A magical place! The territory is beautiful! The landscaping is simply magnificent! There is a large parking lot. There is a spa complex on site, it has a gym, massage, various saunas, a Russian bath. A large swimming pool with a bar, and outside there is a Jacuzzi with hot water and an outdoor heated pool, swam in May, very comfortable. The room is clean, daily cleaning. The price includes a buffet breakfast, a large selection of dishes, everything is very tasty. There is a free-standing restaurant nearby, it looks very nice, but we didn't have lunch there, we just didn't have time, the relaxation schedule is too busy)) Bicycles, scooters, catamarans, boats, speedboats are available on site, and there is a Playground. The staff is attentive and friendly! At prices, something is expensive, something is optimal, in general, you can choose a package of services for every taste and purse. The place is wonderful, we will definitely come again!

So I was waiting for a meeting with this institution, but the expectation and reality, alas, did not match the word at all. The story began with the fact that I decided to celebrate my 30th birthday here in the circle of my most beloved relatives and dear people, we booked a table in advance (3 weeks in advance), we decided to order dishes according to everyone's taste.. The day before, no one even bothered to call and clarify whether we would be there, what the number of guests would be.. And when the long—awaited day came, which I had been waiting for for so long, upon arrival in Robinson, I was disappointed - no one met us, showed us and did not take us to our table, to the question: "We booked a table with you for 13:00, where should we go?" we received a dissatisfied "the mine" of the administrator and the dry answer: "Now we'll see. The answers were boorish, dissatisfied, "skewed" that I just wanted to get up and leave the institution!!! The service also did not correspond to the level of the institution in any way, we had to wait for the waiter to refill the glasses, the dishes were waiting for a sooo long time, and when they were served they were cold, although there were very few people! I will say this, that not only will I no longer come here, but I will also give everyone a sincere assessment and feedback, because I do not want my surroundings to receive such a disappointment and spoiled holiday like me!!!

They say this is the coolest place in the Minsk region. Disappointed. The agreed early check-in of the guests has not been implemented. I had to wait a very long time. The aquazone is normal. However, in the morning the sauna and hammam are icy. You have to wait for them to heat up. The water in the room was not updated. I took it from the maid myself (with permission, of course). The breakfasts are quite edible. But once the coffee machine had to wait 20 minutes. The staff was slowly cleaning it.
The territory is beautiful and well maintained. It's a pity, the Minsk Sea became shallow on our arrival. In general, you can live. But if this is the best thing in Belarus, then I am very surprised.

Everything was great! We rested in the premium cottage "Verona" with a company of 7 people. We ordered a banquet with delivery to the cottage. Everything was cozy, sincere and delicious! Special thanks to Denis, the booking manager, and Olga, the banquet manager!!! Tact, professionalism, lightning-fast solution to any issue. We decided to relax with friends. The fun started with the fact that the music didn't work for half the night, when asked to solve the problem, the receptionist said that she couldn't do anything about it and would call the master now, let him watch.
The master came twice. Nothing has changed. On the third call, the employee hung up on us , yelling at us , saying we were inadequate and stop calling here (everyone was sober) As a result, another employee called us and said that we had brought the girl at the reception to tears and that we couldn't do that. They brought a speaker and listen to music called... we won't come again and we don't advise anyone. It's a terrible place, as is the service.

A pleasant place. large parking lot, a decent-sized room. There are two beds - not one and a half, but single beds. The room is clean. The air conditioning is working, wi-fi works well both in the room and on site. The breakfast is delicious and varied. We had dinner in the lobby bar - we also liked everything. I liked the outdoor pool very much. The territory is well maintained. The staff is polite and friendly. But - there is a feeling that the hotel is going through hard times. In some places, it is clearly necessary to fix the balconies, replace outdated signs, fix the napkin holder and shower holder, check for shampoo, gel, etc., But the overall impression is very good and next time I will stay at this hotel again.

We had a weekend vacation with my husband on the romantic plus program.
1) When we checked into the room, an unmade bed with a pile of linen on it was waiting for us. The video is attached.
I started calling the reception, but no one was answering, so I had to go downstairs and figure out what kind of surprise it was... they gave me another number.
2) In the evening at the spa, after 22.00, a man who had drunk walked slowly through the WOMEN's locker room with a glass of wine and calmly disappeared at the exit. It feels like there's a courtyard somewhere, and no one is keeping order. To my indignation, the administrator promised to "sort it out the next day."
3) In the morning at about 7 o'clock on Sunday, a door in the corridor began to slam insistently. With a frequency of about once every 5 minutes. And so, until 8:00, I had to say goodbye to sleep, as well as with intentions to come here to rest again.
Once upon a time (about 10 years ago) It was a great quality place where you could count on a good rest. But not now. Anywhere but here. There are other great places in Belarus where you won't be bullied for your own money.

The hotel is located in a picturesque location on the Minsk Sea. The territory is very well maintained. Excellent spa center: large indoor pool, several outside, sauna baths, bar, all for 5+!
The room is good enough, we took a twin. I didn't like the fact that there are no kettles in the rooms, a relatively small bathroom, and an uncomfortable mattress (but I'm sensitive to this, it's really important to me).
The biggest disappointment is the restaurant. He is alone on the territory, that is, either eat in it or go to the city. The restaurant has a good selection, but it is quite expensive and not particularly tasty. (This is the collective opinion of our whole family, especially compared to the numerous visits to cafes and restaurants at various levels in Belarus )

Attentive, unobtrusive and helpful staff, clean and well-groomed territory and common areas. The rooms are clean, everything is there. The breakfasts are decent, there is something to eat and choose from. The restaurant is a separate story, very tasty. The spa area with indoor and outdoor pools and various types of baths before the start of the working day is generally a fairy tale. This is one of our family's favorite places. The staff is always friendly. Clean rooms and related accessories. Excellent restaurant and Spa area. European-level breakfasts. The staff will always prompt and go to a meeting to resolve any issues and difficulties. New Year's Eve parties are simply not forgettable. So I recommend those who have not visited or want to arrange a mini vacation.

