I liked the hotel itself, everything is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are delicious. The interior is very interesting and modern. The location is good, everything is in the vicinity. I put 3 only for unbearable noise, it is impossible to sleep at night. Despite the 4th floor, the view to the courtyard and the closed windows- the sound insulation of the room is terrible. Only the headphones were saved. Music plays until the morning.

Positive: a beautiful place in nature, at the same time, not far from Minsk. There is a main comfortable building and detached houses. Excellent spa, swimming pool, saunas and gym. There is an elevator. Good enough sound insulation. The rooms (suites) are warm and have air conditioning. Good toiletries (soap, shower gel, shampoo). The room (suite) has a bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, towels, liquid soap, shower gel, shampoo, bidet, bathtub with shower stand. The room is comfortable, spacious and quiet. There is a TV in both the living room and the bedroom.
The food in the restaurant is delicious (if it is the main menu, not the banquet menu), the portions are large (grams are indicated on the menu). The availability of gluten-free dishes. The cleaning is quite normal. The service is fast at breakfast. The opening hours of the spa complex are from 7.00 to 23.00.
Cons: restaurant service (lunch, dinner) is slow (for example, pre-ordered lunch and dinner will take more than an hour). The breakfasts are clearly cooked without enthusiasm on the part of the cook (for example, the porridge is excessively thick, like a lump, the pancakes are hard, although quite tasty, there are no boiled eggs, etc.). Of course, you can have enough breakfast with dishes available, just without pleasure. After all, you expect a high level of service and delicious breakfasts from such a wonderful place.
Overall, a good place with the opportunity to relax and unwind near the city.

When a hotel claims to have an expensive vacation, and with these prices it can not be otherwise, then you need to match. Apart from its enlarged size, the suite has nothing else, no kettle, no coffee machine, only one bottle of water per day, and that's where the "suite" ends. The hotel is undergoing renovation, which seems to be good, but for some reason they decided to leave the plumbing as it was, the extractor hood did not work in ours. The breakfasts are quite tolerable, there is something to choose from. The food in the restaurant is also delicious, there are no complaints. The price tags at the hotel are high, both for food and cocktails. For some reason, the spa area has a strange restriction for free access from 7 to 11 a.m., then you have to pay. Saunas and hamams need to be updated, they are already in an extremely worn-out condition.

On the third call, the employee hung up on us , yelling at us , saying we were inadequate and stop calling here (everyone was sober) As a result, another employee called us and said that we had brought the girl at the reception to tears and that we couldn't do that. We celebrated our mini wedding in a gazebo by the water. Everything was great. Delicious food, beautiful view and atmosphere. Special thanks to the waiter Vlad, he is a professional in his field and just a wonderful person.
In the evening, at sunset, we went sailing, it was very beautiful.

We had a weekend vacation with my husband on the romantic plus program.
1) When we checked into the room, an unmade bed with a pile of linen on it was waiting for us. The video is attached.
I started calling the reception, but no one was answering, so I had to go downstairs and figure out what kind of surprise it was... they gave me another number.
2) In the evening at the spa, after 22.00, a man who had drunk walked slowly through the WOMEN's locker room with a glass of wine and calmly disappeared at the exit. It feels like there's a courtyard somewhere, and no one is keeping order. To my indignation, the administrator promised to "sort it out the next day."
3) In the morning at about 7 o'clock on Sunday, a door in the corridor began to slam insistently. With a frequency of about once every 5 minutes. And so, until 8:00, I had to say goodbye to sleep, as well as with intentions to come here to rest again.
Once upon a time (about 10 years ago) It was a great quality place where you could count on a good rest. But not now. Anywhere but here. There are other great places in Belarus where you won't be bullied for your own money.

I liked the outdoor pool very much. The territory is well maintained. The staff is polite and friendly. But - there is a feeling that the hotel is going through hard times. In some places, it is clearly necessary to fix the balconies, replace outdated signs, fix the napkin holder and shower holder, check for shampoo, gel, etc., But the overall impression is very good and next time I will stay at this hotel again.

The room is good enough, we took a twin. I didn't like the fact that there are no kettles in the rooms, a relatively small bathroom, and an uncomfortable mattress (but I'm sensitive to this, it's really important to me).
The biggest disappointment is the restaurant. He is alone on the territory, that is, either eat in it or go to the city. The restaurant has a good selection, but it is quite expensive and not particularly tasty. (This is the collective opinion of our whole family, especially compared to the numerous visits to cafes and restaurants at various levels in Belarus )

Of the cons:
1. There is not even water in the room for that kind of money, there is a cooler on the ground floor. There is no kettle, no cups. There is no hair balm. I'm not talking about the tooth anymore.brushes, etc.
2. The bathroom smells like a station toilet, everything has to be bleached there more than once. It stinks a lot of urine, to which we were told that the hood was not working....but the fact is that everything in the hotel is already tired and needs to be redecorated.
3. There is a wind blowing from the window, number 307 at night we woke up and thought that armageddon had begun.
4. The staff in the spa area at the reception is not competent.
5. The distance between the sunbed and the pool does not advise any standards. See photo. in front of me, a man stepped on this plastic and injured his leg because he fell through. Apparently, the management has not figured out how to rearrange the sunbeds yet.
6. From Friday to Sunday, young people drinking very noisily in the spa area, smoking e-cigarettes right indoors, children screaming (although there is nothing for children in the spa, not even a small warm pool)
7. We didn't have a good rest.
Whether we will come back here is a moot point, it's definitely not worth the money.

The girl at the reception at the SPA did not forget to remind every time that the next hour is paid , although everything is included. Well, the cherry on the cake: at the check-out, although the tour is prepaid, we were informed that the prices have changed and we need to pay extra...
