the reception, and waited 1.5 hours until the room was finally cleaned.
Beach. Excellent, good sand, lots of sun beds, even during rush hour you can find.
Meal. They cook delicious, you can always find it for yourself and for the child.
Staff. There are several Russian speakers at the reception. There are many Russians in the hotel, and the Russian-speaking staff helps to resolve issues. Unfortunately, it takes a very long and slow time to solve everything.
Swimming pool and sauna.
The pool is warm, when the sea is cold (and in January it is cold 20-22 C), it is pleasant to swim in the pool. The water is warm, 27-29 degrees. Finnish sauna and hammam. For all guests of the hotel, access is free from 8.00 to 22.00
The hotel does not pull in 4 stars, a maximum of 3 stars is a stretch. If they cleaned up and reacted quickly, then maybe there would be a solid 4.I thought in the UAE they monitor the level and quality of service in hotels, but unfortunately this is not the case.

Everything corresponded to their stories and also read reviews about the hotel. We booked a regular room with a view of the city, we were upgraded for free to a two-room room. The breakfasts were great, we had dinner and lunch in the neighboring cafes. The beach is across the street. Despite the fact that several hotels of the chain carry sun beds here in abundance, they also give towels, which is very convenient. I liked the hotel in general. The food is good, everything is taken all inclusive.it really seemed expensive....there is a fenced beach for a couple of hotels....drinks are included, except alcohol of course. The beach is clean, the sand is white, the sea is high. We went in July 2022. There is a pool on the 2nd floor, on the top floor there is a chillout zone, but there was no one there. Just the view of the sea from there is gorgeous

Sun beds and umbrellas are enough for everyone.
There is a free cola fan and sprite and water on the beach. This is understandable when buying a full-board package. They will take you to Dubai for free for shopping. We are always ready to help. Concierges guys, thank you so much for your care and help with luggage and setting up my Wi-Fi. The kitchen staff and the guys cleaning the rooms, you are very smart, thank you for your hard work. Everything is clean and tidy. The rooms were cleaned daily. Tea, coffee, cream, as well as shampoo - gels were replenished regularly. The food in the restaurant is varied. On any stomach. A sea of different fruits. No one was left hungry. A private clean beach in front of the hotel. Towels are provided on the beach. There are enough sun beds, although there were comrades who ran to occupy sun beds at 6 a.m.😂😂😂 changing rooms, toilets and showers on the beach are kept perfectly clean. The sea is gentle. Wi-Fi works great both in the hotel rooms and on the beach. A free shuttle service to Dubai Mall departs daily from the hotel. To sum up, anyone who wants to find fault will always find a reason. We rested at the hotel in the second half of September. We arrived in the evening, settled in quickly, and were complimented with two luxurious rooms on the 10th floor (instead of the usual ones that were paid for). We got up early because of the heat, so it was unproblematic. The water is very warm, we swam for 2 hours without getting out.
The only negative is the tour bought from Anex - an "exclusive" sightseeing tour of Dubai ($ 160 per person).
On the last day we went to a fish restaurant near Romada (at the exit - to the right). Liked it.

We flew from Flydubai - the flight was delayed for an hour. We arrived at the hotel around one o'clock in the morning. We asked in advance for dinner to be brought to the room, because we were on the road for almost a day.
The room was given in Tower 2 - 1101 (11th floor). The food was brought in 20 minutes (sandwiches, yogurt, apple, orange).