1. There is not even water in the room for that kind of money, there is a cooler on the ground floor. There is no kettle, no cups. There is no hair balm. I'm not talking about the tooth anymore.brushes, etc.
2. The bathroom smells like a station toilet, everything has to be bleached there more than once. It stinks a lot of urine, to which we were told that the hood was not working....but the fact is that everything in the hotel is already tired and needs to be redecorated.
3. There is a wind blowing from the window, number 307 at night we woke up and thought that armageddon had begun.
4. The staff in the spa area at the reception is not competent.
5. The distance between the sunbed and the pool does not advise any standards. See photo. in front of me, a man stepped on this plastic and injured his leg because he fell through. Apparently, the management has not figured out how to rearrange the sunbeds yet.
6. From Friday to Sunday, young people drinking very noisily in the spa area, smoking e-cigarettes right indoors, children screaming (although there is nothing for children in the spa, not even a small warm pool)
7. We didn't have a good rest.
Whether we will come back here is a moot point, it's definitely not worth the money.

We were with my wife on a "Weekend Tour " ... no matter how wonderful everything is, a beautiful place, pleasant staff, proximity to the Minsk Sea, SPA area from opening to closing... everything is great, but small touches spoil the whole picture: lux room with a torn sofa, with one blanket on a double bed, a stain on the carpet in the middle of the room...the boy from the staff who brought fruit at 12 at night did not forget to turn off the light when leaving , and when he came he forgot to knock . Everything is fine, except for one thing: at the spa, the calculation is for every hour you spent in the institution. And the countdown starts from the moment the bracelet is issued. And this means that you have to change clothes in an hour, rest and change clothes again and dry your hair. If you have two children, you get a maximum of 30 minutes to rest. A child's ticket costs the same as an adult's , which is very strange…

A certain one arrived ...... did not introduce herself, to the argument that there was no wine and beer in a closed container, there were no appliances and dishes, she was insolent, interrupted and clearly openly expressed her disrespect for nationality (the order was earlier and the citizenship and place of residence were indicated, also a scanned passport was removed upon check-in) with great reluctance, she agreed that she was to blame and ran away!
Wine was brought, the cutlery was defiantly thrown on the table, extremely negative and boorish employees, not hiding their disrespect for people!
The day after departure, a fresh scratch was found on the trunk lid, the car was in the hotel parking lot all the time and had not left anywhere since check-in!
To the claim in the chat that inhumans do this, they replied that prove that it is us!!!!
I think comments are unnecessary, this behavior speaks for itself!
As a result, they openly hate residents of the Russian Federation, natives of Moscow, and in any case they try to cheat with money-spa is an example of this

The check-in was almost without problems, they took passport data (remember about others, yes?), they said that there were problems with WiFi...but they will fix it soon, but for now they have given the password and the room cards. I almost forgot to return my passport))
Number: he's tired, very tired. There are a couple of photos showing this fatigue. The view from the window saves, although it was more pleasant to walk rather than stare out the window. 5 out of 10, although for 4 it is a very bad number in terms of condition.
Spa: a chic, free, clean 25m pool and an excellent sauna gallery. 8 out of 10, -2 for the fact that leftovers of food and cups at the sunbeds could stand for half a day
Food: there are 0 complaints about it, everything is delicious, tartar without unnecessary additives and fresh meat, shrimp are crispy and not overcooked, pasta, cheeks are all on top. 9 out of 10, there is no ideal :))
Territory: gorgeous view of the water, pleasant clean well-groomed territory, but fatigue is also visible in some places, I was surprised that in the morning water was drained from somewhere to the playground, turning it into a swamp. The noise from the highway is heard quite strongly. 7 out of 10
Staff and service: that's what really limps on both legs. The restaurant and the massage therapist know their business. The rest seem to have forgotten that they have favorite guests, and not "uninvited relatives" whom they want to get rid of as soon as possible. 4 out of 10
And this is the first hotel that knew about the guest's birthday, that the guest decided to spend it at the hotel - AND DID NOT CONGRATULATE, IN ANY WAY!
Instead of a conclusion: the place is iconic and therefore still popular with older people along the old rails. Those who do not need Wi-Fi to work, keep in mind that it is very bad both in the rooms and by the pool, inside and out.

Robinson is a classic)) it 's good that they started making repairs , the room stock was asked to be updated five years ago . Robinson needs a complete reconstruction. Cosmetic repairs can no longer be done . Rusty fencing with a view from the room and abundant moss on the roof betray a depressing view. But if you do not look at these disadvantages, then I recommend you to visit .The restaurant is great.The bathhouse gallery is gorgeous. What is important to me is that there is a Russian steam room.breakfasts - well , this year it 's a little meager )

The Jacuzzi did not work, it was necessary to call the repairman every hour, the receiver did not rise at the reception, we had to walk ourselves. The barbecue area consists only of a barbecue, there is nothing else there!It turns out that you need to buy everything yourself!
In the evening, there were a lot of mosquitoes, they asked for a raptor outlet, they brought only the plastic shell itself, without liquid! The whole veranda is covered in cobwebs.
For that kind of money, the most terrible service!the rest and mood are ruined !