- the floors are dirty. While I was sorting out my suitcases, the sole of my feet became all black... Under the beds and bedside tables, the floors have not been washed for a long time, apparently
- there were no slippers ((( it was only on the second day that I guessed to ask for them at the reception - they gave it to me, it became a little easier. It's strange that they didn't put it in the room right away
- the adapter was also given at the reception
- we were supposed to have a Town View number. In fact, I got Windows in the view windows - our windows faced the side, where a shabby residential building stands quite close... This view from the window was very depressing
- the windows are aluminum. In terms of sound insulation, consider that there are none. Everything that happens on the street is perfectly audible (even the fact that the room is on the 11th floor did not save). There was a construction site nearby - they were quietly making noise after 11 pm and early in the morning. And there is also a mosque nearby, and prayers are turned on at full volume around 6 a.m. and then half an hour later (and during the day too). Therefore, it is unrealistic to get enough sleep here. The day before departure, there was a strong wind - the windows were "knocking", I did not sleep all night because of this
- the advantage of the floor plan of our tower wing is that you don't have neighbors behind any wall - there are storerooms between the rooms. But the audibility behind the door to the room is ideal, the neighbors can be heard perfectly, returning cheerfully after a party
- we got a large bathroom with a window (but it doesn't open). Thanks to the bathroom area, the swimsuits had time to dry out. In other rooms, there may be a meager bathroom (they showed me one to replace it on the 5th floor, I did not change it).
- the curtain in the bathroom is "tired" and smelly. However, like all the furniture in the room (after returning home and sorting out the suitcases, everything had to be washed and ventilated on the balcony)
- the plumbing worked properly, there was always hot water, but it was heated, apparently, by a boiler, so if the second went to wash after the first, then it was washed with cool water
- towels and bed linen were clean, but they were not changed often. In recent days, a foot towel was simply folded dirty inside and hung back on the bathtub
- hygiene supplies are supplied every day (bubbles with shampoo, shower gel and body cream). However, when we arrived, we were given only 1 set (as well as a teaspoon - only 1 piece, although there were 2 cups and glasses. I waited for the second spoon only on the third day)
- there is a safe in the room (easy to use), a hair dryer, a refrigerator, a tea set with a kettle. Tea, coffee, sugar, cream, water 0.5 were brought every day
- pillows are a separate topic... For 2 days I couldn't figure out why I was so uncomfortable. The fact that they are just stuffed with lumps of cotton wool is nonsense. When I took off the pillowcase, I was horrified. There was a waterproof (once) cover on the pillow, and with the film out, and the film was all torn ...
- the curtains were not illuminated, but in the middle between them there were 20 centimeters of empty hooks (which could not be removed), which is why it is impossible to close and close the curtains tightly
- the lampshades of the nightlights are all dirty
- there is no lighting in the room. If you need a bright light, you can only find it in the bathroom
The hotel itself:
- on both sides there are other buildings very close (on one side there is another hotel, on the other - an apartment building)
- there is no lobby in the hotel as such - just a small room, there is nothing much to do there
- we didn't go to the pool
- the Wi-Fi was working fine
- they didn't put bracelets on us (we took breakfasts and dinners). Bracelets were given only to those who had Everything included (they were given juices for dinner in the restaurant - we just had water; drinks were available to them for free on the beach)
Restaurant:
- at first I liked everything, they cooked delicious
- then I got bored, because almost always it was all the same
- the fruits were apples, oranges, grapefruits, bananas, watermelons, melons, pineapple
- the coffee machine was working for breakfast (cappuccino is tolerable)
Beach:
- across the street
- the length of the beach is small. If you want to walk along the shore, you walk from edge to edge like a prisoner
- there is Wi-Fi
- you can find free sun beds at any time
- towels are provided at the entrance to the beach
- there is garbage everywhere that no one cleans up. You're lying among cigarette butts, lids, cups, bags, etc. Moreover, on public beaches bordering the hotel, cleaners go and clean every day.
New Year's Eve Dinner:
- on this day, we replaced the usual dinner with lunch
- a bus picked us up from the hotel at 18 and took us to the banquet hall of another Ramada hotel
- the presenter, in my opinion, was on stage for the first time, she was talking some nonsense, everyone just laughed at her
- there were dancing performances (Indian guys danced, well done), games, contests
- children (under 14 years old) were given gifts, not everyone got it
- the food was delicious, but the buffet was not organized, there was a crush
- before 12 a.m., the cake was taken out and ... I had to run to the bus to take it to the hotel, because it was the last "flight" - not thoughtfully...
In general, expectations did not coincide with reality at all, I was disappointed. I couldn't correlate the cost of the tour with what I received.
